Abstract
The present invention relates to a remote electrical cutting device with wireless control for low-voltage overhead networks where the device is designed to be attached to universal telescopic poles and perform the sectioning of service connections from the ground, keeping the operator at a safe distance and reducing risks of electrocution, electric arc and falls where the system comprises a cutting means (10) with an insulating casing, provided with an upper "C" shaped portion that defines an entry opening with a directional groove (13) and a retention means (14), as well as a pair of metal jaws covered with insulating material (16), one fixed and the other movable, actuated by an electric actuator and powered by a rechargeable battery housed in the lower tubular portion (12) in addition, the device includes a multi-position holder (20) that allows the cutting head to be oriented by means of a spherical joint and receiving groove, facilitating 360° rotation and angular tilting. Remote control is achieved via a wireless armband (30) with a keypad equipped with two pushbuttons (32), linked to a transmitter that sends coded closing and releasing commands to the cutting device. The assembly allows cutting to be completed in less than one minute, operated by a single worker, and in compliance with applicable electrical safety standards.
