Abstract
Description
beverage device
[0001] The present invention relates to a beverage device for extracting a beverage contained in a capsule.
[0002] Capsules, which contain ingredients for beverage production, are widely used. These capsules contain the beverage ingredients in a sealed container, and users can use a mechanical device to pass water through the capsule to make a beverage. Coffee machines are a representative example of beverage devices that utilize capsules. Recently, capsules are being used to make beverages by providing not only coffee but also various beverages and ingredients.
[0003] One such device for extracting beverages using capsules is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2015-0017541, Prior Art 1. Prior Art 1 has the problem that the entire device is integrated and all components are contained within a single housing, making it difficult to vary the operation of the extraction portion. Furthermore, since only one capsule is used to extract beverages, it is difficult to extract a variety of beverages. Furthermore, since the portion from which the extracted beverage is discharged is fixed, it is difficult to use various types of cups.
[0004] Prior art document 2, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2017-0040026, is relatively complex in that it has a rotational motion for forming a hole in a capsule to inject water. In addition, the user must perform a separate operation to perforate the hole in the capsule, making inserting and removing the capsule inconvenient. Furthermore, since Prior art document 2 has a structure in which the perforation member perforates the hole in the capsule and then supplies high-pressure hot water, there was an inconvenience in that the capsule could not be smoothly separated due to the pressure in the extraction space after the beverage extraction was completed.
[0005] In the case of prior art document 3, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2006-0039431, the capsule is installed so that it lies horizontally. This structure reduces extraction efficiency because the direction in which the capsule is pressed to inject the extraction liquid into the capsule and the direction in which the beverage passing through the capsule is discharged are not the same but are perpendicular to each other. Nevertheless, the reason for arranging the capsule horizontally is that when the capsule is placed vertically, the capsule is not easily separated during the return operation of the pressurizing structure that pressurizes the capsule.
[0006] Furthermore, the conventional technologies, including each of the above-described prior art documents, can cause residual beverage to spill from the capsule even after beverage extraction is complete. Consequently, when a user removes a beverage cup, the beverage spilling from the capsule can spill onto the floor.
[0007] Of course, adding a valve to the discharge channel (or discharge pipe) through which the beverage is discharged can prevent the problem of residual beverages flowing to the floor. However, adding a valve to the discharge channel caused the problem of residual beverages remaining in the discharge channel and flowing into the beverage cup when the next beverage was extracted.
[0008] The present invention has been devised to solve various problems according to the above-mentioned conventional technology, and the purpose of the present invention is to improve extraction efficiency by arranging the capsule so that the direction in which it is placed and the direction in which the extracted beverage is extracted are aligned vertically.
[0009] The purpose of the present invention is to ensure that a plurality of capsules are accurately positioned.
[0010] The purpose of the present invention is to enable the seating portion of a capsule to be selectively opened and closed.
[0011] The purpose of the present invention is to enable the capsule to be separated from the phage cap during the process of the phage cap moving upward after the beverage is extracted from each capsule.
[0012] The purpose of the present invention is to enable the portion where the capsule is placed to be selectively separated so that it can be washed.
[0013] The purpose of the present invention is to prevent the risk of safety accidents by enabling an operation for extraction to be performed when the capsule is stored in the correct position.
[0014] The purpose of the present invention is to supply the extraction water flowing inside the phage cap into the capsule while avoiding the structure for perforation of the capsule or the structure for separation of the capsule.
[0015] The purpose of the present invention is to prevent beverage remaining in the euro after extraction of the beverage from falling to the upper surface of the base.
[0016] According to the beverage device of the present invention for achieving the above purpose, the phage cap forming the extraction unit can be configured to pressurize the capsule from the top to the bottom.
[0017] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the extracted water can be introduced into the upper part of the phage cap, injected into the interior of the capsule through a hole perforated in the upper surface of the capsule, and then discharged through the bottom surface of the capsule.
[0018] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the direction in which the capsule is placed and the direction in which the extracted beverage is extracted can be formed to coincide with the direction of gravity.
[0019] According to the beverage device of the present invention, a receiving groove having the same shape as a capsule is formed in the phage cap, so that the capsule can be gradually pressurized as the capsule is received by downward movement of the phage cap.
[0020] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the capsule can be perforated by providing a perforation projection on the phage cap.
[0021] According to the beverage device of the present invention, a housing covering a space from which a capsule beverage is extracted may be provided.

[0025] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the frame member can be formed so that the extracted beverage is discharged to the lower side of the space where the capsule is placed.
[0026] According to the beverage device of the present invention, a receiving groove may be formed in the phage cap to accommodate a capsule. As a result, as the phage cap moves downward, the capsule is pressurized while being accommodated in the receiving groove, thereby preventing flow.
[0027] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the phage cap can be formed so that the extraction water flows into the upper circumference.
[0028] According to the beverage device of the present invention, a flow path through which the extracted water flows can be formed inside the phage cap.
[0029] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the flow path formed within the phage cap can be positioned on the upper side of the receiving groove.

[0031] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the flow path formed in the phage cap may include a flow path formed in a horizontal direction and a flow path formed in a vertical direction.
[0032] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the flow path formed in the phage cap may include a flow path through which the extraction water flows in from the nozzle and a flow path through which the extraction water flows out into the receiving groove.
[0033] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the flow path for discharging the extracted water into the receiving groove can be formed to be connected to the upper peripheral space within the receiving groove.
[0034] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the flow path for discharging the extracted water into the receiving groove can be configured to prevent backflow of the extracted water.
[0035] According to the beverage device of the present invention, a separation pin may be provided to prevent the capsule from being pulled out when the phage cap is returned.
[0036] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the separating pin can be positioned at the center of the upper surface within the receiving groove formed in the phage cap.
