Abstract

An analysis device (100) (fluorescent X-ray analysis device) comprises: a sample stage (33) on which a sample is placed; an X-ray tube (51) (X-ray source) that irradiates the sample with primary X-rays; a detector (52) that detects fluorescent X-rays emitted from the sample in response to the irradiated primary X-rays; a control device (1) (analysis unit) that analyzes the fluorescent X-rays detected by the detector (52); and an agitating mechanism (2) that agitates the sample.
