Description

Roll filter shaft for power plant flue gas treatment, roll filter for power plant flue gas treatment, and roll filter device for power plant flue gas treatment including the same

[0001] The present invention relates to a shaft for treating exhaust gas using a filter, a filter, and a filter device including the same, and more particularly, to a roll filter shaft for treating exhaust gas from a power plant, a roll filter for treating exhaust gas from a power plant, and a roll filter device for treating exhaust gas from a power plant including the same.

[0002] Although various types of power generation facilities exist, including nuclear power plants, thermal power plants are still known to account for a high proportion of electricity generation. Combined cycle power plants, which utilize both gas and steam turbines, also offer advantages in terms of energy efficiency.

[0003] However, these thermal power plants require significant attention to flue gas treatment, as various types of particulate pollutants can be mixed in the exhaust gas. In particular, power plant flue gas, which contains large amounts of iron oxides and other pollutants, requires more effective treatment.

[0004] Flue gas treatment facilities may include various equipment installed along the exhaust gas discharge path. Most include equipment to filter particulate contaminants before they are discharged to the stack. Roll filter devices (e.g., Republic of Korea Patent No. 10-1870328) may be used to alter the filter's dust collection surface to improve dust collection efficiency.

[0005] However, roll filter devices may have the following problems. For example, vibration may occur if the shaft is unbalanced. Typically, bolts or the like are used to connect the shaft and filter, which can cause the cross-section of the shaft to become non-circular, resulting in vibration. Furthermore, the shaft surface is often insulated (e.g., with dryvit) to accommodate the high temperature conditions of power plants (e.g., high exhaust gas temperatures). However, if the filter is connected with bolts or the like, stress may be concentrated in the affected area if a large load is applied, resulting in failure to withstand the load and damage.

[0010] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to the problems mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0011] A roll filter shaft for power plant exhaust gas treatment according to the present invention comprises a first shaft; and a second shaft spaced apart from the first shaft and interposing a roll filter between the first shaft and having both ends fixed to the shaft, and further comprising a first engaging surface formed of at least one of a hook and a loop of a hook-and-loop fastener on a surface of the first shaft and detachably attached to one end of the roll filter.

[0013] The above first bonding surface can be formed in the longitudinal direction of the first axis.

[0014] The above first bonding surface may be formed as a cylindrical surface surrounding the surface of the first axis.

[0015] The above first axis may be a drive shaft.

[0016] The surface of the second axis may further include a second joining surface that is detachably connected to the other end of the roll filter and is formed by at least one of a hook and a loop of a hook-and-loop fastener.

[0017] The first bonding surface and the second bonding surface may form a detachable male and female pair.

[0018] A roll filter for treating exhaust gas from a power plant according to the present invention comprises: a filter sheet that can be wound around an axis in a roll shape or unwound from an axis; and a first detachable portion disposed at one end of the filter sheet and configured to be detached from an axis on which the filter sheet is wound, the first detachable portion being formed of at least one of a hook and a loop of a hook-and-loop fastener.

[0019] The above-mentioned roll filter may further include a second detachable portion arranged at the other end of the filter sheet and formed of at least one of a hook and a loop of a hook-and-loop fastener.

[0020] The above second detachable part can be detached from the axis through which the filter sheet is released.

[0021] The first detachable part and the second detachable part may be positioned on opposite sides of the filter sheet and may form a male and female pair that can be detached from each other.

[0022] The first detachable portion and the second detachable portion are arranged on the same side of the filter sheet, but may or may not be detachable from each other.

[0024] The first detachable portion and the second detachable portion may each simultaneously include a first surface on which the hook is formed and a second surface on which the loop is formed, so that attachment and detachment to the first surface and the second surface are possible.

[0025] The first detachable part may be a pair of a first coupling surface of a first axis and a detachable female part, and the second detachable part may be a pair of a second coupling surface of a second axis spaced apart from the first axis and a detachable female part.

[0026] The first detachable portion and the second detachable portion may be detachable or not detachable from each other depending on the arrangement of the first bonding surface and the second bonding surface.

[0027] A roll filter device for treating exhaust gas from a power plant according to the present invention comprises: a roll filter shaft for treating exhaust gas from a power plant; and a roll filter for treating exhaust gas from a power plant.

[0028] According to the present invention, the shaft and filter can be very conveniently combined or separated, thereby enabling more efficient use of the dust collection equipment. In particular, by improving the joint between the shaft and the filter, the shaft imbalance that occurred in the past can be effectively eliminated, and the shaft imbalance and vibration problems that occurred when the roll filter was driven in the past can be effectively resolved. In addition, by improving the joint, the problem of stress concentration at the bolt fastening points in the past (stress is concentrated at the penetrating part such as the bolt fastening part, which easily causes the structure to break) can be resolved, so that the present invention can be applied to various situations where the load fluctuates, such as when a large load is applied to the filter. In addition, since not only the joint between the shaft and the filter but also the connection and separation between filters are very convenient, it is also very advantageous when replacing filters.

[0037] The advantages and features of the present invention, as well as the methods for achieving them, will become clearer with reference to the embodiments described in detail below together with the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below and may be implemented in various different forms. These embodiments are provided only to ensure that the disclosure of the present invention is complete and to fully inform those skilled in the art of the scope of the invention, and the present invention is defined solely by the claims. Like reference numerals designate like elements throughout the specification.

[0038] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8, a roll filter shaft for power plant exhaust gas treatment, a roll filter for power plant exhaust gas treatment, and a roll filter device for power plant exhaust gas treatment according to the present invention will be described in detail. In order, the roll filter shaft will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the roll filter detachable therefrom will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7, and then, based on the above, the roll filter device will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 8.

[0039] First, a detailed description of a roll filter shaft for power plant exhaust gas treatment is provided with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

[0040] Figure 1 is a perspective view showing a roll filter shaft for power plant exhaust gas treatment together with a roll filter according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0041] Referring to Fig. 1, a roll filter shaft (10) for power plant exhaust gas treatment (hereinafter, referred to as a roll filter shaft) according to the present invention includes a first shaft (11) and a second shaft (12) coupled to both ends of a roll filter (20). At least the first shaft (11) is formed with a first coupling surface (110) made of a hook-and-loop fastener (also known as Velcro). In particular, the first shaft (11) is a drive shaft that rotates by a drive motor (see 40 in Fig. 8) and winds a roll filter (20), and a detachable structure using a hook-and-loop fastener is applied to the drive shaft.

