[0046] In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and beneficial effects solved by this application more clearly understood, this application is further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain this application and are not intended to limit this application.

[0047] In the related art, the temperature control device of a car refrigerator includes a compressor, a condenser, a cooling fan, and an evaporator. The condenser and the cooling fan are fixed together and arranged vertically above the compressor. At this time, the central axis of the cooling fan and the central axis of the condenser are both perpendicular to the height direction of the car refrigerator, which makes the car refrigerator occupy more space in the height direction and the overall volume of the machine larger. In addition, because the installation space of the car refrigerator is relatively narrow and closed, it is difficult for the cooling fan to dissipate the heat dissipated by the condenser during operation, so the heat dissipated by the condenser is concentrated around the condenser, and the high-temperature airflow cannot be effectively discharged, affecting the operation of the condenser and the cooling fan, and thus affecting the overall cooling effect and working environment of the car refrigerator.

[0048] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the vehicle refrigerator 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a box body and a temperature control device 10. The box body is provided with a storage space 101. The temperature control device 10 includes a mounting bracket 1, a first fan 36 and a condenser 31. The mounting bracket 1 is arranged on the box body, and the first fan 36 and the condenser 31 are respectively installed on the mounting bracket 1. The first fan 36 and the condenser 31 are stacked along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100.

[0049] An air outlet of the first fan 36 faces the condenser 31 . The first fan 36 is used to blow low-temperature air to the condenser 31 to dissipate heat from the condenser 31 .

[0050] The vehicle refrigerator 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application stacks the first fan 36 and the condenser 31 along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100, so that the first fan 36 and the condenser 31 are stacked up and down in a horizontal posture, which saves more space in the height direction, and can make the overall size of the vehicle refrigerator 100 small, which is convenient for installation inside the vehicle.

[0051] In one embodiment, when the vehicle refrigerator 100 is installed on the vehicle 1000 , the height direction of the vehicle 1000 is the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100 .

[0052] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG1 , the center of the first fan 36 and the center of the condenser 31 are located on a straight line along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100, so that the condenser 31 is located directly below the first fan 36, so that the air outlet of the first fan 36 blows directly toward the condenser 31, thereby improving the cooling efficiency of the first fan 36 on the condenser 31.

[0053] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG1 , along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100 , the projection of the condenser 31 falls within the projection of the first fan 36 , and the projection area of the first fan 36 is larger than the projection area of the condenser 31 . In this way, the entire condenser 31 can be covered by the low-temperature air of the first fan 36 , thereby improving the cooling efficiency of the condenser 31 , thereby improving the efficiency of the temperature control device 10 of the vehicle refrigerator 100 .

[0054] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 1, the first fan 36 is arranged in close proximity to the condenser 31 to shorten the distance between the first fan 36 and the condenser 31, so that cold air is blown toward the condenser 31, so as to avoid as much as possible the low-temperature air from mixing with the high-temperature airflow discharged from the condenser 31 and then blowing toward the condenser 31, thereby improving the cooling efficiency of the first fan 36 on the condenser 31.

[0055] In one embodiment, regarding the installation of the first fan 36, the first fan 36 can be directly installed on the mounting bracket 1 to achieve direct assembly of the first fan 36 and the mounting bracket 1; the first fan 36 can also be first installed on the condenser 31 to fix the first fan 36 and the condenser 31, and then the condenser 31 can be installed on the mounting bracket 1, so that the first fan 36 is indirectly installed on the mounting bracket 1 through the condenser 31, thereby achieving indirect assembly of the first fan 36 and the mounting bracket 1.

[0056] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 , the temperature control device 10 further includes a second fan 37 , the air inlet of the second fan 37 faces the condenser 31 , and the second fan 37 is used to discharge the gas after heat dissipation from the condenser 31 to the outside of the vehicle refrigerator 100 .

