AI Technical Summary
The existing outdoor units of air conditioners experience noise issues due to uneven air flow speeds around the central axis of the fan, leading to increased blade passing frequency noise when the lengths of the heat exchanger sections are unequal, resulting in non-uniform axial flow velocities.
The design incorporates a heat exchanger with a first upright section, a second upright section, and a third upright section of varying lengths, along with a partition plate positioned on the third upright section side to intersect the central axis, guiding air flow uniformly and reducing noise by ensuring consistent axial flow velocities.
The solution effectively reduces noise by ensuring uniform air flow velocities around the central axis, specifically addressing the NZ sound issue, while maintaining efficient air volume and minimizing power consumption.

Abstract
Description
Air conditioner outdoor unit
[0001] The present disclosure relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner.
[0002] An outdoor unit for an air conditioner is known, which has a fan at the top and a heat exchanger at the bottom, and blows air upward after heat exchange in the heat exchanger (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Patent Document 1 discloses an outdoor unit in which a heat exchanger with a substantially C-shaped horizontal cross section is provided below the fan. The heat exchanger described in Patent Document 1 has a first heat exchanger section disposed on the rear wall surface, and second and third heat exchanger sections disposed on both left and right wall surfaces.
[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-38312
[0004] However, in the outdoor unit of Patent Document 1, for example, if the second heat exchanger section and the third heat exchanger section of the heat exchanger are different in length, the air in the internal space that is guided upward by the fan may flow at a slower speed in the space near the shorter heat exchanger section than in other spaces. This slower flow speed in some spaces may result in uneven axial (vertical) air flow speeds in the circumferential direction around the central axis of the fan, potentially increasing noise (e.g., NZ noise: blade passing frequency noise).
[0005] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and has an object to provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner that can reduce noise.
[0006] An outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to one aspect of the present disclosure has a first upright portion that is upright, a second upright portion that bends from one horizontal end of the first upright portion and extends in a predetermined direction, and a third upright portion that bends from the other horizontal end of the first upright portion and extends in the predetermined direction and has a length in the predetermined direction that is shorter than that of the second upright portion, and an internal space is formed between the first upright portion, the second upright portion, and the third upright portion, and the outdoor unit is equipped with a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between a refrigerant circulating inside a heat transfer tube and air flowing into the internal space, a fan that rotates around a central axis that extends in the vertical direction and guides air that has passed through the heat exchanger and flowed into the internal space upward, and a plate portion provided on the third upright portion side of the internal space so that the plate surface intersects a circumferential direction based on the central axis.
[0007] According to the present disclosure, noise can be reduced.

[0009] Hereinafter, one embodiment of an outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0010] 1 to 7. In the following description, the vertical direction is referred to as the Z-axis direction, the horizontal direction in which two axial fans 30 or the like are adjacent to each other is referred to as the X-axis direction, and the direction perpendicular to the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction is referred to as the Y-axis direction.
[0011] The outdoor unit 1 is used in an air conditioner. As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the outdoor unit 1 includes a housing 10 that forms an outer shell. The outdoor unit 1 also includes two heat exchangers 20, two axial fans (fans) 30, and two partition plates (plate portions) 40, which are provided inside the housing 10.
[0012] The housing 10 includes an upper casing 11 and a lower casing 12 provided below the upper casing 11 .
[0013] The upper casing 11 accommodates therein two axial fans 30. The upper casing 11 is open at its top and bottom ends.
[0014] The lower casing 12 accommodates two heat exchangers 20 and two partition plates 40. The lower casing 12 also accommodates various devices (not shown), such as a compressor and an accumulator. The lower casing 12 also accommodates an electrical box 13 at one end in the front direction.
[0015] The lower casing 12 has an open upper end. As shown in Fig. 3, the lower casing 12 has side panels 12a that define both ends in the X-axis direction, a front panel 12b that defines one end (front end) in the Y-axis direction, and a rear panel 12c that defines the other end (rear end) in the Y-axis direction. Openings (not shown) are formed in the side panels 12a and the rear panel 12c, and outside air can be taken in through the openings.