[0042] This structure can be formed on the second shaft (12), which is a passive shaft, as needed, but it need not be limited thereto. Therefore, although an example of applying a Velcro structure to the second shaft (12) is described in this embodiment, this is merely exemplary. The second shaft (12), which is a passive shaft, can be applied with various coupling structures without being limited to a Velcro structure, and for example, the filter can be coupled in various ways, such as by tying the filter to the second shaft with a cable tie or the like.

[0043] That is, the roll filter shaft (10) of the present invention is directly coupled to the filter member through a coupling surface formed on the outer periphery of the drive shaft (the first shaft in the present embodiment). When coupled through the coupling surface, the entire outer surface of the shaft is in contact with the filter to secure a contact area, so that a high coupling strength can be secured by utilizing the Velcro structure, and therefore, the coupling members (e.g., bolts, nails, nuts, etc.) that were conventionally fastened to the shaft for filter coupling can also be removed from the shaft. In particular, since the filter is coupled in a form in which the outer surface of the shaft is wrapped by the Velcro structure and the face-to-face contact is made, the shaft maintains its cylindrical shape even after the filter is coupled, so that the imbalance of the shaft and the resulting vibration caused by the conventional coupling members such as bolts protruding from the shaft (particularly, the drive shaft) can be very effectively resolved.

[0044] In addition, the present invention can also solve the problem of stress concentration that occurs in the conventional fastening portion of a bolt or other joint. For example, when a filter is fixed with a bolt or the like, stress is concentrated in the penetrating portion (e.g., a groove into which the bolt is inserted), which easily causes deformation or damage to the relevant portion (especially, such a problem occurs more easily when the shaft is insulated with a material that is relatively less hard than a metal material such as Dryvit). However, the present invention removes the connecting portion from the shaft and uses a Velcro structure to connect the filter and the shaft without a penetrating portion, so it can effectively solve the problem of stress concentration and damage to the conventional bolt fastening portion, etc.

[0045] The roll filter shaft (10) of the present invention is configured as follows. The roll filter shaft (10) includes a first shaft (11), a second shaft (12) that is spaced apart from the first shaft (11) and has a roll filter (20) (for example, the roll filter is interposed between the first shaft and the second shaft as in FIG. 8) that is interposed between the first shaft (11) and fixed at both ends thereof, and includes a first coupling surface (110) that is formed on the surface of the first shaft (11) by at least one of a hook (see A of FIG. 7) and a loop (see B of FIG. 7) of a hook-and-loop fastener and is detachably attached to one end of the roll filter (20).

[0046] In this embodiment, the first shaft (11) may be a driving shaft, and the second shaft (12) may be a passive shaft that is connected to the driving shaft and the filter and rotates passively. It is not necessary for the second shaft (12) to have a coupling surface formed thereon, but in this embodiment, an example is described in which a coupling surface is also formed on the second shaft (12), and both the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12) are coupled to the filter through a Velcro structure.

[0047] That is, in the present embodiment, the roll filter shaft (10) may further include a second coupling surface (120) formed of at least one of a hook and a loop of a hook-and-loop fastener on the surface of the second shaft (12) and detachably connected to the other end of the roll filter (20).

[0048] Since the roll filter shaft (10) of the present invention has a structure that is coupled with the roll filter (20) described later, a detachable structure (i.e., a detachable structure formed by a hook and / or loop of a hook-and-loop fastener) corresponding to the coupling surface of the roll filter shaft (10) is formed at both ends of the roll filter (20). This will be described in detail later, and the configuration of the roll filter shaft (10) will be described in detail first.

[0049] Referring to Fig. 1, the roll filter shaft (10) includes a first shaft (11) and a second shaft (12). That is, the roll filter shaft (10) can be configured with at least two shafts that are coupled to both ends of the roll filter. For example, the first shaft (11) can be coupled to one end of the roll filter (20), and the second shaft (12) can be coupled to the other end of the roll filter (20).

[0050] The structures of the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12) are substantially the same, but their roles may be different. The first shaft (11) may be a drive shaft that actively rotates (connected to a motor, etc.), and the second shaft (12) may be a driven shaft that rotates in accordance with the rotation of the drive shaft. By applying a Velcro structure (first coupling surface) to the first shaft (11), which is the drive shaft, the coupling members such as bolts are eliminated from the shaft, and the shaft is maintained in a cylindrical shape, so that vibrations, etc. that occur particularly when the shaft rotates can be effectively eliminated.

[0051] The first axis (11) and the second axis (12) may be two axes to which both ends of the roll filter (20) are hung and fixed. As shown, the first axis (11) and the second axis (12) are arranged spaced apart from each other, and the roll filter (20), which is connected to both ends of the roll filter (20) and has both ends hung and fixed to the axes, is interposed between the first axis (11) and the second axis (12) (see FIG. 8).

[0052] A first engaging surface (110) formed of at least one of a hook and a loop of the aforementioned hook-and-loop fastener is formed on the surface of the first shaft (11). A second engaging surface (120) formed of at least one of a hook and a loop of the hook-and-loop fastener may also be formed on the surface of the second shaft (12). As described above, in the present embodiment, an example in which the first engaging surface (110) and the second engaging surface (120) are formed on the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12), respectively, is described.

[0053] The first coupling surface (110) may be formed on at least a portion of the first shaft (11). The same applies to the second coupling surface (120). That is, the coupling surfaces of each shaft (the first coupling surface and the second coupling surface) may be formed on a portion or the entire shaft, and may be formed on the entire shaft as in the present embodiment.

[0054] The first coupling surface (110) may be formed in the longitudinal direction of the first axis (11). The same applies to the second coupling surface (120). For example, the coupling surfaces (first coupling surface and second coupling surface) of each axis may be formed in the shape of a band or bar arranged in the longitudinal direction of each axis. Furthermore, as in the present embodiment, it is entirely possible to surround the axis with the coupling surface.

