PRODUCTION PROCESS OF SACHI SEED OIL (PLUKENETIA VOLUBILIS L.) WITH ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY

Abstract

This useful solution refers to a process for producing oil from sacha inchi seeds (Plukenetia volubilis L.) with antioxidant activity. By optimizing extraction conditions, the proposed process allows for the extraction of both optimal sacha inchi seed oil (Plukenetia volubilis L.) with antioxidant activity. The sacha inchi seed oil (Plukenetia volubilis L.) with antioxidant activity is suitable for applications in food and cosmetics.
