[0001] Cross-references

[0002] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on August 11, 2023, with application number 202311017812.2 and titled “Resource Indication Method, Device and Storage Medium”. The entire contents of that application are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0003] The present application relates to the field of communication technology, and in particular to a resource indication method, device, and storage medium. Background Art

[0004] When communicating in side link mode 1, the scheduling node can dispatch instructions or configure time-frequency resources for data transmission to the transmitting terminal in the side link, allowing the transmitting terminal in the side link to transmit data on the side link according to the authorization information. However, the side link receiving terminal typically does not have the corresponding authorization information. Therefore, the side link receiving terminal typically continuously blindly detects the side link data on the side link, which is time-consuming and energy-consuming. In addition, because the side link receiving terminal does not receive the authorization information from the side link transmitting terminal in advance, half-duplex problems or resource conflicts are likely to occur. This makes it impossible for the receiving terminal to effectively receive the side link data transmitted by the transmitting terminal, resulting in reduced communication efficiency.

[0019] The following describes the embodiments of the present application in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The following describes the present application in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The examples are only used to explain the present application and are not used to limit the scope of the present application.

[0020] With the development of wireless communication technology and the increasing demand for communication from users, in order to meet the communication needs of low latency, high reliability, and high speed, the fifth generation mobile communication technology (5G) has become the trend of future network development. In a sidelink communication system, when there is a service to be transmitted between user equipment (UE), the service data between UEs does not pass through the network side, that is, it does not pass through the cellular link forwarding between the UE and the base station, but is directly transmitted from the data source UE to the target UE through the sidelink. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a sidelink communication interaction provided by the prior art. As shown in Figure 1, UE1 and UE2 communicate directly without the need for the cellular link forwarding process of the base station. This technology can reduce the burden on the cellular network, reduce the battery power consumption of user equipment, and improve the robustness of the network infrastructure. It can well meet the requirements of high data rate services and proximity services, and also supports direct communication in scenarios without network coverage, which can meet special communication needs such as public safety.

[0021] In sidelink communications, time-frequency resources are often indicated or configured by the base station to the transmitting UE within the coverage area through downlink control information (DCI) signaling or radio resource control (RRC) signaling. Furthermore, the transmitting UE transmits data based on the authorization information in the sidelink resource pool, and the receiving UE performs blind detection in the sidelink resource pool, which is time-consuming and energy-consuming. In addition, since the sidelink receiving UE does not obtain the authorization information of the sidelink transmitting UE in advance, half-duplex problems or resource conflicts may occur, making it impossible for the receiving UE to effectively receive the sidelink data transmitted by the transmitting UE, resulting in a decrease in communication efficiency.

[0022] In view of this, an embodiment of the present application provides a resource indication method, so that the base station can simultaneously indicate the scheduled resources to the transmitting UE and the receiving UE, thereby ensuring that the receiving UE can effectively receive the data transmitted by the transmitting UE and improving communication efficiency.

[0023] It should be noted that the first communication device in the embodiment of the present application may also be referred to as a first communication node; the second communication device may also be referred to as a second communication node.

[0024] In one embodiment, FIG2 is a flowchart of a resource indication method provided by an embodiment of the present application. This embodiment is applied to the case of indicating communication resources to multiple first communication devices simultaneously. This embodiment can be performed by at least one first communication device in a set of first communication devices. The set of first communication devices can include at least one first communication device as a transmitter, at least one first communication device as a receiver, or at least one first communication device as a transmitter and at least one first communication device as a receiver. As shown in FIG2 , this embodiment includes steps S110 and S120.

[0025] S110: Receive resource indication information sent by a second communication device.

[0026] S120. Transmit data using the time-frequency resources determined by the resource indication information.

[0027] The second communication device can simultaneously send resource indication information to one or more first communication devices in the first communication device set, so that each first communication device in the first communication device set associated with the resources indicated by the resource indication information can send or receive data on the corresponding time-frequency resources.