[0055] The method of forming a bonding surface can vary. Bonding surfaces can be formed in various ways, including, for example, adhesive and / or adhesion methods. For example, when wrapping axles (the first and second axles) with bonding surfaces, adhesive methods can be utilized. That is, a bonding surface can be formed on the surface of each axle by wrapping and adhering a surface-shaped bonding surface, such as a Velcro, around the axle.

[0056] The first coupling surface (110) and the second coupling surface (120) may each be formed as a hook of a hook-and-loop fastener, a loop, or a combination of hooks and loops. Therefore, the drawing is conceptually illustrated without being limited to a specific form. The hook (see A of FIG. 7) may have a hook-shaped structure, and the loop (see B of FIG. 7) may have a ring-shaped structure that is hooked thereto. The specific structures of the hook and loop, etc. will be described in more detail later.

[0057] When the first bonding surface (110) and the second bonding surface (120) are formed, the two bonding surfaces may or may not form a detachable pair depending on the arrangement of the hooks and loops, etc. This is exemplified as follows.

[0058] For example, the first coupling surface (110) and the second coupling surface (120) may be formed as either a male or female pair using a hook and / or a loop. The male or female pair to be attached or detached therefrom may be formed at each end of the roll filter (20), which may be the first attachment / detachment portion (see 201 in FIG. 3) and the second attachment / detachment portion (see 202 in FIG. 3) described later. The attachment / detachment portion will also be described in more detail later.

[0059] In this specification, a male and female pair means a detachable pair formed of a hook and / or loop of a hook-and-loop fastener, and is not limited in shape, etc. For example, the first coupling surface (110) forms a detachable pair with the first detachable part (201) of the roll filter (20) described later, and the detachable pair is expressed as male and female, respectively. For example, the first coupling surface (110) may be female and the first detachable part (201) may be male, forming a detachable pair, or vice versa (female and male may be switched). For example, the entire first coupling surface (110) may be formed of hooks (see A of FIG. 7), and the entire first detachable portion (201) may be formed of loops (see B of FIG. 7) to form a detachable male and female pair. If the first coupling surface (110) is formed in a form in which a hook and a loop are combined, the first detachable portion (201) may be formed in a form in which a loop and a hook are combined in the opposite arrangement. A male and female pair refers to a pair formed in such a way that they can be detached from each other by a combination of a hook and a loop or a loop and a hook.

[0060] These detachable male and female pairs refer to the arrangement of hooks and loops and do not necessarily have to be formed only at the detachable positions. For example, the first coupling surface (110) and the second coupling surface (120) do not have to be coupled to each other, but the arrangement of the hooks and loops may be formed in the form of a male and female pair. This may be changed depending on the shape of the coupling portion (first coupling portion of the roll filter) where the first coupling surface (110) is coupled and the coupling portion (second coupling portion of the roll filter) where the second coupling surface (120) is coupled.

[0061] That is, the first bonding surface (110) and the second bonding surface (120) may have structures that are equal to or different from each other. That is, the first bonding surface (110) and the second bonding surface (120) may have a structure that can be detachably paired with each other, or they may not have a structure that can be detachably paired with each other. In the present embodiment, the first bonding surface (110) and the second bonding surface (120) may be formed as a structure that forms a detachable male and female pair.

[0062] In such a case, the first coupling surface (110) and the second coupling surface (120) determine the shape of the corresponding coupling portions (the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion) of the roll filter, so that a detachable pair structure can appear between the coupling portions as described later. For example, if the first coupling surface (110) is formed as a loop, the second coupling surface (120) can be formed as a hook to form a pair, and accordingly, the first coupling portion (201) coupled with the first coupling surface (110) can be formed as a hook, and the second coupling portion (202) coupled with the second coupling surface (120) can be formed as a loop, so that the first coupling portion (201) and the second coupling portion (202) can also form a detachable pair. Since this shape can be modified, it will be described in more detail later.

[0063] This detachable structure is an example and need not be limited to this embodiment, and other various arrangements may be formed in other embodiments.

[0064] The remaining structure of the roll filter shaft will be described in more detail with reference to Fig. 2. Since the first and second axes are structurally substantially equivalent, the structure will be described in more detail using the first axle of Fig. 1 as an example. Accordingly, the following description applies equally to the second axle.

[0065] Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the first axis of the roll filter axis of Fig. 1 taken along lines aa' and bb'.

[0066] Referring to FIG. 2, the first coupling surface (110) of the first shaft (11) is formed on the surface of the first shaft (11). The first shaft (11) includes a cylindrical body (100), and the first coupling surface (110) may be formed in a cylindrical shape on the outer periphery of the body (100). That is, the first coupling surface (110) may be formed as a cylindrical surface that surrounds the surface of the first shaft (11). The same applies to the second shaft (see 12 in FIG. 1), and therefore, the first coupling surface (110) and the second coupling surface (see 120 in FIG. 1) may be formed as cylindrical surfaces that surround the surfaces of the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12), respectively.

[0067] The first coupling surface (110) may be formed on at least a portion of the first shaft (11). That is, the first coupling surface (110) may completely surround the outer periphery of the body (100) in a cylindrical shape, but may also partially expose a portion of the body (100) if necessary. Therefore, the drawing is exemplary. If necessary, it is possible to additionally apply a coupling structure of a different form in addition to the coupling structure by the hook-and-loop fastener of the first coupling surface (110) depending on the situation by exposing a portion of the body (100) without forming the first coupling surface (110).

[0068] Since the first coupling surface (110) is formed as a cylindrical surface along the outer surface of the shaft, the first detachable portion of the roll filter (20) described later (see 201 in FIG. 3) is attached in a cylindrical shape by wrapping around the circumference of the first coupling surface (110) (see the enlarged view in FIG. 8). Therefore, the coupling structure using the hook-and-loop fastener can be formed very firmly by closely contacting the surfaces. In particular, since the surface where the hooks and loops are densely formed wraps around the circumference of the shaft and is coupled, the contact area increases, and thus an effective coupling structure that is not particularly pushed in the direction of the surface is formed. In other words, even though it is relatively easy to detach it by applying force in a direction perpendicular to the surface due to the characteristics of the Velcro structure, it can very strongly resist a pushing force (shear force) acting in the direction of the surface (e.g., the tangential direction of the body) after coupling. Therefore, it can more effectively withstand tension applied from the filter in the tangential direction of the shaft when the shaft rotates.

