AI Technical Summary
Existing table and chair leg protective sleeves are prone to looseness, misalignment, and wear due to their soft and single-layer construction, leading to poor fixation and increased friction, which compromises their protective function and durability.
A protective sleeve design featuring a protective sleeve body embedded in a protective sleeve base, comprising a nonwoven cloth pad and a hard component, with grooves for embedding, and a dual-layer structure of soft rubber and felt, where the hard component provides structural support to maintain firm fixation and prevent deformation during movement.
The dual-layer design with a hard component ensures stable fixation and load-bearing capacity, preventing loosening and wear, ensuring the sleeve remains securely attached to the leg even when moved, thus enhancing user experience and durability.

Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of protection of table or chair legs, and in particular, to a table or chair leg protective sleeve.BACKGROUND
[0002] At present, table or chair leg protective sleeves sold on the market are generally fixed or single-layer. Most of the fixed protective sleeves are only stuck under table or chair legs, so that they are prone to looseness over time. The single-layer protective sleeves are thin and cannot play a good protective role. There is a need for a table or chair leg protective sleeve that is firm and convenient. A two-layer upper part is composed of two components. An upper layer is soft thermoplastic rubber (TPR) or a soft thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) or silica gel, and a lower layer is a felt carpet. However, the upper part of the two-layer material is the soft rubber, and the lower part is the felt which is a soft felt material. The entire protective sleeve is composed of soft structural members. Therefore, when a chair is moved, a frictional force between the felt part at the bottom and a floor increases. As a result, the entire soft rubber chair leg sleeve cannot be fixed on a chair leg because of its movement, misalignment, looseness, and falling, and can be ultimately worn out. This brings a poor experience to users.SUMMARY
[0003] The present disclosure aims to provide a table or chair leg protective sleeve to solve the above problem. Details are as follows.
[0004] To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides the following technical solutions:
[0005] The present disclosure provides a table or chair leg protective sleeve. The table or chair leg protective sleeve sleeves a table or chair leg; the table or chair leg protective sleeve includes a protective sleeve body and a protective sleeve base; the protective sleeve body is embedded into the protective sleeve base; the protective sleeve base includes a nonwoven cloth pad and a hard component; a first groove is provided in the nonwoven cloth pad; and the hard component is embedded in the first groove.
[0006] Preferably, a second groove is provided in the middle of the hard component; and the protective sleeve body is embedded into the second groove.
[0007] Preferably, the hard component is made of a hard material; and the hard material comprises hard plastic or metal.
[0008] Preferably, the protective sleeve body includes a first cylindrical sleeve and a second cylindrical sleeve; the second cylindrical sleeve is fixedly arranged on the first cylindrical sleeve; and a diameter of a cross section of the first cylindrical sleeve is less than a diameter of a cross section of the second cylindrical sleeve.
[0009] Preferably, both the first cylindrical sleeve and the second cylindrical sleeve are made of soft rubber; and the soft rubber is silica gel, a TPE, or TPR.
[0010] The present disclosure has the beneficial effects: Since the hard component is arranged in the protective sleeve base, a hard structural member exists between the protective sleeve body and the protective sleeve base. When the chair leg is moved, the hard component at a middle layer is used as a support, so that the table or chair leg protective sleeve has a load-bearing capacity and does not deform as a whole. The protective sleeve cannot be loosened even if a chair is moved or dragged at will and can be well fixed on the table or chair leg.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0011] To describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure or in the prior art more clearly, the following briefly introduces the accompanying drawings for describing the embodiments or the related art. Apparently, the accompanying drawings in the following description show merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, and a person of ordinary skill in the art may still derive other drawings according to these accompanying drawings without creative efforts.
[0012] FIG. 1 is a diagram of an entire structure of a table or chair leg protective sleeve according to the present disclosure; and
[0013] FIG. 2 is a diagram of a cross-sectional structure of a table or chair leg protective sleeve according to the present disclosure.
[0014] 1: protective sleeve body; 21: protective sleeve base; and 22: hard component.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0015] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, a detailed description of the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be provided below. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without making creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
[0016] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, diagrams of an entire structure and a cross-sectional structure of a table or chair leg protective sleeve are shown. The table or chair leg protective sleeve sleeves a table or chair leg. The table or chair leg protective sleeve includes a protective sleeve body 1 and a protective sleeve base 2. The protective sleeve body 1 is embedded into the protective sleeve base 2. The protective sleeve base 2 includes a nonwoven cloth pad 21 and a hard component 22. A first groove is provided in the nonwoven cloth pad 21. The hard component 22 is embedded in the first groove.
[0017] The first groove is provided in a middle opening of the nonwoven cloth pad 21, and a lower end of the hard component 22 is embedded into the first groove.
[0018] In an application embodiment, a second groove is provided in the middle of the hard component 22; and the protective sleeve body 1 is embedded into the second groove.
[0019] In an application embodiment, the hard component 22 is made of a hard material; and the hard material includes hard plastic such as polypropylene (PP), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonate (PC), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or another plastic material, or metal.
[0020] In an application embodiment, referring to FIG. 1, the protective sleeve body 1 includes a first cylindrical sleeve 11 and a second cylindrical sleeve 12; the second cylindrical sleeve 12 is fixedly arranged on the first cylindrical sleeve 11; and a diameter of a cross section of the first cylindrical sleeve 11 is less than a diameter of a cross section of the second cylindrical sleeve 12. Both the first cylindrical sleeve and the second cylindrical sleeve are made of soft rubber. The soft rubber is silica gel, a TPE, or TPR.
[0021] The above table or chair leg protective sleeve is used in the following way: The table or chair leg protective sleeve sleeves a table or chair leg. After being pressed, the table or chair leg protective sleeve is in close contact with the table or chair leg, so that the table or chair leg protective sleeve firmly sleeves the table or chair leg. Since the hard component is arranged in the protective sleeve base, a hard structural member exists between the protective sleeve body and the protective sleeve base. When the chair leg is moved, the hard component at a middle layer is used as a support, so that the table or chair leg protective sleeve has a load-bearing capacity and does not deform as a whole. The protective sleeve cannot be loosened even if a chair is moved or dragged at will and can be well fixed on the table or chair leg.
[0022] The above descriptions are merely specific implementations of the present disclosure, but are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present disclosure. Any variation or replacement readily figured out by a person skilled in the art within the technical scope disclosed in the present disclosure shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the protection scope of the present disclosure shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
