[0001] The present application relates to a mechanism that lays flat at the base of a large container of water or liquid. The apparatus can be elevated above the surface of the container of water or liquid if activated. The mechanism can be used for lifesaving and sanitation purposes.BACKGROUND

[0002] There are many devices that can be used to assist in saving people or animals who are drowning. Objects can be used by a swimmer to assist in saving lives or lifeguards and bystanders can attempt to assist in the prevention of drownings in an artificial body of water like a swimming pool. According to the World Health Organization the number of deaths have risen by drowning in the United States. Drownings are a global issue with over 300 000 deaths occurring each year. There are many types of tools and instruments used to clean a swimming pool or large containers of water. Most of these tools and instruments require human contact to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation.SUMMARY

[0003] By securely placing the net guard at the base of a swimming pool or container of water a level of safety and sanitation are in place. The mesh screen net is comprised of material made of wire thread or fiber interlaced. The porous type device has minute spaces and holes through which liquid or air can flow and seep through.SUMMARY

When activated the mechanism rises up and will stop above the surface of water.

Claims

1. A mechanism comprising a mesh screen net that is activated to rise from the base of a swimming pool above the surface of water.

2. A mechanism according to claim 1 wherein the mesh screen net lays flat on the base of a swimming pool.

3. A mechanism according to claim 2 wherein the mesh screen net is attached to the top of metal poles that are drilled into the base of the bottom of a swimming pool.

4. A mechanism according to claim 3 wherein the mesh screen net is lifted by the metal poles that are drilled into the base of the bottom of a swimming pool when activated.

5. A mechanism according to claim 4 wherein the mesh screen net is lifted to the surface above the waterline by the metal poles drilled into the base of a swimming pool.

6. A mechanism according to claim 5 wherein the mesh screen net is activated for emergency purposes.

7. A mechanism according to claim 5 wherein the mesh screen net is activated for sanitation purposes.
