Description

[0001] The proposed utility model relates to the field of gas industry and can be used for washing filters.

[0002] A device for washing objects is known (application for invention RU 96117971, IPC B08B 3 / 04, published 20.11.1998), comprising a holder for holding an object intended for cleaning, two channels on opposite sides of the object held in the holder during operation, and two reservoirs for containing washing liquid (elastic bellows), wherein the first reservoir is in communication with the first channel, and the second reservoir is in communication with the second channel and at least the first reservoir has a variable volume.

[0003] A drawback of the known technical solution is the device's complex design, consisting of two elastic reservoirs, one of which has a piston-controlled volume. The arrangement of the reservoirs, one above the other, also hinders ease of design and operation.

[0004] The closest thing to the claimed device is a filter cleaning device (patent for utility model RU 171031, IPC B01D 41 / 00, published on May 17, 2017), intended for use in cleaning filters of gas pumping units. The filter cleaning device comprises a tank for cleaning fluid, equipped with a drain ball valve, a manifold, and a compressed air supply pipeline. The tank for cleaning fluid is equipped with a bar for mounting a filter unit, on which a connecting element with a nipple is mounted using a fastening bar for connecting through a hose to the manifold and the compressed air supply pipeline. The pipeline is equipped with ball valves and a filter for cleaning the supply air.

[0005] The disadvantages of the known technical solution adopted as a prototype are the complicated design of the device, the use of compressed air in the process of washing filters, the need to lay an air line, and the use of a compressor.

[0006] The objective of the claimed utility model is to create a device for washing electrostatic filters.

[0007] The technical result of the claimed utility model is to improve the quality of washing of filter blocks and, as a result, to increase their service life.

[0008] The specified result is achieved in that the device for washing filters contains a tank for washing liquid and support elements installed in it for placing filter cassettes for cleaning, a circulation pump is fixed outside the tank for washing liquid for feeding the washing liquid through a hose into a distribution device located in the tank cover, and for removing contaminated liquid through a drainage pipe, wherein the distribution device is made in the form of tubes, evenly distributed over the entire area of the cover and provided with holes made in two rows symmetrically relative to the longitudinal axis of each tube.

[0009] The holes in the distribution tubes are arranged in two rows at an angle of 35 degrees relative to the vertical axis of the tube.

[0010] The claimed technical solution is explained by drawings and photographs:

[0011] Fig. 1 - general view of the device;

[0012] Fig. 2 - section B-B in Fig. 1;

[0013] Fig. 3 - view A in Fig. 1;

[0014] Fig. 4 - location of holes in the tube;

[0015] Fig. 5-6 - clean filter cartridges.

[0016] The device for washing filters (Fig. 1-3) consists of: a tank for washing liquid 1, a circulation pump 2, a distribution device 3 made in the form of tubes provided with holes 4, a drainage pipe 5, support elements 6, a connecting hose 7, a tank sump 8, a cover 9.

[0017] The tank for washing liquid 1 is equipped with a lid 9, on the inside of the tank there is a distributor 3, designed in the form of horizontal tubes arranged parallel to each other in the same plane, with openings 4 located at an angle of 35 degrees relative to the vertical axis of the tube. A circulation pump 2 is located outside the tank for washing liquid 1, which supplies the washing liquid to the tubes of the distributor 3. Inside the tank for washing liquid 1, at a level of 1 / 7 from the sump of the tank 8, there are support elements 6, on which filter cassettes 10, 11 are installed.

[0018] How the device works

[0019] Filter cassettes 10, 11 are placed in the flushing liquid tank 1 on support elements 6 horizontally: at the bottom of the fine filter cassette 10 (Fig. 5), at the top of the coarse filter cassette 11 (Fig. 6). The flushing solution is fed by means of the circulation pump 2 through the connecting hose 7 to the distribution device 3.

[0020] The flushing solution is added each time and is sufficient to flush the entire filter cartridge set. The removed sediment from filter cartridges 10 and 11 settles in the settling tank 8. After the flushing cycle, the dirty liquid is removed through the drain pipe 5 into the septic tank of the sewage pumping station. The clean filter cartridges are flushed again with clean water supplied by circulation pump 2 and removed from the flushing liquid tank 1 for drying.

[0021] The quality of washing of cassettes in the claimed device is increased due to the jet distribution of the washing solution through the holes in the tubes of the distribution device 3. The tubes in the amount of 5 pieces are located evenly over the entire surface of the cover, and the holes in them are made in two rows symmetrically relative to the longitudinal axis of each tube, which ensures sufficient washing of the cassettes due to the supply of liquid under pressure from top to bottom, and covers the entire cleaned area of the cassettes.

[0022] As a result of using the claimed device, the process of cleaning used cartridges has become more technologically advanced, environmentally friendly and less expensive, and labor protection and industrial safety in production have also improved.