[0069] In addition, in the present invention, the hook and loop structures of the hook-and-loop fastener applied to the coupling surfaces of each axis (first coupling surface and second coupling surface) and the coupling portions at both ends of the roll filter (first coupling portion, second coupling portion, etc.) can all be formed of a heat-resistant material, so that they can be applied without difficulty even under high-temperature conditions such as power plant exhaust gas.

[0070] The first shaft (11) may include guide plates (130) formed at both longitudinal ends, as shown in (a) of Fig. 2. The guide plate (130) may be a disc having a diameter larger than that of the body (100), as shown in (b) of Fig. 2, joined to both ends of the body (100). The guide plate (130) may serve to guide the roll filter so that it does not deviate to the outside of the shaft when it is wound around or unwound from the shaft.

[0071] In addition, a coupler (140) such as (a) of Fig. 2 may be formed in a protruding shape on the outer side of both ends of the first shaft (11). The coupler (140) can be used to install the shaft in a housing (see 30 of Fig. 8) and couple it with a drive system (such as a drive shaft or a driven shaft). The coupler (140) can be formed in a structure advantageous for power transmission, and for example, it can be formed in the shape of a key with a step and a crescent key with a crescent-shaped cross-section. By applying such a structure, the roll filter shaft (10) of the present invention can be used by being detachably coupled to a drive system formed in the equipment.

[0072] Since the structure of the first shaft (11) is substantially the same as that of the second shaft (see 12 in FIG. 1), the structure of the second shaft (12) can also be understood accordingly. In this manner, a roll filter shaft (10) can be formed, including the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12), and a first coupling surface (110) formed on the first shaft (11) and formed of at least one of a hook and a loop of a hook-and-loop fastener, which is attached to and detached from one end of the roll filter. In addition, a second coupling surface (see 120 in FIG. 1) having a structure equivalent to that of the first coupling surface (110) can also be formed on the surface of the second shaft (12).

[0073] Hereinafter, a roll filter for power plant exhaust gas treatment will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7. Since the roll filter described below is coupled to the aforementioned roll filter shaft, the description of the roll filter shaft will not be repeated and will be replaced entirely with the aforementioned description.

[0074] FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a roll filter for power plant exhaust gas treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention along with the roll filter shaft of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a modified example of a detachable part of the roll filter of FIG. 3.

[0075] Referring to FIG. 3, the roll filter (20) for power plant exhaust gas treatment (hereinafter, “roll filter”) according to the present invention has a first detachable portion (201) formed at one end thereof with a detachable coupling surface of a hook-and-loop fastener. The first detachable portion (201) is coupled with the first coupling surface (110) of the first shaft (11) described above, and the first shaft (11) can rotate as a driving shaft as described above and serve to wind the roll filter (20). That is, the roll filter (20) includes a shaft (the first shaft in the present embodiment) around which a filter sheet (200) forming the roll filter (20) is wound, and a first detachable portion (201) that is detachable.

[0076] The detachable portion of the roll filter (20) may also be formed at other ends. For example, as illustrated, a second detachable portion (202) formed of a detachable coupling surface of a hook-and-loop fastener may also be formed at the other end of the roll filter (20). That is, when the second coupling surface (120) is formed on the second shaft (12) as described above, the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) may be formed at both ends of the roll filter (20) so as to be coupled to the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12), respectively, in a Velcro manner. Since this structure has Velcro formed at both ends of the roll filter (20), it is also advantageous for connecting two filters in a Velcro manner, as will be described later.

[0077] In this embodiment, an example in which a first attachable / detachable portion (201) and a second attachable / detachable portion (202) are formed at both ends of a roll filter (20) is described. The first attachable / detachable portion (201) is coupled with the first engaging surface (110) of the first shaft (11) described above, and the second attachable / detachable portion (202) is coupled with the second engaging surface (120) of the second shaft (12) described above. In other words, the roll filter (20) can be interposed between two shafts by being coupled at both ends by a Velcro connection (see Fig. 8).

[0078] However, as described above, the second shaft (12) (driven shaft) can be coupled with the filter in other ways, so the coupling between the second shaft (12) and the roll filter (20) need not be limited to a Velcro coupling. In addition, even if the roll filter (20) has a Velcro structure such as the second detachable part (202), coupling using other coupling members such as bolts is not impossible, so the coupling method of the second shaft (12) need not be affected by the second detachable part (202). That is, the second detachable part (202) can be coupled to the second shaft (12) or used for connecting filters.

[0079] In particular, the roll filter (20) has the following advantages due to its coupling with the shaft by the detachable portion. First, the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) can be coupled by being bent along the shaft and wrapping the circumference of the shaft in a circular shape (see the enlarged view of Fig. 8). Therefore, even after coupling, the cross-section of the shaft maintains a substantially circular shape. In addition, since the roll filter (20) is directly coupled to the shaft by the Velcro structure of the detachable portion, separate coupling members (e.g., bolts, nails, nuts, etc.) conventionally used to fix the filter can also be removed from the shaft. Therefore, vibration of the shaft caused by protruding bolts or other fastening parts in the past, causing the shaft to be deformed (the bolts protrude and are deformed into a non-circular shape) or by imbalance can be effectively eliminated.

[0080] In addition, for the same reason, the present invention can also solve the problem of stress concentration that occurs in the conventional fastening portion of a bolt or other joint. For example, when a filter is fixed with a bolt or the like, stress is concentrated in the penetrating portion of the shaft (e.g., a groove into which the bolt is inserted), which easily causes deformation or damage to the relevant portion (especially, such a problem occurs more easily when the shaft is insulated with a material that is relatively less hard than a metal material such as a dryvit). However, the present invention can effectively solve the problem of stress concentration in the conventional bolt fastening portion, etc., causing damage to the shaft by removing the penetrating portion from the shaft and using a Velcro structure to connect the shaft and the filter without a penetrating portion.