[0016] The housing 10 of the outdoor unit 1 houses two heat exchangers 20, two axial fans 30, and two partition plates 40. The two heat exchangers 20, the two axial fans 30, and the two partition plates 40 are arranged side by side in the X-axis direction. The two heat exchangers 20, the two axial fans 30, and the two partition plates 40 are arranged symmetrically with respect to a vertical plane passing through the center in the X-axis direction. Therefore, in the following, only one of them will be described, and a description of the other will be omitted.
[0017] The heat exchanger 20 has a plurality of heat transfer tubes (not shown) and a plurality of fins (not shown) connected to the outer circumferential surfaces of the heat transfer tubes.
[0018] The heat exchanger 20 integrally comprises a first upright portion 21 that stands upright on a base (not shown), a second upright portion 22 that bends from one end of the first upright portion 21 in the X-axis direction and extends in the Y-axis direction (a predetermined direction), and a third upright portion 23 that bends from the other end of the first upright portion 21 in the X-axis direction and extends in the Y-axis direction.
[0019] Furthermore, an internal space S is formed between the first upright portion 21, the second upright portion 22, and the third upright portion 23 of the heat exchanger 20. The internal space S is formed below the center of the axial flow fan 30. The heat exchanger 20 (the first upright portion 21, the second upright portion 22, and the third upright portion 23) exchanges heat between the refrigerant flowing inside the heat transfer tube and the air flowing into the internal space S.
[0020] The first standing portion 21 extends in the X-axis direction. The length of the first standing portion 21 in the X-axis direction is shorter than half the length of the outdoor unit 1 (lower casing 12) in the X-axis direction. The first standing portion 21 is provided so as to fit along the rear panel 12c of the lower casing 12.
[0021] The second standing portion 22 extends in the Y-axis direction. The second standing portion 22 is provided so as to fit along the side panel 12 a of the lower casing 12 .
[0022] The third upright portion 23 extends in the Y-axis direction. The length of the third upright portion 23 in the Y-axis direction is shorter than the length of the second upright portion 22 in the Y-axis direction. The length of the third upright portion 23 in the Y-axis direction is shorter than half the length of the second upright portion 22 in the Y-axis direction. The length of the third upright portion 23 in the Y-axis direction is shorter than half the length of the outdoor unit 1 in the Y-axis direction. The third upright portion 23 is arranged to be approximately parallel to the second upright portion 22. The third upright portion 23 is arranged to overlap with the axial fan 30 in a top view. In detail, the third upright portion 23 is arranged so that a tip portion thereof overlaps with the axial fan 30 in a top view.
[0023] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 , the axial fan 30 rotates about a central axis C (see FIG. 3 ) extending in the Z-axis direction (up-down direction) and guides upward air that has passed through the heat exchanger 20 and entered the internal space S. The axial fan 30 has an impeller hub (hub portion) 31 and multiple blades 32 (three in this embodiment, for example) provided on the outer peripheral surface of the impeller hub portion 31. As shown in FIG. 2 , the axial fan 30 rotates counterclockwise in a top view (see arrow R in FIG. 3 ). The two axial fans 30 are arranged symmetrically with respect to a vertical plane that passes through the center of the X-axis direction, but both axial fans 30 rotate in the same direction.
[0024] 1, a bracket 33 that supports the axial fan 30 from below is fixed to the housing 10. The bracket 33 has a pair of beams 33a that extend in the Y-axis direction. The beams 33a connect the upper end of the first standing portion 21 to the upper end of the electrical box 13. The pair of beams 33a also hold a fan motor 33b that rotates and drives the axial fan 30 at the center in the Y-axis direction.
[0025] 2 and 3 , the partition plate 40 is provided on the third upright portion 23 side of the internal space S so that the plate surface intersects with the circumferential direction based on the central axis C. The partition plate 40 is provided in the space closer to the third upright portion 23 than the second upright portion 22. In other words, the partition plate 40 is provided in the space between the central axis C of the axial fan 30 and the third upright portion 23 in a top view. The partition plate 40 is provided in the internal space S.
