A reverse pedaling machine, comprising: a support frame, a seat, and a resistance member;the support frame comprises a main support rod arranged obliquely and an auxiliary support rod obliquely supported under the main support rod; bottoms of the main support rod and the auxiliary support rod are both provided with a bottom rod arranged transversely;the seat comprises a seat cushion fixedly arranged on the main support rod and a backrest that is configured to adjust an angle relative to the seat cushion;the resistance member comprises a lever bracket, a middle of the lever bracket is hinged at a top of the main support rod, and a kick plate facing the seat is provided at a top of the lever bracket; a counterweight placement rod is provided at a bottom end of the lever bracket.
2. The reverse pedaling machine according to claim 1, wherein the main support rod is divided into two sections and fixed between them with bolts.
3. The reverse kick machine according to claim 2, wherein a U-shaped bracket is provided below a connection position of the main support rod.
