[0007] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 6 show a first embodiment of a simple structure of the present invention. This simple structure is applied to a garden room installed in the garden of a house, and as shown in Figures 1 and 2, it comprises a simple building 1 installed away from the exterior wall W of the building, and a gap sealing material 2 that seals the gap between the exterior wall W and the simple building 1. The simple building 1 is installed on a dirt floor G, and a bay window (not shown) is installed in the exterior wall W, allowing access to the simple building 1 from inside the building.

[0008] As shown in Figure 1, the simple building 1 has a rectangular frame formed on all four sides by a front girder 3, a rear girder 4, and left and right side girders 5, 5, and this frame is supported by four columns 6 located at both the left and right ends of the front girder 3 and the rear girder 4. The front girder 3, rear girder 4, and left and right side girders 5, 5 are all positioned horizontally, and the four columns 6 are the same length. A roof 7 is installed over the opening in the frame formed by the girders 3, 4, 5, 5, and fittings 8 such as folding doors are installed at the front opening below the front girder 3 and the side openings below the side girders 5, 5.

[0009] The front girder 3, rear girder 4, and side girder 5 are formed by cutting the same aluminum alloy extrusion to a specified length, and as shown in Figures 2 and 3, they all have the same cross-sectional shape. The girders 3, 4, and 5 each have a hollow section 9 with a rectangular cross section and a recess 10 with a U-shaped cross section that is open at the bottom, running continuously in the longitudinal direction. The recess 10 is closed by a batten 11 attached from below, except for the section where the column 6 is inserted. A back plate 12 for fixing the column is held on the top surface of the bottom wall 10a of the recess 10 so that it can slide in the longitudinal direction of the girders 3 and 4. The side girders 5 have their longitudinal end faces (small ends) in contact with the rear side of the front girders 3 and the front side of the rear girders 4, and are fixed in place using U-shaped connecting fittings 13 (see Figure 3(a)). Caps 14 are attached to the longitudinal end faces (small ends) of the front girders 3 and rear girders 4, as shown in Figure 3(b).

[0010] 8 and 9 show one embodiment of the cap 14. The cap 14 is composed of a main body 15 and a thin plate 16 that is sandwiched between the main body 15 and the ends of the front spar 3 and the rear spar 4. The main body 15 is made of an extruded aluminum alloy material, and is extruded vertically with cut edges at the top and bottom end faces 17. On the back side of the main body 15, two rows of protrusions (mounting sections) 19, 19 with tapping holes 18 are provided at intervals in the left-right direction, and the protrusions 19, 19 are cut out at the top and bottom, so that the main body 15 is positioned vertically by fitting the protrusions 19, 19 into the hollow sections 9 of the beams 3, 4, as shown in Figure 8(c). The thin plate 16 is formed by pressing a thin stainless steel plate, and has holes 20 formed therein for passing the protrusions 19, 19 of the main body 15 therethrough, and upper and lower end portions are bent at right angles toward the main body 15 to form edge hiding portions 21, 21 for hiding the cut edges 17, 17 of the main body 15. As shown in Figure 8, this cap 14 is attached by butting the main body 15 against the ends of the beams 3 and 4 with the thin plate 16 sandwiched between them, and then fastening and attaching the screws 22 inserted from above into the upper walls of the beams 3 and 4 and threading them into the tapping holes 18 in the main body 15. The upper and lower cut ends 17, 17 of the main body 15 are hidden by the end hiding portions 21, 21 of the thin plate 16.

[0011] 10 and 11 show another embodiment of the cap 14. The main body 15 is formed from an extruded aluminum alloy member, with the extrusion direction being the left-right direction, and the left and right end faces 23, 23 being cut edges. Plate-shaped protrusions (mounting portions) 19, 19 are provided on the back surface of the main body 15 at intervals in the vertical direction, and the left and right ends of the protrusions 19, 19 are notched. As shown in FIG. 10(c), the protrusions 19, 19 fit into the hollow portions 9 of the beams 3, 4, thereby positioning the main body 15 in the vertical and horizontal directions. A female screw hole 24 is formed in the upper protrusion 19. The thin plate 16 is formed by pressing a thin stainless steel plate, and has holes 20 formed therein for passing the protrusions 19, 19 of the main body 15 therethrough, and the left and right ends are bent at right angles toward the main body 15 to form edge hiding parts 21, 21 for hiding the cut edges 23, 23 of the main body 15. 10, the cap 14 is attached by butting the main body 15 against the ends of the beams 3 and 4 with the thin plate 16 sandwiched therebetween, and then threading screws 22 inserted from above into the upper walls of the beams 3 and 4 into female threaded holes 24 formed in the protrusions 19 of the main body 15. The left and right cut ends 23, 23 of the main body 15 are hidden by the end hiding portions 21, 21 of the thin plate 16.

