A device for producing iron carrier from composite waste separated from substitute fuel for cement plants

Abstract

The device for producing iron carrier from composite waste separated from substitute fuel for cement plants has a supporting structure (1), to which a body (2) with a cylindrical working chamber (3) is vertically mounted, with a loading opening (4) and a rectangular discharge opening (5) with an adjustable discharge slot height located in the lower part of the side wall (6) of the working chamber (3). A drive shaft (9) with a head (10) is mounted in the axis of the body (2), to which two chain slings (12) with identical hammers (13) located on opposite sides of the head (10) are attached via mounting brackets (11). The mounting brackets (11) in the mounting head (10), on the side of the chain slings (12), have the shape of a hook. The radial gap (18) between the side wall (6) of the working chamber (3) and the lower walls of the hammers (13) during their operation is 3 to 5 cm.