[0026] The partition plate 40 is disposed so that its position in the Y-axis direction is the same as the tip of the third upright portion 23. The partition plate 40 is disposed so that one end in the X-axis direction is in contact with the inner surface (the surface facing the internal space S) of the third upright portion 23 in top view. As shown in Fig. 3 , the partition plate 40 is disposed so as to overlap the blade portion 32 of the axial flow fan 30 in top view.
[0027] 4, the length L1 of the partition plate 40 in the Z-axis direction is longer than the radius R1 of the axial fan 30. The length L1 of the partition plate 40 in the Z-axis direction is shorter than twice the length of the radius R1 of the axial fan 30. The radius R1 of the axial fan 30 is the length from the central axis C to the tip of the blade portion 32.
[0028] As shown in FIG. 3, the tip of the partition plate 40 (the end on the second upright portion 22 side) is located at the center point P1 of the blade portion 32 in the radial direction or closer to the impeller hub portion 31 than the center point P1.
[0029] The partition plate 40 may be fixed to the third upright portion 23 of the heat exchanger 20 or may be fixed to the bracket 33 .
[0030] This embodiment provides the following advantageous effects. In this embodiment, the heat exchanger 20 includes a third upright portion 23 that bends from the other end of the first upright portion 21 in the X-axis direction, extends in the Y-axis direction, and is shorter in length in the Y-axis direction than the second upright portion 22. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 , the air in the internal space S guided upward by the axial fan 30 may flow at a slower speed in the space near the third upright portion 23 than in other spaces. This may result in uneven air flow speed in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) (vertical direction) around the central axis C, potentially increasing noise (e.g., NZ noise). Note that in FIGS. 5 and 6 , the numbers written in the circumferential direction around the central axis C indicate the hour direction (direction at the clock position) around the central axis C. Furthermore, the outermost dots indicate a faster air flow speed in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) (vertical direction), and the innermost dots indicate a slower air flow speed in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) (vertical direction).
[0031] 5 and 6 are diagrams showing the distribution of air flow velocity in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) in the circumferential direction centered on the central axis C when no partition plate 40 is provided. Figures 5 and 6 show the air flow velocity in the axial direction at each point in the circumferential direction centered on the central axis C.
[0032] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, it can be seen that the axial air flow velocity is slow in the area where the third upright portion 23 (especially the tip of the third upright portion 23) is provided (see the 2.0 o'clock direction in Figure 5 and the 10.0 o'clock direction in Figure 6).
[0033] In this embodiment, a partition plate 40 is provided on the third upright portion 23 side of the internal space S so that its plate surface intersects the circumferential direction based on the central axis C. As a result, in the space near the third upright portion 23, air flowing in the circumferential direction as drawn by the rotating blades 32 of the axial flow fan 30 (see arrow A1 in FIG. 2 ) and air flowing forward (in the −Y direction) as drawn by the airflow drawn in from the 2.5 to 4.5 o'clock direction of the left axial flow fan 30 and the 9.5 to 7.5 o'clock direction of the right axial flow fan 30 (see arrow A6 in FIG. 2 ) collide with the plate surface of the partition plate 40. The colliding air flows upward along the plate surface of the partition plate 40 (see arrow A2 in FIG. 2 ). This blocks the air flowing in the circumferential direction (see dashed arrow A3 in FIG. 2 ). Note that for ease of illustration, the partition plate 40 of the left axial flow fan 30 is omitted in FIG. 2 .
[0034] Therefore, the air flow velocity in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) can be increased in the space near the third upright portion 23. This makes it possible to make the air flow velocity in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) uniform in the circumferential direction. In particular, this makes it possible to make the air flow velocity uniform in the radially outer portion (the portion near the heat exchanger 20) of the axial flow fan 30. This makes it possible to reduce noise (e.g., NZ noise) caused by non-uniform air flow velocity in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) in the circumferential direction.