[0012] In this way, the cap 14 attached to the ends of the front girders 3 and rear girders 4 consists of a main body 15 and a thin plate 16 sandwiched between the main body 15 and the ends of the front girders 3 and rear girders 4, and the thin plate 16 has end hiding portions 21, 21 that hide the ends 17, 17 or 23, 23 of the main body 15, so that the ends of the front girders 3 and rear girders 4 can be easily covered with the cap 14, and the ends 17, 17 or 23, 23 of the main body 15 are hidden by the end hiding portions 21, 21 of the thin plate 16, improving the design. The main body 15 is formed from an extruded aluminum alloy member, so that it can have the same color and texture as the front girders 3 and rear girders 4, improving the design. The main body 15 is fixed to the front spar 3 and rear spar 4 from above with screws, so the screw heads are not visible, resulting in a good design. The main body 15 has protrusions (mounting portions) 19 for screwing to the front girders 3 and rear girders 4, and the thin plate 16 has holes 20 for passing the protrusions (mounting portions) 19 of the main body 15 through, making it easy to attach the cap 14 to the front girders 3 and rear girders 4.

[0013] The pillar 6 is formed from an extruded aluminum alloy profile, and as shown in Figure 3, is composed of a pillar body 26 having rectangular groove-shaped recesses 25 on the left and right sides along the longitudinal direction, and a batten 27 fitted into the recesses 25. The batten 27 is formed in a hollow shape with a roughly rectangular cross section, and, as will be described later, also serves as a vertical gutter. 2 and 3, a substantially U-shaped column mounting bracket 28 is attached to the front girders 3 and rear girders 4 with a bolt 29 threaded into the back plate 12, abutting against the bottom wall 10a of the recess 10. The column 5 is connected and fixed to the underside of the girders 3, 4 by inserting the column mounting bracket 28 into the hollow of the column main body 26, causing the upper end of the column main body 26 to fit into the recess 10 of the girders 3, 4, and abutting the upper end face of the column main body 26 against the bottom wall 10a of the recess 10 of the girders 3, 4, and threading a screw 30 inserted from the side into an internally threaded hole formed in the column mounting bracket 28. The screw 30 is hidden by a batten 27. In this embodiment, the columns 6 are attached to both ends of the front girder 3 and the rear girder 4, but the columns 6 can be attached at any position in the longitudinal direction of the front girder 3, the rear girder 4 and the side girder 5.

[0014] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the roof 7 is installed within a frame made up of girders 3, 4, 5, 5, with a downward slope so that the front girder 3 is lower. Specifically, as shown in Figure 2, a rafter hanger 31 is attached at a high position on the front side of the rear girder 4, a gutter member 32 is attached at a low position on the rear side of the front girder 3, end rafters 33 and rafters 34 are erected between the rafter hanger 31 and the gutter member 32 at a distance in the left-right direction (see Figure 1(a)), and plastic roof panels 35 are attached between the end rafters 33 and rafters 34 and between the rafters 34 themselves. As shown in Figure 2, a locking member 36 is attached with a screw to the front side of the rear girder 4 to attach the rafter hanger 31, and the rafter hanger 31 is hooked onto the locking member 36 and fixed below the locking member 36 with a screw 37. The locking member 36 is a long member formed from an extruded aluminum alloy section. In addition, a locking member 36 is similarly attached with a screw to the rear side of the front girder 3 in order to attach the gutter member 32, and the gutter member 32 is hooked onto the locking member 36 and fixed with a screw 37 above the locking member 36.

[0015] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, an auxiliary gutter 38 is provided in the recess 10 at the bottom of the front girder 3 near the column 6. The auxiliary gutter 38 is a flat, rectangular tubular member formed from an extruded aluminum alloy. Its front and rear surfaces, which face both walls of the recess 10 of the front girder 3, are open, and tapping holes 39 are provided on the inside of the left and right side walls (see Figure 3(a)). As shown in Figures 2 and 3(b), the rear surface of the auxiliary gutter 38 abuts against the front wall of the gutter member 32 and is fixed with screws 40 that thread into the tapping holes 39. A horizontally elongated rectangular hole 41 is formed in the front wall of the gutter member 32, and rainwater collected in the gutter member 32 flows through this hole 41 into the auxiliary gutter 38. The rear wall of the recess 10 of the front girder 3 and the rear wall of the batten 11 have notches in the areas that interfere with the auxiliary gutter 38. The front of the auxiliary gutter 38 is covered with a cover 42. The auxiliary gutter 38 is hidden by the batten 11 when viewed from below and cannot be seen. As shown in Figure 3, a drainage part 43 is attached to the side of the auxiliary gutter 38 facing the pillar 6, and the outlet of the drainage part 43 is inserted into the upper end of the batten 27 attached to the side of the pillar 6. Therefore, rainwater that flows from the gutter member 32 into the auxiliary gutter 38 flows through the drainage part 43 to the batten 27 and is drained through the batten 27.

[0016] In this simple structure, the gutter member (horizontal gutter) 32 is provided on the inner periphery of the front girder 3, so the gutter member 32 is not exposed to the outside, and the vertical gutter (batten) 27 is also stored in a recess 25 provided on the side of the pillar 6, and the auxiliary gutter 38 connecting the horizontal gutter 32 and the vertical gutter 27 is also stored in a recess 10 at the bottom of the front girder 3 and is hidden by the batten 11, so the rain gutter is not exposed to the outside, resulting in a neat exterior design.

