To provide a pneumatic micrometer which does not need to prepare the same number of pressure control parts and pressure sensors as the number of a plurality of measurement heads, and can improve the responsiveness.SOLUTION: A pneumatic micrometer for detecting a dimension of a prescribed portion of a measurement object S by blowing out the supplied air toward the measurement object S from a nozzle 4 provided in a measurement head 3 via a pressure control part 1 and a narrowed part 2 comprises: a housing part 11 which has the pressure control part 1; a holding part 5 which is provided so as to be apart from the housing part 11; a measurement head 3 which is detachably attached to an attachment part 9 provided in the holding part 5; a narrowed part 2 which is provided in the holding part 5 or the measurement head 3; a first fluid passage 6 which has one end communicated with the pressure control part 1 of the housing part 11 and the other end communicated with the narrowed part 2; a second flow passage 7 which has one end communicated with the narrowed part 2 and the other end communicated with the nozzle 4; and a third fluid passage 8 which has one end communicated with the second flow passage 7 and the other end communicated with a detection part 10 for detecting the dimension from the back pressure of the air blown out from the nozzle 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