[0035] The noise reduction effect will be described in detail with reference to Fig. 7. The solid line in Fig. 7 indicates the sound pressure (vertical axis) for each frequency (horizontal axis) in a comparative example (an example in which the partition plate 40 is not provided). The dashed line in Fig. 7 indicates the sound pressure (vertical axis) for each frequency (horizontal axis) in this embodiment (i.e., an example in which the partition plate 40 is provided). As shown in Fig. 7, it can be seen that the fourth-order NZ noise is reduced in this embodiment compared to the comparative example.
[0036] In this embodiment, the partition plate 40 is provided at the upper part of the internal space S. This makes it easier to guide air upward in the space near the third upright portion 23. Therefore, the air flow velocity in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) can be more suitably increased in the space near the third upright portion 23. This makes it possible to make the air flow velocity in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) more uniform in the circumferential direction. This makes it possible to further reduce noise caused by non-uniform air flow velocity in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) in the circumferential direction.
[0037] In this embodiment, the vertical length of the partition plate 40 is longer than the radial length R1 of the axial flow fan 30. This increases the surface area of the partition plate 40. This makes it easier to guide air upward in the space near the third upright portions 23. This more effectively increases the axial (Z-axis) air flow velocity in the space near the third upright portions 23. This makes it possible to make the axial (Z-axis) air flow velocity more uniform in the circumferential direction. This further reduces noise caused by non-uniform axial (Z-axis) air flow velocity in the circumferential direction.
[0038] Furthermore, if the vertical length of the partition plate 40 is too long, the resistance of the air flowing into the area downstream of the partition plate 40 (to the left of the partition plate 40 in FIG. 4 ) increases, which may reduce the overall air volume and increase the power consumption of the motor that drives the axial flow fan 30. In this embodiment, the vertical length of the partition plate 40 is shorter than twice the radius of the axial flow fan 30. This prevents the air from flowing into the area downstream of the partition plate 40 (to the left of the partition plate 40 in FIG. 4 ). This prevents the overall air volume from decreasing. Furthermore, it also prevents the power consumption of the motor that drives the axial flow fan 30 from increasing.
[0039] In this embodiment, the end of the partition plate 40 on the second upright portion 22 side is located closer to the impeller hub portion 31 than the radial center point P1 of the blade portion 32. This increases the surface area of the partition plate 40. This further reduces noise caused by non-uniform air flow velocity in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) in the circumferential direction.
[0040] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the partition plate 40 is fixed to the bracket 33 that supports the axial fan 30. This eliminates the need to provide a support part for fixing the partition plate 40 to the housing 10 separately from the bracket 33. This reduces the number of parts compared to when a separate support part is provided for fixing the partition plate 40 to the housing 10, thereby simplifying the structure.
[0041] Second Embodiment Next, a second embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to Figures 8 to 10. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the outdoor unit 1 is provided with a rectifying plate (rectifying portion) 50. Since the other points are the same as those in the first embodiment, the same components are designated by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0042] As shown in FIG. 8 , the rectifying vane 50 is a plate-shaped member and is provided above the partition plate 40. The rectifying vane 50 is fixed to the upper end of the partition plate 40. As shown in FIG. 9 , the rectifying vane 50 extends linearly in the Y-axis direction along the third upright portion 23 in a top view. One end of the rectifying vane 50 in the Y-axis direction is located at the same position in the Y-axis direction as the tip of the third upright portion 23 in the Y-axis direction. The rectifying vane 50 is disposed so as to overlap the axial fan 30 in a top view. As shown in FIG. 10 , the rectifying vane 50 curves outward toward its upper end. The vertical length of the rectifying vane 50 is equal to half the length L2 from the upper end of the third upright portion 23 to the lower end 34 a of the bell mouth 34 of the axial fan 30 (see the dashed line).
[0043] In this embodiment, the air flowing up along the partition plate 40 can be guided radially outward by the flow straightening plate 50 (see arrow A4 in FIG. 8).
[0044] Although the above description has been given of an example in which the rectifying vane 50 extends linearly in the Y-axis direction, the present embodiment is not limited to this. For example, as shown by the dashed line in Fig. 9 , the rectifying vane 50 may be curved so as to follow the tips of the blades 32 of the axial fan 30 in a top view. Furthermore, the above description has been given of an example in which the rectifying vane 50 is fixed to the upper end of the partition plate 40, but the rectifying vane 50 may be fixed to the upper end of the third upright portion 23 of the heat exchanger 20.