[0017] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the gutter member (horizontal gutter) 32 has a waterstop 44 attached to its longitudinal end, and the end abuts against the inner surface of the side girder (closing member) 5 to close the end. This simple structure is equipped with an overflow pipe 45 for directing rainwater to the outside when it is about to overflow from the gutter member 32. As shown in FIG. 3, the overflow pipe 45 is inserted and held in place through a through-hole 46 formed in the waterstop 44 and the stringer 5. The overflow pipe 45 is provided at a height that allows it to drain rainwater when it accumulates in the gutter member 32 up to two-thirds of its height or more. The overflow pipe 45 is held in place so that it does not come out of the through-hole 46 in the stringer 5 by attaching caps 47, 47 to both ends. As shown in FIG. 2, the cap 47 is provided with a mesh portion 48 that prevents insects, debris, and the like from entering or leaving the overflow pipe 45.

[0018] As described above, this simple structure comprises a horizontal gutter (gutter member) 32, a blocking member (side girder) 5, and an overflow pipe 45. The blocking member 5 is a member provided in a direction intersecting the horizontal gutter 32 and blocks the end of the horizontal gutter 32, and the overflow pipe 45 is inserted into and held in a through hole 46 formed in the blocking member 5, making it easy to install the overflow pipe 45 and simplifying construction. By providing the overflow pipe 45, when rainwater is about to overflow from the horizontal gutter 32, it can be drained to the outside through the overflow pipe 45, thereby preventing rainwater from leaking from the horizontal gutter 32. In this simple structure, caps 47, 47 are attached to both ends of the overflow pipe 45 to prevent it from slipping out of the through hole 46, making it easy to install the overflow pipe 45 and allowing it to be stably attached so that it does not slip out of the through hole 46.

[0019] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the gap sealant 2 has an upper gap sealant 49 and left and right vertical gap sealants 50, 50. As shown in Figure 4, the upper gap sealant 49 extends outdoors from the exterior wall W like a eave, overlapping the upper surface of the rear girder 4 at a distance. The upper gap sealant 49 has a rear wall 51 facing the exterior wall W, an upper wall 52 sloping downward toward the front, and a horizontal lower wall 53. The upper gap sealant 49 is attached to the exterior wall W by bonding with an inner periphery sealant 54 provided on the inner periphery of the rear wall 51 and double-sided tape 55 provided on the outer periphery of the inner periphery sealant 54. Grooves 56 are formed on the inner and outer periphery of the inner periphery sealant 54 of the rear wall 51, into which the inner periphery sealant 54 fits when the upper gap sealant 49 is pressed against the exterior wall W. Furthermore, the upper gap closing member 49 has a seal pocket 57 on the outer peripheral side of the rear wall 51, and the seal pocket 57 is filled with an outer peripheral sealing material 58 to seal with the outer wall W. A tension member 59 is hung down from the front end of the lower wall 53, and the tension member 59 is bent forward in the middle and its tip abuts against the upper surface of the rear spar 4.

[0020] A reinforcing member 60 is attached with screws to the rear end of the upper surface of the rear girder 4. The reinforcing member 60 is a long member formed from an extruded aluminum alloy section that runs the entire length of the rear girder 4 and is attached so that it extends rearward beyond the rear surface of the rear girder 4. The space between the front surface of the reinforcing member 60 and the upper surface of the rear girder 4 is sealed with a sealing material 61. The upper gap sealing member 49 is placed on the upper surface of the reinforcing member 60 and adhesively attached to the exterior wall W.

[0021] As shown in Figure 5, the vertical gap sealing material 50 is composed of a pillar support material 62 attached to the pillar 6 of the simple building 1, an exterior wall mounting material 63 attached to the exterior wall W, and a side tightening material 64 connecting the pillar support material 62 and the exterior wall mounting material 63. The column support material 62 is composed of a column mounting material 65 that is attached with screws to the rear side of the column 6, and a cover material 66 that is fitted and attached to the column mounting material 65, and a groove 67 is formed in the cover material 66 for attaching the side fitting material 64. As shown in Figure 4, the column mounting material 65 stops at a position where its upper end abuts the lower edge of the rear girder 4, and the cover material 66 extends to a position where it abuts the underside of the support material 60 attached to the top surface of the rear girder 4.

[0022] 5, the exterior wall mounting material 63 is attached to the exterior wall W by bonding with an inner periphery sealant 54 provided on the inner periphery side and double-sided tape 55 provided on the outer periphery side of the inner periphery sealant 54, similar to the upper gap filler material 49. Grooves 56 are formed on the inner and outer periphery sides of the inner periphery sealant 54 into which the inner periphery sealant 54 fits when the exterior wall mounting material 63 is pressed against the exterior wall W. Furthermore, the exterior wall mounting material 63 has a seal pocket 57 on the outer periphery side, which is filled with an outer periphery sealant 58 to seal with the exterior wall W. The exterior wall mounting material 63 has a groove 67 on its front surface for attaching a side sealing material 64.

[0023] 5, the side wall tensioning material 64 is formed in a U-shaped cross section having a main body side wall 68, an exterior wall side wall 69, and a projection wall 70 connecting the two walls 68, 69 on the outer periphery, and is attached across the column support material 62 and the exterior wall mounting material 63 by fitting the mounting portion 71 formed on the main body side wall 68 into the groove 67 of the column support material 62 and the mounting portion 71 formed on the exterior wall side wall 69 into the groove 67 of the exterior wall mounting material 69. The side wall tensioning material 64 has recesses 72 at each corner between the main body side wall 68, the exterior wall side wall 69, and the projection wall 70, and on the back surface of the main body side wall 68 and the exterior wall side wall 69, and is able to bend at these portions to absorb relative displacement between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall W.

