Abstract

A circular object in its diameter with the thickness of about half an inch to 0.118 inches that has a flat top and bottom with perforated openings to let in air flow for better gliding when being used. It is made of an elastomer silicone with an elastic PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) agent which creates the sticky surface that attaches to lint, hair and fur to remove those particles when lifted from the clothing. The elastomer silicone mixed with elastic PSA assures a noise free entrapment of dirt, hair, lint and small dust. This object can also be placed in a laundry washer and dryer where the perforated openings allow for better water flow so that the object can move more freely and attach and disengage in an easier manner.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] This invention relates to devices utilized for removing lint, hair and other small particles in clothing and fabrics, more specifically to devices for removing animal hair, human hair and other small particles from fabric.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Lint, human hair, and pet hair from dogs and cats are common nuisances that can easily get stuck in clothing and fabrics. The tiny fibers of lint, along with the fine strands of human and pet hair, have a tendency to cling to fabric surfaces due to static electricity and the texture of the fabric. This is particularly problematic with materials that have a rougher or more textured surface, such as wool, fleece, and certain synthetic fabrics, which can trap these particles more effectively. Removing lint and hair from clothing can be quite challenging; traditional washing and drying methods often do not fully eliminate them and can even exacerbate the issue by causing the hair and lint to embed more deeply into the fabric. Specialized tools like lint rollers, sticky tape, and fabric brushes can help, but they require time and effort and may not always be completely effective. Additionally, certain fabrics can be delicate, and aggressive methods of removal may damage the material, making the task of keeping clothes and fabrics free from lint and hair both frustrating and time-consuming.

[0003] The present invention with its (PSA) adhesive handles the deficiencies in the traditional methods because it is able to pick up the small particles of hair and lint by providing a noise free entrapment and can also be coupled together with a washer and dryer for dynamic usage.SUMMARY OF INVENTION

[0004] This invention relates to devices utilized for removing lint, hair and other small particles in clothing and fabrics, more specifically to devices for removing animal hair, human hair and other small particles from fabric. The device incorporates an elastomer silicone with an elastic PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) agent which creates the sticky surface that attaches to lint and hair to remove those particles. It is featured in a compact circular object that's flat on the top and bottom with perforated openings to let in air flow for better gliding when being used. The invention aims to provide a convenient and efficient solution for removing hair and lint that are embedded more deeply into fabrics using its PSA.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING

[0005] FIG. 1 depicts a top facing view of the smile shape of the embodiment of the present invention showing hallow openings as to allow airflow when used dry and allow water flow when used in water.

[0006] FIG. 2 depicts a top facing view of the frown shape of the embodiment of the present invention showing hallow openings as to allow the flow of air when used dry and water flow when used in water.

[0007] FIG. 3 depicts a top facing view of the heart shape of the embodiment of the same present invention showing hallow openings as to allow airflow when used dry and water flow when used in water.

[0008] FIG. 4 depicts a perspective view of the smile shape of the embodiment of the same present invention.

[0009] FIG. 5 depicts a perspective view of the frown shape of the embodiment of the same present invention.

[0010] FIG. 6 depicts a perspective view of the heart shape of the embodiment of the same present invention.

[0011] FIG. 7 depicts a side view of the embodiment of the same present invention.

[0012] FIG. 8 depicts the invention being used to remove hair and lint particles.

[0013] FIG. 9 depicts all three shapes showing the particles of hair and lint that they picked up.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0014] The description following along with the drawings are clear and complete so that anyone skilled in the art could make and use the invention without extensive experimentation. FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 illustrate the finished model of the invention. For the materials a liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is used because of its flexibility, heat resistance, and durability to make sure the invention can endure multiple uses 2. The additives include a platinum catalyst for curing the silicone 2. Colorants to give the embodiment its desired color. The tackifiers are chemicals that increase the stickiness of the surface 6. The chemicals involved in the silicone compound include the main component, which typically can be composed of polydimethylsiloxane with a crosslink that can be methylhydrosiloxane and that reacts with the base compound to form a cured rubber 2. The catalysts is a platinum-based catalysts which is used for addition curing silicone rubber. The silicone base, crosslinkers, catalyst, colorants, and tackifiers are thoroughly mixed to ensure evenness when finished. This can be done in a vacuum mixer to remove any air bubbles. When the invention is printed the hollows are created 1345 to create a flowing glide and a better aerodynamic sequence when being used 8. After the molding stage is completed then the embodiments seen in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are created. After that the surface is treated with adhesion promoter chemicals to increase the stickiness and overall quality of the products 6. The usage of the present invention can be seen in FIG. 8 which depicts the invention being used 8 to remove hair and lint particles 910 from a fabric or article of clothing 7.
