Abstract
Disclosed is a method for producing chocolate-coated banana chips. The process involves washing, peeling, slicing, and deep frying unripe saba bananas (Musa acuminata x balbisiana). Subsequently, the banana chips are immersed in a coating ingredient, cooled in the freezer to solidify the coating, and then packed into a plastic bag for subsequent examination and evaluation.
