Batch spray-type pasteurizer

Abstract

The present utility model aims to provide a batch spray-type pasteurizer that can provide thermal pasteurization for packaged food products such as cans, glass jars, bottles, and pouches within a single pasteurization chamber. This pasteurizer comprises top and side spray nozzles designed to deliver pressurized hot water inside the chamber. To ensure effective heat treatment, electric immersion heaters are also placed inside the water tank to ensure that the temperature of the circulating water is maintained to the required process temperature. Through these, the need for separate pasteurization chambers for every packing format can be avoided.