[0028] In one embodiment, transmitting data using the time-frequency resources determined by the resource indication information includes:

[0029] Determine, based on the resource indication information, a first communication device as a transmitting end and a first communication device as a receiving end in a set of first communication devices associated with the resources indicated by the resource indication information;

[0030] The first communication device as a transmitting end transmits data on the determined time-frequency resources;

[0031] The first communication device serving as a receiving end receives data on the determined time-frequency resources.

[0032] The first communication device set may include one or more first communication devices, and each first communication device may play a different role during data transmission, and each first communication device may serve as either a transmitter or a receiver. After receiving resource indication information sent by a second communication device, each first communication device in the first communication device set determines the role that each first communication device plays during data transmission based on the resource indication information. If the first communication device serves as a transmitter, the first communication device transmits data on the determined time-frequency resources; if the first communication device serves as a receiver, the first communication device receives data on the determined time-frequency resources.

[0033] In one embodiment, the resource indication information includes at least one of the following: physical layer dynamic indication information; semi-static indication information; and high-layer indication information. In this embodiment, the second communications device may dynamically indicate the resource indication information to the first communications device via the physical layer dynamic indication information, may semi-statically indicate the resource indication information to the first communications device via a combination of semi-static indication information and physical layer dynamic indication information, or may directly configure the resource indication information to the first communications device via high-layer indication information.

[0034] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes physical layer dynamic indication information, the resource indication method applied to at least one first communication device in the first communication device set further includes: receiving at least one group radio network temporary identity (RNTI) assigned by the second communication device; and scrambling the resource indication information using the group RNTI. After each first communication device accesses the network, the second communication device assigns at least one group RNTI to each first communication device, and each group RNTI corresponds to a group of first communication devices. When the second communication device dynamically indicates resource indication information to the first communication device, it can also be understood that when the second communication device sends physical layer dynamic indication information to the first communication device, the resource indication information is scrambled using the group RNTI so that the resource indication information can only be recognized by the first communication device set corresponding to the group RNTI.

[0035] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes physical layer dynamic indication information, the resource indication method applied to at least one first communication device in the first communication device set further includes: the first communication device as the transmitting end sends a resource request to the second communication device, which carries at least the device identification of the first communication device as the receiving end. When the second communication device dynamically indicates the resource indication information, the first communication device as the transmitting end sends a resource request to the second communication device, and the resource request carries the device identification of the first communication device as the receiving end. The first communication device as the receiving end can be one or at least two. The device identification of the first communication device as the receiving end can include at least one of the following: a unicast destination identification; a broadcast destination identification; a multicast destination identification; a unicast link establishment destination identification; a second terminal source identification. The second terminal is the source identification of the first communication device as the receiving end.

[0036] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes physical layer dynamic indication information, the resource indication method applied to at least one first communication device in the set of first communication devices further includes: receiving a position of an indication information field related to the first communication device in the physical layer dynamic indication information transmitted by the second communication device. When the second communication device sends a transmitter identifier list to the first communication device via the physical layer dynamic indication information, the first communication device, as a transmitter, determines its position in the transmitter identifier list using the relevant indication information field to facilitate extraction of its own resource indication information; or, when the second communication device sends a receiver identifier list to the first communication device via the physical layer dynamic indication information, the first communication device, as a receiver, determines its position in the receiver identifier list using the relevant indication information field to facilitate extraction of its own resource indication information; or, when the second communication device sends a transmitter-receiver identifier pair list to the first communication device via the physical layer dynamic indication information, the first communication device, as a receiver or transmitter, determines its position in the transmitter-receiver identifier pair list using the relevant indication information field to facilitate extraction of its own resource indication information.

[0037] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes physical layer dynamic indication information, the resource indication information includes one of the following: group DCI; broadcast DCI. When the resource indication information is group DCI, the group DCI sent by the second communication device to the first communication device can only be recognized by a group of first communication devices. When the resource indication information is broadcast DCI, the broadcast DCI sent by the second communication device to the first communication device can be recognized by all first communication devices in the cell, and the resource indication information can be scrambled using a broadcast RNTI. In one example, the second communication device can configure at least one broadcast RNTI for each first communication device.

