[0002] A multi-motor electric drive for a machine for cutting and stripping wire is known [Auth. certificate SU No. 1792223, IPC H02P 7 / 62, published 02 / 28 / 1994], which contains, along the movement of the wire being cut, a payoff mechanism, a movement sensor, a wire feed drive, a carriage drive motor equipped with a thermistor, a cutting mechanism, a product accumulator, due to which increased reliability and increased productivity are ensured.
[0003] A disadvantage of this device is the need to readjust it when the wire length changes, which increases the time required for stripping and crimping. The cutting tool's pneumatic drive has low energy conversion efficiency, which, with a high operating frequency, leads to increased compressed air consumption and compressor power consumption, resulting in increased energy consumption and reduced productivity.
