Abstract

The invention relates to a multifunctional bag formed by a bag, suitcase or backpack (1), characterised in that it comprises at least attachment means (2) (such as a zip, clasp, magnet, hook-and-loop fastener or a combination thereof) for one or more independent compartments (3) for umbrellas, which compartments may be made of flexible or rigid, insulating waterproof material, for one or more compartments (4) for a thermos, for one or more quick-access multipurpose compartments (5) and / or for one or more specific compartments (13) for a hand-held folding fan, the compartments being interchangeable.

[0020] None of the documents propose a solution based on incorporating specific compartments for carrying the umbrella, or thermos, in a convenient, interchangeable manner in a bag, suitcase or backpack, but rather they involve opening and orientation mechanisms and systems that complicate the mere act of using the umbrella in a conventional manner, in addition to adding more weight to the bag, suitcase or backpack, and in those documents where a section of the bag for carrying the umbrella is described, said compartment does not contain the elements described in the requested invention such as the reversible bottom for draining residual water after storing the used umbrella.