[0037] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the separating pin can be configured to push the upper surface of the capsule when the phage cap moves upward.
[0038] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the separation pin can be installed to operate elastically.
[0039] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the housing can be formed by dividing it into a plurality of parts.
[0040] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the housing may include a lower housing having a discharge port formed on a lower surface.
[0041] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the capsule can be positioned within the frame member by inserting a tray on which the capsule is to be placed into an open portion formed on the peripheral surface of the housing.
[0042] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the open portion formed in the housing can be opened and closed by the cover.
[0043] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the cover can be configured to automatically lift and lower.

[0049] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the stand can be installed detachably from the mounting portion so as to enable washing.
[0050] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the housing may be provided with a beverage receiver that receives a beverage extracted from a capsule and drops it into a beverage cup.
[0051] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the housing may be provided with a residual water receiver that prevents beverages that have flowed down the beverage receiver from falling to the base.
[0052] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the water receiver can be formed to store a certain amount of beverage.
[0053] According to the beverage device of the present invention, a discharge port may be formed in the water receiver so that a beverage falling from the guide tube passes through it.
[0054] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the outlet port is formed to protrude from the bottom surface within the water receiver, thereby preventing the remaining beverage stored within the water receiver from flowing down to the outlet port.
[0055] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the outlet port can be configured to be selectively opened and closed.
[0056] According to the beverage device of the present invention, the water receiver can be configured to be easily detached from the housing.
[0057] The beverage device according to the present invention may have at least one of the following effects.
[0058] In the beverage device of the present invention, the extraction efficiency can be improved because the direction in which the capsule is placed and the direction in which the extracted beverage is extracted are aligned with the direction of gravity.
[0059] In the beverage device of the present invention, the extraction efficiency can be further improved because the direction in which the capsule is placed, the direction in which the capsule is pressurized, the direction in which the extraction water is supplied into the capsule, and the direction in which the beverage is extracted from the capsule are aligned with the direction of gravity.
[0060] The beverage device of the present invention can prevent the capsule from flowing during beverage extraction because it accommodates a capsule by forming a receiving groove of the same shape as the capsule in the phage cap.
[0061] The beverage device of the present invention is capable of simultaneously pressurizing and perforating a capsule by the phage cap because a perforation projection is provided on the phage cap.
[0062] In the beverage device of the present invention, the space where a capsule beverage is extracted can be protected from the external environment by a housing forming the exterior.
[0063] The beverage device of the present invention is formed so that extraction water can be supplied into the phage cap by connecting a hose to the upper circumference of the phage cap, so that the phage cap can be moved up and down while the extraction water is supplied into the phage cap.
[0064] The beverage device of the present invention can provide extracted water from the upper portion of the receiving groove toward the inside of the receiving groove because the flow path formed inside the phage cap is located on the upper side of the receiving groove.
[0065] In the beverage device of the present invention, since a space through which the extracted water can flow is formed between the upper surface of the receiving groove formed in the phage cap and the upper surface of the capsule, the extracted water can be smoothly supplied into the capsule even if the hole formed in the capsule is not exactly in the center.
[0066] Since the beverage device of the present invention includes a channel formed in a horizontal direction and a channel formed in a vertical direction in a phage cap, the extracted water can be supplied toward the inside of the receiving groove after being introduced in a horizontal direction with respect to the nozzle.
[0067] In the beverage device of the present invention, since a check valve is provided in the flow path formed in the phage cap, the extracted water in the receiving groove can be prevented from flowing back.
[0068] The beverage device of the present invention can prevent the capsule from being caught when the phage cap is moved back by additionally providing a separation pin to the phage cap.
[0069] The beverage device of the present invention can accurately separate capsules because the separation pin is located at the center of the upper surface within the receiving groove formed in the phage cap.
[0070] The beverage device of the present invention can push the capsule with a strong force when the phage cap moves upward because the separation pin is installed to operate elastically.
[0071] In the beverage device of the present invention, since the capsules are provided by a tray, the capsules can be provided in a state where they are seated in the correct position.
[0072] The beverage device of the present invention can prevent the tray from unintentionally moving out of position because the cover closes when the tray is inserted into the housing.
[0073] The beverage device of the present invention can be operated automatically because the cover is raised and lowered using a structure of a rack gear and pinion gear.
[0074] The beverage device of the present invention can be easily cleaned because the stand provided on the tray is installed in a detachable manner.
[0075] Since the beverage device of the present invention provides a beverage receiver, beverages extracted from a plurality of capsules can be accurately dropped into a beverage cup provided at the same location.
[0076] The beverage device of the present invention can prevent beverages that have spilled into the beverage receiver from falling to the base because a water receiver is provided.
[0077] In the beverage device of the present invention, since the outlet port formed in the water receiver is selectively opened and closed, the water can be prevented from unintentionally falling into the outlet port.
[0078] Since the beverage device of the present invention is formed so that the outlet port protrudes at a predetermined height, residual water can be stored in the residual water receiver up to a predetermined level.
[0079] The beverage device of the present invention is configured so that the water receiver can be easily removed from the housing, so that the water stored in the water receiver can be discharged and washed at any time.

[0144] Each of the above guides (611, 612) can be formed to have different widths (front-back width or left-right width).
[0145] The above-mentioned elevator (60) may include a guide member (63) that is elevated under the guidance of the elevator guide (61).
[0146] The above guide member (63) can be raised and lowered by receiving support from the guides (611, 612) while vertically penetrating through each guide (611, 612) of the above lifting guide (61). The above guide member (63) includes a first support bar (631) that is raised and lowered along the inside of the first guide (611), and a second support bar (632) that is raised and lowered along the inside of the two second guides (612).
