Abstract

This useful solution is in the field of hygiene and biosafety control, particularly related to shoe sole disinfection equipment for people entering and exiting areas requiring contamination control such as livestock farms, food factories, animal feed factories, pharmaceutical production facilities, and clean rooms. The equipment is structured as shown in Figure 1, including a main support frame (1), two disinfectant solution tanks (2) to hold the disinfectant solution in contact with the shoe soles. At the end of the two disinfection zones, a drainage mesh floor (3) is arranged, raised higher than the disinfectant solution tanks to increase the efficiency of drying the shoe soles after disinfection. Each disinfectant solution tank is equipped with a solution level indicator (4) to display the remaining amount of solution in the tank, allowing operators to easily monitor and add solution when necessary to maintain disinfection efficiency. The equipment also includes a guide railing system (5) to create a mandatory movement path to increase the contact time between the shoe soles and the disinfectant solution.Thanks to its symmetrical design at both ends, the device allows for shoe sole disinfection in both directions of movement, improving biosecurity control, reducing disinfectant solution loss, minimizing the risk of slippage, and saving installation space.