[0057] In this case, the vehicle refrigerator 100 adopts a dual-fan design, allowing air to enter through the first fan 36 and be discharged from the condenser 31 at an increased temperature. Subsequently, the heated air is guided by the second fan 37 and discharged to the outside of the vehicle refrigerator 100, forming a heat dissipation channel at the condenser 31 of the vehicle refrigerator 100. This heat dissipation channel allows the high-temperature airflow at the condenser 31 to be continuously and stably discharged to the outside of the refrigerator. As a result, the heat dissipated by the condenser 31 is no longer concentrated around the condenser 31. Instead, the heat dissipated by the condenser 31 is discharged from the vehicle refrigerator through the heat dissipation channel, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the condenser 31 and the cooling effect of the vehicle refrigerator 100.

[0058] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the condenser 31 is located between the first fan 36 and the second fan 37 along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100. The central axis of the first fan 36, the central axis of the second fan 37, and the central axis of the condenser 31 can all extend along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100.

[0059] By arranging the positions and orientations of the first fan 36, condenser 31, and second fan 37 so that the first fan 36 and condenser 31 are stacked horizontally, space is saved in the vertical direction, and the refrigerator is compact, making it easier to install within a vehicle. Furthermore, while ensuring sufficient heat dissipation from the condenser 31, a top-to-bottom heat dissipation channel disperses heat from the condenser 31 from the bottom to the exterior of the vehicle refrigerator 100. This accelerates heat dissipation from the condenser 31, thereby improving the operating efficiency of the condenser 31 and the cooling effect of the vehicle refrigerator 100. Furthermore, by dispersing heat from the bottom of the vehicle refrigerator 100, the impact of high-temperature gases on the in-vehicle passenger experience is reduced.

[0060] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the mounting bracket 1 includes a first bracket 14 and a second bracket 13 connected to the first bracket 14. The condenser 31 and the first fan 36 are respectively mounted on the first bracket 14, and the second fan 37 is mounted on the second bracket 13, thereby realizing the installation of the condenser 31 and the fans. At the same time, the outlet of the heat dissipation channel can be located on the second bracket 13, so that the high-temperature airflow is discharged to the outside of the vehicle refrigerator 100 through the second bracket 13, that is, discharged from the bottom of the vehicle refrigerator 100 to the outside of the vehicle refrigerator 100.

[0061] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 1, the first bracket 14 can be set along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100, and the second bracket 13 can be set along the direction perpendicular to the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100, or the second bracket 13 can be set along the extension direction of the bottom plate of the body of the vehicle refrigerator 100 to form a structure of the mounting bracket 1, while ensuring that the wind directions of the first fan 36 and the second fan 37 are consistent to facilitate heat dispersion.

[0062] At this time, the second bracket 13 and the first fan 36 are located on opposite sides of the condenser 31 along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100. The second fan 37 is provided on the second bracket 13. That is, the first fan 36 and the second fan 37 are located on opposite sides of the condenser 31 along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100, and the condenser 31 is located between the first fan 36 and the second fan 37 along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100.

[0063] In one embodiment, the mounting bracket 1 can be integrally formed with the body of the vehicle refrigerator 100 as a part of the body of the vehicle refrigerator 100; it can also be independent of the body of the vehicle refrigerator 100, and the mounting bracket 1 can be fixed to the body of the vehicle refrigerator 100 by means of snap connection or riveting.

[0064] Furthermore, the first bracket 14 and the second bracket 13 of the mounting bracket 1 can be respectively mounted relative to the housing of the vehicle refrigerator 100. The first bracket 14 can be integrally formed with the housing of the vehicle refrigerator 100, serving as a part of the housing, or can be independent of the housing, with the first bracket 14 secured to the housing by means of a snap connection or riveting. The second bracket 13 can be integrally formed with the housing of the vehicle refrigerator 100, serving as a part of the housing, or can be independent of the housing, with the second bracket 13 secured to the housing by means of a snap connection or riveting.