[0147] The first support bar (631) and the second support bar (632) may be formed to be spaced apart from each other. At this time, the upper ends of the first support bar (631) and the second support bar (632) may be formed integrally with the upper plate (633) and may be moved up and down together.
[0148] The upper plate (633) may be fixed to the inner surface of the cover (34). For example, the upper plate (633) may be screw-fastened to a fastening rib (341) (see FIG. 10) formed on the inner surface of the cover (34). Thus, when each of the support bars (631, 632) is moved up and down, the cover (34) may also be moved up and down.
[0149] The above-mentioned lifting unit (60) may be configured to raise and lower the cover (34) using a motor. For this purpose, the above-mentioned lifting unit (60) may include a first motor (64).
[0150] The first motor (64) may be fixed to the first guide (611). More specifically, the first motor (64) may be fixed to the central portion of the first guide (611).
[0151] The driving force of the first motor (64) is provided to elevate the guide member (63) using the rack gear (65) and pinion gear (66).
[0152] For example, as shown in the drawing of the embodiment, a rack gear (65) may be formed along the vertical direction on the front side (the side where the capsule is inserted) of the first support bar (631). More specifically, a rack gear (65) may be formed on each of the front sides of the first support bar (631).
[0153] The first motor (64) may be provided with a pinion gear (66) that operates by meshing with the rack gear (65). More specifically, the first motor (64) is formed as a geared motor, and pinion gears (66) are respectively installed on motor shafts protruding from both upper sides of the first motor (64) and mesh with the rack gears (65) on both sides of the first support bar (631).
[0154] Meanwhile, the lifting unit (60) may further include a third guide (613). The third guide (613) may be positioned above the first guide (611) and formed to support the lifting of each support bar (631, 632).
[0155] A switch (614) may be provided on the third guide (613). In addition, an operating projection (633a) for operating the switch (614) may be formed on the upper plate (633). As a result, the switch (614) may be operated and stopped when the cover (34) moves downward to reach a closed state.
[0156] In FIGS. 13 to 20, the configuration of the extraction unit (30) of the beverage device of the embodiment of the present invention, excluding the housing (32), is illustrated in each direction or in each combined state or each separated state.
[0157] As shown in these drawings, the extraction unit (30) forming the beverage device of the embodiment of the present invention may include a frame member (33) in which the extraction operation is performed.
[0158] The above frame member (33) can form the inner body of the extraction unit (30). As illustrated in FIG. 3, the frame member (33) is fixed within the housing (32). For example, the frame member (33) can be installed with its lower end fixed within the lower housing (322).
[0159] The above frame member (33) can be formed to have an open front and two side walls.
[0160] A space (settlement space) in which the capsule (1) can be seated can be provided in the lower portion of the above frame member (33).
[0161] The above-mentioned settling space may be provided in multiple directions in the width direction (front-back direction or left-right direction) of the frame member (33). That is, one capsule (1) may be positioned on one side of the frame member (33), and another capsule (1) may be positioned on the other side of the frame member (33).
[0162] Each of the above-described settling spaces may be formed to be separated from each other by a partition wall (331). The partition wall (331) is located between the two side walls of the frame member (33). Preferably, the partition wall (331) is located in the central portion between the two side walls.
[0163] A space (elevation space) in which a phage cap (35), which will be described later, can be elevated may be provided on the upper side of each settling space within the above frame member (33). The elevation space is formed to have a height sufficient to allow the phage cap (35) to completely detach from the capsule (1) placed on the tray (500).
[0164] A support projection (332) that supports the circumference of the phage cap (35) when the phage cap (35) moves downward may be formed on the inner lower portion of the frame member (33). As a result, the phage cap (35) can be raised and lowered in a precisely vertical direction, and movement of the capsule (1) is prevented while the phage cap (35) completely covers the capsule (1).
[0165] The above frame member (33) may be formed to be open to the bottom of the mounting space where the capsule (1) is mounted. For example, the frame member (33) is formed to have an open bottom. This allows the capsule to receive the extraction water from the top and discharge the extracted beverage from the bottom. In other words, the extraction water passing through the capsule (1) can be directed in the direction of gravity up and down, thereby improving the extraction efficiency.
[0166] As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the upper portion of the rear surface of the frame member (33) may be formed to be open. By exposing a portion of the first link (720) through the open portion, interference in operation can be prevented.
[0167] As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, a mounting groove (333) is formed on the lower portion of the rear surface of the frame member (33). A second motor (910) for the lifting and lowering movement of the grip cap (35) is mounted in the mounting groove (333). A coupling protrusion (334) may be formed on the upper and lower sides of the mounting groove (333), respectively. A coupling member (914) to which the second motor (910) is coupled may be coupled to the coupling protrusion (334).
[0168] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 3 and FIG. 21, the capsule (1) can be provided in the seating space of the frame member (33) using a tray (500). That is, the capsule (1) is provided by being placed on the tray (500), and the portion of the tray (500) where the capsule (1) is placed can be detachably mounted in the seating space by passing through the open front of the frame member (33).
[0169] The above tray (500) can be inserted into the open portion of the upper housing (323). The open portion is exposed when the cover (34) of the housing (32) is moved upward.
[0170] The above tray (500) can be placed on a support member (335) (see Fig. 13) formed at the bottom of the frame member (33). The support member (335) can be opened on the inside so that a beverage extracted from the capsule (1) can fall.
[0171] As illustrated in FIGS. 22 and 23, a plurality of mounting portions (501) are formed on the tray (500). Each mounting portion (501) is formed to be open upward and downward, and a support (510) having a rupturing projection (511) is provided within each mounting portion (501). A capsule (1) is mounted on each of the supports (510), and the rupturing projection (511) functions to rupture the film (1a) sealing the capsule (1) when the capsule (1) is pressed. To this end, the capsule (1) is mounted on the support (510) of the tray (500) so that the area sealed with the film (1a) faces downward.