[0024] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the upper gap sealant 49 is placed on the upper end of the vertical gap sealant 50, and the upper end of the vertical gap sealant 50 is connected to the upper gap sealant 49 by a metal fitting 73.

[0025] Next, we will explain the installation procedure for the gap sealant 2. First, the exterior wall W is marked, masked, and primed, and then the exterior wall mounting material 63 of the vertical gap sealant 50 is attached to the exterior wall W using the inner periphery sealing material 54 and double-sided tape 55. Next, the column support material 62 of the vertical gap sealing material 50 is attached to the column 6, and the column 6 and girders 3, 4, and 5 are installed. Next, as shown in FIG. 7( a ), a reinforcing member 60 is attached to the upper surface of the rear spar 4 . Next, as shown in Fig. 7(b), the upper gap sealant 49, which has an inner circumferential sealing material 54 and double-sided tape 55 previously attached to the rear wall 51, is placed on the auxiliary material 60 and pressed against the outer wall W. Then, as shown in Fig. 7(c), the upper gap sealant 49 is adhered and fixed to the outer wall W by the inner circumferential sealing material 54 and the double-sided tape 55, and at the same time, the upper gap sealant 49 is placed on the upper end of the vertical gap sealant 50. Thereafter, the outer wall mounting member 63 of the vertical gap sealant 50 and the upper gap sealant 49 are connected with metal fittings 73. Next, the side wall tightening material 64 is attached between the pillar support material 62 and the exterior wall mounting material 63 of the vertical gap sealing material 50. Finally, the seal pockets 57 on the outer periphery of the upper gap sealing material 49 and the vertical gap sealing material 50 are filled with the outer periphery sealing material 58 to seal the upper gap sealing material 49 and the vertical gap sealing material 50 to the outer wall W.

[0026] As described above, this simple structure simplifies construction because both the upper gap sealant 49 and the vertical gap sealant 50 are attached to the exterior wall W by adhesive. The upper gap sealant 49 and the vertical gap sealant 50 can be stably attached to the exterior wall W by being doubly adhered with an inner periphery sealant 54 and double-sided tape 55 attached to the outer periphery. Furthermore, the outer periphery sealant 58 attached to the outer periphery of the double-sided tape 54 seals the exterior wall W, thereby increasing the adhesive strength to the exterior wall W. By providing auxiliary material 60 on the upper surface of rear girder 4 and pressing upper gap sealing material 49 against the exterior wall W while placed on auxiliary material 60, auxiliary material 60 acts as a guide, making it easy to position upper gap sealing material 49 and facilitating the installation work of upper gap sealing material 49. Furthermore, by placing upper gap sealing material 49 on the upper end of vertical gap sealing material 50, auxiliary material 60 and vertical gap sealing material 50 act as guides, making it easy to position upper gap sealing material 49, making the installation work of upper gap sealing material 49 even easier and preventing upper gap sealing material 49 from falling after installation.

[0027] 12 and 13 show other embodiments of the gap sealant 2. As shown in Fig. 12, the upper gap sealant 49 is composed of a girder auxiliary member 74 attached to the upper surface of the rear girder 4 and an upper surface tightening member 75. The girder support material 74 is composed of a girder mounting material 76 that is attached to the upper surface of the rear girder 4 with screws, and a cover material 77 that is fitted and attached to the girder mounting material 76, and a groove 67 is formed in the cover material 77 for attaching the upper surface tension material 75. The upper surface tension material 75 is attached by fitting the mounting portion 71 at the front end into the groove 67 of the girder support material 74, and extends at a slight upward slope toward the exterior wall W, bending upward in the middle, with its end abutting against the exterior wall W in a manner that runs along the exterior wall W.

[0028] As shown in FIG. 13, the vertical gap sealant 50 is made up of a pillar support material 62 attached to the pillar 6 and a side wall sealant 64. The pillar support material 62 is the same as that in the embodiment described above, and is composed of a pillar mounting material 65 that is attached with screws to the rear side of the pillar 6, and a cover material 66 that is fitted and attached to the pillar mounting material 65, and a groove 67 is formed in the cover material 66 for attaching the side tension material 64.

[0029] The side wall tension material 64 has a pair of fin pieces 78a, 78b that extend toward the outer wall W at a distance in the inner and outer periphery directions, and a facing wall 79 that connects the pair of fin pieces 78a, 78b on the column 6 side, and is attached by fitting an attachment portion 71 formed on the facing wall 79 into a groove 67 of the column support material 62. Each fin piece 78a, 78b is formed to bend inward along the exterior wall W by providing a recess 72 on the back side just before reaching the exterior wall W, and the tip portion is configured to abut against the exterior wall W in a manner that follows the exterior wall W. This makes it possible to absorb relative displacement between the exterior wall W and the temporary building 1, and the pair of fin pieces 78a, 78b doubly seal the gap between the exterior wall W and the temporary building 1.

[0030] In the gap sealing material 2 of this embodiment, the upper gap sealing material 49 and the vertical gap sealing material 50 are both attached to the side of the simple building 1, and the tight materials 64, 75 are abutted against the exterior wall W in a manner that follows the exterior wall W, thereby sealing the gap with the exterior wall W. Since there is no need to attach components to the exterior wall W, construction can be further simplified. The side wall sealing material 64 of the vertical gap sealant 50 has a pair of fins 78a, 78b that extend toward the exterior wall W at a distance in the inner and outer periphery, and the tip of each fin 78a, 78b is formed so that it bends inward along the exterior wall W, so that it can absorb relative displacement between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall W, and even if rainwater seeps in beyond the outer fin 78a, the inner fin 78b can stop the water, resulting in excellent water blocking properties. Rainwater that seeps in beyond the outer fin 78a is drained downward through the space 80 between the outer fin 78a and the inner fin 78b.

