[0011] Furthermore , the proposed handle system will be designed to guarantee optimal opening and closing ef ficiency, allowing easy use of the frame without compromising its functionality .

[0012] In aesthetic terms , the invention aims to provide a fixed lever handle system that integrates harmoniously with the overall design of the frame and which can be selected based on the owner ' s aesthetic preferences , therefore of fering an aesthetically pleasing solution . The above and other obj ects and advantages of the invention, as will appear from the following description, are achieved with a fixed lever handle system for a frame or door like the one described in claim 1 . Preferred embodiments and non-trivial variations of the present invention form the subj ect matter of the dependent claims .

[0013] It is understood that all attached claims form an integral part of this description .

[0014] It will be immediately obvious that countless variations and modi fications can be made to what i s described ( for example relating to shape , dimensions , arrangements and parts with equivalent functionality) without departing from the scope of the invention as appears from the attached claims .

[0015] The present invention will be better described by some preferred embodiments , provided by way of example and not by way of limitation, with reference to the attached drawings , in which :

[0016] FIG . 1 shows an exploded perspective view of an embodiment of the fixed lever handle system for a frame according to the present invention;

[0017] FIG . 2 and FIG . 3 show the system of the previous figure in an intermediate and final assembly phase , respectively; FIG . 4 shows a side view of a variation of the implementation of the fixed lever handle system for a frame according to the present invention;

[0018] Fig . 5 to 8 show signi ficant details and subassemblies of the creation o f the fixed lever handle system for a frame according to the present invention; and

[0019] FIG . 9 shows a sectional view from above of a further embodiment of the fixed lever handle system according to the present invention .

[0020] Referring to the figures , it is possible to note that a fixed lever handle system for a frame includes a pair of handles 1 , 2 , connected to a frame W via axial locking means 3 , 4 , 5 , so as to generate a stop on the edge of an annular surface 6 , 7 , of each of the handles 1 , 2 .

[0021] Advantageously, a gib 10 housed without protruding into the frame W is suitable for receiving an axial pin 3 of the axial locking means 3 , 4 , 5 , so as to block the rotation of the pair of handles 1 , 2 .

[0022] The gib 10 is preferably a cylinder and comprises a hole 11 coupled to the axial pin 3 and equipped with rotation contrast means 12 arranged so that the axial pin 3 can only slide through the hole 11 without rotating with respect to the gib

[0023] 10 .

[0024] The axial pin 3 passes through the gib 10 in a direction substantially orthogonal to the main axis of the gib 10 to be able to mutually connect the pair of handles 1 , 2 .

[0025] According to a variation not shown, the hole 11 of the gib 10 has a circular section, the rotation contrast means 12 are constituted by a groove proj ecting radially from the hole 11 , the axial pin 3 is equipped with a key coupled to the groove proj ecting radially of the rotation contrast means 12 .

[0026] According to a preferred configuration, the hole 11 has a square section, and the axial pin 3 is prismatic in shape to be able to couple with the hole 11 of a square section .

[0027] A bushing 4 of the axial locking means 3 , 4 , 5 is applied to each handle of the pair of handles 1 , 2 .

[0028] According to a further configuration, only one handle of the pair of handles 1 , 2 is combined with a plate 6 .

[0029] The plate 6 is rigidly connected to the axial pin 3 of the axial locking means 3 , 4 , 5 . The axial pin 3 of the axial locking means 3 , 4 , 5 is equipped with a portion of an inclined plane , not shown, suitable for receiving the tip of a grub screw 5 screwed into each handle of the pair of handles 1 , 2 .

[0030] Alternatively, the axial pin 3 of the axial locking means 3 , 4 , 5 , is of the expansion type , through the force imparted by a normal dowel allowing each handle of the pair of handles 1 , 2 to be fixed .

[0031] The system can include any type of handle with or without rosette .

[0032] Furthermore , the system can include a magnetic device to replace a lock, configured with a magnet 20 in the gib 10 and with another magnet in the j amb, in the case of a double door, with two magnets 20 in both gibs 10 , such configuration not being shown .

[0033] The fixed lever handle system for a frame is suitable for being fixed on the door leaf without using any lock .

[0034] By inserting the gib into the door, the axial pin of the axial locking means passes through the square hole made in the gib, allowing the handle to be held firmly without causing it to rotate . The axial pin is equipped with a portion of an inclined plane suitable for receiving the tip of a grub screw screwed into the handle .

[0035] Alternatively, the axial pin is of the expansion type , i . e . with a normal grub screw which opens the flame in the panel , allowing the handle to be fixed to the axial pin .

[0036] I f , however, the grub screw is pointed, once it is screwed in it will break through the cavity of the square axial pin, thus allowing the handle to be fixed to the axial pin .

[0037] The axial pin that passes through the gib in the square section hole allows connecting a pair of handles or a version with a single handle and a plate that can be placed inside the door of a walk- in wardrobe . In this case , the plate can be painted with the same colour as the door .

[0038] The fixed lever handle system for a frame is suitable both for the use of handles without a rosette and for traditional handles with a rosette .

[0039] The fixed lever handle system does not require a lock .

[0040] Optionally, as stated above , it is possible to adopt the solution which involves the use of a magnet 20 integral with the gib 10 and cooperating with a metal component (not illustrated) fixed to the j amb of the frame .

[0041] With a single door there is the configuration of a magnet 20 in the gib 10 and the other magnet in the amb . In the case of a double door, there is a configuration (not shown) with two magnets 20 in both gibs 10 .

[0042] Furthermore , as illustrated in FIG . 9 , a cover 24 can be provided to be applied on the magnet 20 , which can be painted or made in the same finish as the handle 1 , 2 .

[0043] Again, the embodiment illustrated in FIG . 9 provides a solution in which it is not necessary to create a through-hole in the door W : only one side of the door W is drilled, in which the axial pin 3 is placed, and a screw or other sealing element 22 is provided to fix the gib 10 to the axial pin 3 . The sealing element 22 passes through a speci fic hole (not shown) made in the gib 10 and possibly in another hole (not shown) made in the magnet 20 i f the embodiment comprises a magnet 20 .
