[0038] Below, according to one or more embodiments, a sports exercise machine is described in detail.

[0039] FIG. 1a is a schematic perspective view of a sports apparatus according to the present disclosure, and FIG. 1b is a schematic, separated perspective view of the sports apparatus illustrated in FIG. 1.

[0040] A sports apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment provides a game environment in which points are earned by putting a ball (1) into a target hole (111, 111a to 111j, etc.) on a multi-stage stage (110, 120, 130, 140, 150) as shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b, and is an indoor / outdoor sports apparatus having a structure that complexly applies the structure of golf, gateball, billiards, etc.

[0041] Referring to Figures 1a and 1b, a sports device (1) has an integrated stage (100) on which a ball (1) progresses, and can be installed without being affected by the internal or external environment.

[0042] The above integrated stage (100) provides a step-shaped cloud surface along which the ball (1) progresses, and the cloud surface is provided by a plurality of unit stages whose height increases in two or more stages.

[0043] The unit stages include a target stage (110) having a higher plane than other stages where the hit ball finally arrives, a hitting stage (140) where the ball (1) is hit toward the target stage (110), a progress stage (130) where the hit ball (1) rolls toward the hitting stage (140), and an inclined stage (120) where the ball (1) that has passed the progress stage (130) rolls up and falls onto the target surface of the target stage (110). The surface of each of the stages may be covered with a thin cloth that absorbs shock and softens the rolling of the ball, and may be formed of, for example, a cloth that forms the surface of a billiard table.

[0044] The above unit stages can be separated and combined from each other, and may have a fastening device (201) in the form of a ring structure, for example, to fix each other to prevent relative movement as needed.

[0045] The above progress stage (130) can be formed by multiple parallel partial modules (131) rather than one, and the length of the progress path of the ball in the progress stage (130) can be adjusted by the number of partial modules (131), etc. That is, by configuring the progress stage (130) by connecting a greater number of partial modules (131) in parallel, the length of the entire progress stage (130) can be implemented to be longer. The partial modules (131) have a structure that can be connected to each other, and a progress path along which the ball (1) can roll is provided on the upper surface thereof.

[0046] The above striking stage (140) is installed so as to be movable relative to the edge portion of the front end of the above progress stage (130), so that the striking position of the ball (1) relative to the target stage (110) can be changed left and right.

[0047] In the target stage (110) where the ball (1) from the above-mentioned striking stage (140) reaches, a plurality of target holes (111, 111a to 111j, or more) are arranged in an inverted V shape centered around the central target hole (111e), and therefore, the central target hole (111e)d is farthest from the target stage compared to other target holes.

[0048] A format may be applied in which a user selects one of the above target holes (111, 111a to 111e), hits a ball (1) toward the selected target hole, sends it to the target hole, and if the sent ball (1) enters the target hole, a score is awarded accordingly.

[0049] Meanwhile, a wall (101) is provided along the edge of the entire integrated stage ball (100) by the above stages to prevent the ball (1) from being detached, and is not formed on one edge of the progress stage (130) to which the striking stage (140) and the striking stage (14) are connected. The wall (101) is formed separately for each of the unit stages, and for convenience, the same reference numeral is given to the walls of all stages. The wall (101) as described above may be formed of a hard material, but may also be formed of an elastic material such as that used in a billiard table.

[0050] Figure 2 schematically shows the configuration of the above wall (101).

[0051] The wall (101) provided on each of the above stages is formed at a predetermined height at the edge of the stage, and may be manufactured in a shape similar to the cushion edge of a billiard table, such as a structure combining a hard material, an elastic material, or a hard material with an elastic material. This wall (101) is appropriately positioned at the edge of each stage, and when all stages are combined into one integrated stage, it may have a U-shaped shape with one side open, i.e., only the striking stage side is open, as shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b.

[0052] Fig. 3 illustrates a striking hammer (102) for striking the ball (1). This striking hammer (102) may be similar to a mallet in gate ball. The hammer (102) has a shaft (102a) with a handle (102c) provided at the upper end thereof, and a head (102b) provided at the lower end of the shaft (102a).

[0053] Figure 4 illustrates an example of the arrangement structure of target holes (111, 111a to 111j or more) provided in the target stage (110).