[0172] The above-mentioned stand (510) can be separated from the above-mentioned mounting portion (501). This makes it possible to separate and clean the stand (510). The stand (510) can be formed with a plurality of extraction holes (512) to allow the extracted beverage to flow out.
[0173] The above extraction unit (30) may be provided with a sensor (not shown) for detecting whether the tray (500) is stored. The sensor may be configured as a Hall sensor, and in order for the sensor to detect the tray (500), the tray (500) may be provided with a member (e.g., a permanent magnet) (502) that can be detected by the Hall sensor.
[0174] The extraction unit (30) forming the beverage device of the present invention may include a phage cap (35).
[0175] The above-mentioned phage cap (35) can fix the capsule (1) provided in the frame member (33) by applying downward pressure from above.
[0176] The above-mentioned phage cap (35) is installed so as to be able to be lifted in the lifting space within the frame member (33). For example, the phage cap (35) is positioned on the upper side of the capsule (1) and is configured to receive power from the driving of the second motor (910) to move downward and pressurize the capsule (1) while wrapping around it.
[0177] As shown in Fig. 24, the phage cap (35) is formed with a receiving groove (351) in which a capsule (1) is received. When the phage cap (35) moves downwards by the receiving groove (351), the outer surface of the capsule (1) is pressed against the circumferential surface within the receiving groove (351). This prevents movement of the capsule (1) during beverage extraction.
[0178] The above-mentioned receiving groove (351) may be formed to be recessed upward from the bottom surface of the phage cap (35). The peripheral surface within the receiving groove (351) may be formed to have an incline having the same shape as the outer surface of the capsule (1). Accordingly, when the phage cap (35) moves downward and the capsule (1) is received within the receiving groove (351), the outer surface of the capsule (1) gradually comes into contact with the inner surface of the receiving groove (351) and can be pressurized.
[0179] As shown in Fig. 25, the upper surface within the receiving groove (351) may be formed higher than the upper surface of the capsule (1). That is, the depression depth of the receiving groove (351) may be formed higher than the height of the capsule (1). As a result, a space (flow space) through which the extraction water can flow may be formed between the receiving groove (351) and the upper surface of the capsule (1). That is, the extraction water supplied into the capsule (1) is supplied while flowing between the receiving groove (351) and the upper surface of the capsule (1).
[0180] The above-mentioned phage cap (35) may be configured to perforate a hole (a hole through which the extracted liquid is injected) while the capsule (1) is fixed. To this end, at least one perforation projection (355) is provided within the receiving groove (351) of the phage cap (35). The perforation projections (355) may be provided in plurality, and each of the perforation projections (355) is integrally formed into a single member and coupled to the upper surface within the receiving groove (351). The perforation projections (355) may be positioned to be offset from the center of the upper surface within the receiving groove (351) to one circumferential side. For example, a plurality of perforation projections (355) may be positioned radially from the center of the upper surface within the receiving groove (351) and perforate a hole in the circumferential portion of the upper surface of the capsule (1). As a result, since the capsule (1) has holes formed in multiple locations rather than just one location, the extracted liquid can be evenly supplied to all locations within the capsule (1). In other words, the beverage within the capsule (1) can be extracted evenly.
[0181] In addition, the perforation projection (355) may be formed to protrude downward from the upper surface within the receiving groove (351). That is, the perforation projection (355) protrudes in the upward and downward direction of the phage cap (35) and perforates a hole in the upper surface of the capsule (1) by the downward movement of the phage cap (35). Although not shown, the perforation projection (355) may also be formed to be inclined.
[0182] In this way, since the perforation projection (355) is installed to perforate a hole in the upper surface of the capsule (1), the inflow of the extracted water into the capsule (1) and the outflow of the extracted water from the capsule (1) can be aligned with the direction of gravity. That is, since the direction in which the capsule (1) is placed and the direction in which the extracted beverage is extracted are aligned with the direction of gravity, the extraction resistance is minimized, thereby improving the extraction efficiency.
[0183] The above-mentioned phage cap (35) may be formed with a flow path through which the extracted water flows. The flow path may include a first flow path (356a) through which the extracted water flows in and a second flow path (356b) through which the introduced extracted water flows in to the receiving groove (351).
[0184] The first flow path (356a) may be formed on the upper side of the receiving groove (351). That is, the first flow path (356a) may be formed so that the extraction water flows in a horizontal direction within the corresponding phage cap (35) from the upper side of the receiving groove (351). In this case, one end of the first flow path (356a) is formed to penetrate one circumference of the phage cap (35) and be exposed to the outside. The other end of the first flow path (356a) is formed to reach the other circumference of the phage cap (35), and the circumference on the corresponding side is formed so as not to penetrate.
[0185] A nozzle (354) is installed at one end of the first flow path (356a). A hose (881) drawn from a flow control valve (88) in the base (10) is connected to the nozzle (354). There may be two hoses (881) drawn from the flow control valve (88). One of the two hoses (881) is connected to a nozzle (354) of a grip cap (35) located in one of the lifting spaces of the frame member (33), and the other hose (881) is connected to a nozzle (354) of a grip cap (35) located in another of the lifting spaces of the frame member (33).
[0186] An orifice (354a) may be formed in the nozzle (354). That is, by forming an orifice (354a) in the nozzle (354) that momentarily narrows the flow path, the pressure of the extraction water or the inflow speed of the extraction water can be controlled.