[0045] This embodiment provides the following advantageous effects. In this embodiment, a straightening plate 50 is provided above the partition plate 40 and guides air radially outward. This allows the air guided upward by the partition plate 40 to be guided radially outward by the straightening plate 50. This makes it possible to make the air flow velocity in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) of the air more uniform in the circumferential direction on the outer side of the radial direction. This makes it possible to further reduce noise caused by non-uniform air flow velocity in the circumferential direction.
[0046] Third Embodiment Next, a third embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to Figures 11 and 12. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the outdoor unit 1 includes a connection portion 60. Since the other points are the same as those in the first embodiment, the same components are designated by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0047] The surface of the connecting portion 60 facing the internal space S (hereinafter referred to as the "inner surface") is curved, as shown in FIG. 11 . The connecting portion 60 connects the upper end of the third upright portion 23 of the heat exchanger 20 to the bell mouth 34. The shape of the connecting portion 60 is not limited as long as it has a curved internal surface. The connecting portion 60 may be, for example, a plate-shaped member or a block-shaped member. The connecting portion 60 may also be formed from metal or polystyrene foam. The internal surface of the connecting portion 60 is curved. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 12 , the internal surface of the connecting portion 60 has a convex portion 60a that curves and protrudes from the upper end of the third upright portion 23 toward the internal space S, and a concave portion 60b that protrudes from the upper end of the convex portion 60a to the side opposite the internal space S. The upper end of the concave portion 60b is connected to the lower end 34a of the bell mouth 34. The concave portion 60b and the bell mouth 34 are connected to form a smooth, continuous surface.
[0048] In this embodiment, the connecting portion 60 ensures that the air rising along the partition plate 40 is spread and guided radially outward (toward the outer periphery) of the axial fan 30 (see arrow A5 in Figures 11 and 12).
[0049] This embodiment provides the following advantageous effects. This embodiment includes a plate-shaped connecting portion 60 that connects the upper end of the third upright portion 23 of the heat exchanger 20 to the bell mouth 34. This allows air to flow upward along the connecting portion 60 in the space near the third upright portion 23, making it easier to guide the air upward. This more effectively increases the axial air flow velocity in the space near the third upright portion 23. This makes it possible to make the axial air flow velocity more uniform in the circumferential direction. This further reduces noise caused by non-uniform axial air flow velocity in the circumferential direction. Furthermore, air turbulence occurring in the space near the third upright portion 23 can be suppressed.
[0050] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure.
[0051] For example, the outdoor unit 1 according to the present disclosure may include both the rectifying plate 50 described in the second embodiment and the connection portion 60 described in the third embodiment.
[0052] Furthermore, for example, in each of the above embodiments, an example has been described in which the partition plate 40 is fixed to the bracket 33 or the third standing portion 23 of the heat exchanger 20, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. For example, a support portion that fixes the partition plate 40 to the housing 10 may be provided.
[0053] The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment described above can be understood, for example, as follows. The outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to a first aspect of the present disclosure has a first upright portion (21) that stands upright, a second upright portion (22) that bends from one horizontal end of the first upright portion and extends in a predetermined direction, and a third upright portion (23) that bends from the other horizontal end of the first upright portion and extends in the predetermined direction and has a length in the predetermined direction shorter than that of the second upright portion, and an internal space (S) is formed between the first upright portion, the second upright portion, and the third upright portion, and the outdoor unit is equipped with a heat exchanger (20) that exchanges heat between a refrigerant circulating inside a heat transfer tube and air flowing into the internal space, a fan (30) that rotates around a central axis (C) that extends in the vertical direction and guides upward the air that has passed through the heat exchanger and flowed into the internal space, and a plate portion (40) that is provided on the third upright portion side of the internal space so that its plate surface intersects a circumferential direction based on the central axis.