[0081] In addition, since the surfaces where the hooks and loops are densely formed are closely joined face to face, the contact area increases, and as a result, an effective joining structure is formed in which the joining part is not pushed, especially in the direction of the surface. In other words, even though it is relatively easy to detach by applying force in a direction perpendicular to the surface due to the characteristics of the Velcro structure, it can very strongly resist a pushing force (shear force) acting in the direction of the surface (e.g., the tangential direction of the body) after joining. Therefore, the joining part can more effectively withstand tension applied from the filter in the tangential direction of the shaft when the shaft rotates.

[0082] The roll filter (20) of the present invention is configured as follows. The roll filter (20) includes a filter sheet (200) that can be wound around an axis in a roll shape or unwound from an axis and spread out, and a first detachable portion (201) that is arranged at one end of the filter sheet (200) and is formed of at least one of a hook and a loop of a hook-and-loop fastener and is detachable from the axis on which the filter sheet (200) is wound.

[0083] According to the present embodiment, the roll filter (20) may also include a second detachable portion (202). That is, the roll filter (20) may further include a second detachable portion (202) that is arranged at the other end of the filter sheet (200) and is formed of at least one of a hook and a loop of a hook-and-loop fastener.

[0084] The second detachable portion (202) may be formed independently of the axis and may be applied, for example, to connect filters when replacing a roll filter, as described below. For example, when connecting a used filter to a new filter and pulling out a new filter, the second detachable portion (202) may be used to connect the two filters. Therefore, the second detachable portion (202) need not necessarily be defined in relation to the axis.

[0085] However, in the case of attachment and detachment from the shaft, the second attachment and detachment part (202) can be attached and detached from the shaft from which the filter sheet (200) is released, and the shaft from which the filter sheet (200) is released means a driven shaft. In other words, the second attachment and detachment part (202) is the shaft from which the filter sheet (200) is released and can be attached and detached from the second shaft (12), which is a driven shaft.

[0086] That is, the roll filter (20) can be used together with the aforementioned roll filter shaft (10), and in such a case, the shafts along which the filter sheet (200) is wound or unwound refer to the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12) which are respectively coupled to both ends of the roll filter (20) (or equivalently, the filter sheet). Since the structure of the roll filter shaft (10) has been described above, the configuration and operational effects of the roll filter (20) according to the present embodiment will be described in more detail based on the aforementioned roll filter shaft (10).

[0087] The filter sheet (200) forms the body of the roll filter (20). The filter sheet (200) may be formed of a bendable material and may be formed of a porous material having micropores capable of filtering out particulate contaminants. Within such limits, the filter sheet (200) may be modified in various ways. For example, the filter sheet (200) may be formed of a single material or a composite material comprising two or more materials, and may include non-woven fabrics or the like as such materials.

[0088] The filter sheet (200) may be cut into, for example, a long rectangle on one side. It is preferable that the filter sheet (200) be formed longer than the section (e.g., the width of the flue) through which the exhaust gas (see G of FIG. 8) passes so that it can cross the section. Since the length of the filter sheet (200) defines the entire length of the roll filter (20), both ends of the filter sheet (200) and both ends of the roll filter (20) may be substantially the same. Therefore, hereinafter, both ends of the filter sheet (200) and both ends of the roll filter (20) may be used interchangeably.

[0089] A first detachable portion (201) and a second detachable portion (202) may be respectively arranged at both ends of the filter sheet (200). The first detachable portion (201) may be coupled with the first shaft (11) described above, and the second detachable portion (202) may be coupled with the second shaft (12) described above. Both the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) may be formed of at least one of a hook (see A of FIG. 7) and a loop (see B of FIG. 7) of a hook-and-loop fastener, and may be detachably coupled to the first coupling surface (110) described above and the second coupling surface (120) described above, respectively, by a Velcro structure.

[0090] Referring to FIG. 4, the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) can adjust their areas. In addition, the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) can also adjust their positions. For example, as shown in (a) of FIG. 4, the detachable portion can be formed wide so as to fill the end of the filter sheet (200), but as shown in (b) of FIG. 4, the area of each detachable portion can be reduced to an area smaller than the end of the filter sheet (200). In addition, although FIG. 4 (a) and (b) illustrate that the detachable portion is formed at the end (corner) of the filter sheet (200), it is of course possible for the detachable portion to be formed at a position spaced apart from the end (corner) of the filter sheet (200).

[0091] That is, the detachable parts are not limited to their area or position as long as they can be combined by a Velcro structure. In addition, although not illustrated, each detachable part can change its area as well as its geometric arrangement, so it is not necessary to be limited to the illustrated form. This adjustment of the area, position, and / or arrangement of the Velcro structure can be applied to other detachable parts (such as the third and fourth detachable parts) described later in addition to the first detachable part (201) and the second detachable part (202), and can also be applied to the first coupling surface (see 110 in FIG. 3) and the second coupling surface (see 120 in FIG. 3) of the aforementioned roll filter shaft.

[0092] In particular, since the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) are structures formed on the surface of the filter sheet (200), they may be arranged on different surfaces or on the same surface. In addition, as described above, they may or may not form a pair of male and female portions that can be detached from each other. Such variations are achieved by simultaneously considering the coupling structure between the filter and the shaft, and the coupling structure between the filters.

[0093] The attachment / detachment between the first attachment / detachment part (201) and the second attachment / detachment part (202) can be applied to connect two different filters (see (c) of FIG. 5). That is, the roll filter (20) is basically connected to the shaft at both ends, but when the dust collection surface is used up, one end (e.g., the second attachment / detachment part) is separated from the shaft (e.g., the second shaft), the corresponding end is connected to the end of a new filter (e.g., the first attachment / detachment part), and the other end is pulled and rolled up for use. To this end, the roll filter (20) must be able to be connected between two filters, and this can be implemented more effectively through the attachment / detachment structure using the Velcro (hook-and-loop fastener) of the present invention. Hereinafter, the implementation form of the attachment / detachment part of the filter sheet (200) will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6.

[0094] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line c-c' of the roll filter of FIG. 3 and a drawing showing a method of coupling between a filter and an axis and between filters, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a modified example of the roll filter of FIG. 3 and a drawing showing a method of coupling between a filter and an axis and between filters according to the modified example.

