Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundations in geotechnical engineering, and in particular to a centrifugal device and method for simulating the entire process of sequential installation of group piles and negative skin friction. The device includes a base plate for installation on a centrifuge, where the top surface of the base plate is fixedly connected with a model box for placing a soil layer; a monitoring component is arranged in the model box; a drainage component is arranged outside the model box; one end of the model box far away from the base plate is detachably connected with a top plate; the top plate is provided with a through groove communicated with the model box; a plurality of pressure components are arranged in the through groove; the pressure components are respectively used for pile driving and applying pressure to the soil layer.
