Abstract
Description
[0001] A GLASS DOOR FOR REFRIGERATION CABINETS
[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0003] The invention relates to at least one door in refrigeration cabinets, especially glass doors used in minibars, to improve insulation and energy efficiency.
[0004] PRIOR ART
[0005] Glass doors for refrigeration cabinets are special glass doors that are often used in commercial or industrial uses, especially in food storage field, as entrance doors to cooling or freezing chambers. These doors are designed to protect the cooling or freezing environment inside and ensure energy efficiency.
[0006] There are insulation problems in glass doors. For example, thermal bridges occur. The frame materials used in glass doors can cause thermal bridges that can lead to heat transfer, which can lead to unwanted heat transfer due to the leakage of the cooling medium inside or the entry of heat from the outside into the interior. This situation can cause the cooling systems to consume more energy, the products inside to deteriorate, and the temperature inside the cabinet to not be kept at the desired level. In addition, the gasket used on the doors of refrigeration cabinets wears out or becomes damaged over time. In this case, the door seal may deteriorate and hot or humid air may enter.
[0007] Another problem is that the insulation materials used on the walls and surfaces of refrigeration cabinets are not of sufficient quality to provide good thermal insulation. Poor quality or damaged insulation materials increase heat transfer and destabilize the temperature inside the refrigeration cabinet.
[0008] All these lead to heat loss and a decrease in energy efficiency. It is of great importance to eliminate heat losses against the climate crisis.
[0009] As a result, all the above-mentioned problems have made it imperative to provide an innovation in the relevant technical field.
[0010] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a door in order to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and to provide new advantages to the relevant technical field.
[0011] One object of the invention is to provide a door with improved insulating properties.
[0012] Another purpose of the invention is to produce a door that is easy to manufacture and install.
[0013] In order to accomplish all the objects mentioned above and to be derived from the detailed description below, the present invention relates specifically to a door comprising a transparent element connected with at least one main frame for refrigeration cabinets. Accordingly, its novelty is that it comprises at least one secondary frame that is connected to the said main frame, and that it comprises at least one insulation element positioned within the said secondary frame.
[0014] A feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that the said transparent element is glass. Natural light transmission and aesthetic appearance can be provided.
[0015] A feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that the said main frame comprises at least one sealing element. Thus, in addition to sealing and energy efficiency, hygiene properties can be improved by preventing the ingress of particles such as dust.
[0016] A feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that the partial interior of the said main frame comprises at least one silkscreen coating. Thus, features such as durability and cosmetic appearance can be improved.
[0017] A feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that the said main frame comprises at least one handle that will facilitate opening and closing. Thus, opening and closing can be facilitated.
[0018] A feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that the said secondary frame is produced by extrusion process. Thus, frames with complex shapes can be produced quickly and cheaply. A feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that the said insulation element comprises styrofoam and / or polyurethane, and where it is styrofoam, the said insulation element is styrofoam with a density of 24-30. Thus, an optimum degree of isolation is possible.

[0025] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0026] In this detailed description, the door (10) of the present invention is explained for a better understanding of the subject only with examples that will not create any limiting effect.
[0027] Fig. 1 shows a representative exploded perspective view of the door (10) of the present invention. The said door (10) is a glazed door (10) for use in refrigeration cabinets. The said door (10) is a glazed door (10) that can show the inside of the cabinet, preferably for use in minibars / minirefrigerators. The door (10) comprises at least one main frame (20). The said main frame (20) can be mounted on the frame of the minibar and opened and closed. In other words, the main frame (20) is connected to the main body of the refrigeration cabinet where the products are located, in such a way that it is disconnected from the external environment. It can also be used in alternative embodiments of the invention, such as refrigerators or glass balconies where insulation is needed. The main frame (20) comprises at least one transparent element (23) that can show the interior of the cabinet. The said transparent element (23) is essentially a glass. In the alternative embodiments of the invention, the transparent element (23) may be various partially transparent materials such as polycarbonate and acrylic. In another alternative embodiment of the invention, the main frame (20) may comprise lighting and lock systems. The main frame (20) comprises at least partially a zone of silkscreen coating (22). In this way, various features such as durability and cosmetic appearance can be improved. In addition, the main frame (20) comprises at least one handle (24) to facilitate opening and closing. The said handle (24) can be long enough to be grasped with at least one finger. The main frame (20) comprises at least one sealing element (21 ) to provide sealing and extra insulation. The said sealing element (21 ) is essentially a gasket. It can be positioned around the entire main frame (20). In this way, in addition to liquid insulation, thermal insulation can also be provided due to air insulation. In addition, it can keep the indoor air of the cabinet clean by cutting off the air flow with the outside environment.
[0028] Fig. 2 shows a representative side section view of the door (10) of the present invention. The door (10) comprises at least one insulation element (30) to improve the insulating properties. The said insulation element (30) can be styrofoam or polyurethane. In the styrofoam embodiment of the invention, the density of styrofoam can be can be 24, 30 or within the range.
[0029] The door (10) comprises at least one secondary frame (40). The said secondary frame (40) is produced by extrusion in a preferred embodiment of the invention. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the secondary frame (40) can be produced from PVC. In this way, the design flexibility of the secondary frame (40) can be ensured and allows production in various shapes. In alternative embodiments of the invention, it can be produced from materials such as metal, plastic and wood. The secondary frame (40) has a geometry that matches the main frame (20). The secondary frame (40) comprises a partial space therein. The insulation element is placed in the said space. The insulation element (30) can be filled along the entire secondary frame (40) in accordance with the geometry of the secondary frame (40). The secondary frame (40) is then connected to the main frame (20). In other words, the secondary frame (40) can be coated on the main frame (20). In this way, insulation can be improved and energy efficiency can be achieved. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the secondary frame (40) can be produced by plastic injection method. In this case, the preferred secondary frame (40) may be acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). In another alternative embodiment of the invention, the secondary frame (40) can be produced by thermoforming method. In this case, the preferred secondary frame (40) may contain High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), also known as anti-shock.
[0030] The invention essentially works as follows, after the insulation element (30) is placed in the secondary frame (40) obtained by extrusion, it is combined with the main frame (20) from 4 corners to provide a barrier structure. The main frame (20) is silk-screened and the grouped secondary frame (40) is adhered with glass from the inside of the glass door (10). In this way, the invention provides energy efficiency and complies with energy regulations.
[0031] The protection scope of the invention is specified in appended claims and cannot be limited to what is described for illustrative purposes in this detailed description. It is clear that a person skilled in the art can put forward similar structures in the light of the above, without leaving the main scope of the invention.
