Abstract

A heat storage device for producing warmed airflow for vegetable and meat dehydration is disclosed. Conventional dehydration heating systems often suffer from unstable temperature control, inefficient heat retention, and high energy consumption due to the absence of an effective thermal storage mechanism. The present utility model addresses these technical problems by providing a heat storage device capable of storing and releasing thermal energy in a controlled manner. The device comprises a hermetically sealed double-walled clay brick perimeter with a compacted sand layer containing embedded electrical heating elements. An inner core composed of irregular basalt rocks forms air passages for heat transfer. Temperature sensors and a microcomputer-based controller regulate heating cycles to maintain stable temperatures. The device may be installed underground for additional insulation and includes insulated air conduits for circulating heated air for dehydration applications.