[0065] In a specific embodiment, the first bracket 14 may include a mounting side panel, and the second bracket 13 may include a mounting bottom panel. The mounting side panel may be connected to the body of the vehicle refrigerator 100 through an integral molding method, and the mounting bottom panel may be connected to the body of the vehicle refrigerator 100 through riveting, thereby realizing the connection between the mounting bracket 1 and the body of the vehicle refrigerator 100.

[0066] Furthermore, the condenser 31 is mounted on the mounting side plate, the first fan 36 is fixed on the condenser 31 , and the second fan 37 is mounted on the mounting bottom plate, thereby achieving assembly of the condenser 31 and the fans.

[0067] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the cabinet includes a body 8, which includes an outer shell 81, an inner liner 82, and a foam insulation layer (not shown). The inner liner 82 is embedded in the outer shell 81, and the foam insulation layer is disposed between the inner liner 82 and the outer shell 81. A storage space 101 is formed within the inner liner 82. The condenser 31 and the first fan 36 are respectively mounted on the outer wall of the outer shell 81.

[0068] The foam insulation layer is located between the inner liner 82 and the outer shell 81, which can reduce the heat transfer between the inner liner 82 and the outside air, so that the temperature of the inner liner 82 is stable and can be kept at the set temperature for a long time.

[0069] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the vehicle refrigerator 100 further includes a compressor 35, which is mounted on the second bracket 13 and communicates with the condenser 31. The compressor 35 is located on a side of the condenser 31 away from the first fan 36. The condenser 31 is located between the first fan 36 and the second fan 37 along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100. The compressor 35 is located between the condenser 31 and the second fan 37 along the height direction of the vehicle refrigerator 100, that is, the first fan 36 and the condenser 31 are arranged above the compressor 35 in a horizontal posture.

[0070] The second fan 37 and the compressor 35 are staggered along a direction perpendicular to the height of the vehicle refrigerator 100 .

[0071] Compressor 35 is positioned at the outlet of first fan 36. Heat generated by the compressor 35 controller during operation is promptly removed by the airflow along the heat dissipation path, ensuring that compressor 35 remains within its normal operating temperature range and operating more stably. Furthermore, the staggered placement of second fan 37 relative to compressor 35 prevents compressor 35 from blocking the air inlet of second fan 37, improving cooling efficiency.

[0072] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the vehicle refrigerator 100 further includes an object detection module 2, which is mounted on the outer wall of the inner container 82 and located at the bottom of the inner container 82. The object detection module 2 is used to detect whether there are objects placed in the storage space 101.

[0073] By installing the item detection module 2 on the mounting bracket 1, the storage space 101 can be detected by the item detection module 2 to determine whether there are items placed in the storage space 101. At the same time, the item detection module 2 can transmit the detection information to the control end in a timely manner to avoid leaving items behind. It can also avoid the situation where there are no items in the refrigerator but it continues to work, reducing power consumption, thereby saving power for the entire vehicle.

[0074] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 , the vehicle refrigerator 100 further includes an evaporator 32 , a drying filter 33 , and a capillary tube 34 . The evaporator 32 is attached to the outer wall of the inner container 82 .

[0075] The condenser 31 , the drying filter 33 , the capillary tube 34 , the evaporator 32 and the compressor 35 are sequentially connected to form a cooling mechanism 3 . The cooling mechanism 3 forms a cooling circuit for cooling the storage space 101 , thereby achieving cooling of the storage space 101 .

[0076] By using the drying filter 33, the problem of refrigerant clogging caused by long-term use of the refrigerator can be prevented, thereby extending the service life of the refrigerator. In addition, by using the capillary tube 34, the transmission rate of the refrigerant can be increased, thereby improving the cooling effect.

[0077] Furthermore, by tightly fitting the inner liner 82 against the evaporator 32, a double layer is unnecessary. In a specific embodiment, all surfaces of the inner liner 82 can cover the evaporator 32, thereby increasing the cooling area, facilitating faster cooling transfer, and achieving a faster cooling rate. Preferably, the inner liner 82 can be constructed of a metal with a high thermal conductivity.