[0038] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes at least physical layer dynamic indication information, the resource indication information carries at least one of the following: a transmitter identifier; a receiver identifier; a transmitter-receiver identifier pair; a transmitter identifier list; a receiver identifier list; or a transmitter-receiver identifier pair list. In one example, the transmitter identifier list may include multiple transmitter identifiers, meaning that a second communications device can simultaneously schedule multiple first communications devices as transmitters using the physical layer dynamic indication information. In one example, the receiver identifier list may include multiple receiver identifiers, meaning that a second communications device can use the physical layer dynamic indication information to schedule resources and receive data from multiple first communications devices as receivers. In one example, a transmitter-receiver identifier pair may include a device identifier of a first communications device as a transmitter and a device identifier of a first communications device as a receiver, meaning that the second communications device can use the physical layer dynamic indication information to indicate the same time-frequency resources for sidelink communication to both the first communications device as a transmitter and the first communications device as a receiver. In one example, the transmitter-receiver identifier pair list may include multiple transmitter-receiver identifier pairs, each transmitter-receiver identifier pair including a device identifier of a first communications device as a transmitter and a device identifier of a first communications device as a receiver.

[0039] In one embodiment, the resource indication information carries a transmitter identifier or a list of transmitter identifiers, and when the resource indication information is group DCI, all other first communication devices in the same group as the first communication device that are not identified are receivers. When the second communication device dynamically indicates to the first communication device that the resource indication information is a group DCI, the resource indication information can only be recognized by a group of first communication devices, and there is a group RNTI for the group of first communication devices. The resource indication information indicates a transmitter identifier or a list of transmitter identifiers, where the transmitter identifier can be an identifier unique to a first communication device, and all other first communication devices in the group that are not identified can be regarded as receivers.

[0040] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes higher-layer indication information, the signaling carrying the resource indication information includes one of the following: higher-layer unicast signaling; higher-layer broadcast signaling; and higher-layer multicast signaling. In one example, the higher-layer unicast signaling may be RRC signaling; in another example, the higher-layer broadcast signaling may be System Information Block (SIB) signaling.

[0041] In one embodiment, high-level unicast signaling, high-level broadcast signaling, and high-level multicast signaling each include at least one of the following: a transmitter identifier, a receiver identifier, and time-frequency resource information. Time-frequency resource information refers to the relevant information about the time-frequency resources indicated by the second communication device to one or more first communication devices. In one example, the second communication device can semi-statically configure the time-frequency resources of the first communication device for side link communication through high-level unicast signaling. For a specific time-frequency resource, the second communication device simultaneously configures the time-frequency resources to the first communication device as the transmitter and the first communication device as the receiver associated with the first communication device as the transmitter, and includes the transmitter identifier, the receiver identifier, and the time-frequency resource information in the high-level unicast signaling. In one example, the second communication device can semi-statically schedule time-frequency resources to multiple first communication devices for side link communication through high-level multicast signaling or unicast broadcast signaling. For a specific time-frequency resource, the second communication device simultaneously configures the time-frequency resource to the first communication device serving as the transmitter and multiple first communication devices serving as the receivers associated with the first communication device serving as the transmitter, that is, the second communication device notifies the multiple first communication devices serving as the receivers on the side link of the time-frequency resource through high-level broadcast signaling or high-level multicast signaling, and includes the transmitter identifier, the receiver identifier and the time-frequency resource information in the high-level broadcast signaling or high-level multicast signaling.

[0042] In one embodiment, the transmitter identifier includes one of the following: a first terminal source identifier; a cell radio network temporary identity (C-RNTI); or a pre-assigned dedicated device identifier. The transmitter identifier is an identifier unique to the first communication device. For example, the transmitter identifier can be the source identifier of the first communication device serving as the transmitter, denoted as the first terminal source identifier, or a C-RNTI, or a dedicated device identifier assigned by the second communication device to the first communication device.

