[0038] Hereinafter, a display stand according to one or more embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0039] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing an example of a display coupled to a display stand according to one or more embodiments.
[0040] Referring to FIG. 1, a display stand (100) may include a base (110), a supporter (130) that can be detachably connected to the base (110) without fasteners such as screws and bolts, and a lever unit (150) provided at a lower portion (130b) of the supporter (130). The supporter (130) may be coupled to the rear surface (11) of the display (10) through a coupling portion (130a) provided at one end.
[0041] The base (110) may be formed in a plate shape having a predetermined width so as to distribute the weight of the supporter (130) and the display (10) and stably support the display (10).
[0042] When the supporter (130) is mounted on the base (110), the supporter (130) may be positioned so that the connecting portion (130a) of the supporter (130) is inclined toward the front side of the base (110). In this case, the mounting area (110a) of the base (110) on which the supporter (130) is mounted may be provided at the rear of the base (110) so that the center of gravity of the display (10) mounted on the supporter (130) is not biased toward the front or rear of the base (110). Accordingly, the display (10) supported by the stand (100) can be prevented from falling over.
[0043] FIG. 2 is an exploded view illustrating a display stand according to one or more embodiments. FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating a supporter of a display stand according to one or more embodiments. FIG. 4 is a perspective view illustrating a lever unit provided on a supporter of a display stand according to one or more embodiments.
[0044] Referring to FIG. 2, a plurality of connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) may be provided in the mounting area (110a) of the base (110). The plurality of connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) may include a first connecting protrusion (111) and a second connecting protrusion (112) spaced apart from the rear end (110b) of the base (110) toward the front end (110c) of the base (110), and a third connecting protrusion (113) and a fourth connecting protrusion (114) adjacent to the rear end (110b) of the base (110).
[0045] The first and third connecting protrusions (111, 113) may be provided on the right side of the base (110) based on the center line of the base (110) parallel to the Y-axis (hereinafter referred to as the “base center line”). The second and fourth connecting protrusions (112, 114) may be provided on the left side of the base (110) based on the center line of the base. In this case, the second and fourth connecting protrusions (112, 114) may be provided symmetrically with respect to the first and third connecting protrusions (111, 113). The first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) may protrude a predetermined height from the upper surface (110d) of the base (110).
[0046] The first connecting protrusion (111) may include a pillar portion (111a) and a head portion (111b) having a diameter larger than the diameter of the pillar portion (111a) at the upper end of the pillar portion (111a). The second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (112, 113, 114) may each, like the first connecting protrusion (111), include a pillar portion and a head portion having a diameter larger than the diameter of the pillar portion at the upper end of the pillar portion.
[0047] When the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130) is completely mounted on the mounting area (110a) of the base (110), the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) can prevent the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130) from being separated from the base (110). For example, when the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130) is completely mounted on the mounting area (110a) of the base (110), and the supporter (130) is pulled in one direction (e.g., in the Z-axis direction) to separate the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130) from the base (110), the upper surface (130c) of the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130) is interfered with by the respective head portions of the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114). Accordingly, the supporter (130) may not be separated from the base (110).
[0048] The first, second, third, and fourth connecting projections (111, 112, 113, 114) may be bolts (e.g., stud bolts having a head, hex bolts, round head bolts, countersunk head bolts, hex wrench bolts, round head wrench bolts, countersunk head wrench bolts, flange bolts, etc.) that are detachably fastened to the base (110).
[0049] In the present disclosure, the number of connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) provided on the base (110) is described as four, but this is not limited thereto. For example, two or more connecting protrusions may be provided. One connecting protrusion may be provided on the left side of the base (110) and the rest may be provided on the right side of the base (110). In this case, one of the two connecting protrusions may be positioned adjacent to the rear end (110b) of the base (110) and the rest may be positioned spaced apart from the rear end (110b) of the base (110). Alternatively, the number of connecting protrusions may be three each on the left and right sides of the base (110) and may be provided symmetrically with respect to the center line of the base.
[0050] A first support protrusion (121) and a second support protrusion (122) may be provided in the mounting area (110a) of the base (110). An elastic wire (155) of the lever unit (150) may be elastically supported by the first and second support protrusions (121, 122). The first and second support protrusions (121, 122) may be arranged between the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114). For example, the first support protrusion (121) may be arranged between the first and third connecting protrusions (111, 113) and the base center line, and the second support protrusion (122) may be arranged between the second and fourth connecting protrusions (112, 114) and the base center line.
