Abstract
Description
Floating device for direct seeding
[0001] The present invention relates to a burr device for a direct seeder, and more particularly, to a burr device for a direct seeder that is installed in a direct seeder that discharges seeds or fertilizer onto the ground and can cover and compact the seeds or fertilizer with soil.
[0002] Rice is primarily grown using the transplanting method. However, direct seeding, a method that skips the seedling and transplanting stages and sows rice seeds directly into the field, is on the rise. This direct seeding method is performed using a direct seeding machine.
[0003] A direct seeding machine (hereinafter abbreviated as a “direct seeding machine”) is an agricultural machine that is installed at the rear of a drivable vehicle such as a tractor or rice transplanter and sows and fertilizes seeds directly in the cultivation field using the power of the vehicle. It usually performs tasks such as leveling the ground, forming furrows to sow seeds and fertilize, and covering the soil.
[0004] However, conventional direct seeders have a separate soil-covering device installed to discharge soil material into the furrow during soil-covering work, so power supply is required to operate the soil-covering device, which increases maintenance costs, and the structure is complex, so it requires relatively more manpower and cost to manufacture.
[0005] The present invention was created to improve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a burial device for a direct seeding machine, which is provided with a burial unit that is installed at the bottom of the direct seeding machine and can bury a furrow into which seeds or fertilizers are introduced by interfering with the soil on the ground.
[0006] In order to achieve the above object, the direct seeding device according to the present invention comprises a base member installed at the bottom of a direct seeding device that moves on the ground where seeds or fertilizers are to be sown and has an ejector for ejecting the seeds or fertilizers downward, a discharge guide unit formed on the base member facing the ejector and ejecting the seeds or fertilizers ejected from the ejector to the ground, a groove forming unit formed on the base member in front of the discharge guide unit based on the moving direction of the direct seeding device and forming an inlet groove for introducing the seeds or fertilizers into the ground, and an embedding unit installed on the base member at a position adjacent to the discharge guide unit so as to interfere with the soil of the ground in order to embed the inlet groove into which the seeds or fertilizers are introduced.
[0007] Meanwhile, the direct seeding device according to the present invention further includes a compaction member formed on the base member so as to pressurize the embedded portion of the ground where the lead-in groove is embedded by the embedded unit so as to compact the embedded portion.
[0008] The above-mentioned landfill unit comprises a setting member installed on the base member at a position spaced to the left or right from the discharge guiding section by a panel fixing member, and an interference blade that protrudes downward from the setting member so as to interfere with the ground to forcibly inject soil around the inlet groove into the inlet groove, extends a predetermined length toward the rear of the discharge guiding section, and is formed to be inclined so as to become closer to the discharge guiding section as it goes from the front end to the rear end.
[0009] The above interference blade is formed so that the length protruding downward from the setting member increases from the front end to the rear end so that it can easily enter the soil of the above ground.
[0010] The base member has a first fastening hole formed at a position adjacent to the discharge guide portion, a second fastening hole formed at a position spaced apart from the first fastening hole by a predetermined distance, the setting member is formed in first and second through holes at positions opposite to the first and second fastening holes, respectively, and the panel fixing member fixes the setting member to the base member, and includes a first fixing bolt inserted through the first through hole and the first fastening hole, a first fixing nut fastened to an end of the first fixing bolt inserted into the first through hole and the first fastening hole, a second fixing bolt inserted through the second through hole and the second fastening hole, and a second fixing nut fastened to an end of the second fixing bolt inserted into the second through hole and the second fastening hole, and the second through hole is provided so that a worker can easily change the inclination angle of the interference blade with respect to the base member. It is preferable that the first through hole be formed in an arc shape with a radius corresponding to the distance between the first and second fastening holes.
[0011] The base member has a discharge slot formed in a vertically penetrating manner at a position facing the discharger, the discharge guide portion is supported by the base member by a spacer support member so as to be spaced upward from the discharge slot, and has a discharge panel formed with a vertically penetrating discharge port so that seeds or fertilizer discharged from the discharger can pass through; and the compaction member may be formed to extend rearwardly on the discharge panel behind the discharge port, but protrude downwardly from the discharge panel so that the lower end can contact the ground, and the rear end may be formed to be curved rearward.