[0031] 14 and 15 show a second embodiment of the simple structure of the present invention. Like the first embodiment, this simple structure is applied to a garden room installed in the garden of a house, and comprises a simple building 1 installed away from the exterior wall W of the building, and a gap sealant 2 that seals the gap between the exterior wall W and the simple building 1. As shown in Figure 14, the simple building 1 has a main body 81 and eaves 82 that protrude in front of the main body 81.

[0032] In the simplified structure of this embodiment, the left and right side girders 5, 5 are extended forward of the front girder 3 to form eaves 82, and an eaves girder 83 is erected on the front end portions of the left and right side girders 5, 5. The front column 6 is attached to the underside of the side girder 5. Caps 14 are attached to the longitudinal end faces of the eaves girder 83 and the rear girder 4.

[0033] As shown in Figure 15, the main body 81 has a mountain-shaped roof 7a. Specifically, a gutter member 32 is attached to the low position on the rear side of the front girder 3, a gutter member 32 is attached to the low position on the front side of the rear girder 4, a ridge beam 84 is erected between the left and right side girders 5, 5 at the midpoint between the front girder 3 and the rear girder 4, end rafters 33 and rafters 34 are erected at intervals in the left-right direction between the ridge beam 84 and the front and rear gutter members 32, 32 (see Figure 14(a)), and resin roof panels 35 are attached between the end rafters 33 and rafters 34 and between the rafters 34 themselves.

[0034] As shown in Figure 15, the roof 7b is provided at the eaves 82 with a downward slope so that the front girder 3 side is lower. Specifically, a gutter member 32 is attached at a low position on the front side of the front girder 3, a rafter hanger 31 is attached at a higher position than the gutter member 32 on the rear side of the eaves girder 83, and a resin roof panel 35 is attached in a horizontal orientation between the rafter hanger 31 and the gutter member 32.

[0035] As shown in Figure 15, an auxiliary gutter 38 is provided near the column 6 in the lower recess 10 of the front girder 3, as in the first embodiment, and rainwater flows into the auxiliary gutter 38 from holes 41 formed in the gutter member 32 of the eaves 82 attached to the front surface of the front girder 3 and the gutter member 32 of the main body 81 attached to the rear surface of the front girder 3, and is then drained from drainage parts 43 attached to the side of the auxiliary gutter 38 facing the column 6 through the batten 27 of the column 6. Similarly, an auxiliary gutter 38 is provided near the column 6 in the lower recess 10 of the rear girder 4, and rainwater flows into the auxiliary gutter 38 from holes 41 formed in the gutter member 32 of the main body 81 attached to the front surface of the rear girder 4, and is then drained from the drainage parts 43 attached to the side of the auxiliary gutter 38 facing the column 6 through the batten 27 of the column 6. As in the first embodiment, each of the three gutter members 32 is provided with an overflow pipe 45, and when rainwater is about to overflow from the gutter member 32, the rainwater is drained outside the simple building 1 through the overflow pipe 45.

[0036] As with the first embodiment shown in Figure 2, the roof 7a can be provided on the main body 81 with a downward slope so that the front girder 3 side is lower. Also, a gutter member 32 can be attached to the rear surface of the eaves girder 83, and the roof 7b can be provided on the eaves 82 in a mountain shape, as with the main body 81. Whether the roofs 7a, 7b are provided with a downward slope or a mountain shape can be determined based on the front-to-rear dimension of the roofs 7a, 7b; if the front-to-rear dimension of the roofs 7a, 7b is equal to or smaller than a predetermined dimension, the roofs will be provided with a downward slope, and if it is greater than that, the roofs will be provided in a mountain shape.

[0037] In this way, in this simple structure, the gutter members 32 can be attached freely to the front and rear surfaces of the front girder 3, and by attaching the gutter members 32 to the front and rear surfaces of the front girder 3, the roofs 7b, 7a can be provided at a downward slope over the eaves 82 and main body 81 so that the front girder 3 side is lower. In addition, the gutter members 32 can be attached freely to the rear side of the eaves girder 83 and the front side of the rear girder 4, and by attaching the gutter members 32 to the front and rear surfaces of the front girder 3 and providing the gutter members 32 on at least one of the rear surface of the eaves girder 83 or the front surface of the rear girder 4, the roofs 7b, 7a can be provided in a mountain shape between the eaves girder 83 and the gutter members 32 of the front girder 3 and between the gutter members 32 of the front girder 3 and the rear girder 4. This simplifies the construction of a simple structure that has eaves 82 on the front side of the main body 81. By having eaves 82 on the front side of the main body 81, rain can be prevented from entering the simple building 1 even when the fittings 8 attached to the opening on the front side of the main body 81 are open or when the fittings 8 are not attached to the opening on the front side of the main body 81. The gutter section can be formed integrally with the girders (front girders 3, eaves girders 83 and rear girders 4), but by using a structure in which separate gutter members 32 are attached to the girders 3, 4 and 83 as in the embodiment, the cross sections of the girders 3, 4 and 83 can be made common and the roofs 7a and 7b can be freely configured by attaching the gutter members 32 where necessary, thereby reducing costs and increasing the flexibility of the roof. The roof 7a of the main body 81 has the roof panels 35 arranged in the front-to-back direction, while the roof 7b of the eaves 82 has the roof panels 35 arranged in the left-to-right direction (see Figure 14(a)), which allows the number of roof panels 35 of the eaves 82 to be reduced, thereby simplifying the construction of the roof in the eaves area.

