An eyelash perm rod for perming eyelashes growing along the lower edge of the upper eyelid of a person to be treated, characterized in that the panel-shaped base has continuous treatment surfaces for curling the eyelashes on its front, bottom, and back sides, and the back side of the base has a recess for receiving the upper eyelid, and the lower end of the recess has a downwardly recessed concave curved surface so that the concave curved surface fits along the shape of the lower edge of the upper eyelid.