[0012] The above setting members are installed in a plurality of positions on the base member facing each other with respect to the discharge guide member, and are rotatable around a virtual rotation center line extending in the vertical direction, and the embedding unit is installed at both ends to be rotatable on the setting members to adjust the inclination angle of the interference blade with respect to the base member, and may further include an actuator whose length is elastic.
[0013] In addition, the above-mentioned landfill unit may further include a plurality of protrusions formed to protrude downwardly on the lower surface of the above-mentioned setting member at a position spaced apart from the discharge guide portion with respect to the above-mentioned interference blade so as to be able to pick out pebbles contained in the soil of the above-mentioned ground, and to be spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.
[0014] The direct seeding device according to the present invention has the advantage of being able to bury a trench into which seeds or fertilizers are introduced by interfering with the soil of the ground without a separate power supply by a landfill unit, so that the maintenance cost is relatively low, and the loss of fertilizers or seeds can be prevented by pressing and compacting the buried ground.

[0025] Figures 1 to 4 illustrate a direct seeding device (100) according to the present invention.
[0026] Referring to the drawing, the direct seeding device (100) is installed at the bottom of the direct seeding device (10) and performs bone formation, backfilling, and compaction work for direct seeding of seeds or fertilizer.
[0027] Here, the direct seeder (10) is provided with a frame that is installed at the rear of a passenger vehicle such as a tractor or a transplanter and is towed and moved by the passenger vehicle, a receiving unit installed on the frame to receive fertilizer or seeds, and a discharger (20) that sequentially discharges downward the fertilizer or seeds received in the receiving unit in a preset amount. The above-described direct seeder (10) is applied to a direct seeding type seeder that is generally used in the past to discharge fertilizer or seeds on the ground such as a paddy field, so a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0028] The direct seeding device (100) according to the present invention comprises: a base member (200) installed at the bottom of a direct seeding device (10) that moves on the ground where seeds or fertilizers are to be sown, and is provided with a discharger (20) for discharging the seeds or fertilizers downward; a discharge guide member (300) formed on the base member (200) facing the discharger (20) to discharge the seeds or fertilizers discharged from the discharger (20) to the ground; a groove forming member (400) formed on the base member (200) in front of the discharge guide member (300) based on the moving direction of the direct seeding device (10) to form an inlet groove for the seeds or fertilizers to be introduced into the ground; and a groove forming member (400) adjacent to the discharge guide member (300) so as to be able to interfere with the soil of the ground to fill the inlet groove into which the seeds or fertilizers are introduced. It comprises a landfill unit (500) installed on a base member (200), and a compaction member (800) formed on the base member (200) so as to pressurize the landfill portion of the ground where the lead-in bone is buried by the landfill unit (500) so as to compact the landfill portion.
[0029] The base member (200) has a predetermined width from side to side and extends in the front-back direction. A plurality of brackets (201) are formed on the upper portion of the base member (200) so as to be connected to the lower portion of the direct seeder (10). The brackets (201) are formed to protrude upward from the upper surface of the base member (200) by a predetermined length, and are formed at the frontmost and central portions of the base member (200), respectively. The base member (200) is fixed to the direct seeder (10) below the discharger (20) through the brackets (201). At this time, it is preferable that the base member (200) be installed on the direct seeder (10) so that the lower surface is in contact with the ground.
[0030] In addition, the base member (200) is formed with a front end curved upward so that it can be easily moved along the ground. Meanwhile, the base member (200) has a discharge slot (202) formed at the rear end facing the discharger (20) of the direct seeder (10). It is preferable that the discharge slot (202) be formed in the base member (200) so that it penetrates in the vertical direction and has an open rear end.