[0187] Accordingly, the extracted water stored in the water tank (84) within the base (10) can flow into the first flow path (356a) through the nozzle (354). That is, the first flow path (356a) is formed as a flow path through which the extracted water flows.
[0188] The second flow path (356b) is formed in a vertical direction from the other end of the first flow path (356a). The second flow path (356b) may be formed to penetrate downward from the other end of the first flow path (356a) and communicate with the upper peripheral space within the receiving groove (351). The second flow path (356b) may be formed in a portion of the upper peripheral space within the receiving groove (351) that does not overlap with the perforation projection (355). For example, the second flow path (356b) may be formed to communicate with a portion further outside the perforation projection (355) within the upper peripheral space within the receiving groove (351). That is, the second flow path (356b) is formed as a flow path for flowing out the extraction water into the receiving groove (351).
[0189] A check valve (357) may be provided within the second passage (356b). This prevents the extraction water provided into the receiving groove (351) from flowing back, and provides sufficient pressure for extracting the beverage within the capsule (1).
[0190] Meanwhile, a cap housing (352) extending downwards may be further formed around the lower periphery of the above-mentioned phage cap (35). The cap housing (352) may be formed of a rubber material. That is, by additionally providing the cap housing (352), it is possible to prevent pressure from leaking or the extraction liquid from leaking through a gap that may occur between the inner surface of the receiving groove (351) and the outer surface of the capsule (1).
[0191] In addition, a metal cover (353) may be further provided on the outer surface of the cap housing (352). The metal cover (353) serves to prevent the cap housing (352) from being unintentionally opened by the pressure of the extraction water because it is formed of a rubber material.
[0192] The extraction unit (30) forming the beverage device of the present invention may include an elevating module (700) for elevating the phage cap (35).
[0193] The above-mentioned lifting module (700) can be configured to lift the phage cap (35) using driving force provided from the second motor (910).
[0194] Figures 13 to 18 and Figures 26 to 31 illustrate the lifting module (700) in detail.
[0195] As illustrated in these drawings, the lifting module (700) includes a first rotational shaft (710). The first rotational shaft (710) is installed at both ends so as to be rotatable on both side walls of the frame member (33). The first rotational shaft (710) may be formed to penetrate the partition wall (331) of the frame member (33).
[0196] The above-described lifting module (700) includes a first link (720). If the above-described phage caps (35) are provided in multiple numbers, the first links (720) may also be provided in multiple numbers. For example, if two phage caps (35) are provided as in the embodiment, the first links (720) may also be provided in two numbers.
[0197] The first link (720) may include a hub (721) through which the first rotation axis (710) passes, and a protrusion (722) protruding from one circumference of the hub (721). The protrusion (722) is positioned to face horizontally when the phage cap (35) moves upward, and is positioned vertically directly above the phage cap (35) when the phage cap (35) moves downward. A second rotation axis (723) is provided at the end of the protrusion (722).
[0198] The above-mentioned lifting module (700) includes a second link (730).
[0199] The second link (730) is connected at both ends to the first link (720) and the phage cap (35), and functions to raise and lower the phage cap (35) while interlocking with the operation of the first link (720). One end of the second link (730) is rotatably connected to the second rotation shaft (723) provided in the first link (720), and the other end of the second link (730) is provided at the upper end of the phage cap (35). The second links (730) may be provided in pairs. In this case, one end of the two second links (730) may be respectively connected to both ends of the second rotation shaft (723), and the other ends of the two second links (730) may be respectively connected to both upper sides of the phage cap (35).
[0200] When the first link (720) is erected to face the phage cap (35), the second link (730) is erected to face the phage cap (35) and is positioned to press downward on the phage cap (35). This allows the greatest possible pressing force to be applied to the phage cap (35), thereby enabling the capsule (1) to be smoothly perforated.
[0201] In the case of the second link (730), it can be formed in a curved shape so that the phage cap (35) can be raised and lowered in conjunction with the rotation of the first link (720). For example, as shown in the drawing of the embodiment, the second link (730) may not be formed in a straight shape, but may be formed in a curved shape with a portion bent.
[0202] Figures 18 to 20 illustrate a power transmission structure for rotation of the first rotation shaft (710).
[0203] As illustrated in these drawings, the extraction unit (30) constituting the beverage device of the embodiment of the present invention may include a plurality of gears (913, 921, 922, 923, 924, 925) for transmitting the driving force of the second motor (910) to the first rotation shaft (710) of the lifting module (700). That is, the first rotation shaft (710) is configured to rotate while the power is transmitted to the plurality of gears (913, 921, 922, 923, 924, 925). As a result, even if the pressure of the capsule (1) by the phage cap (35) or the pressure inside the receiving groove (351) becomes very large when extracting the beverage, the shaking of the first rotation shaft (710) can be prevented by the engagement between the respective gears (913, 921, 922, 923, 924, 925).
[0204] The above gears (913, 921, 922, 923, 924, 925) may include a main gear (913) installed on the motor shaft (912) of the second motor (910), and a driven gear (921, 922, 923, 924) that receives the driving force of the main gear (913) and rotates the first rotation shaft (710). The driven gears (921, 922, 923, 924) may be provided in plurality. Preferably, three or more driven gears may be provided.
[0205] Among these plurality of driven gears (921, 922, 923, 924), one driven gear (first driven gear) (921) meshes with the main gear (913) and receives power. Another driven gear (second driven gear) (922) among the plurality of driven gears (921, 922, 923, 924) meshes with the linkage gear (925) provided on the first rotation shaft (710) and transmits power. At least one other driven gear (923, 924) is arranged between the first driven gear (921) and the second driven gear (922) and serves to prevent movement while maintaining the meshing state with the first driven gear (921) or the second driven gear (922). This is as illustrated in the attached Fig. 9.
