At least one of the walls is associated with a buffer holding tank for the water intended to be used for washing operations. The side and back walls (2, 3, 4, 5) are made of a moulded plastics material, are hollow, are independent of one another and are sealingly assembled, and the cavities (11, 12, 13) in the hollow walls (3, 4, 5) communicate with each other via pipes provided in the frame (1) or the bottom wall (2) of the tank in order to jointly constitute the holding tank.