[0095] First, referring to FIG. 5, the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) may be arranged on opposite surfaces and formed to be detachable from each other. That is, the first detachable portion (201) forms a detachable male and female pair with the first coupling surface (110) of the first shaft (11), and the second detachable portion (202) forms a detachable male and female pair with the second coupling surface (120) of the second shaft (12) which is spaced apart from the first shaft (11) (thereby, each detachable portion is basically attached to and detached from the coupling surface of each shaft), and the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) may be arranged on opposite surfaces of the filter sheet (200) and form a detachable male and female pair with each other (thereby, the two detachable portions can also be attached to and detached from each other).

[0096] That is, as shown in (b) of FIG. 5, the roll filter (20) can be connected by forming a male-female pair between the first detachable part (201) and the first coupling surface (110) of the first shaft (11), which is the driving shaft, and can be connected by forming a male-female pair between the second detachable part (202) and the second coupling surface (120) of the second shaft (12), which is the driven shaft, and can be connected to the two shafts, respectively. In addition, as shown in (c) of FIG. 5, in order to interconnect two roll filters (20), as shown in (a) of FIG. 5, the first detachable part (201) at one end and the second detachable part (202) at the other end can be arranged on opposite sides of the filter sheet (200) and the two can be formed as a male-female pair that can be connected to each other. The first detachable part (201) can be placed on the lower surface of the filter sheet (200), and the second detachable part (202) can be placed on the upper surface of the filter sheet (200).

[0097] An example of a male-female pairing may be as follows. For example, if the first detachable portion (201) is formed as a hook of a hook-and-loop fastener (see A of FIG. 7), the first engaging surface (110) of the first shaft (11) may be formed as a loop (see B of FIG. 7) to form a detachable pair therewith. At this time, the second detachable portion (202) may be formed as a loop (B) to form a detachable pair therewith again. Meanwhile, the second engaging surface (120) of the second shaft (12) may be formed as a hook (A) again to form a detachable pair therewith again. Through this, the first attachable / detachable part (201) and the first coupling surface (110) of the first shaft (11) are coupled, the second attachable / detachable part (202) and the second coupling surface (120) of the second shaft (12) are coupled, and a structure in which coupling is also possible between the first attachable / detachable part (201) and the second attachable / detachable part (202) can be formed. As a result, as described above, the first attachable / detachable surface (110) and the second attachable surface (120) can also form a pair of detachable male and female parts (in the example above, a loop and a hook, respectively).

[0098] Therefore, when connecting two roll filters (20) of this type, the second detachable part (202) on the upper surface of one roll filter (20) and the first detachable part (201) on the lower surface of the other roll filter (20) can be very conveniently connected using a Velcro method, as shown in (c) of FIG. 5.

[0099] However, as shown in (b) of Fig. 5, since the first detachable part (201) and the second detachable part (202) are positioned on opposite surfaces, in this case, one of the two detachable parts needs to be coupled to the shaft in a flipped state opposite to the other. For example, as shown, the second detachable part (202) positioned on the upper surface of the filter sheet (200) can be coupled to the second shaft (12) by flipping it so that it faces the surface of the second shaft (12).

[0100] When a new filter is actually provided, the filter is already coupled to the shaft and supplied in a rolled form, so this structure may not be a major problem. This is because, as illustrated, the second detachable portion (202) can be pre-coupled to the second shaft (12) and the filter can be tightly rolled around it in a roll form so that only the first detachable portion (201) at the end can be released. Accordingly, even if there is a detachable portion that is arranged in the opposite direction, such as the second detachable portion (202), it can be smoothly supplied by pre-winding it around the shaft and supplying it in a roll form (e.g., see the enlarged view on the right side of FIG. 8). In this form, the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) can be formed on opposite sides of the two ends of the filter sheet (200).

[0101] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 6, the roll filter (20-1) may additionally have a detachable portion formed at one end. For example, the first detachable portion (201) forms a detachable male and female pair with the first coupling surface (110) of the first shaft (11), and the second detachable portion (202) forms a detachable male and female pair with the second coupling surface (120) of the second shaft (12) (thereby, the first and second detachable portions are basically attached and detached to the coupling surfaces of the respective shafts), and the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) are arranged on the same surface of the filter sheet (200), but may or may not be detachable from each other. That is, the first detachable part (201) forms a detachable male and female pair with the first coupling surface (110) of the first shaft (11), and the second detachable part (202) forms a detachable male and female pair with the second coupling surface (120) of the second shaft (12) which is spaced apart from the first shaft (11), and the first detachable part (201) and the second detachable part (202) may or may not be detached from each other depending on the arrangement of the first coupling surface (110) and the second coupling surface (120).

[0102] At this time, either a third detachable part (not shown) that forms a detachable male and female pair with the second detachable part (202) on the opposite side of the first detachable part (201), or a fourth detachable part (204) that forms a detachable male and female pair with the first detachable part (201) on the opposite side of the second detachable part (202) may be further included (thereby, either of the first or second detachable parts can be attached or detached with the added fourth or third detachable part).

[0103] This structure is a structure that arranges the first detachable part (201) and the second detachable part (202) on the same side of the filter sheet (200), and arranges an additional detachable part (third detachable part or fourth detachable part) on the opposite side to enable connection between filters. In this modified example, an example in which the fourth detachable part (204) is formed is described, and since the third detachable part (not shown) has a symmetrical configuration with the fourth detachable part (204), it will be understood that the third detachable part can be formed by applying the method described later to the opposite side as needed.

[0104] At this time, the male and female pairs are exemplified as follows. As shown in (b) of Fig. 6, the first detachable part (201) and the first coupling surface (110) of the first shaft (11) can be coupled to form a male and female pair, and the second detachable part (202) and the second coupling surface (120) of the second shaft (12) can be coupled to form a male and female pair. In this example, since the added fourth detachable part (204) as shown in (c) of Fig. 6 forms a detachable pair with the first detachable part (201), the first detachable part (201) and the second detachable part (202) do not necessarily need to be detachable and thus can be configured independently of each other. That is, the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) may or may not be detachable from each other depending on the arrangement of the first coupling surface (110) and the second coupling surface (120). The first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) are both arranged on the lower surface of the filter sheet (200), and the fourth detachable portion (204) may be arranged on the upper surface of the filter sheet (200) opposite the second detachable portion (202).

