Abstract
FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: pneumatic wide-grip sectional hydraulic grain and fertilizer seeder comprises a frame with a two-section hopper on it with drive wheels, a loading conveyor connected to the hopper by a hydraulic bracket for loading seeds and fertilizers, two seeding units – one for each section of the hopper, connected to two variators for seeds and fertilizers mounted on the frame and connected to each other, a drive mechanism for the seeding units, made from a wheel in contact with the drive wheel of the hopper, an air blower with primary seed pipes for transporting seeds and fertilizers to the distribution heads of the seed pipes and a cultivator attached with its front part to the frame with the hopper by means of a hinged connection with a rotating beam and connected to the hopper by means of hydraulic cylinders. The cultivator is a frame mounted at the front on support and adjustment wheels with protruding rear support batteries of compacting rollers, distribution heads of seed pipes with secondary seed pipes leading to the coulters. The cultivator frame consists of five sections hinged together with a central section through which the cultivator is attached to the frame and connected to the hopper. The four side sections are connected to the central section by means of hydraulic cylinders. Each section of the cultivator is equipped with a frame with coulters, a set of compacting rollers and a mechanism for adjusting the depth of seed and fertilizer placement.EFFECT: reliability of the seeding unit drive mechanism, the precision of copying the field relief and maintaining the depth of seeding and fertilizer placement with optimal pressure on the press rollers during operation, resulting in improved performance of the seeder and the efficiency of sowing and application of mineral fertilizers.26 cl, 7 dwg
