Abstract
The present utility model generally relates to a tea beverage, but more particularly to a process of making dalandan (Citrus aurantium) and mint (Mentha spp.) tea, which has a slightly tangy and sweet taste with herbal components. The process involves washing dalandan peels and mint tea leaves to remove contaminants, then dehydrating the washed ingredients at 45-50 °C. The dehydrated ingredients are then ground and sifted before being combined in a 2:1 ratio.