[0031] And the base member (200) has a first fastening hole (not shown) formed at a position adjacent to the discharge guide unit (300) described later, and a second fastening hole (204) formed at a position spaced a predetermined distance forward from the first fastening hole. Here, a plurality of first fastening holes are formed at positions spaced apart in the left and right direction with respect to the discharge slot (202). In addition, it is preferable that a plurality of second fastening holes (204) are formed at the left and right sides of the base member (200), respectively.
[0032] The discharge guide unit (300) includes a spaced support member (310) formed on a base member (200), and a discharge panel (320) supported on the base member (200) so as to be spaced upward from the discharge slot (202) by the spaced support member (310).
[0033] The spacer support member (310) has one end fixed to the upper surface of the base member (200) at a position spaced upward from the discharge slot (202) and is formed to protrude upward from the base member (200). At this time, it is preferable that the spacer support member (310) be formed to be inclined so that the other end is positioned rearward relative to one end.
[0034] The discharge panel (320) is fixed to the other end of the spacer support member (310) and extends rearward by a predetermined length. In addition, the discharge panel (320) is formed in a plate shape having a predetermined thickness, and an outlet (321) is formed in a vertical direction so that seeds or fertilizer discharged from the discharger (20) pass through the outlet at a position facing the discharger (20). Here, it is preferable that the outlet (321) is formed in the discharge panel (320) so as to be located above the discharge slot (202) of the base member (200).
[0035] The bone forming portion (400) is installed on the lower surface of the base member (200) at a position spaced forward from the discharge slot (202). The bone forming portion (400) protrudes downward from the base member (200) and extends a predetermined length in the front-back direction. Here, it is preferable that the bone forming portion (400) be formed so that the left-right width decreases toward the front end so that a bone can be easily formed on the ground.
[0036] The landfill unit (500) is provided with a plurality of setting members (600) installed on the base member (200) at a position spaced to the left or right from the discharge guide member (300) by a panel fixing member (610), and an interference blade (700) formed on the setting member (600) so as to interfere with the ground so as to forcibly inject soil around the inlet groove into the inlet groove.
[0037] The setting member (600) is formed in a plate shape with a predetermined thickness, and is formed in a fan shape whose left-right width decreases toward the rear. In addition, the setting member (600) has a first through hole (601) formed in a position opposite the first fastening hole so as to penetrate vertically. In addition, the setting member (600) has a second through hole (602) formed in a position in front of the first through hole (601), that is, opposite the second through hole (602), so as to penetrate vertically. At this time, it is preferable that the second through hole (602) be formed in an arc shape with a radius corresponding to the distance between the first and second fastening holes (204) centered on the first through hole (601) so that the worker can easily change the inclination angle of the interference blade (700) with respect to the base member (200) and extend a predetermined length.
[0038] The above-described setting members (600) are installed in multiple numbers on the base member (200) at positions that are opposite to each other with respect to the discharge induction member (300). That is, the setting members (600) are installed on the left and right sides of the base member (200), respectively.
[0039] The above panel fixing member (610) fixes the setting members (600) to the base member (200), and includes a first fixing bolt (620), a first fixing nut (630) (not shown), a second fixing bolt (640), and a second fixing nut (650).
[0040] The first fixing bolt (620) has a first insertion member (621) (not shown) that is inserted through the first fastening hole of the base member (200) and the first through hole (601) of the setting member (600), and a first head member (622) formed at one end of the first insertion member (621).
[0041] The first insertion member (621) extends in the vertical direction and is formed to have an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameters of the first fastening hole and the first through hole (601). In addition, the first insertion member (621) has a male screw thread formed on its outer circumference so that it can be screw-coupled to the first fixing nut (630). The first head member (622) is formed at one end of the first insertion member (621) and has a larger cross-sectional area than the first fastening hole and the first through hole (601) so that it can interfere with the base member (200) or the setting member (600). Here, the first head member (622) may be formed with a hexagonal cross-section so that it can be coupled to a tool such as a wrench, or a tool coupling groove in the shape of the letter I or the letter X may be formed at one end. The first fixing bolt (620) described above is installed in multiple numbers in each setting member (600) and base member (200).
