Description

[0001] An Ashtray with an Extinguishing Device for extinguishing cigarettes

[0002] The field of the invention

[0003]

[0001] An ashtray which contains an extinguishing device that can put out cigarettes and store the cigarette butts in the cigarette carton.

[0004] Background

[0005]

[0002] It is nearly impossible to quickly and instantly extinguish a cigarette, and there is no real solution to storage or elimination of the cigarette butts. Whether extinguished or still lit, this “Cigarette Pollution” causes great damage on the Environment, in the form of fires in buildings, forests and factories human loss and much more.

[0006]

[0003] Due to this situation, we possess a significant solution that will contribute to a significant decrease in these kinds of Environmental Damage worldwide.

[0007] A Summary of the Invention

[0008]

[0004] An ashtray, which enables the storage of used cigarettes, in the cigarette carton. The ashtray includes a device that can extinguish cigarettes. This includes: a) Ashtray (103a) which looks like it is an integral part of the cigarette carton. b) Ashtray (103b) Stand-alone model with options to attach the ashtray to the cigarette carton. c) Extinguishing Device (102) d) Extinguishing Material (104a) e) Storage Container for the Extinguishing Material (104b) f) Sponge (or sponge-like material) (101) g) Sealed unit for extinguishing material, the Fragrance and the Ashtray (112a, 112b) h) Protrusions in the body of the ashtray for the removal of excess soot (106) i) Locking and Opening mechanism (105a, 105b) for the cover. (Ill) j) Hinge (109) to enable the opening and closing of the cover (111) k) Lighter (108) l) Lighter Switch (107) m) Cover (111) n) Protrusion on the Cover (100) o) Fragrance Dissemination (110) p) Plastic Cover (114a, 114b), for the protection of the Fragrance (110) and the Extinguishing Material (104a) q) Opening Grip for the Plastic Cover (114a, 114b) r) Cigarette Carton (116) s) Cigarette (117) t) Storage of Cigarette Butts (113)

[0009] The extinguishing element (Sponge or sponge-like material) is soaked up from the Extinguishing Material which is located under the Sponge (or sponge-like material). This causes the cigarette to be extinguished. When the cigarette ash is placed in the Ashtray, the flame is revealed. When the flame is placed in the Sponge (or sponge-like material) the flame is immediately extinguished and there remains a small layer of soot. After removing the soot in the ashtray by use of the protrusions, the cigarette remains without any moisture in the tobacco or the paper. All that the ashtray is storing is the soot and the ash. The cigarette butt is stored in the cigarette carton in the space that was occupied by the cigarette. In this way, we are able to store every single cigarette butt in the carton.