[0038] 16 and 17 show a third embodiment of the simple structure of the present invention. Like the first embodiment, this simple structure is applied to a garden room set up in the garden of a house, and comprises a simple building 1 set up away from the exterior wall W of the building, and a gap sealant 2 that seals the gap between the exterior wall W and the simple building 1. As shown in Fig. 16, the simple building 1 has a main body 81 and eaves 85 that protrude from the side of the main body 81 (to the right when viewed from the front in the figure).

[0039] As shown in Figure 16(a), the eaves 85 has a right-hand side girder 5, an eaves girder 86, a front girder 3a, and a rear girder 4a when viewed from the front, and the main body 81 has left and right side girder 5, 5, a front girder 3b, and a rear girder 4b, and the front girder 3a of the eaves 85 and the front girder 3b of the main body 81, and the rear girder 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear girder 4b of the main body 81 are each continuous in the longitudinal direction. The side girder 5 of the eaves 85 and the side girder 5 of the main body 81 are the same single member. In comparison with the first embodiment shown in Figure 1, the front girder 3 and rear girder 4 protrude laterally beyond the side girder 5, and the eaves girder 86 is erected between the ends of the protruding front girder 3 and rear girder 4.

[0040] As in the first embodiment shown in Fig. 2, roofs 7c, 7a are provided on the eaves 85 and main body 81 at a downward slope so that the front girders 3a, 3b are lower. Specifically, rafter hangers 31 are attached to the eaves 85 and the main body 81 at a high position on the front side of the rear girders 4a, 4b, and gutter members 32 are attached to the eaves 85 and the main body 81 at a low position on the rear side of the front girders 3a, 3b. End rafters 33 and rafters 34 are erected between the rafter hangers 31 and the gutter members 32 at intervals in the left-right direction, and resin roof panels 35 are attached between the end rafters 33 and rafters 34 and between the rafters 34.

[0041] The roofs 7c and 7a can be provided in a mountain shape on the eaves 85 and the main body 81, similar to the main body 81 of the second embodiment shown in Fig. 15. In that case, the gutter members 32 are also attached to the front sides of the rear beams 4a and 4b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81.

[0042] The eaves 85 can be provided so as to protrude to the left side of the main body 81 when viewed from the front, or can be provided so as to protrude to both the left and right sides of the main body 81. Furthermore, the eaves 82 can be provided so as to protrude in front of the main body 81, and the eaves 85 can be provided so as to protrude to at least one of the left and right sides of the main body 81.

[0043] In this way, in this simple structure, the gutter members 32 can be attached freely to the eaves 85 and the rear surfaces of the front girders 3a, 3b of the main body 81, and by attaching the gutter members 32 to the rear surfaces of the front girders 3a, 3b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81, the roofs 7c, 7a can be provided at a downward slope so that the front girders 3a, 3b are lower on the eaves 85 and the main body 81. In addition, the gutter members 32 can be attached freely to the front surfaces of the rear girders 4a, 4b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81, and the gutter members 32 can be attached to the rear surfaces of the front girders 3a, 3b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81, and at least one of the rear girder 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear girder 4b of the main body 81, so that the roofs 7c, 7a can be provided in a mountain shape between the gutter members 32 of the front girders 3a, 3b and the gutter members 32 of the rear girders 4a, 4b. This simplifies the construction of a simple structure having eaves 85 on the sides of the main body 81. By providing eaves 85 on the sides of the main body 81, rain can be prevented from entering the simple building 1 even when the fittings 8 attached to the openings on the sides of the main body 81 are open or when the fittings 8 are not attached to the openings on the sides of the main body 81. The gutter section can be formed integrally with the girders (front girders 3a, 3b and rear girders 4a, 4b), but by using a structure in which separate gutter members 32 are attached to the girders 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b as in the embodiment, the cross sections of the girders 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b can be made common and the roofs 7a, 7c can be freely configured by attaching the gutter members 32 where necessary, thereby reducing costs and increasing the flexibility of the roof.

[0044] As described above, this simple structure (first, second, and third embodiments) comprises a horizontal gutter (gutter member) 32, a blocking member (side girder) 5, and an overflow pipe 45. The blocking member 5 is a member provided in a direction intersecting the horizontal gutter 32 and blocks the end of the horizontal gutter 32, and the overflow pipe 45 is inserted into and held in a through hole 46 formed in the blocking member 5 (see FIG. 3), making it easy to install the overflow pipe 45 and simplifying construction. The provision of the overflow pipe 45 allows rainwater to flow to the outside through the overflow pipe 45 when it is about to overflow from the horizontal gutter 32, thereby preventing rainwater from leaking from the horizontal gutter 32. In this simple structure, caps 47, 47 are attached to both ends of the overflow pipe 45 to prevent it from slipping out of the through hole 46, making it easy to install the overflow pipe 45 and allowing it to be stably attached so that it does not slip out of the through hole 46.