[0054] As illustrated in Fig. 4, the target hole (111) into which the ball (1) enters is arranged in the shape of an inverted V. With the hole “9” at the top as the center, the holes on both sides are arranged gradually closer to the striking stage (downward in the drawing).

[0055] The above target hole has a low floor, and a pedestal is formed in the center of the floor to receive the ball.

[0056] Fig. 5a is a schematic perspective view of the target hole (111), and Fig. 5b is a schematic cross-sectional view.

[0057] As shown in Figures 5a and 5b, the target hole (111) is a part where the ball (1) enters, and a pedestal (112) that supports the lower part of the ball (1) is formed on the bottom thereof, and thus a circular concave portion (113) is formed around this.

[0058] Accordingly, the ball (1) that has fallen into the hole (111) is placed on the pedestal (112) at the center of the inside thereof, and its edge is spaced apart from the edge of the opening of the hole (111). This structure is intended to enable the ball (1) to be easily taken out from the hole (111). This is intended to separate and recover the balls (1) from all the holes (111) at once, rather than taking them out one by one in the hole (111), by means of the ball recovery port (202), as illustrated in FIGS. 6a and 6b.

[0059] Fig. 6a is a schematic perspective view of the ball recovery device (120), and Fig. 6b is a schematic elevation view.

[0060] As illustrated in Figures 6a and 6b, the recovery device (12) comprises a ball recovery part (202b) of a semi-cylindrical structure into which a plurality of balls are inserted, and a handle (202a) connected thereto. This allows for easy insertion and recovery of balls (1) placed within the hole (111) and mounted on the pedestal (112) as described above.

[0061] Meanwhile, a plurality of balls (1) may be provided, for example, according to the number of holes to be provided in the target stage (110), and each ball (1) may be numbered to match the number of the hole. This enables scoring by awarding points when a ball of a specific number is placed in a hole of the same number, or by weighting the points.

[0062] Figure 7 illustrates the ball (1) and the ball case (1a) that accommodates it.

[0063] The ball case (1a) contains a plurality of balls (1), in this embodiment nine balls, specifically each ball (1) is assigned a number, and these are accommodated in the ball case (1a) partitioned by a partition. The ball (1) may have embosses formed on its surface like a golf ball, and according to this embodiment, may have a smooth outer spherical surface like a billiard ball, and may have numbers displayed on the outer spherical surface.

[0064] FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view of a fitted custom part module constituting a progress station in a sports apparatus according to the present disclosure.

[0065] As described above, the progress module (130) capable of adjusting the length, i.e., the length of the progress path of the ball (1), is assembled by a plurality of partial modules (131). According to the present embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 8, a customized partial module (131) can be fitted. That is, a complementary coupling structure is provided by a protrusion (131a) on both coupling surfaces of the progress module (130) and an inlet (131b) into which the protrusion (131a) is fitted. This complementary coupling structure can also be applied to the stages (110, 120, 130, 140) described above. In addition, although not illustrated, a coupling device that maintains the coupling thereof can be provided so that when these are coupled, a progress module (130) can be formed as if it were one body.

[0066] Fig. 9 illustrates the structure of a scoreboard (300) that displays scores in a game using the aforementioned sports equipment (1).

[0067] The scoreboard (300) is a portable type and has a resin support leg (310) having a foldable joint (301), and has a display section (320) showing the arrangement of the target holes (111) on the upper part thereof, and may have a structure of a scoreboard used in a billiard hall, such as an abacus, below it. This scoreboard (300) visually displays a score display section (330) using abacus beads like those on an abacus, and additionally has a ring-shaped holder (330) for hanging the ball recovery device.

[0068] The present disclosure, as described above, is a game machine that involves striking a ball and placing it into a pocket hole. Because it utilizes multiple stages, it is not restricted by installation location and can be installed both indoors and outdoors. From a competitive standpoint, the game involves striking a ball into a selected hole among multiple target holes, making it enjoyable for people of all ages and genders. Furthermore, despite being a standing exercise, it does not place significant strain on the body, making it a highly useful piece of sports equipment.

[0069] While exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims. Therefore, modifications to future embodiments of the present invention will not depart from the scope of the present invention.