[0051] The first and second support protrusions (121, 122) may protrude a predetermined height from the upper surface (110d) of the base (110). Like the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114), the first and second support protrusions (121, 122) may each include a pillar portion (122a, see FIG. 8) and a head portion (122b, see FIG. 8) having a diameter larger than the diameter of the pillar portion (122a) at the upper end of the pillar portion (122a). The elastic wire (155) of the lever unit (150) may be elastically supported by the pillar portion (122a). The head portion (122b) can prevent the elastic wire (155) elastically supported on the pillar portion (122a) from interfering with and separating from the first and second support protrusions (121, 122).
[0052] The first and second support protrusions (121, 122) may be bolts (e.g., stud bolts having a head, hexagonal bolts, round head bolts, countersunk head bolts, hexagonal wrench bolts, round head wrench bolts, countersunk head wrench bolts, flange bolts, etc.) that are detachably fastened to the base (110) in the same manner as the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114).
[0053] Referring to FIG. 3, the supporter (130) may be provided with first, second, third, and fourth connecting holes (131, 132, 133, 134) to which first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) are detachably connected at the lower portion (130b), respectively. For example, the first connecting hole (131) may correspond to the first connecting protrusion (111), the second connecting hole (132) may correspond to the second connecting protrusion (112), the third connecting hole (133) may correspond to the third connecting protrusion (113), and the fourth connecting hole (134) may correspond to the fourth connecting protrusion (114).
[0054] The first connecting hole (131) may include a first region (131a) having a width larger than the diameter of the head portion (111b) of the first connecting protrusion (111), and a second region (131b) having a width larger than or equal to the diameter of the column portion (111a) of the first connecting protrusion (111) and smaller than the diameter of the head portion (111b) of the first connecting protrusion (111). The first region (131a) of the first connecting hole (131) may be a portion where the first connecting protrusion (111) is inserted into the first connecting hole (131) or withdrawn from the first connecting hole (131). The second region (131b) of the first connecting hole (131) may be a portion where the column portion (111a) of the first connecting protrusion (111) may be inserted.
[0055] The second, third, and fourth connecting holes (132, 133, and 134) may each, like the first connecting hole (131), include a pillar portion and a head portion having a diameter larger than the diameter of the pillar portion at the top of the pillar portion. The second areas of the third connecting hole (133) and the fourth connecting hole (134) may each be opened to the rear end (130d) of the lower portion (130b) of the supporter (130).
[0056] The first, second, third, and fourth connecting holes (131, 132, 133, 134) may all be arranged along the same direction (e.g., Y-axis direction). In this case, the second region of the first, second, third, and fourth connecting holes (131, 132, 133, 134) may be arranged closer to the rear end (130d) of the lower portion (130b) of the supporter (130) than the first region.
[0057] When the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130) is pulled away from the base (110) in a direction (e.g., in the Z-axis direction) while the column parts of the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) are respectively positioned in the second regions of the first, second, third, and fourth connecting holes (131, 132, 133, 134), the supporter (130) may not be separated from the base (110) as the upper surface (130c) of the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130) is interfered with by the head parts of the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114), respectively.
[0058] The supporter (130) may be provided with fifth and sixth connecting holes (141, 142) in the lower portion (130b) to which the first and second support protrusions (121, 122) are detachably connected. For example, the fifth connecting hole (141) may correspond to the first support protrusion (121), and the sixth connecting hole (142) may correspond to the second support protrusion (122).
[0059] The fifth and sixth connecting holes (141, 142) may each include a first region and a second region, similar to the first connecting hole (131). The first region of the fifth connecting hole (141) may have a width greater than the diameter of the head portion of the first supporting protrusion (121), and the second region of the fifth connecting hole (141) may have a width greater than or equal to the diameter of the column portion of the first supporting protrusion (121) and less than the diameter of the head portion (111b) of the first supporting protrusion (121). The first region of the sixth connecting hole (142) may have a width greater than the diameter of the head portion (122b, see FIG. 8) of the second supporting protrusion (122), and the second region of the sixth connecting hole (142) may have a width greater than or equal to the diameter of the column portion (122a) of the second supporting protrusion (122) and less than the diameter of the head portion (122b, see FIG. 8) of the second supporting protrusion (122).
[0060] In the present disclosure, the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth connecting holes (131, 132, 133, 134, 141, 142) may all have the same shape and the same size.
[0061] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the lever unit (150) may include a bracket (151) fixed to the lower portion (130b) of the supporter (130), a lever (153) having one end hingedly connected to the bracket (151), and an elastic wire (155) having one end hingedly connected to the lever (153).
