Description

Double-glazed glass and method for manufacturing double-glazed glass

[0001] This disclosure claims the benefit of priority to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2023-0091848, filed July 14, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] The present disclosure relates to a double-glazed glass and a method for manufacturing the double-glazed glass.

[0003] A window is a structure installed in a building's opening to allow access between the interior and exterior. It may include a window frame, which is the frame for the window, and a window sash installed within the frame. Typically, the window sash may be fitted with glass to allow indoor users to view the exterior through the glass.

[0004] Window glass can be classified into single-pane glazing, which consists of a single pane of glass, and double-pane glazing, which consists of one or more pairs of panes. Double-pane glazing can be further categorized into double-pane glazing, which consists of a single pair of panes of glass, and triple-pane glazing, which consists of three panes of glass.

[0005] Single-pane glass has relatively low insulation properties, so double-pane glass has become increasingly popular recently. Double-pane glass is made by separating two sheets of glass with an air layer between them to improve thermal insulation and sound absorption. Typically, double-pane glass comprises two sheets of glass and a spacer that separates the two sheets.

[0006] Meanwhile, double-glazed glass can be manufactured by attaching a primary sealant made of polyisobutylene to the inner surfaces of two sheets of glass and a spacer placed between the two sheets of glass, and attaching a secondary sealant made of silicone sealant or polysulfide sealant to the outer surface of the spacer. According to this manufacturing method, if the finishing treatment of polyisobutylene (hereinafter referred to as "butyl") is insufficient, moisture may flow between the two sheets of glass and the spacer, which may cause damage to the coating film inside the double-glazed glass or corrosion such as stains. In addition, the cost of equipment according to the manufacturing method is high, and therefore, there is a growing need for a manufacturing method with a more stable double-glazed glass structure and relatively inexpensive equipment.

[0007] The problem to be solved in the present disclosure is to provide a double-layer glass having a stable bond between the first glass and the second glass and between the spacers.

[0008] A double-glazed glass according to the present disclosure comprises a spacer having a first glass, a second glass arranged parallel to the first glass, a flat portion arranged between the first glass and the second glass to separate the first glass and the second glass, and a support portion extending from the flat portion to form an insertion groove into which the first glass and the second glass are inserted.

[0009] The support may include a base surface formed to be adhered to the edge surface of the first glass or the edge surface of the second glass.

[0010] The support member may include an outer support member that supports one side of the first glass facing in the opposite direction to the second glass or one side of the second glass facing in the opposite direction to the first glass.

[0011] The support portion may further include an inner support portion that is bent from the flat portion to support the other side of the first glass or the other side of the second glass, and a base portion that is bent from the inner support portion to be bonded to the edge surface of the first glass or the second glass and is connected to the outer support portion.

[0012] The support portion may include a first support portion forming a first insertion groove into which the first glass is inserted and a second support portion forming a second insertion groove into which the second glass is inserted, and the spacer may further include an opening portion formed by the first support portion, the flat portion, and the second support portion so that the flat portion is exposed to the outside.

[0013] The support portion includes a first support portion having a first base portion formed to form a first insertion groove into which the first glass is inserted and to be bonded to a rim surface of the first glass, and a second support portion having a second base portion formed to form a second insertion groove into which the second glass is inserted and to be bonded to a rim surface of the second glass, and the spacer may further include a cover portion formed to cover a receiving portion formed by the flat portion, the first support portion, and the second support portion, and connecting the first base portion and the second base portion.

[0014] The double-layer glass according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a third glass disposed between the first glass and the second glass, and the spacer may include a first flat portion disposed between the first glass and the third glass, a second flat portion disposed between the second glass and the third glass, a first support portion forming a first insertion groove into which the first glass is inserted, a second support portion forming a second insertion groove into which the second glass is inserted, and a third support portion forming a third insertion groove into which the third glass is inserted.

