4. A method for producing processed meat products, comprising the step of applying a meat seasoning liquid obtained by the manufacturing method described in any one of claims 1 to 3 to meat.
5. A method for producing a processed meat product according to claim 4, wherein the step of applying a meat seasoning liquid to the meat is by immersion.
6. A method for producing a processed meat product according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the meat is a block of meat.
7. A method for improving the texture of processed meat products, characterized in that when manufacturing processed meat products by applying a seasoning liquid to meat, the seasoning liquid for meat obtained by the manufacturing method described in any one of claims 1 to 3 is applied to the meat.