[0054] In the above configuration, the heat exchanger has a third upright portion that bends from the other horizontal end of the first upright portion, extends in a predetermined direction, and is shorter in length in the predetermined direction than the second upright portion. This may cause the air in the internal space guided upward by the fan to flow at a slower speed in the space near the third upright portion than in other spaces. This may result in uneven flow speed of the air blown upward in the axial direction (up and down direction) in the circumferential direction around the central axis, potentially increasing noise (e.g., NZ noise).
[0055] The above configuration includes a plate portion provided on the third upright portion side of the internal space so that the plate surface intersects with the circumferential direction based on the central axis. As a result, in the space near the third upright portion, air flowing in the circumferential direction by the fan collides with the plate surface of the plate portion, and the colliding air flows upward along the plate surface. This increases the axial air flow velocity in the space near the third upright portion. This makes it possible to make the axial air flow velocity uniform in the circumferential direction. This reduces noise (e.g., NZ noise) caused by non-uniform axial air flow velocity in the circumferential direction.
[0056] The "third standing portion side of the internal space" may be, for example, a space closer to the third standing portion than the second standing portion. Also, the "third standing portion side of the internal space" may be a space between the central axis of the fan and the third standing portion in a top view.
[0057] Furthermore, in the outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to a second aspect of the present disclosure, in the above-described first aspect, the plate portion is provided at an upper portion of the internal space.
[0058] In the above configuration, the plate portion is provided at the upper part of the internal space. This makes it easier to guide air upward in the space near the third upright portion. Therefore, the axial air flow velocity can be more suitably increased in the space near the third upright portion. This makes it possible to make the axial air flow velocity more uniform in the circumferential direction. This makes it possible to further reduce noise caused by non-uniform axial air flow velocity in the circumferential direction.
[0059] Furthermore, in the outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to a third aspect of the present disclosure, in the first or second aspect described above, the length of the plate portion in the vertical direction is longer than the radius of the fan.
[0060] In the above configuration, the vertical length of the plate portion is longer than the radial length of the fan. This allows the area of the plate surface of the plate portion to be increased. This makes it easier to guide air upward in the space near the third upright portion. Therefore, the axial air flow velocity can be more suitably increased in the space near the third upright portion. This makes it possible to make the axial air flow velocity more uniform in the circumferential direction. This allows for further reduction in noise caused by non-uniform axial air flow velocity in the circumferential direction.
[0061] Furthermore, the outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to a fourth aspect of the present disclosure is any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the fan has a hub portion and a plurality of blade portions provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hub portion, and the end of the plate portion on the side of the second upright portion is located at the radial center of the blade portions or closer to the hub portion than the center.
[0062] In the above configuration, the end of the plate portion on the second upright portion side is located closer to the hub portion than the radial center of the wing portion. This increases the area of the plate surface of the plate portion.
[0063] In addition, the outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to a fifth aspect of the present disclosure is, in any of the first to fourth aspects, provided with a plate-shaped straightening section (50) that is provided above the plate section and directs air radially outward.
[0064] The above configuration includes a straightening section provided above the plate section that guides air radially outward. This allows the air guided upward by the plate section to be guided radially outward by the straightening section. This makes it possible to make the upward axial (vertical) air flow velocity in the circumferential direction on the radially outer side more uniform. This further reduces noise caused by non-uniform air flow velocity in the circumferential direction.
[0065] Furthermore, in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to a sixth aspect of the present disclosure, in any one of the first to fifth aspects, the fan has a bell mouth (34) and is provided with a connection part (60) that connects the upper end of the third upright part of the heat exchanger to the bell mouth.
[0066] The above configuration includes a connection portion that connects the upper end of the third upright portion of the heat exchanger to the bell mouth. This connection portion ensures that air rising along the partition plate is spread and guided radially outward (toward the outer periphery) of the fan. This allows air to flow upward along the connection portion in the space near the third upright portion, making it easier to guide the air upward. This more effectively increases the axial air flow velocity in the space near the third upright portion. This makes it possible to make the axial air flow velocity more uniform in the circumferential direction. This further reduces noise caused by non-uniform axial air flow velocity in the circumferential direction.