[0015] A method for manufacturing a double-glazed glass according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes (a) cutting both ends of a first spacer in a longitudinal direction at 45 degrees, (b) applying butyl to a first base surface and a second base surface of the first spacer, (c) inserting the first glass and the second glass into a first insertion groove and a second insertion groove of the first spacer so that an edge surface of the first glass and an edge surface of the second glass are adhered to the first base surface and the second base surface, respectively, (d) pressing the first spacer toward the first glass and the second glass, (e) corresponding to steps (a) to (d), combining the first glass and the second glass with a second spacer to a fourth spacer so as to surround the edges of the first glass and the second glass, and (f) bonding adjacent spacers among the first to fourth spacers.

[0016] The method for manufacturing a double-layer glass according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may further include (g) forming an injection hole in a flat portion of at least one of the first spacer to the fourth spacer and injecting argon gas into a space between the first glass and the second glass through the injection hole, and (h) butyl-treating the injection hole.

[0017] A method for manufacturing a double-glazed glass according to an embodiment of the present disclosure further includes (i) forming an injection hole in a flat portion of at least one of the first spacer to the fourth spacer and injecting dry air into a space between the first glass and the second glass through the injection hole, and (j) butyl-treating the injection hole, wherein cutting both ends of the first spacer in the longitudinal direction at a 45-degree angle may include injecting a desiccant into a receiving portion of the first spacer and sealing both ends of the first spacer.

[0018] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, since the first glass and the second glass are inserted into the insertion groove of the spacer, a more structurally stable double-layer glass can be provided.

[0019] According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first glass and the second glass can be combined only by using a spacer and butyl coating, so that the manufacturing cost of the double-glazed glass can be reduced through a more simplified manufacturing method.

[0020] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, since the structure in which the first glass and the second glass are inserted into the insertion groove of the spacer prevents moisture from entering the interior of the double-layered glass, the durability of the double-layered glass can be improved.

[0031] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a laminated glass according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a laminated glass according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 3 is a drawing illustrating a state in which a first glass and a second glass according to one embodiment of the present disclosure are inserted into a first insertion groove and a second insertion groove of a spacer.

[0032] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a window installed on an exterior wall forming a building may include a window frame (not shown), which is a frame for installing a window sash, and a window sash installed on the inside of the window frame.

[0033] A window sash may be installed on the inside of a window frame to open and close within an opening in a building. The window sash may include transparent glass and a sash profile that supports the glass, which is installed to allow indoor users to view the outdoors.

[0034] Since the opening of a building may be rectangular when viewed from the inside to the outside, the window frame may be formed in a roughly rectangular shape to open or close the opening of the building, but this is not limited thereto.

[0035] The glass installed in the window may be a single-layer glass made of one glass, or a double-layer glass (1) made of one or more pairs of glass. The double-layer glass (1) may be a glass made by evenly spacing out two or more sheets of plate glass (10) and sealing the surrounding area with metal, adhesive, etc.

[0036] Double-layer glass (1) may have a structure in which two sheets of plate glass (10) are arranged in parallel and a spacer (30) is placed between them. Hereinafter, the plate glass (10) may be referred to as glass (10).

[0037] The double-glazed glass (1) may include glass (10) and a spacer (30) bonded to the glass (10). The spacer (30) may be bonded to the glass (10) by extending along the edge surfaces (11c, 12c) of the glass (10) when viewed from the indoor side (-Y direction) to the outdoor side (Y direction). The spacer (30) may be made of aluminum or stainless steel.

[0038] The spacer (30) may include a first spacer (30a), a second spacer (30b), a third spacer (30c), and a fourth spacer (30d) that are coupled to the first edge surface, the second edge surface, the third edge surface, and the fourth edge surface of the glass (10), respectively. As will be described later, the first spacer (30a) to the fourth spacer (30d) may have both ends cut along the longitudinal direction.

[0039] More specifically, both ends of the first spacer (30a) in the longitudinal direction can be connected to one end of the third spacer (30c) and one end of the fourth spacer (30d), respectively. Both ends of the second spacer (30b) in the longitudinal direction can be connected to the other end of the third spacer (30c) and the other end of the fourth spacer (30d), respectively.

