Abstract

This utility model pertains to agricultural engineering, specifically to the design of tillage implements. The technical result of this utility model is improved performance on rock-contaminated soils while enhancing technical reliability. This technical result is achieved by mounting the shafts in friction bearings. Each bracket is shaped like a hollow cylinder with a vertical slot at the bottom, a width equal to the outer diameter of the friction bearing, and a height equal to three-quarters of the hollow cylinder's height. The cylinder has a screw-on cap. The cap has a central threaded hole into which a stud is screwed. [0001] The utility model relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to the design of tillage implements.

[0002] A tooth harrow is known [RU Author's Certificate Patent No. 224075, IPC class A01B 23 / 00, 2024], comprising a frame with cylindrical teeth placed therein and loosening and combing parts pivotally attached to each tooth, characterized in that the loosening and combing parts are two flat ploughshares with sharpened blades installed in a horizontal plane at an acute angle to the direction of movement, spring rods of round cross-section welded from below to the ploughshares and smoothly curved upward and backward relative to the direction of movement, and the ploughshares are pivotally attached with their front part bent in the direction of movement by means of a horizontal pin to a bracket welded to the back side of the teeth.

[0003] The disadvantage of the well-known tooth harrow is its low penetration capacity, the inability to adjust to different working depths, and low technical reliability when working on soils contaminated with stones.

[0005] The disadvantage of the prototype is the low quality of work and low technical reliability when working on soils contaminated with stones.

[0006] When a harrow disc hits a stone, the disc rolls over the stone, but the entire harrow lifts, causing a deviation from the set tillage depth, i.e., a defect. At the same time, the pressure at the point of contact between the disc and the stone increases sharply due to the weight of the rising harrow, which increases the risk of disc deformation.

[0007] The technical result of the utility model is to improve the quality of work on soils contaminated with stones while increasing technical reliability.

[0015] The harrow with mono-ski works as follows.

[0016] Before work, the harrow is placed on an adjustment platform with a hard horizontal surface and, by rotating the pins 6, the springs 12 are compressed with such an equal preliminary force that the mono-ski rises above the platform to a height h (Fig. 3), equal to the specified depth of soil cultivation, and takes a horizontal position.

[0017] The harrow is adjusted to a different soil tillage depth in a similar manner by changing the compression of springs 12.

[0018] During the working movement of the harrow, under the action of its weight and taking into account the preliminary compression force of the springs 12, the discs 4 are deepened into the soil to a given depth h (Fig. 3).

[0019] When any disc 4 encounters a stone (Fig. 3), the increased force compresses the springs 12 of the corresponding shaft 5 on which the disc is located, and this shaft is lifted in the slots 10 of the hollow cylinders 9, and the disc rolls over the stone. At the same time, the mono-ski 2 and the remaining shafts do not deviate in height. Thus, a short-term deviation from the set processing depth occurs only for the discs mounted on a single shaft—the disc that encountered the stone—and not for all discs, as in the prototype, and the quality of work is improved.

[0020] At the same time, the same set of distinctive features ensures increased technical reliability of the proposed harrow with a mono-ski. When the discs encounter rocks, the impact load on the discs is reduced, increasing technical reliability.
