Abstract
The present utility model generally relates to a tea beverage, but more particularly to a composition of dalandan (Citrus aurantium) and mint (Mentha spp.) tea, which has a slightly tangy and sweet taste with herbal components. The composition of tea consists of the following ingredients: 2 grams of dried powdered dalandan (Citrus aurantium) peels; and 1 gram of dried powdered mint leaves. Dalandan mint tea helps provide protection against radicals and serves as an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agent. Dalandan mint tea has several significant economic and environmental considerations, especially for local communities involved in agriculture, food production, and small-scale enterprise.