[0206] At least some of the above gears (913, 921, 922, 923, 924, 925) may be installed within the gear housing (930). For example, the driven gears (921, 922, 923, 924) may be formed to form a single module while being installed within the gear housing (930). This allows for shortening the work time by replacing all of the driven gears (921, 922, 923, 924) installed within the gear housing (930) in the event of damage to any one of them.
[0207] Meanwhile, the second motor (910) may include a reduction gear (911) separate from each gear.
[0208] The extraction unit (30) forming the beverage device of the present invention may include a beverage receiver (37).
[0209] As illustrated in the attached Fig. 6 and Figs. 32 to 34, the beverage receiver (37) is positioned at the bottom of the frame member (33) within the housing (32) and is formed to receive the beverage extracted from the capsule (1). A guide tube (371) is formed in the beverage receiver (37) to guide the discharge of the beverage. That is, the beverage flowing down the beverage receiver (37) falls through the guide tube (371) to the beverage cup placed on the base (10).
[0210] Below, the operation of the beverage device according to the embodiment of the present invention described above is described.
[0211] First, preparations for beverage extraction are made. That is, the beverage cup is placed on the lower part of the extraction unit (30) on the upper surface of the base (10), and the capsule (1) to be extracted is provided to the extraction unit (30) of the beverage device of the present invention.
[0212] In order to provide the capsule (1) to the above extraction section (30), the cover (34) is moved upward so that the seating space of the frame member (33) is opened.
[0213] The cover (34) can be moved upward by the driving of the first motor (64) forming the lifting unit (60). That is, when the first motor (64) is driven and the two pinion gears (66) are operated, the first support bar (631) having the rack gear (65) meshed with the pinion gear (66) moves upward, and as the first support bar (631) moves upward, the upper plate (633) moves upward together, thereby moving the cover (34) upward. In the process of the cover (34) moving upward, the second support bar (632) is moved upward with the support of the second guide (612). As a result, the first support bar (631), the upper plate (633), and the cover (34) move upward precisely, so that the seating space of the frame member (33) can be opened.
[0214] Then, when the above-mentioned settling space is opened, the tray (500) provided in the settling space is taken out and the capsule (1) to be extracted is provided on the tray (500). The capsule (1) is placed with the surface sealed with the film (1a) facing the bottom and then placed on the upper surface of the support (510) of the tray (500). Thereafter, the tray (500) on which the capsule (1) is settling is placed into the settling space of the frame member (33).
[0215] When the tray (500) is completely accommodated in the mounting space, a sensor (not shown) detects this and the first motor (64) is driven under the control of the control unit (80). At this time, the first motor (64) is driven in a direction opposite to the direction in which the cover (34) moves upward, thereby moving the cover (34) downward. When the cover (34) moves downward, the second support bar (632) is guided by the second guide (612) and moves.
[0216] When the cover (34) is completely moved downward, the first motor (64) is stopped by the operating projection (633a) formed on the upper plate (633) operating the switch (614) provided on the third guide (613). This can prevent excessive downward movement of the cover (34).
[0217] Then, preparation for beverage extraction is completed by closing the cover (34).
[0218] When the above preparation is completed and an operation (or control) for beverage extraction occurs, the second motor (910) is driven.
[0219] When the second motor (910) is driven, its motor shaft (912) and the main gear (913) provided to the motor shaft (912) rotate. The driving force generated by the driving of the second motor (910) provides a set speed or a set torque by the reduction gear (911).
[0220] And, as the motor shaft (912) and the main gear (913) rotate, the driven gear (921) engaged with the main gear (913) and other driven gears (922, 923, 924) engaged with the driven gear (921) are sequentially rotated. Accordingly, the linkage gear (925) engaged with the last driven gear (924) is operated, and the first rotation shaft (710) is rotated.
[0221] When the first rotation shaft (710) is rotated, the two first links (720) are rotated. As a result, the protrusions (722) of each first link (720) are gradually rotated in an upright direction. For example, when the motor (910) is driven as shown in the attached FIGS. 26 to 31, the first link (720) is rotated counterclockwise and gradually faces a vertical direction. At this time, FIGS. 26 to 28 and FIGS. 29 to 31 are respective operating state diagrams showing the same state in cross-section at different parts.
[0222] When the first link (720) above rotates, the second link (730) also rotates. The second link (730) operates to gradually move the phage cap (35) downward as the rotation of the first link (720) progresses.
[0223] Accordingly, the phage cap (35) is gradually moved downward within the frame member (33). While the phage cap (35) is moving downward, the capsule (1) is gradually accommodated from the upper portion into the accommodation groove (351) formed in the phage cap (35).
[0224] While the above capsule (1) is being accommodated in the accommodation groove (351) of the phage cap (35), the inner surface of the accommodation groove (351) or the inner surface of the cap housing (352) is pressed against the outer surface of the capsule (1), thereby gradually pressurizing the capsule (1) downward.
[0225] When the above-mentioned phage cap (35) pressurizes the capsule (1), the perforation projection (355) provided on the upper surface within the receiving groove (351) perforates the upper peripheral portion of the capsule (1), thereby forming a plurality of holes (holes through which the extracted liquid is injected) on the upper surface of the capsule (1).
[0226] In this way, when the capsule (1) is completely accommodated in the receiving groove (351) of the phage cap (35), the outer surface of the capsule (1) and the inner surface of the receiving groove (351) are sealed by the cap housing (352). In addition, a space is formed between the upper surface of the receiving groove (351) and the upper surface of the capsule (1) through which the extracted water can flow.