[0040] In order for each spacer (30) to be connected to each other in this way, both ends of each spacer (30) in the longitudinal direction can be cut at an angle. As illustrated in FIG. 1, both ends of each spacer (30) can be cut at an angle of θ. Here, the size of θ can be 45 degrees. Here, θ can be an angle formed by the inclined surface of one end of the fourth spacer (30d) and the extension direction (-X direction) from one end adjacent to the first spacer (30a) of the fourth spacer (30d) to the other end adjacent to the second spacer (30b) of the fourth spacer (30d) when looking at the fourth spacer (30d) from the indoor side (-Y direction) to the outdoor side (Y direction).

[0041] The glass (10) may include a first glass (11) and a second glass (12) that are arranged parallel to each other. The first glass (11) may be arranged on the outdoor side (Y direction) relative to the second glass (12), and the second glass (12) may be arranged on the indoor side (-Y direction) relative to the first glass (11).

[0042] The first glass (11) may include an inner surface (11b) facing the second glass (12) and an outer surface (11a) facing in the opposite direction to the second glass (12). The second glass (12) may include an inner surface (12b) facing the first glass (11) and an outer surface (12a) facing in the opposite direction to the first glass (11).

[0043] A separation space (20) may be provided between the first glass (11) and the second glass (12). The separation space (20) may be formed by the inner surface (11b) of the first glass (11) and the inner surface (12b) of the second glass (12).

[0044] Double-layered glass (10) can improve insulation between the outside and the inside due to the separation space (20) provided between the first glass (11) and the second glass (12). In addition, double-layered glass (10) can improve heat retention and sound absorption.

[0045] The width of the separation space (20), i.e., the shortest separation distance between the inner surface (11b) of the first glass (11) and the inner surface (12b) of the second glass (12), may be 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, or 22 mm. However, the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0046] The double-glazed glass (10) may include a spacer (30) bonded to the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) to space the first glass (11) and the second glass (12). As illustrated in FIG. 1, the spacer (30) may extend along the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) and the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12) and be bonded to the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) and the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12).

[0047] The spacer (30) according to the present disclosure may be arranged between the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) and may have a structure in which it is joined to the inner surface (11b) of the first glass (11) and the inner surface (12b) of the second glass (12), and may have a structure in which it is joined to the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) and the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12).

[0048] The spacer (30) may include a flat portion (40) positioned between the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) to separate the first glass (11) and the second glass (12), and a support portion (50) extending from the flat portion (40) to form an insertion groove (54) into which the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) are inserted.

[0049] The support (50) may include an inner support (53) that is bent from the flat portion (40), a base portion (52) that is bent from the inner support portion (53) and is joined to the first glass (11) or the second glass (12), and an outer support portion (51) that is bent from the base portion (52) and supports the outer surface (11a) of the first glass (11) or the outer surface (12a) of the second glass (12).

[0050] The outer support (51) may include a first outer support (61) that supports the outer surface (11a) of the first glass (11) and a second outer support (71) that supports the outer surface (12a) of the second glass (12).

[0051] The height of the first outer support member (61) and the second outer support member (71) in the vertical direction (Z direction) may be provided between 10 mm and 20 mm, but is not limited thereto.

[0052] The base portion (52) may include a first base portion (62) attached to the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) and a second base portion (72) attached to the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12).

[0053] The width of the first base portion (62) and the width of the second base portion (72) can be manufactured to be 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 6.38 mm, 6.76 mm, 7.38 mm, 7.76 mm, 8 mm, 8.38 mm, 8.76 mm, 9.38 mm, 9.76 mm, 10 mm, 10.52 mm, 10.76 mm, 11.52 mm, 12.52 mm, 12.76 mm, and 13.52 mm, respectively, to correspond to the thickness of the first glass (11) and the second glass (12). The width of the first base portion (62) and the width of the second base portion (72) can be provided to be different from each other. Here, the width of the first base portion (62) may be the shortest distance between the first outer support portion (61) and the first inner support portion (63).

[0054] The inner support (53) may include a first inner support (63) that supports the inner surface (11b) of the first glass (11) and a second inner support (73) that supports the inner surface (12b) of the second glass (12).

[0055] The support part (50) may include a first support part (60) arranged on the exterior side (Y direction) of the flat part (40) and a second support part (70) arranged on the interior side (-Y direction) of the flat part (40).

