Abstract

To provide a storage tray which prevents deformation of a mat with which a tray main body is covered.SOLUTION: A storage tray 3 provided in a passenger compartment includes a tray main body 10 composed of hard material and a mat 20 composed of elastomer. The tray main body 10 has a mounting part 11 which is attached to a center console 1 of a vehicle and can mount small articles on the upper side thereof. The mat 20 covers the upper side of the mounting part 11 of the tray main body 10. The storage tray 3 is an insert molded product formed by integrating the tray main body 10 as an insert member and the mat 20 as filling resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

[Claim 1] A vehicle storage tray installed inside the vehicle interior, A tray body made of a rigid material that is attached to the interior material of a vehicle and has a mounting section on the upper side on which an item can be placed, This tray body includes a mat made of an elastic material that covers the upper part of the mounting section, This is an insert molded product in which the tray body, which serves as an insert component, and the mat, which serves as a filling resin, are integrated into one piece. A vehicle storage tray characterized in that the edge of the tray body is provided with a fitting projection that fits into a recess formed in the interior material, and a groove is formed in the fitting projection that extends in the direction of its projection, and a part of the mat fits into the groove to fit into the recess. [Claim 2] The vehicle storage tray according to claim 1, characterized in that the tray body has a through hole formed therein that penetrates from the upper side of the storage portion described above to the opposite side, and a part of the mat fits into this through hole. [Claim 3] The vehicle storage tray according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the mat covering the mounting portion of the tray body is larger in size than the tray body.