[0078] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG1 , the condenser 31 , the first fan 36 , the second fan 37 and the compressor 35 are all arranged on the same side of the mounting bracket 1 , and the condenser 31 , the first fan 36 , the second fan 37 and the compressor 35 are all arranged on the same side of the body of the vehicle refrigerator 100 , so as to realize the integration of the internal structure of the vehicle refrigerator 100 and minimize the volume of the vehicle refrigerator 100 .

[0079] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the vehicle refrigerator 100 further includes an acoustic package 38 , which is wrapped around the outer surface of the compressor 35 .

[0080] By wrapping the acoustic package 38 on the surface of the compressor 35, the noise generated when the compressor 35 is working can be effectively isolated and absorbed, thereby improving the user experience.

[0081] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 , the vehicle refrigerator 100 further includes a vacuum insulation panel 4 , which is embedded in the foam insulation layer and located between the evaporator 32 and the outer shell 81 .

[0082] By embedding the vacuum insulation panel 4 in the thermal insulation foam layer, the thermal insulation effect can be greatly improved, so that the refrigerator can cool faster, keep warm longer, and the temperature of the inner tank 82 is more stable.

[0083] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 2 , the vehicle refrigerator 100 further includes a heating film 5 embedded within the foam insulation layer and positioned between the evaporator 32 and the vacuum insulation panel 4. As can be understood, the interior of the vehicle refrigerator 1 comprises, from inside to outside, the following components: an inner liner 82, an evaporator 32, a heating film 5, and a vacuum insulation panel 4.

[0084] By providing the heating film 5 , the refrigerator can have a heating function in addition to the refrigeration function to meet the heating needs of the user.

[0085] In one embodiment, the vehicle refrigerator 100 further includes a temperature sensor (not shown), which is embedded in the foam insulation layer. The temperature sensor is used to detect and provide feedback on the temperature in the storage space 101 in real time.

[0086] The temperature sensor can be set close to the heating film 5, and can detect and feedback the refrigerator temperature in real time. When the set temperature is reached, the refrigeration or heating function can be turned off to prevent the refrigerator from being overcooled or overheated, thereby protecting the items in the refrigerator from damage. At the same time, it can also avoid the waste of electricity caused by the continuous operation of the compressor 35, the first fan 36, the second fan 37, and the heating film 5, thereby saving the power of the entire vehicle.

[0087] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 , the vehicle refrigerator 100 further includes a sterilization lamp, which is mounted on the housing 1 and located in the storage space 101 . The sterilization lamp is used to illuminate and sterilize the storage space 101 .

[0088] By providing a sterilizing light, the inner container 82 can be sterilized and disinfected to prevent bacteria from growing in the inner container 82 and maintain the cleanliness of the inner container 82. At the same time, the sterilizing light can provide a lighting function to help users see the inside of the refrigerator clearly when using the refrigerator, making it more convenient to take things in and out.

[0089] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG2 , the box further includes a door 6 and a switch detection module. The door 6 is mounted on the main body 8 . When the door 6 is opened, items can be placed into the storage space 101 or items in the storage space 101 can be taken out. When the door 6 is closed, the storage space 101 is sealed.

[0090] The switch detection module is installed on a side of the main body 8 close to the door body 6, and the switch detection module is used to detect whether the door body 6 is open.

[0091] The switch detection module can quickly and accurately detect whether the refrigerator door 6 is closed and transmit the information to the control end in time.

[0092] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 , the germicidal lighting lamp and the switch detection module can be installed on the same circuit board 7 for integration and space saving.

[0093] The vehicle refrigerator 100 provided in this embodiment of the present application can provide a continuous and stable low-temperature environment to cool the objects stored therein, and can also provide heating, allowing users to freely choose between cooling and heating services based on specific usage.
