Abstract
To provide: a conjugated polymer having as a repeating unit an oligoheteroacene comprising a thienothiophene skeleton; an organic thin film comprising the conjugated polymer; and a transistor element comprising the organic thin film.SOLUTION: A conjugated polymer is produced using as an ingredient a monomer represented by the general formula (1) in the figure. The conjugated polymer can form an organic thin film to form a transistor element to exhibit excellent transistor performance.SELECTED DRAWING: None