[0042] The first fixing nut (630) is fastened to the other end of the first insertion member (621) inserted into the first through-hole (601) and the first fastening hole, and has a first hollow (not shown) with a female screw thread formed on the inner circumference. It is preferable that the second fixing nut (650) be formed to have a larger area than the first through-hole (601) or the first fastening hole so that it can interfere with the setting member (600) or the base member (200).
[0043] The second fixing bolt (640) has a second insertion member (641) that is inserted through the second fastening hole (204) of the base member (200) and the second through hole (602) of the setting member (600), and a second head member (642) formed at one end of the second insertion member (641).
[0044] The second insertion member (641) extends in the vertical direction and is formed to have an inner diameter corresponding to the second fastening hole (204) and an outer diameter corresponding to the width of the second fastening hole (602) so that it can penetrate the second fastening hole (204) and the second through hole (602). In addition, the second insertion member (641) has a male screw thread formed on its outer circumference so that it can be screwed into the second fixing nut (650). The second head member (642) is formed at one end of the second insertion member (641) and is formed to have a width greater than the widths of the second fastening hole (204) and the second through hole (602) so that it can interfere with the base member (200) or the setting member (600). Here, the second head member (642) may be formed with a hexagonal cross-section so that it can be coupled to a tool such as a wrench, or a tool coupling groove in the shape of the letter I or the letter X may be formed at the end. A plurality of the second fixing bolts (640) described above are installed in each setting member (600) and base member (200).
[0045] The second fixing nut (650) is fastened to the other end of the second insertion member (641) inserted into the second through hole (602) and the second fastening hole (204), and has a second hollow (not shown) having a female screw thread formed on the inner surface. It is preferable that the second fixing nut (650) be formed to have a width greater than the widths of the second fastening hole (204) and the second through hole (602) so that it can interfere with the setting member (600) or the base member (200).
[0046] The worker installs the first fixing bolt (620) and the second fixing bolt (640) on the setting members (600) and the base member (200), adjusts the position of the setting members (600) so that the inclination angle of the interference blade (700) with respect to the base member (200) becomes the angle that the worker wants to set, and then fastens the first fixing nut (630) and the second fixing nut (650) to the other ends of the first fixing bolt (620) and the second fixing bolt (640), respectively, to fix the setting members (600) to the base member (200). As described above, since the second through hole (602) extends in an arc shape, the worker can easily set the inclination angle of the interference blade (700) to a desired angle.
[0047] The interference blade (700) is formed to protrude downwardly from the setting member (600) so as to interfere with the ground so as to forcibly feed soil around the inlet groove into the inlet groove. Here, the interference blade (700) is formed to be bent downwardly at the left or right edge of the setting member (600) at a position spaced apart from the discharge slot (202).
[0048] Here, the interference blade (700) is formed to extend forward and backward in the forward and backward direction, but extends a predetermined length to the rear of the discharge guide portion (300) so that the rear end is positioned rearwardly with respect to the discharge flow portion. In addition, it is preferable that the interference blade (700) be formed to be inclined so as to be closer to the discharge guide portion (300) as it goes from the front end to the rear end. In addition, the interference blade (700) is formed to have a length that protrudes downward from the setting member (600) increasing as it goes from the front end to the rear end so that it can be easily drawn into the ground soil as the direct seeder (10) moves.
[0049] As described above, the interference blades (700) provided on the setting members (600) are formed so that the width decreases in the forward and backward direction, so that when the direct seeder (10) moves, it interferes with the soil around the inlet hole and injects soil into the inlet hole into which seeds or fertilizers have been injected, thereby filling the inlet hole.
[0050] The compaction member (800) is formed to extend rearwardly from the discharge panel (320) behind the discharge port (321), but protrude downwardly from the discharge panel (320) so that the lower end can contact the ground. Here, the compaction member (800) extends from the discharge panel (320) so that the lower end is positioned below the base member (200). In addition, the compaction member (800) is formed to extend backwardly and curve so as to expand the contact area with soil introduced into the inlet groove.
