[0036] The upper end of the vertical extension rod (20) of the present invention and the rear end of the protective plate (10) are joined using a first fastening bolt (60) that is detachably joined by gripping it with a hand.

[0037] Likewise, the lower end of the second rod (24) of the vertical extension rod (20) and the end of the third rod (32) of the horizontal extension rod (30) can be joined by means of a second fastening bolt (62) that is detachably joined by hand.

[0039] Hereinafter, a method of using an insulating protection device (100) for a utility pole according to an embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration is briefly described.

[0040] First, the worker attaches the insertion part (14) protruding from the front of the protective plate (10) to the hollow part of the square cross-section of the reinforcing bar (B) and temporarily mounts the protective plate (10) on the reinforcing bar (B).

[0041] A vertical extension rod (20) is connected to the rear portion of the above protective plate (10) via a first fastening member (60). At this time, the required length of the first and second rods (22, 24) of the vertical extension rod (20) is adjusted by aligning the first and second holes (22a, 24a) in the first length adjustment part (40) to adjust the length of the vertical extension rod (20), and then the length of the vertical extension rod (20) is adjusted by fastening the first connecting pin (26).

[0042] Next, the required length of the first and second rods (32, 34) of the horizontal extension rod (30) is adjusted by aligning the third and fourth holes (32a, 34a) in the second length adjustment part (50) in consideration of the distance from the scaffolding (S) for construction work, and then the length of the horizontal extension rod (30) is adjusted, and then the second connecting pin (36) is fastened to fix it.

[0043] Next, when the lower end of the second rod (24) of the vertical extension rod (20) and the end of the third rod (32) of the horizontal extension rod (30) are connected by a second fastening bolt (62) that can be separated by hand, the assembly of the insulation protection device (100) for a utility pole according to one embodiment of the present invention is completed, and the worker can perform power distribution work without fear of contact with scaffolding (S) for construction work.

[0044] Meanwhile, when the power distribution work is completed, the worker can loosen the second fastening bolt (62) in the reverse order of the above to separate the horizontal extension rod (30) from the pole (P), loosen the first fastening bolt (60) from the rear part of the protective plate (10) to separate the vertical extension rod (20) from the protective plate (10), release the insertion part (14) of the protective plate (10) from the crossarm (B) to separate the protective plate (10), and then retrieve the insulating protective device (100) for the pole.

[0045] As described above, the insulation protection device (100) for a utility pole according to the present invention can simply be coupled to the crossarm (B) of the utility pole (P) to protect the equipment (C, I) of the utility pole (P), thereby preventing safety accidents by preventing the construction steel pipe scaffolding (S) or a part of the worker's body from coming into contact with the high-voltage power line due to the worker's carelessness.

[0046] In addition, the present invention allows the installation position of the protective plate (10) to be easily changed or adjusted by adjusting the lengths of the vertical extension rod (20) and the horizontal extension rod (30) during power distribution work.

[0047] The present invention does not require protective plates with different structures for each piece of equipment, and its simple structure makes it easy to manufacture and handle, thereby improving the efficiency of power distribution work and reducing operating costs.

[0048] The above description describes preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. Those skilled in the art may modify and vary the invention within the scope of the essence of the invention, and such technical concepts to which modifications and variations are applied should also be considered to fall within the scope of the following claims.
