Specifically, in the canopy frame 1 shown in FIG. 1, each eave frame 12 includes three rod assemblies 2 rotatably connected in sequence. In some other examples, one or more rod assemblies 2 may also be adopted in the top frame 13.
[0060] As shown in FIG. 2, each rod assembly 2 includes a first rod 21, the first rod 21 has a first connecting portion, and the first connecting portion is connected with a second member of the outdoor sheltering product. The second member is specifically a second rod 22 with a second connecting portion. Further, a middle portion of the first rod 21 and a middle portion of the second rod 22 are rotatably connected, such that the first connecting portion is located in the middle portion of the first rod 21, and the second connecting portion is located in the middle portion of the second rod 22. Herein, the “middle portion” of a rod piece means any position between two end portions of the rod piece exclusively, for example anywhere from ⅕ to ⅘ of a length of the rod piece.
[0061] The rod assembly 2 further includes one or more lining reinforcing members 23 for reinforcing structural strength of the rod piece, the first rod 21 is provided with a hollow inner cavity, one lining reinforcing member 23 is provided in the inner cavity of the first rod 21, and the lining reinforcing member 23 is located on an inner side of the first connecting portion; the second rod 22 is provided with a hollow inner cavity, another lining reinforcing member 23 is provided in the inner cavity of the second rod 22, and the lining reinforcing member 23 is located on an inner side of the second connecting portion. That is, the lining reinforcing members 23 are located in the middle portions of the first rod 21 and the second rod 22. It should also be noted that a component for reinforcing the structural strength of the first rod 21 only includes the lining reinforcing member 23, a component for reinforcing the structural strength of the second rod 22 only includes the lining reinforcing member 23, and no additional reinforcing structure is provided.
[0062] The structure of the rod assembly 2 will be described in detail below with the first rod 21 as an example. In some other examples, the lining reinforcing member 23 is a lining bracket, such as a crossed bracket formed by crossing two sets of lining strips, which is closely fitted, for example, fixedly connected or in abutting contact, with the inner wall of the first rod 21.
[0063] Specifically, the first connecting portion includes a first connecting hole 210 formed through a tube wall of the first rod 21, a second connecting hole 230 is formed through the lining reinforcing member 23, and the first connecting hole 210 and the second connecting hole 230 are aligned and communicated with each other. The second rod 22 has a connecting pin 24 or is connected with a connecting pin 24, and the connecting pin 24 is inserted into the first connecting hole 210 and the second connecting hole 230. Further, the connecting pin 24 serves as a pivot, and the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 are pivotally connected by the connecting pin 24, such that the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 are connected in a mode of being capable of relatively rotating around the connecting pin 24, thereby allowing the rod assembly 2 to have the unfolded state and the folded state. After the canopy frame 1 is unfolded, the rod assembly 2 is in the unfolded state, and the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 are unfolded with respect to each other; after the canopy frame 1 is folded, the rod assembly 2 is in the folded state, and the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 get close to each other; that is, one end portion of the first rod 21 and one end portion of the second rod 22 get close to each other, and the other end portion of the first rod 21 and the other end portion of the second rod 22 get close to each other.
[0064] Correspondingly, the second connecting portion of the second rod 22 includes a third connecting hole 220 formed through a tube wall of the second rod 22, and a hollow lining tube is also plugged into the middle portion of the second rod 22. A shape of the lining tube is fitted with that of the second rod 22, sections of the lining tube and the second rod perpendicular to a length direction of the second rod 22 are in a circular or elliptic closed ring shape, and the lining tube is attached to and in contact with an inner wall of the second rod 22. The second connecting portion includes the third connecting hole 220 formed through the tube wall of the second rod 22, and the second connecting hole 230 is also formed through the lining reinforcing member 23. The first connecting hole 210, the second connecting holes 230, and the third connecting hole 220 are aligned and communicated with each other, and the connecting pin 24 is inserted into the connecting holes to pivotally connect the first rod 21 and the second rod 22.
[0065] A size of the lining reinforcing member 23 in the first rod 21 in the length direction of the first rod 21 is less than 20% of a length of the first rod 21. A size of the lining reinforcing member 23 in the second rod 22 in the length direction of the second rod 22 is less than 20% of a length of the second rod 22. The lining reinforcing member 23 is a hollow plastic or metal tube.
[0066] In the present embodiment, the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 are used as eaves rods of the eave frame 12 of the canopy respectively. In embodiments, the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 may also be used as rod pieces of the top frame 13 of the canopy; or, the first rod 21 is used as the eave rod of the canopy, and the second rod 22 is used as the supporting leg 11 of the canopy; or the first rod 21 is used as the rod piece of the top frame 13 of the canopy and the second rod 22 is used as the supporting leg 11 of the canopy.
[0067] Another example of the outdoor sheltering product according to the present embodiment is a sunshade umbrella having one or more of the rod assemblies 2.
[0068] Specifically, referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 7, the sunshade umbrella includes a bracket 100 and a sunshade cloth 104 covering an upper portion of the bracket 100. The bracket 100 includes a supporting rod 101, a plurality of ribs 102, and a plurality of inclined rods 103. The supporting rod 101 extends in an up-down direction; the rib 102 has an inner end portion and an outer end portion, the inner end portion of the rib 102 is pivotally connected to an upper end portion of the supporting rod 101, and the outer end portion extends radially outwards with the upper end portion of the supporting rod 101 as a circle center; the inclined rod 103 has an inner end portion and an outer end portion, the inner end portion of the inclined rod 103 is pivotally connected to a sliding sleeve 1011, and the sliding sleeve 1011 is fitted over the supporting rod 101 in a mode of being capable of sliding in the up-down direction. The outer end portion of each inclined rod 103 is pivotally connected to a middle of the corresponding rib 102, and the sliding sleeve 1011 slides up and down to unfold or fold the bracket 100.
[0069] Each rib 102 and each inclined rod 103 constitute one of the rod assemblies 2 described above; that is, the first rod of the rod assembly acts as the rib 102 and the second rod acts as the inclined rod 103. One end portion of the second rod is rotatably connected to the middle portion of the first rod, such that the lining reinforcing member is inserted in the middle portion of the rib 102, and the outer end portion of the inclined rod 103 is pivotally connected to the middle portion of the rib 102 and the lining reinforcing member therein.
[0070] In the rod assembly of the present embodiment, the lining reinforcing member is inserted into the connecting portion of the rod to reinforce the strength of the rod, and particularly, the strength of the connecting portion and other weak parts is reinforced, and meanwhile, a weight of the rod assembly is not excessively increased; therefore, the outdoor sheltering product, such as the canopy or the sunshade umbrella, can have high strength without excessively increasing a total weight of the canopy or the sunshade umbrella.