[0056] The first support portion (60) may include a first base portion (62) having a base surface (62a) that supports the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11), a first outer support portion (61) that is bent from one end of the first base portion (62) to form a first insertion groove (64), and a first inner support portion (63) that is bent from the other end of the first base portion (62) and connected to the flat portion (40).

[0057] The second support portion (70) may include a second base portion (72) having a base surface (72a) that supports the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12), a second outer support portion (71) that is bent from one end of the second base portion (72) to form a seventh insertion groove (74), and a second inner support portion (73) that is bent from the other end of the second base portion (72) and connected to the flat portion (40).

[0058] According to this structure, after butyl (100) is applied on the first base surface (62a) and the second base surface (72a), the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) are inserted into the first insertion groove (64) and the second insertion groove (74) of the spacer (30), respectively, so that the spacer (30), the first glass (11), and the second glass (12) can be combined. Preferably, the butyl (100) can be applied to have a thickness of 2 mm or more, so that moisture can be prevented from penetrating through the gap between the first glass (11), the second glass (12), and the spacer (30).

[0059] However, it is not limited thereto, and butyl (100) may be applied to the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) and the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12) and inserted into the first insertion groove (64) and the second insertion groove (74).

[0060] As the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) are inserted into the insertion groove (54), the spacer (30) can directly support the first glass (11) and the second glass (12), so that the sealing of the separation space (20) of the double-layered glass (10) can be improved, and the structural stability of the double-layered glass (10) can be improved.

[0061] The spacer (30) may include an opening (80) formed between the first inner support (63), the second inner support (73), and the flat portion (40). The opening (80) may be formed so that the flat portion (40) is exposed to the outside. According to this structure, the spacer (30) may not accommodate a desiccant that may be provided to remove moisture in the space (20) between the first glass (11) and the second glass (12). According to the structure of the spacer (30) including the opening (80) in this way, since the desiccant is not provided on the upper side of the double-layered glass (1), contamination that may occur when a desiccant having a small volume that may be provided on the upper side of the double-layered glass (1) falls onto the flat portion (40) disposed on the lower side of the double-layered glass (1) can be prevented.

[0062] Unlike the structure of the spacer that is placed only between the first glass (11) and the second glass (12), the spacer (30) of the present disclosure may not require a secondary sealant process on the outside of the flat portion (40). As a result, the manufacturing step of the secondary sealant process may be omitted, so that the laminated glass (10) can be manufactured using a simplified manufacturing method, thereby saving costs and reducing the manufacturing time of the laminated glass (10). In addition, since the secondary sealant process is omitted, problems such as chemical fogging, in which oil vapor that may be generated inside the laminated glass (10) due to a reaction between butyl, a desiccant, and a sealant caused by misuse of the sealant is adsorbed inside the laminated glass (10) and causes stains that may appear in various colors, can be prevented.

[0063] Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a double-glazed glass according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 5 is a drawing illustrating a spacer according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0064] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the spacer (130) may include a flat portion (140) positioned between the first glass (11) and the second glass (12), and support portions (150) positioned on both sides of the flat portion (140). The support portions (150) may include a first support portion (160) and a second support portion (170).

[0065] The configuration of the flat portion (140) and the support portion (150) according to another embodiment of the present disclosure may correspond to the configuration of the flat portion (40) and the support portion (50) according to one embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3.

[0066] A spacer (130) according to another embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a cover portion (190) disposed between the first base portion (162) and the second base portion (172), unlike the spacer (30) according to the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3.

[0067] The cover portion (190) may be arranged parallel to the flat portion (140) and may be provided to cover a receiving portion (190a) formed between the first inner support portion (163) and the second inner support portion (173). A desiccant (191) may be provided in the receiving portion (190a).

[0068] In addition, when accommodating a desiccant (191), a plurality of ventilation holes can be formed in the flat portion (140) of the spacer (130), thereby raising the moisture in the space (20) between a pair of glasses (11, 12).

[0069] The cover portion (190) can be arranged to connect the first base portion (162) and the second base portion (172) to form the first inner support portion (163), the flat portion (140), the second inner support portion (173), and the receiving portion (190a).

