Abstract

To provide a device for real time dissemination of information or water level status to the community wherein they are at the forefront of the impending disaster. A portable water level monitoring device (1) comprising: a 10 microcontroller (11) connected to a MP3 module (12) with a memory card (12a); a plurality of sensors (13) connected to the microcontroller (11); a public address system (15) connected to the microcontroller (11) ;a broadcast address system (14) connected to the microcontroller (11); a power source system (16) connected to the microcontroller (11) and the plurality of sensors (13); wherein the microcontroller (11) 15 programmed the sensors (13) to collect data and transmit a water level to the public address system (15) and broadcast address system (14). A listening station configured to receive the collected data transmitted.