[0043] In one embodiment, the receiving end identifier includes one of the following: a unicast destination identifier; a broadcast destination identifier; a multicast destination identifier; a unicast link establishment destination identifier, and a second terminal source identifier. The receiving end identifier can be an identifier unique to a first communication device, such as a second terminal source identifier; it can also be a unicast destination identifier, in which case it can be considered as unicast communication; it can also be a broadcast destination identifier, in which case it can be considered that the receiving end identifier is not unique to a particular first communication device, and all first communication devices in the cell except the first communication device as the transmitter can receive the resource indication information, or all first communication devices in the cell with services associated with the broadcast destination identifier can receive the resource indication information, in which case it can be considered as broadcast communication; it can also be a multicast destination identifier, and the multicast destination identifier corresponds to some first communication devices in the cell, in which case it can be considered as multicast communication; it can also be a unicast link establishment destination identifier, that is, multiple first communication devices in the cell can receive it, but one of the communication devices as the receiver establishes a link with the first communication device as the transmitter.

[0044] In one embodiment, the resource indication method applied to at least one first communication device in the first communication device set further includes: reporting a communication service identifier supported by itself to a second communication device; receiving a receiving end identifier determined by the second communication device based on a mapping relationship between a preset communication service identifier and a destination identifier, and the communication service identifier supported by the first communication device itself. The communication service identifier is used to characterize the communication service indicated by the first communication device itself. Different communication services can be configured with a corresponding communication service identifier. In one example, a corresponding receiving end identifier can be assigned to the first communication device by the second communication device. The first communication device reports the communication service identifier supported by itself to the second communication device, and the second communication device searches for the destination identifier corresponding to the first communication device based on the mapping relationship between the pre-configured communication service identifier and the destination identifier, and the communication service identifier supported by the first communication device itself, and then uses the destination identifier as the corresponding receiving end identifier.

[0045] In one embodiment, a resource indication method applied to at least one first communication device in a set of first communication devices further includes: determining a corresponding receiving end identifier based on a preset mapping relationship between a communication service identifier and a destination identifier, as well as communication service identifiers supported by the first communication device; and reporting the receiving end identifier to a second communication device. In one example, the first communication device determines its own receiving end identifier based on a pre-configured mapping relationship between the communication service identifier and the destination identifier, as well as communication service identifiers supported by the first communication device, and then reports the determined receiving end identifier to the second communication device.

[0046] In one embodiment, when a first communication device as a transmitter performs logical channel multiplexing on a time-frequency resource determined by resource indication information, logical channel multiplexing and transmission of data are performed based on a destination identifier associated with the time-frequency resource. Because a second communication device simultaneously sends resource indication information to the first communication device as a transmitter and the first communication device as a receiver in the first communication device set, when the first communication device as a transmitter performs logical channel multiplexing on the indicated time-frequency resource, logical channel multiplexing and transmission of data are required based on the destination identifier associated with the time-frequency resource, and logical channels without an associated destination identifier cannot perform logical channel multiplexing and transmission of data on the time-frequency resource.

[0047] In one embodiment, a resource indication method applied to at least one first communication device in a first communication device set further includes: receiving feedback indication information sent by a second communication device and carrying feedback device identification indication information or a feedback device identification; when the feedback device identification indication information is a first identification or the feedback device identification is a transmitting end identification, sending corresponding feedback information to the second communication device via the first communication device as a transmitting end; when the feedback device identification indication information is a second identification or the feedback device identification is a receiving end identification, sending corresponding feedback information to the second communication device via at least one first communication device as a receiving end. When indicating resource indication information to the first communication device, the second communication device may indicate to the first communication device the device identification used to send feedback information for side link data. In one example, the device identification sending the feedback information may be the feedback device identification, or may be indicated using the feedback device identification indication information. In one example, the feedback device identification indication information may be indicated using one bit or at least two bits. For example, when the feedback device identification indication information uses one bit, if it is 0, it indicates that the corresponding feedback information is sent to the second communication device by the first communication device as the transmitter; if it is 1, it indicates that the corresponding feedback information is sent to the second communication device by the first communication device as the receiver. In one example, when the feedback device identification is the device identification of the first communication device as the transmitter, the corresponding feedback information is sent to the second communication device by the first communication device as the transmitter; in another example, when the feedback device identification is the device identification of the first communication device as the receiver, the corresponding feedback information is sent to the second communication device by the first communication device as the receiver. In one example, the corresponding feedback information can be sent to the second communication device simultaneously by at least one first communication device as the transmitter and at least one first communication device as the receiver.