[0070] The cover portion (190) can be arranged to form a straight line with the first base portion (162) and the second base portion (172). The cover portion (190) can form a receiving portion (190a) and at the same time reinforce the strength of the spacer (130).

[0082] The second inner support portion (273) can be bent from the second flat portion (240b), and the second base portion (272) can be bent from the second inner support portion (273) and extended to surround the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12). The second outer support portion (271) can be bent from the second base portion (272).

[0083] The third support member (280) may include a first side support member (281) connected to the second flat member (240b), a second side support member (283) connected to the first flat member (240a), and a third base member (282) connected to the first side support member (281) and the second side support member (283) and adhered to the edge surface of the third glass (13).

[0084] The first side support (281) can support the first side (13a) of the third glass (13) facing the second glass (12), and the second side support (283) can support the second side (13b) of the third glass (13) facing the first glass (11). The third base (282) can support the edge surface of the third glass (13).

[0085] Butyl (100) is provided with a thickness of approximately 2 mm or more on the base surfaces of the first base portion (262), the second base portion (272), and the third base portion (282), so that the first glass (11), the second glass (12), and the third glass (13) are adhered thereto, respectively, so that the positions of the first glass (11) to the third glass (13) can be fixed. Alternatively, butyl (100) can be applied to the edge surfaces (11c, 12c) of the first glass (11) to the third glass (13).

[0086] The spacer (230) may include a first open portion (280a) formed by a first flat portion (240a), a first inner support portion (263), and a second side support portion (283), and a second open portion (280b) formed by a second flat portion (240b), a second inner support portion (273), and a first side support portion (281).

[0087] According to this structure, the double-glazed glass (1) according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is triple-glazed, so that the first glass (11) to the third glass (13) can be more stably supported by the spacer (230), and moisture can be prevented from penetrating into the first separation space (21) and the second separation space (22), thereby improving the durability of the double-glazed glass (1).

[0088] Hereinafter, a method for manufacturing a double-layer glass (1) including the above-described spacer (30, 130, 230) will be described.

[0089] FIG. 7 is a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a double-layer glass according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0090] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3 and 7, both ends of the first spacer (30a) in the longitudinal direction can be cut at a 45-degree angle (S10). Here, 45 degrees may be the angle between the first direction from one end of the first spacer (30a) to the other end and the extension direction of the inclined surface.

[0091] Thereafter, butyl (100) may be applied to the first base surface (62a) and the second base surface (72a) of the first spacer (30a) (S20). Alternatively, butyl (100) may be applied to the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) and the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12).

[0092] After the butyl (100) is applied, the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) can be inserted into the first insertion groove (64) and the second insertion groove (74), respectively (S30). At this time, the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) can be adhered to the first base surface (62a), and the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12) can be adhered to the second base surface (72a).

[0093] In addition, when the first glass (11) is inserted into the first insertion groove (64), the outer surface (11a) of the first glass (11) can be supported by the first outer support (61), and the inner surface (11b) of the first glass (11) can be supported by the first inner support (63). Correspondingly, when the second glass (12) is inserted into the second insertion groove (74), the outer surface (12a) of the second glass (12) can be supported by the second outer support (71), and the inner surface (12b) of the second glass (12) can be supported by the second inner support (73).

[0094] Thereafter, the first spacer (30a) can be lightly pressed with a rubber hammer toward the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) (S40). In this way, the butyl (100) can be adhered to the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) and the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12).

[0095] Thereafter, the second spacer (30b), the third spacer (30c), and the fourth spacer (30d) can also be bonded to the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) according to the steps S10 to S40 described above (S50). However, before the step of pressing the first spacer (30a) described above with a rubber hammer (S40), the first spacer (30a) to the fourth spacer (30d) may be pressed with a rubber hammer after the second spacer (30b) to the fourth spacer (30d) are attached to the first glass (11) and the second glass (12).

[0096] Since the adjacent spacers (30) are cut at a 45-degree angle at the end where they are connected to each other, the inclined surfaces of the adjacent spacers (30) can contact each other. This part can be finished with aluminum tape or the adjacent spacers (30) can be joined using aluminum welding (S60). However, the joining method is not limited to the above-described method, and can be joined by laser welding or dip brazing.

