Abstract

The invention aims to enhance community disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM), especially in remote disaster-prone areas, through the implementation of as Raspberry Pibased smart pole technology, which integrates web-based emergency communication, monitoring, and emergency response features. The optimized smart pole will serve as a multifunctional hub, equipped with environmental sensors, LAN connectivity, intercom and public address control systems, and emergency alert capabilities.