[0048] In one embodiment, FIG3 is a flowchart of another resource indication method provided by an embodiment of the present application. This embodiment is applied to the case of simultaneously indicating communication resources to multiple first communication devices. This embodiment can be executed by a second communication device. As shown in FIG3, this embodiment includes: S210.

[0049] S210. Send resource indication information to at least one first communication device in the set of first communication devices, so that the first communication device transmits data through the time-frequency resources determined by the resource indication information.

[0050] In one embodiment, the resource indication information includes at least one of the following: physical layer dynamic indication information; semi-static indication information; and high-layer indication information.

[0051] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes physical layer dynamic indication information, the resource indication method applied to the second communication device further includes: allocating at least one group radio network temporary identifier RNTI to each first communication device, so that the first communication device uses the group RNTI to scramble the resource indication information.

[0052] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes physical layer dynamic indication information, the resource indication method applied to the second communication device further includes: receiving a resource request sent by the first communication device and carrying at least a receiving end identifier.

[0053] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes physical layer dynamic indication information, the resource indication information includes one of the following: group downlink control information DCI; broadcast DCI.

[0054] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes at least physical layer dynamic indication information, the resource indication information carries at least one of the following: a transmitter identifier; a receiver identifier; a transmitter-receiver identifier pair; a transmitter identifier list; a receiver identifier list; a transmitter-receiver identifier pair list.

[0055] In one embodiment, the resource indication information carries a transmitter identifier or a transmitter identifier list, and when the resource indication information is a group DCI, other first communication devices in the same group as the first communication device that are not identified are all receiving ends.

[0056] In one embodiment, when the resource indication information includes higher-layer indication information, the bearer signaling of the resource indication information includes one of the following: higher-layer unicast signaling; higher-layer broadcast signaling; and higher-layer multicast signaling.

[0057] In one embodiment, the high-layer unicast signaling, the high-layer broadcast signaling, and the high-layer multicast signaling each include at least one of the following: a transmitter identifier, a receiver identifier, and time-frequency resource information.

[0058] In one embodiment, the transmitting end identifier includes one of the following: a first terminal source identifier; a cell radio network temporary identifier C-RNTI; or a pre-assigned dedicated device identifier.

[0059] In one embodiment, the receiving end identifier includes one of the following: a unicast destination identifier; a broadcast destination identifier; a multicast destination identifier; a unicast link establishment destination identifier, and a second terminal source identifier.

[0060] In one embodiment, the resource indication method applied to the second communication device also includes: receiving the communication service identifier supported by the first communication device itself reported by the first communication device; determining the corresponding receiving end identifier based on the communication service identifier supported by the first communication device itself, and the mapping relationship between the preset communication service identifier and the destination identifier; and allocating the receiving end identifier to the corresponding first communication device.

[0061] In one embodiment, the resource indication method applied to the second communication device further includes: receiving a receiving end identifier reported by the first communication device.

[0062] In one embodiment, the resource indication method applied to the second communication device further includes:

[0063] Sending feedback indication information carrying feedback device identification indication information or feedback device identification to the first communication device.

[0064] It should be noted that for the explanation of parameters such as resource indication information, group RNTI, receiving end identifier, transmitting end identifier, communication service identifier, etc. in the resource indication method applied to the second communication device, please refer to the description of the corresponding parameters in the above-mentioned resource indication method applied to the first communication device, and will not be repeated here.

[0065] In the following example, taking the first communication device as both a data transmitter and a data receiver, the first communication device as a transmitter is called a transmitting UE, the first communication device as a receiver is called a receiving UE, and the second communication device is a scheduling node (for example, a base station or a head node) as an example, the process of the base station indicating resources to the UE is explained.