[0062] The bracket (151) can be fixed to the upper surface (130d) of the lower portion (130b) of the supporter (130) by a plurality of screws (160, see Fig. 8). The bracket (151) can have a pair of first ribs (151a) extending from one side to which a lever (153) is hingedly connected. The bracket (151) can have a pair of second ribs (151b) extending from which a pair of locking protrusions (154a) are provided on the other side.
[0063] The lever (153) can be hinge-connected to the first rib (151a) of the bracket (151) by a hinge pin (152) on one side. The lever (153) can be rotated in a direction adjacent to the base (110) about the X-axis (hereinafter referred to as the first direction) to press the elastic wire (155) against the first and second support protrusions (121, 122). The lever (153) can be rotated in a second direction opposite to the first direction while the elastic wire (155) is pressed against the first and second support protrusions (121, 122), thereby releasing the pressurization of the elastic wire (155) against the first and second support protrusions (121, 122).
[0064] The lever (153) may be provided with a pair of locking holes (154b) into which a pair of locking projections (154a) provided on a pair of second ribs (151b) of the bracket (151) on the other side are detachably inserted. The positions of the pair of locking projections (154a) and the pair of locking holes (154b) may be set to be opposite to each other. For example, when the pair of locking projections (154a) are provided on the other side of the lever (153), the pair of locking holes (154b) may be provided on a pair of second ribs (151b).
[0065] A pair of locking projections (154a) can be coupled to a pair of locking holes (154b) by rotating the lever (153) in the first direction by a predetermined angle. In this case, the lever (153) can be fixed to the bracket (151). The elastic wire (155) can be continuously pressed against the first and second support projections (121, 122) by the lever (153). When the lever (153) is rotated in the second direction while being fixed to the lever (153) and the bracket (151) by the coupling between the pair of locking projections (154a) and the pair of locking holes (154b), the pair of locking projections (154a) can be separated from the pair of locking holes (154b).
[0066] In the present disclosure, it is described that a pair of locking projections (154a) are provided on the bracket (151) and a pair of corresponding locking holes (154b) are provided on the lever (153), but this is not limited thereto. For example, one locking projection may be provided on the bracket (151) and one corresponding locking hole may be provided on the lever (153).
[0067] The elastic wire (155) may be made of a metal or synthetic resin having a predetermined elasticity. The elastic wire (155) may be hinge-connected to both sides of the lever (153) at the rear end (155b) and may maintain a general loop shape. The tip (155a) of the elastic wire (155) may be positioned so as to protrude further than the tip (153a) of the lever (153) so as not to interfere with the tip (153a) of the lever (153).
[0068] The tip (155a) of the elastic wire (155) can be fixed by the first and second support protrusions (121, 122). The elastic wire (155) can be provided with a first connecting portion (156a) and a second connecting portion (156b) that are concave on both sides of the tip (155a) of the elastic wire (155). The first connecting portion (156a) of the elastic wire (155) can pressurize while wrapping around a part of the column portion of the first support protrusion (121). The second connecting portion (156b) of the elastic wire (155) can pressurize while wrapping around a part of the column portion of the second support protrusion (122).
[0069] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, an example of mounting a stand on a base of a display stand according to one or more embodiments will be described in steps 1 to 3.
[0070] Fig. 5 is a perspective view illustrating a display stand according to one or more embodiments. Fig. 6 is an enlarged view illustrating part A shown in Fig. 5, illustrating a first mounting step of mounting a supporter to a base.
[0071] Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the lower portion (130b) of the supporter (130) is seated in the mounting area (110a) of the base (110) so that the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) are inserted into the first, second, third, and fourth connecting holes (131, 132, 133, 134), respectively. In this case, the head portions of the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) are each inserted into the first area of the first, second, third, and fourth connecting holes (131, 132, 133, 134).
[0072] The first and second support protrusions (121, 122) can be inserted into the fifth and sixth connecting holes (141, 142), respectively. In this case, the heads of the first and second support protrusions (111, 112) are inserted into the first areas of the fifth and sixth connecting holes (141, 142), respectively.
[0073] To prevent the tip (155a) of the elastic wire (155) from pressing the first and second support protrusions (121, 122), the lever (153) can be rotated in the second direction to separate the tip (155a) of the elastic wire (155) from the first and second support protrusions (121, 122).
[0074] Figure 7 is a drawing showing the second mounting step of mounting the supporter to the base.
[0075] Referring to Fig. 7, the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130) is slid in the B direction along the upper surface (110d) of the base (110) while being seated in the mounting area (110a) of the base (110).