[0045] This simple structure (second embodiment, see Figures 14 and 15) comprises eaves 82 and a main body 81, and of the girders that make up the eaves beam 83 of the eaves 82, the front beam 3 and rear beam 4 of the main body 81, the front beam 3 of the main body 81 has gutter sections (gutter members) 32 on the front and rear sides, and when roofs 7b, 7a are provided downwardly sloping on at least one of the eaves beam 82 and the main body 81, the roofs 7b, 7a are provided downwardly sloping from at least one of the eaves beam 83 and the rear beam 4 toward the gutter section 32 of the front beam 3, and when roofs 7b, 7a are provided in a mountain shape on at least one of the eaves beam 82 and the main body 81, the gutter section 32 is provided on at least one of the eaves beam 83 and the rear beam 4, and roofs 7b, 7a are provided in a mountain shape between the eaves beam 83 and the gutter section 32 of the front beam 3 and between the gutter sections 32 of the front beam 3 and the rear beam 4, thereby simplifying the construction of a simple structure comprising eaves 82. The eaves 82 make it difficult for rain to get in. This simple structure (second embodiment, see Figures 14 and 15) comprises eaves 82 and a main body 81, and of the girders that make up the eaves beam 83 of the eaves 82, the front beam 3 and rear beam 4 of the main body 81, the front beam 3 of the main body 81 has gutter members 32 attached to the front and rear sides. When roofs 7b, 7a are provided at a downward slope on at least one of the eaves beam 82 and the main body 81, the roofs 7b, 7a are provided at a downward slope from at least one of the eaves beam 83 and the rear beam 4 toward the gutter member 32 of the front beam 3.When roofs 7b, 7a are provided in a mountain shape on at least one of the eaves 82 and the main body 81, the gutter member 32 is attached to at least one of the eaves beam 83 and the rear beam 4, and the roofs 7b, 7a are provided in a mountain shape between the eaves beam 83 and the gutter member 32 of the front beam 3, and between the gutter members 32 of the front beam 3 and the rear beam 4, thereby simplifying the construction of a simple structure comprising eaves 82. The provision of eaves 82 makes it difficult for rain to get in. By using a structure in which separate gutter members 32 are attached to girders 3, 4, 83, the cross sections of girders 3, 4, 83 are made common and roofs 7b, 7a can be freely configured by attaching gutter members 32 where necessary, thereby reducing costs and increasing the degree of freedom in roof design.

[0046] This simple structure (third embodiment, see Figures 16 and 17) comprises an eaves 85 and a main body 81, the eaves 85 having either the left or right side girders 5, an eaves girder 86, a front girder 3a and a rear girder 4a, the main body 81 having the left and right side girders 5, 5, a front girder 3b and a rear girder 4b, the front girder 3a of the eaves 85 and the front girder 3b of the main body 81, and the rear girder 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear girder 4b of the main body 81 are continuous in the longitudinal direction, the front girder 3a of the eaves 85 and the front girder 3b of the main body 81 have a gutter section (gutter member) 32 on the rear side, and the roofs 7c, 7a are sloped downward on at least one of the eaves 85 and the main body 81. When installed at an angle, roofs 7c, 7a are installed at a downward slope from at least one of the rear girder 4a of eaves 85 and the rear girder 4b of main body 81 toward the gutter section 32 of front girder 3a, 3b, and when roofs 7c, 7a are installed in a mountain shape on at least one of eaves 85 and main body 81, gutter section 32 is installed on at least one of the rear girder 4a of eaves 85 and the rear girder 4b of main body 81, and roofs 7c, 7a are installed in a mountain shape between the gutter section 32 of front girder 3a, 3b and the gutter section 32 of rear girder 4a, 4b, which simplifies the construction of simple structures equipped with eaves 85. Equipping with eaves 85 makes it difficult for rain to get in. This simple structure (third embodiment, see Figures 16 and 17) comprises an eaves 85 and a main body 81, the eaves 85 having either the left or right side girders 5, an eaves girder 86, a front girder 3a and a rear girder 4a, the main body 81 having left and right side girders 5, 5, a front girder 3b and a rear girder 4b, the front girder 3a of the eaves 85 and the front girder 3b of the main body 81, and the rear girder 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear girder 4b of the main body 81 are continuous in the longitudinal direction, the front girder 3a of the eaves 85 and the front girder 3b of the main body 81 are attached to the rear side of the eaves 85 and the front girder 3a, 3b of the main body 81, and roofs 7c, 7a are set at a downward slope on at least one of the eaves 85 and the main body 81. When the roofs 7c, 7a are provided in a mountain shape on at least one of the rear girder 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear girder 4b of the main body 81, the roofs 7c, 7a are provided in a downward slope from the rear girder 4a of the eaves 85 or the rear girder 4b of the main body 81 toward the gutter members 32 of the front girder 3a, 3b, and when the roofs 7c, 7a are provided in a mountain shape on at least one of the eaves 85 or the main body 81, the gutter members 32 are attached to at least one of the rear girder 4a of the eaves 85 or the rear girder 4b of the main body 81, and the roofs 7c, 7a are provided in a mountain shape between the gutter members 32 of the front girder 3a, 3b and the gutter members 32 of the rear girder 4a, 4b, which simplifies the construction of a simple structure provided with the eaves 85. By providing the eaves 85, it is difficult for rain to get in. By using a structure in which separate gutter members 32 are attached to the girders 3a, 3b, 4a, and 4b, the cross sections of the girders 3a, 3b, 4a, and 4b can be made common, and the roofs 7c and 7a can be freely configured by attaching the gutter members 32 where necessary, thereby reducing costs and increasing the flexibility of the roof.