[0227] In addition, when the perforation work for forming a hole in the capsule (1) is completed, the pump (86) and the heating unit (87) are operated under the control of the control unit (80). As a result, the extracted water stored in the water tank (84) flows along the flow pipe and passes through the heating unit (87), and is heated to a set temperature in the process. Continuously, the heated extracted water is provided to one hose (881) under the control of the flow control valve (88) and then provided to one phage cap (35) through a nozzle (354) connected to the hose (881).
[0228] The extraction water provided by the above-mentioned phage cap (35) flows into the first flow path (356a) through the nozzle (354). Then, after flowing through the first flow path (356a), it flows into the space between the upper side of the capsule (1) and the receiving groove (351) through the second flow path (356b). Thereafter, the extraction water continuously supplied into the space passes through the perforated hole in the capsule (1) and is provided into the capsule (1).
[0229] Meanwhile, the extracted water flowing into the space between the upper side of the capsule (1) and the receiving groove (351) may flow back into the second passage (356b) due to the pressure within the space. However, since a check valve (357) is provided in the second passage (356b), the backflow of the extracted water can be prevented.
[0230] And, the extracted water provided into the capsule (1) is discharged from the bottom of the capsule (1) while tearing the film (1a), which is the bottom surface of the capsule (1).
[0231] The extracted water (extracted beverage) discharged from the above capsule (1) passes through each extraction hole (511) formed in the base (510) of the tray (500) and is provided to the beverage receiver (37) at the bottom thereof, and the beverage flowing down to the beverage receiver (37) is discharged to the beverage cup placed on the base (1) through the guide tube (371).
[0232] Through the aforementioned process, the beverage extracted from the capsule (1) is provided to the beverage cup.
[0233] If a certain amount of the extracted beverage is provided in the beverage cup, the extracted beverage can be supplied to another phage cap (35) by the euro control valve (88). In this case, the beverage is extracted from the capsule (second capsule) in the other phage cap in the same manner as the process of extracting the beverage from the capsule (first capsule) in one of the phage caps.
[0234] Accordingly, the beverage extracted from the two capsules (1) can be blended and provided in the above beverage cup.
[0235] When the above beverages are blended and provided, the temperature, extraction volume, or extraction pressure of the extraction water may be provided differently when extracting the beverages from the two different capsules (1). That is, the two beverages may be blended by changing the temperature, pressure, or extraction volume to extraction conditions suitable for the beverages of each capsule (1).
[0236] In addition, when the above beverages are blended and provided, the beverage of at least one capsule (1) may be extracted more than twice. For example, the beverage of the first capsule (1) may be extracted more than twice. That is, by sequentially extracting a set amount of the beverage of the first capsule (1) and the beverage of the second capsule (1), and then additionally extracting a set amount of the beverage of the first capsule (1), a multi-layered beverage may be provided. This method, when applied to an extraction type in which two beverages do not mix well with each other, may be advantageous in sequentially enjoying a plurality of beverages with different flavors.
[0237] When the extraction of the above beverage is completed, the second motor (910) is driven to move the phage cap (35) upward and return it to its initial position.
[0238] In addition, after the above-mentioned phage cap (35) returns to its initial position, the cover (34) may be moved upward by the user's selection or the control of the control unit (80), thereby opening the seating space of the frame member (33).
[0239] When the settling space is opened in this way, the user takes the tray (500) out of the settling space and then separates and discharges the capsule (1). At this time, the stand (510) on which the capsule (1) was placed is installed so as to be detachable from the tray (500), so that the user can separate and wash the stand (510) as needed.
[0240] Afterwards, the operation of the beverage device is completed by storing the tray (500) in the mounting space of the frame member (33) and closing the cover (34).
[0241] In this way, the beverage device of the present invention can improve extraction efficiency because the direction in which the capsule (1) is placed and the direction in which the extracted beverage is extracted are aligned in the direction of gravity.
[0242] In particular, the beverage device of the present invention can further improve extraction efficiency because the direction in which the capsule (1) is placed, the direction in which the capsule is pressurized, the direction in which the extraction water is supplied into the capsule, and the direction in which the beverage is extracted from the capsule are all aligned with the direction of gravity.
[0243] In addition, since the beverage device of the present invention accommodates the capsule (1) by forming a receiving groove (351) having the same shape as the capsule (1) in the phage cap (35), movement of the capsule (1) can be prevented during beverage extraction.
[0244] In addition, since the beverage device of the present invention is provided with a perforation projection (355) on the phage cap (35), the phage cap (35) can simultaneously pressurize and perforate the capsule (1).
[0245] In addition, the beverage device of the present invention can protect the space where the capsule beverage is extracted from the external environment by the housing (32) forming the exterior.
[0246] In addition, since the beverage device of the present invention is formed so that the extraction water flows in by connecting a hose (881) to the upper circumference of the phage cap (35), the extraction water can be supplied into the phage cap (35) while the phage cap (35) can be moved up and down.
[0247] In addition, since the flow path formed inside the phage cap (35) of the beverage device of the present invention is located on the upper side of the receiving groove (351), it is possible to provide extracted water from the upper side of the receiving groove (351) toward the inside of the receiving groove (351).
[0248] In addition, since the beverage device of the present invention forms a space through which the extracted water can flow between the upper surface of the receiving groove (351) formed in the phage cap (35) and the upper surface of the capsule (1), even if the hole formed in the capsule (1) is not in the exact center, the extracted water can be smoothly supplied into the capsule (1).
[0249] In addition, since the beverage device of the present invention includes a first channel (356a) formed in a horizontal direction and a second channel (356b) formed in a vertical direction, the extracted water can be supplied toward the inside of the receiving groove (351) after being introduced in a horizontal direction to the nozzle (354) in the beverage cap (35).
[0250] In addition, since the beverage device of the present invention is provided with a check valve (357) in the flow path formed in the phage cap (35), the extracted water in the receiving groove (351) can be prevented from flowing back.