[0076] Each of the pillar portions of the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) may be positioned in the second region of each of the first, second, third, and fourth connecting holes (131, 132, 133, 134). In this case, there may be substantially no gap or a very narrow gap (a gap that may occur due to processing tolerance, for example, 1 mm or less) between each of the head portions of the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) and the upper surface (110d) of the base (110).
[0077] In addition, each pillar portion of the first and second support protrusions (121, 122) may be positioned in each second region of the fifth and sixth holes (141, 142). There may be substantially no gap or a very narrow gap (a gap that may occur due to processing tolerance, for example, 1 mm or less) between each head portion of the second first and second support protrusions (121, 122) and the upper surface (110d) of the base (110).
[0078] Figures 8 to 9 are drawings showing a third mounting step of mounting a supporter to a base by a lever unit of a display stand according to one or more embodiments. Figure 10 is a drawing showing an example in which an elastic wire of a lever unit according to one or more embodiments is elastically fixed to a pair of fixing protrusions provided on a base. Figure 11 is a drawing showing a locking state of a lever unit according to one or more embodiments.
[0079] Referring to Fig. 8, the tip (155a) of the elastic wire (155) is positioned adjacent to the first and second support protrusions (122). In this state, the tip (153a) of the lever (153) is pressed in the first direction.
[0080] Referring to Fig. 9, when the lever (153) rotates in the first direction around the hinge pin (152), the elastic wire (155) moves toward the first and second support protrusions (121, 122).
[0081] Referring to FIG. 10, the tip (155a) of the elastic wire (155) is introduced between the first and second support protrusions (121, 122), and the first and second connecting portions (165a, 165b) of the elastic wire (155) are elastically attached to the pillar portions of the first and second support protrusions (121, 122), respectively.
[0082] In this case, the supporter (130) can be restricted from moving in the C direction, which is the opposite direction to the B direction, by the lever unit (150). Accordingly, the supporter (130) can be stably mounted on the base (110).
[0083] Referring to Fig. 11, when the lever (153) rotates in the first direction so that both sides of the lever (153) overlap with a pair of second ribs (151b), a pair of locking projections (154a) provided on the pair of second ribs (151b) can be snap-fitted into a pair of locking holes (154b) provided on both sides of the lever (153). The lever (153) can be stably coupled to the bracket (151) to maintain a locked state.
[0084] The supporter (130) can be mounted on the base (110) through the first to third mounting steps as described above.
[0085] Conversely, when separating the supporter (130) from the base (110), the first to third mounting steps described above can be performed in reverse order. For example, the lever (153) is rotated in the second direction to release the locking between a pair of locking protrusions (154a) and a pair of locking holes (154b), and the elastic wire (155) is separated from the first and second support protrusions (121, 122).
[0086] Next, the supporter (130) is slid along the upper surface (110d) of the base (110) in the C direction (see FIG. 10). In this state, the supporter (130) is pulled in the Z-axis direction to separate it from the upper surface (110d) of the base (110). In this way, the supporter (130) can be quickly and easily separated from the base (110) through a simple operation.
[0087] In the present disclosure, first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) are provided on the base (110), and first, second, third, and fourth connecting holes (131, 132, 133, 134) corresponding to the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) are provided on the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130), but this is not limited thereto. For example, the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) may be provided on the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130), and the first, second, third, and fourth connecting holes (131, 132, 133, 134) may be provided on the base (110). In this case, the first, second, third, and fourth connecting protrusions (111, 112, 113, 114) may be provided on the lower part of the lower part (130b) of the supporter (130) so as to face the upper surface (110d, see FIG. 2) of the base (110).
[0088] FIG. 12 is a drawing showing a lever unit according to one or more embodiments.
[0089] The elastic wire (155) of the lever unit (150) illustrated in Fig. 10 has been described as including two connecting portions (164a, 164b) that can be pressed against a pair of supporting protrusions (121, 122), but is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in Fig. 12, the elastic wire (155') of the lever unit (150') may have one connecting portion (156') provided at the tip. In this case, the base (110) may be provided with one supporting protrusion (121') to which one connecting portion (156') can be pressed against.
[0090] According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the coupling and separation between the base (110) and the supporter (130) of the display stand (100) can be performed quickly and easily without using separate fasteners (bolts, screws, etc.) and fastening tools, thereby improving the usability of the display stand (100).
[0091] Although the preferred embodiments have been illustrated and described above, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and various modifications may be made by a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present disclosure pertains without departing from the gist of the present disclosure as claimed in the claims, and such modifications should not be understood individually from the technical idea or prospect of the present disclosure.