[0051] The direct seeding device (100) according to the present invention has the advantage of being able to bury a seed or fertilizer-introduced groove by interfering with the soil of the ground without a separate power supply by means of a burying unit (500), so that the maintenance cost is relatively low, and the buried ground is pressed and compacted by means of a compacting member (800), so that loss of fertilizer or seeds can be prevented.
[0052] Meanwhile, FIG. 5 illustrates a landfill unit (910) according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0053] Elements that have the same function as those in the previously illustrated drawings are indicated with the same reference numerals.
[0054] Referring to the drawing, the setting members (911) are rotatably installed on the base member (200), and the embedding unit (910) further includes an actuator (912) to rotate the setting members (911). Here, the setting members (911) are installed on the lower surface of the base member (200) so as to rotate around an imaginary rotation center line extending in the vertical direction.
[0055] The actuator (912) is rotatably installed on the upper surface of the setting members (911) at both ends, and rotates the setting members (911) by expanding and contracting. Any type of expansion means, such as a hydraulic cylinder or a screw jack, can be used as the actuator (912). The worker can operate the actuator (912) to rotate the setting members (911) and adjust the inclination angle of the interference blade (700) with respect to the base member (200). At this time, the worker can easily adjust the inclination angle of the interference blade (700) by operating the actuator (912) even while the direct seeder (10) is in operation.
[0056] Meanwhile, although not shown in the drawing, a vibrator capable of generating vibration may be installed in the compaction member (800). The vibration generated by the vibrator can be transmitted to the soil introduced into the inlet groove through the compaction member (800), thereby improving compaction efficiency.
[0057] And FIG. 6 illustrates a landfill unit (920) according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0058] Referring to the drawing, the above-mentioned landfill unit (920) has a number of protrusions (921) formed on the lower surface of the setting member (600) so as to be able to pick out stones contained in the soil of the above-mentioned ground.
[0059] The above-mentioned protrusion (921) is formed to protrude downward from the lower surface of the setting member (600). Here, the protrusion (921) is preferably formed on the setting member (600) at a position spaced apart from the interference blade (700) toward the discharge guide unit (300). The protrusions (921) are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction and are formed in the front of the interference blade (700), that is, between the first through hole (601) and the second through hole (602). In addition, the protrusion (921) is formed to have an elliptical cross-section so that the left-right width decreases as it goes toward the front end, and is formed so that the cross-sectional area decreases as it goes downward from the setting member (600).
[0060] The above-described protrusions (921) are inserted into the ground soil and interfere with and pick out relatively large stones contained in the soil. There is an advantage in that the protrusions (921) prevent stones from being inserted into the inlet groove.
[0061] Meanwhile, although not shown in the drawing, the landfill unit (920) may further include a spray unit that sprays water onto the soil embedded in the inflow groove joined by the compaction member (800). The spray unit includes a spray nozzle installed on a discharge panel (320) so as to spray water onto the front of the compaction member (800), and a water supply unit that supplies water to the spray nozzle. The water supply unit is installed on the direct seeder (10), and includes a water tank containing water therein, a supply pipe connected at both ends to the water tank and the dispersion nozzle, and a supply pump installed on the supply pipe that supplies water in the water tank to the spray nozzle. Here, the compaction member (800) has a guide groove (not shown) formed on the front so as to guide water sprayed from the spray nozzle downward. The above guide groove is inserted into the front of the compaction member (800) to a predetermined depth and extends vertically to a predetermined length. A plurality of the guide grooves are formed to be spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. Water sprayed through the spray nozzle is supplied to the soil along the guide groove of the compaction member (800). The spray unit can reduce dust generation during the process of filling the soil into the insertion groove, improve the soil compaction efficiency of the compaction member (800), and supply moisture to the seeds embedded in the insertion groove, thereby increasing the vegetation rate of the seeds.
[0062] The description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the general principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention.