[0251] In addition, since the beverage device of the present invention provides the capsule (1) by means of a tray (500), the capsule (1) can be provided in a state where it is seated in an accurate position.
[0252] In addition, the beverage device of the present invention can prevent the tray (500) from being unintentionally displaced from its original position because the cover (34) closes when the tray (500) is inserted into the housing (32).
[0253] Meanwhile, the beverage device of the present invention may be changed into various structures or various structures may be additionally provided.
[0254] For example, when the extraction of the capsule (1) is completed, pressure remains in the space between the upper surface of the receiving groove (351) and the upper surface of the capsule (1). Accordingly, when the extraction operation is completed and the phage cap (35) moves upward, the capsule (1) may be pulled up together by the residual pressure within the receiving groove (351).
[0255] In consideration of this, the phage cap (35) may be provided with a separation pin (358) for separating the capsule (1). That is, by providing the separation pin (358) to the phage cap (35), the capsule (1) can be prevented from being attached.
[0256] As shown in the attached drawings 24 and 25, the separation pin (358) can be positioned at the upper central portion within the receiving groove (351). At this time, since the perforation projection (355) is positioned at the upper peripheral portion within the receiving groove (351), it is possible to install the separation pin (358) at the upper central portion within the receiving groove (351). In particular, since the separation pin (358) is positioned at the upper central portion within the receiving groove (351), it can provide a detaching force to the upper central portion of the capsule (1), thereby enabling the capsule (1) to be separated more smoothly.
[0257] In addition, the separation pin (358) may be configured to separate the capsule (1) by pushing the upper surface of the capsule when the phage cap (35) moves upward. To this end, the separation pin (358) may be installed to operate elastically. That is, by providing an elastic member (358b) within the installation groove (358a) in which the separation pin (358) is installed, when the pressure of the separation pin (358) is released, the separation pin (358) can be pushed out by the elastic restoring force of the elastic member (358b). As a result, the capsule (1) can be separated more smoothly from the phage cap (35).
[0258] As another example, in the case of the beverage device of the present invention, after beverage extraction is completed, there is a concern that the beverage remaining in the capsule (1) may flow down and contaminate the upper surface of the base (10). That is, since the beverage device of the present invention is installed with the capsule (1) standing vertically and the beverage is extracted while the extraction water is supplied from the upper side to the lower side, there is a risk that the beverage may flow down to the base (10) after extraction.
[0259] In the past, it was common to provide an additional tray to collect residual water in the area where the beverage cup was placed, or to form a groove where residual water could collect.
[0260] However, since the beverage device of the present invention has a structure in which a display window (16) is provided on the upper surface of the base (10), it is difficult to provide a structure for receiving or storing residual water in that area.
[0261] Accordingly, another example of the present invention suggests that a water receiver (38) is provided at the bottom of a guide tube (371) of a beverage receiver (37) provided in a housing (32). That is, by additionally providing the water receiver (38), the beverage in the beverage receiver (37) can be prevented from falling directly to the base (10).
[0262] As illustrated in FIGS. 33 to 36, the water receiver (38) may be formed to store a certain amount of beverage. That is, the water receiver (38) may be formed to have a bottom surface and a circumferential surface to store the beverage. In addition, a discharge port (381) may be formed on the bottom surface of the water receiver (38) to allow a beverage falling from the guide tube (371) of the beverage receiver (37) to pass through. The discharge port (381) is positioned to be aligned vertically with the guide tube (371). As a result, a beverage falling from the guide tube (371) can pass directly through the discharge port (381).
[0263] The above-mentioned outlet port (381) may be formed to protrude upward from the bottom surface within the residual water receiver (38). This allows the remaining beverage to be stored within the residual water receiver (38) to a certain level. In other words, the remaining beverage stored in the residual water receiver (38) may be prevented from flowing down to the outlet port. The lower end of the outlet port (381) may be formed to protrude from the bottom of the residual water receiver (38).
[0264] In addition, the outlet port (381) may be configured to be selectively opened and closed. For example, an induction plate (39) may be positioned between the outlet port (381) and the guide tube (371). The induction plate (39) is configured to be positioned between the outlet port (381) and the guide tube (371) or to move out of the position while being rotated by the driving of the third motor (391). The third motor (391) may be fixed within the housing (32). Although not shown, the induction plate (39) may also be configured to be operated by various driving sources other than a motor.
[0265] The above guide plate (39) is formed to have a bottom and two side peripheral walls, so that the remaining beverage that falls onto the guide plate (39) flows to one side under the guidance of the guide plate (39) and then falls to a position that does not coincide with the discharge port (381) and is stored in the residual beverage receiver.
[0266] It is preferable that the above-mentioned residual water receiver (38) be easily detachable from the lower housing (322). That is, if the residual water receiver (38) is easily detachable, the remaining beverage stored therein can be discharged and cleaned at any time. To this end, the residual water receiver (38) may be configured to be attached to the bottom surface of the lower housing (322) using a magnet (382).
[0267] Although not shown, the residual water receiver (38) may be formed to be rotatably attached to and detached from the bottom surface of the lower housing (322).
[0268] In this way, the beverage device of the present invention can resolve various inconveniences that occur after extracting a beverage by additionally providing various structures.
[0269] Although all components constituting the embodiments of the present invention have been described above as being combined or operating in combination, the present invention is not necessarily limited to these embodiments. That is, within the scope of the purpose of the present invention, all components may be selectively combined and operated one or more times. In addition, terms such as "include," "comprise," or "have" described above, unless specifically stated to the contrary, mean that the corresponding component may be inherent, and therefore should be interpreted as including other components rather than excluding other components.