[0105] For example, if the first detachable portion (201) is formed as a hook of a hook-and-loop fastener (see A of FIG. 7), the first engaging surface (110) of the first shaft (11) is formed as a loop (see B of FIG. 7) to form a detachable pair therewith, and the added fourth detachable portion (204) can be formed as a loop (B) to form a detachable pair with the first detachable portion (201) again. However, since the second detachable portion (202) and the second engaging surface (120) of the second shaft (12) can be configured independently of each other, the pairing can be freely changed, for example, between a hook (A) and a loop, or a loop (B) and a hook (A), so that they can be detached from each other. Accordingly, depending on the arrangement of the first coupling surface (110) (e.g., loop) and the second coupling surface (120) (e.g., loop or hook), the second detachable portion (202) (e.g., hook or loop) may or may not be detached from the first detachable portion (201) (e.g., hook).

[0106] In this way, the first detachable part (201) is coupled with the first coupling surface (110) of the first shaft (11), the second detachable part (202) is coupled with the second coupling surface (120) of the second shaft (12), and the first detachable part (201) is coupled with the fourth detachable part (204) on the opposite side of the second detachable part (202), thereby forming a structure that enables coupling between filters as well as between filters and shafts.

[0107] In this case, when connecting two roll filters (20-1), the fourth detachable part (204) on the upper surface of one roll filter (20-1) and the first detachable part (201) on the lower surface of the other roll filter (20-1) are combined as in (c) of Fig. 6, so that two roll filters (20-1) can be connected continuously very conveniently.

[0108] Also, in this case, since the first detachable part (201) and the second detachable part (202) are positioned on the same surface, neither of the two detachable parts can be combined with the shaft as in (b) of Fig. 6 without being flipped over. That is, as shown, the first detachable part (201) and the second detachable part (202), each of which is positioned on the lower surface of the filter sheet (200), can be directly combined with the surfaces of the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12) to be connected to the shaft.

[0109] In this example, when an actual new filter is provided, the second detachable part (202) can be pre-attached to the second shaft (12) and the filter can be tightly rolled into a roll shape so that only the first detachable part (201) at the end can be released. In such a case, since the second detachable part (202) is naturally coupled in the direction of release from the shaft, it can also be advantageous for forming it into a roll shape. In this way, in addition to the first detachable part (201) and the second detachable part (202), a detachable part such as a fourth detachable part (204) can be added to form a roll filter (20-1) that is convenient for coupling not only between the shaft and the filter, but also between filters.

[0110] Hereinafter, the arrangement of the hooks and loops of the detachable part will be described in more detail with reference to Fig. 7.

[0111] Fig. 7 is a drawing illustrating the arrangement of hooks and loops for the first and second detachable portions of the roll filter of Fig. 3. [The left side (the first detachable portion) of Fig. 7 (a), (b), and (c) is drawn in a different direction from the direction facing the bottom surface of the roll filter, and the right side (the second detachable portion) is drawn in a different direction from the direction facing the top surface of the roll filter.]

[0112] The present invention is formed by a structure in which a male and female pair are formed by a hook and / or loop of a hook-and-loop fastener, or a shaft, or a hook and / or loop of a hook-and-loop fastener, and are detachable from each other. Such a male and female pair can be implemented in various forms as follows. Hereinafter, the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) of FIG. 7 will be described as an example, but it will be understood that the following description is equally applicable to all arrangements of detachable male and female pairs as described above. In other words, the following description is equally applicable to other detachable portions and detachable portions that form a detachable pair, or between detachable portions and mating surfaces, and thus need not be limited to the drawings.

[0113] Referring to Fig. 7, the first detachable portion (201) and the second detachable portion (202) may be arranged on opposite sides of the filter sheet (200) to form a detachable male and female pair. As described above, the detachable male and female pair refers to a pair that is structurally arranged to be detachable by a hook (A) and / or a loop (B).

[0114] First, let's look at the structure of the hook (A) and the loop (B). The hook (A) is a microscopic structure formed in the shape of a hook, for example, and has appropriate elasticity so that it can be elastically deformed and caught on the loop (B). On the other hand, the loop (B) is a structure corresponding to a microscopic ring arranged regularly or irregularly and can be formed into various structures that the hook (A) can catch on. The loop (B) can be a ring-shaped structure as exemplified, but it can also be an irregular structure in which irregular fibers are arranged in various directions. The loop (B) can be deformed in various ways within the limit that the hook (A) can catch on. The hook (A) is also a hook-shaped structure that catches the loop (B) and its shape can be deformed in various ways. Although not limited thereto, for example, the hook (A) and the loop (B) can each be formed of elastic plastic and / or fiber materials.

[0115] Since these hooks (A) and loops (B) have a fine structure, they can be repeatedly arranged to fill a surface of a certain area. That is, by arranging the hooks and / or loops in a surface, various structures that can be attached and detached face-to-face can be formed. That is, a pair of detachable male and female parts can each be formed by a surface composed of a hook and / or a loop. For example, as in (a) of Fig. 7, the first detachable part (201) can be a surface composed entirely of hooks (A), and the second detachable part (202) can be a surface composed entirely of loops (B). That is, the entire surface forming the first detachable part (201) can be formed as a hook (A), and the entire surface forming the second detachable part (202) can be formed as a loop (B), thereby forming a pair of detachable male and female parts.

[0116] However, it is not necessary to be limited to that, and for example, as in (b) and (c) of FIG. 7, a first surface (201a) on which a hook (A) is formed and a second surface (201b) on which a loop (B) is formed may be formed simultaneously on the first detachable portion (201), and a first surface (202a) on which a hook (A) is formed and a second surface (202b) on which a loop (B) is formed may also be formed simultaneously on the second detachable portion (202). However, in such a case, the arrangement order of the first surface and the second surface in the two detachable portions may be reversed. That is, the first surface (201a) of the first detachable part (201) is arranged at a position where it comes into contact with the second surface (202b) of the second detachable part (202), and the second surface (201b) of the first detachable part (201) is arranged at a position where it comes into contact with the first surface (202a) of the second detachable part (202), so that as a result, the arrangements of the hook (A) and the loop (B) can be arranged in a form where they are reversed.