[0047] The capped extrusions (front and rear girders) 3, 4 of this simple structure comprise extrusions 3, 4 and caps 14 attached to the ends of the extrusions 3, 4. The caps 14 consist of a main body 15 and a thin plate 16 sandwiched between the main body 15 and the ends of the extrusions 3, 4. The thin plate 16 has an end hiding section 21 that hides the ends 17, 23 of the main body 15 (see Figures 8 to 11). This means that the ends of the extrusions 3, 4 can be easily covered with the caps 14, and the ends 17, 23 of the main body 15 are hidden by the end hiding section 21 of the thin plate 16, improving the design. This simple structure (first, second and third embodiments) can simplify construction by using the same capped shape members for the girders (front girder 3, rear girder 4 and eaves girder 83). The main body 15 is formed of an extruded aluminum material, and the cut edges 17, 23 of the main body 15 are hidden by the edge hiding part 21 of the thin plate 16, so that the color and texture of the materials 3, 4, 83 and the cap 14 can be made the same, improving the design. The main body 15 has a mounting portion (protrusion) 19 for screwing to the profile members 3, 4, and 83, and the thin plate 16 has a hole 20 for passing the mounting portion 19 of the main body 15 through, so that the cap 14 can be attached easily and stably.

[0048] The simple structure (first, second and third embodiments) according to the invention described in claim 1 comprises a simple building 1 installed away from the exterior wall W, and a gap sealing material 2 that seals the gap between the exterior wall W and the simple building 1. The gap sealing material 2 is adhered to the exterior wall W with an inner periphery sealing material 54 provided on the inner periphery and double-sided tape 55 provided on the outer periphery of the inner periphery sealing material 54, and is sealed to the exterior wall W with an outer periphery sealing material 58 provided on the outer periphery of the double-sided tape 55 (see Figure 4). This means that the gap sealing material 2 can be installed without drilling holes in the exterior wall W, thereby simplifying construction. The gap sealing material 2 has grooves 56 on the inner and outer circumferential sides of the inner circumferential sealing material 54 into which the inner circumferential sealing material 54 enters when the gap sealing material 2 is pressed against the outer wall W, so that the inner circumferential sealing material 54 is held within a predetermined range and the gap sealing material 2 can be stably bonded to the outer wall W by the inner circumferential sealing material 54.

[0049] This simple structure (the embodiment shown in Figure 13) comprises a simple building 1 installed away from an exterior wall W, and a gap sealant 2 that seals the gap between the exterior wall W and the simple building 1. The gap sealant 2 has a pair of fins 78a, 78b that extend toward the exterior wall at a distance from each other in the inner and outer periphery directions, and each fin 78a, 78b is formed so that its tip bends inward along the exterior wall W, so that the gap between the exterior wall W and the simple building 1 can be sealed simply by pressing the fins 78a, 78b against the exterior wall W, simplifying construction. Because the pair of fins 78a, 78b are spaced apart from each other in the inner and outer periphery directions, even if rainwater seeps in beyond the outer periphery fin 78a, the inner periphery fin 78b can stop the water from seeping in, resulting in excellent watertightness. The gap sealing material 2 is attached to the simple building 1 via auxiliary materials (pillar auxiliary materials) 62 attached to the pillars 6 of the simple building 1, so that the gap sealing material 2 can be easily attached and workability is improved.

[0050] The manufacturing method of this simple structure (first, second and third embodiments) includes a step of attaching an auxiliary material 60 to the top surface of the simple building 1 to position the installation height of the upper gap sealing material 49, and a step of pressing the upper gap sealing material 49 against the exterior wall W while it is placed on the auxiliary material 60 and fixing it (see Figure 7), which makes it easy to install the upper sealing material 49 and simplifies construction. The manufacturing method of this simple structure (first, second and third embodiments) comprises the steps of attaching vertical gap sealant 50 to exterior wall W, attaching auxiliary material 60 to the top surface of simple building 1 to position the installation height of upper gap sealant 49, and placing upper gap sealant 49 on the upper end of vertical gap sealant 50 by pressing and fixing upper gap sealant 49 against exterior wall W while placed on auxiliary material 60 (see FIG. 7), which makes it easy to install upper gap sealant 49 and simplifies construction. By placing upper gap sealant 49 on the upper end of vertical gap sealant 50, upper gap sealant 49 can be held at a predetermined height.

[0051] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. The structure of the simple building itself is arbitrary; for example, a gate-shaped independent frame may be installed away from the exterior wall, and the building may be constructed by leaning against the independent frame. The material and cross-sectional shape of the gap sealant can be changed as appropriate. As for the gap sealant, it is sufficient that at least one of the upper gap sealant and the vertical gap sealant has the structure of the present invention. The type and properties of the exterior wall are not important. The present invention is not limited to garden rooms, and can be applied to any simple structure, such as a carport or a passage shelter. [Explanation of symbols]
