Therefore, in order to prevent the two bottles from being damaged during market distribution, two bottles are housed in one blister pack, and this blister pack is housed in a rectangular box. [0008] Next, a blister pack 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, let's explain the chemical disperser housed in the blister pack 10. The chemical disperser comprises a bottle that airtightly and liquid-tightly houses liquid chemicals such as volatile fragrances, insect repellents, and insecticides, multiple rod-shaped chemical dispersers 14, and a bottle into which the chemical is injected and into which the multiple rod-shaped chemical dispersers are inserted. In the following explanation, the bottle that contains the drug in an airtight and liquid-tight manner will be referred to as the first bottle 12 (see Figure 25), and the bottle into which the multiple rod-shaped drug volatilizers 14, shown by dashed lines in Figure 26(A), are inserted will be referred to as the second bottle 16 (see Figure 26). The first bottle 12 and the second bottle 16 are housed in a blister pack 10, which, along with several rod-shaped chemical volatilizers 14, are housed in a rectangular box 18 (see Figures 15, 17, and 19) and distributed to the market. Purchasers of the chemical volatilizer remove the blister pack 10 and the several rod-shaped chemical volatilizers 14 from the box 18, remove the first bottle 12 and the second bottle 16 from the blister pack 10, pour the chemical from the first bottle 12 into the second bottle 16, insert the several rod-shaped chemical volatilizers 14 into the second bottle 16, and use the device by volatilizing the chemical from the parts of the several rod-shaped chemical volatilizers 14 that protrude upward from the second bottle 16. [0011] Next, we will describe the blister pack 10 that contains the first bottle 12, the second bottle 16, and the multiple rod-shaped drug volatile particles 14. Various conventionally known synthetic resin materials can be used as the materials that make up the blister pack 10. As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the blister pack 10 has a horizontal width W2, a length L2, and a vertical height H2, is rectangular in plan view, and is sized to be able to be inserted into and removed from the inside of a rectangular box 18 (see Figures 15, 17, and 19) used during distribution, from the longitudinal direction of the box 18. Various conventionally known materials such as cardboard and synthetic resin can be used for the box 18. As shown in Figures 15, 17, and 19, the box 18 has an upper surface 1802 and a lower surface 1804 that are opposite each other in the vertical direction, a pair of end surfaces 1806 that are opposite each other in the longitudinal direction of the box 18, and a left side surface 1808 and a right side surface 1810 that are opposite each other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the box 18, and these surfaces are rectangular in shape. The blister pack 10 is housed inside the box 18 and is formed with a shape and dimensions that allow it to fit snugly within the rectangular contour of the box 18 without rattling, with parts of the blister pack 10 in contact with or in close proximity to each of the six sides of the rectangular box 18's interior. As shown in Figure 1, the blister pack 10 is provided with a first storage section 20 that is open at the top and accommodates the first bottle 12, and a second storage section 22 that is open at the top and accommodates the second bottle 16, arranged in the direction of the length L2 of the blister pack 10. As shown in Figure 15, the first bottle 12 and the second bottle 16 are placed in the first storage section 20 and the second storage section 22 with their axial directions approximately aligned with the length direction of the blister pack 10, and laid flat.
[0012] As shown in Figure 15, the first storage section 20 holds the first bottle 12 so that it cannot move in the axial direction and in directions perpendicular to the axial direction, with its cap 1206 facing one direction in the length L2 direction of the blister pack 10 and the bottom 1208 of the first body 1202 facing the other direction in the length L2 direction of the blister pack 10, and also stores it so that it can be removed from above. In a plan view, as shown in Figure 15, the axial directions of the first bottle 12 and the second bottle 16 are inclined in the same direction as the width W2 of the blister pack 10 with respect to the length L2 direction of the blister pack 10, and the cap 1206 of the first bottle 12 and the bottom 1608 of the second body 1602 of the second bottle 16 are located in the middle of the length L2 direction of the blister pack 10. As shown in Figures 17 and 18, when viewed from the width W2 direction of the blister pack 10, the cap 1206 of the first bottle 12 and the part of the second body 1602 of the second bottle 16 near the bottom 1608 overlap, while the first shoulder 1210 of the first bottle 12 and the bottom 1608 of the second body 1602 of the second bottle 16 are separated. As shown in Figures 15 and 17, in order to prevent damage during distribution, the first bottle 12 and the second bottle 16 are housed in the first storage section 20 and the second storage section 22, respectively, and the first bottle 12 and the second bottle 16 are located at separate points inside the inner contour of the rectangular box 18, or in other words, on the six inner surfaces of the box 18.
[0013] To explain in detail, when viewed from above, the blister pack 10 has a rectangular shape. As shown in Figures 7 to 10, the upper ends of the four sides of the rectangle have upward-facing upper end walls 24. As shown in Figures 11 to 14, a folded-over wall 26 is formed on the outer edge of the upper end wall 24, which is folded downward. Claims
1. A blister pack used to house two bottles, a first bottle having a body and a neck, and a second bottle, in a separated state, A cap is attached to the neck of the first bottle. A shoulder portion is interposed at the boundary between the neck portion and the body portion of the first bottle and the second bottle. The aforementioned blister pack has a rectangular shape when viewed from above. The blister pack has an upper end wall extending along the four sides of the rectangle in plan view, a side wall extending downward from the upper end wall, and an intermediate wall extending inward from the side wall at the midpoint of the height of the blister pack. When viewed from the width direction perpendicular to the length direction of the blister pack, the shoulder portion of the first bottle and the bottom portion of the body of the second bottle are separated in the middle portion of the length direction of the blister pack. With the first bottle housed in the first storage section, the axial direction of the first bottle is inclined vertically with respect to the length direction of the blister pack such that the neck portion is positioned above the body portion. 5. The body of the second bottle has a thickness and a width that is greater than the thickness. The surface of the second bottle located in one of the two directions in the thickness direction of the body is the front surface of the second bottle. With the second bottle housed in the second storage section, the width of the body of the second bottle is inclined with respect to the width of the blister pack to such an extent that the front is visible from above the blister pack, and the front is facing diagonally upward. The width of the body of the second bottle is formed to gradually decrease from the top to the bottom of the body, and the thickness of the body is formed to be greatest in the center in the width direction and gradually decreases as it moves away from the center in the width direction. With the second bottle housed in the second storage section, the axial direction of the second bottle is inclined vertically with respect to the length direction of the blister pack such that the neck portion is positioned above the body portion. The convex portion is provided with irregularities, and the convex portion is formed as a first reinforcing wall portion with increased rigidity. An uneven portion is provided on one of the side walls at the location facing the cap, and the portion of the one side wall facing the cap is formed as a second reinforcing wall portion with increased rigidity.