[0117] That is, the first detachable part (201) and the second detachable part (202) can be attached and detached to the first surface (201a, 202a) and the second surface (201b, 202b) at the same time, as shown in (b) and (c) of FIG. 7, respectively, including a first surface (201a, 202a) having a hook (A) formed on the same surface and a second surface (201b, 202b) having a loop (B) formed thereon. In this example, the first surface (201a, 202a) and the second surface (201b, 202b) of each detachable part can be arranged side by side in the width direction of the filter sheet (200), as shown in (b) of FIG. 7, or can be arranged side by side in the length direction of the filter sheet (200), as shown in (c) of FIG. The arrangement of the first surface and the second surface can be varied in various ways, and the number can be increased as needed. In this way, a detachable structure can be formed by applying a hook (A) and a loop (B) simultaneously to one side.

[0118] This detachable structure can be applied not only to the first detachable part (201) and the second detachable part (202) as described above, but also to the first detachable part (201) and the first coupling surface of the first shaft (see 110 in FIG. 3), the second detachable part (202) and the second coupling surface of the second shaft (see 120 in FIG. 3), and the first detachable part (201) and the fourth detachable part (see 204 in FIG. 6), so that the coupling between the detachable part and the shaft, and between the detachable part and the shaft can be very conveniently and firmly performed in a hook-and-loop fastener (or Velcro) manner. In this way, a convenient coupling structure is formed not only between the shaft and the filter, but also between one filter and another filter, and can be applied to the roll filter shaft (see 10 in FIG. 1) and the roll filter (20) described above.

[0119] Hereinafter, a roll filter device to which the roll filter and roll filter shaft of the present invention are applied will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 8.

[0120] Fig. 8 is a conceptual drawing illustrating the configuration of a roll filter device for processing power plant exhaust gas according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0121] Referring to Fig. 8, the roll filter device (1) for power plant exhaust gas treatment according to the present invention (hereinafter, the roll filter device) includes the aforementioned roll filter shaft (see 10 in Fig. 1) and the roll filter (see 20 in Fig. 3). The roll filter device (1) can be formed by coupling a roll filter (20) to the aforementioned roll filter shaft (10), and after coupling, the roll filter (20) can be used in a state where both ends are hung on the roll filter shaft (10) and interposed between two shafts [the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12)] as illustrated.

[0122] The roll filter device (1) can be used to filter and treat exhaust gas (G) discharged along the flue of a power plant, and thus can be placed in a flue (not shown) of the power plant, etc. Although not shown, the flue can be formed along the space through which the exhaust gas (G) passes between the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12) in FIG. 8.

[0123] The roll filter device (1) can be configured, for example, using a housing (30). For example, the housing (30) is placed outside the installation point such as a flue, and the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12) are rotatably coupled inside the housing (30) (they can be coupled using the coupler (see 140 of FIG. 2) described above), and the roll filter shaft (10) is placed, and the two ends of the roll filter (20) are coupled to the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12), respectively, to form the roll filter device (1).

[0124] At this time, a driving motor (40) connected to at least one of the first shaft (11) and the second shaft (12) of the roll filter shaft (10) to provide a driving force to rotate the shaft can be placed in the housing (30). As described above, the first shaft (11) can be formed as a driving shaft that provides the driving force, and the second shaft (12) can be formed as a driven shaft. Accordingly, by rotating the shaft with the driving motor (40) to wind the roll filter (20) around one shaft (the first shaft) (see arrow in the drawing), the dust collection surface of the filter can be continuously changed.

[0125] As described above, the roll filter (20) may be provided together with the shaft in a roll-shaped state around one shaft (e.g., the second shaft), and in such a case, one end may be wound and used by coupling it to another shaft (e.g., the first shaft). In this case, since a height difference of the filter may occur between the winding shaft and the unwinding shaft, a guide roller (31) that supports the roll filter (20) may also be placed at the inlet and outlet of the housing (30) to ensure that the filter remains horizontal.

[0126] In this form, the roll filter device (1) including the roll filter shaft (10) and the roll filter (20) described above can be formed and used. In particular, by the hook-and-loop fastener (or Velcro) attachment / detachment structure described above, the first attachment / detachment portion (201) and the first coupling surface (110) and the second attachment / detachment portion (202) and the second coupling surface (120) are smoothly coupled in a circular shape corresponding to the cross-section of the shaft, and other coupling members (e.g., bolts, nails, nuts, etc.) can be removed from the shaft. Therefore, the problem of the shaft becoming unbalanced due to the protrusion of the conventional coupling members and thus causing vibration can be very effectively resolved.

[0127] Also, for the same reason, since the connecting member is eliminated from the shaft and the outer surface of the shaft is virtually wrapped around the filter and connected to the shaft, the problem of stress being concentrated at the connecting member fastening portion (e.g., bolt penetration portion, etc.) causing damage or breakage of the shaft can be very effectively resolved.

[0128] In addition, as mentioned above, since the surface where the hooks and loops are densely formed wraps around the circumference of the shaft and is combined, the contact area increases, and thus an effective joint structure is formed that is not particularly pushed in the direction of the surface. In other words, even though it is relatively easy to detach by applying force in a direction perpendicular to the surface due to the characteristics of the Velcro structure, it can very strongly resist a pushing force (shear force) acting in the direction of the surface (e.g., in the tangential direction of the body) after combining, and can more effectively withstand a tension applied in the tangential direction of the shaft from the filter when the shaft rotates.

[0129] In addition, when replacing the filter, one end (e.g., the second detachable portion) can be conveniently separated from the shaft (e.g., the second joining surface) by the Velcro structure, and the end can be easily pulled out by connecting it to the end of a new filter (e.g., the first detachable portion of the new filter) (e.g., (c) of FIG. 5, etc.) so that the other end can be easily used, so that filter replacement is also very convenient. In this way, the dust collection structure (roll filter shaft, roll filter, and roll filter device including these) utilizing the Velcro (hook-and-loop fastener) of the present invention can more effectively treat exhaust gas, etc. of a power plant.

[0130] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the attached drawings, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention can be implemented in other specific forms without altering the technical concept or essential features thereof. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood to be illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