[0097] In order to maintain an appropriate level of moisture in the air in the space (20) between the first glass (11) and the second glass (12), an injection hole may be formed in the flat portion (40) of at least one of the first spacers (30a) to the fourth spacers (30d). Argon gas or the like may be injected into the space (20) through the injection hole (S70). Thereafter, the injection hole may be closed using butyl (100) (S80).

[0098] The above-described manufacturing method is a method for manufacturing a laminated glass (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, in which processes such as secondary sealant can be omitted, thereby improving the productivity and processability of the laminated glass (1). More specifically, since the pressing and sealing processes due to the secondary sealant can be unnecessary, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the manufacturing time can be shortened.

[0099] In addition, the step of injecting a desiccant and resealing it can be omitted, so the productivity of the double-glazed glass (1) can be improved.

[0100] FIG. 8 is a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a double-layer glass according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0101] Referring to FIGS. 1, 4, 5, and 8, both ends of the first spacer (130) can be cut at a 45-degree angle with respect to the longitudinal direction (S10). Here, 45 degrees may be an angle between the first direction from one end of the first spacer (130) to the other end and the extension direction of the inclined surface.

[0102] Thereafter, a desiccant (191) may be injected into the receiving portion (190a) of the first spacer (130) and the two ends of the first spacer (130) may be sealed to seal the receiving portion (190a) (S11). At this time, a finishing material made of cotton or Styrofoam may be installed on both ends of the first spacer (130).

[0103] Thereafter, butyl (100) may be applied to the first base surface (162a) and the second base surface (172a) (S20). Alternatively, butyl (100) may be applied to the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) and the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12).

[0104] After the butyl (100) is applied, the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) can be inserted into the first insertion groove (164) and the second insertion groove (174), respectively (S30). At this time, the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) can be adhered to the first base surface (162a), and the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12) can be adhered to the second base surface (172a).

[0105] Thereafter, the first spacer (130) can be lightly pressed with a rubber hammer toward the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) (S40). In this way, the butyl (100) can be adhered to the edge surface (11c) of the first glass (11) and the edge surface (12c) of the second glass (12). However, before the step of pressing the first spacer (130) with a rubber hammer (S40) described above, the second spacer to the fourth spacer may be attached to the first glass (11) and the second glass (12), and then the first spacer (130) to the fourth spacer may be pressed with a rubber hammer.

[0106] Thereafter, the second spacer, the third spacer, and the fourth spacer can also be bonded to the first glass (11) and the second glass (12) according to the above-described S10 to S40 (S50).

[0107] Since the adjacent spacers (130) are cut at a 45-degree angle at the end where they are connected to each other, the inclined surfaces of the adjacent spacers (130) can contact each other. This part can be finished with aluminum tape or the adjacent spacers (130) can be joined using aluminum welding (S60). However, the joining method is not limited to the above-described method, and can be joined by laser welding or dip brazing.

[0108] In order to maintain an appropriate level of moisture in the air in the space (20) between the first glass (11) and the second glass (12), an injection hole may be formed in the flat portion (140) of at least one of the first spacer (130) to the fourth spacer. Dry air or the like may be injected into the space (20) through the injection hole (S90). Thereafter, the injection hole may be closed using butyl (100) (S100).

[0109] The above-described manufacturing method is a manufacturing method of a double-layer glass (1) according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, in which a process of secondary sealant, etc. is omitted, and thus the process of pressing and sealing due to the secondary sealant may be unnecessary, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the manufacturing time can be shortened.

[0110] Although not shown in the drawing, the double-layer glass (1) can be manufactured continuously in a manner similar to that shown in Fig. 7. More specifically, it can be manufactured in a roll forming form.

[0111] Roll forming may be a plastic processing method in which multiple, parallel, continuous laminated glass (1) are sequentially processed and formed by passing a continuous metal plate through a forming roller. This manufacturing method can be advantageous for mass production as multiple laminated glass (1) can be sequentially manufactured.

[0112] At this time, the joint portion between adjacent spacers (30) can be joined through automatic or manual laser welding to seal the separation space (20).