[0066] In one example, since the transmitting UE needs to notify the base station of the information of the receiving UE it desires to communicate with, so that the base station can simultaneously indicate the scheduled resources to the transmitting and receiving UEs, the base station can associate a receiving end identifier or destination identifier reported by the transmitting UE with the UEs within the cell. The configuration methods of the UE's receiving end identifier or destination identifier include the following two methods:

[0067] The first configuration method: The base station assigns an ID to each connected UE, including at least one source identifier (also called source ID), at least one broadcast destination identifier (also called broadcast destination ID), at least one multicast destination identifier (also called multicast destination ID), and the member ID of the member in the group.

[0068] Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of the configuration of an edge link communication system provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Figure 4, four UEs are connected to the base station, namely UE1, UE2, UE3 and UE4.

[0069] For SL communication, the base station assigns a source ID to UE1, UE2, UE3, and UE4 respectively. For example, the base station assigns source ID1 to UE1, source ID2 to UE2, source ID3 to UE3, and source ID4 to UE4.

[0070] The base station allocates a broadcast destination identifier to UE1, UE2, UE3 and UE4. For example, the base station allocates a broadcast destination ID1 (also referred to as broadcast destination ID1) to UE1, UE2, UE3 and UE4.

[0071] The base station allocates a multicast destination identifier to UE1, UE3 and UE4. For example, the base station allocates a multicast destination ID1 (also referred to as groupcast destination ID1) to UE1, UE2, UE3 and UE4.

[0072] In this way, both the base station and the UE can associate each ID with the UE itself. The association relationship is:

[0073] Source ID1 corresponds to UE1, Source ID2 corresponds to UE2, Source ID3 corresponds to UE3, and Source ID4 corresponds to UE4;

[0074] Broadcast destination ID1 corresponds to UE1, UE2, UE3, UE4;

[0075] Groupcast destination ID1 corresponds to UE1, UE3, UE4;

[0076] For example, if UE1 wants to transmit unicast information to UE4, then when UE1 requests resources from the base station, UE1 also reports UE4's source ID4. Then, when the base station performs resource scheduling, it will indicate the same SL communication resources to UE1 and UE4.

[0077] The second configuration method: The UE determines the UE ID itself, or the higher layer determines the UE ID (including the UE source ID, multicast destination ID, broadcast destination ID, and member ID within the group), and ensures that the source IDs of UEs in the cell do not conflict. The UE reports the determined ID to the base station, and the base station can identify the association between the UE ID and the UE.

[0078] The UE high layer performing SL communication maps the communication service identifier on the SL communication with the multicast destination ID, the broadcast destination ID, and the destination ID for unicast link establishment according to the mapping relationship between the predetermined communication service identifier (referred to as service ID) and the destination identifier. The SL communication UE determines the corresponding destination ID according to the communication service it supports. The SL UE's own source ID is a pre-configured or self-determined ID. The UE reports the source ID and destination ID determined by itself to the base station.

[0079] As shown in Figure 4, the edge link communication system supports four services on the SL, and the corresponding communication service identifiers are service ID0, service ID1, service ID2, and service ID3 respectively;

[0080] UE1 determines source ID1 by itself, UE2 determines source ID2 by itself, UE3 determines source ID3 by itself, and UE4 determines source ID4 by itself;

[0081] In addition, the correspondence between the high-level matching communication service identifier and the destination ID of the SL UE is:

[0082] Service ID0 corresponds to broadcast destination ID1;

[0083] Service ID1 corresponds to broadcast destination ID2;

[0084] Service ID2 corresponds to broadcast destination ID3;

[0085] Service ID3 corresponds to broadcast destination ID4.

[0086] If UE1 supports Service ID0 and Service ID1, then the destination IDs supported by UE1 are broadcast destination ID1 and broadcast destination ID2;

[0087] If UE2 supports Service ID0 and Service ID3, then the destination IDs supported by UE2 are broadcast destination ID1 and broadcast destination ID4;

[0088] If UE3 supports Service ID0 and Service ID1, then the destination IDs supported by UE3 are broadcast destination ID1 and broadcast destination ID2;

[0089] If UE4 supports Service ID0, Service ID1, Service ID2 and Service ID3, then the destination IDs supported by UE4 are broadcast destination ID1, broadcast destination ID2, broadcast destination ID3 and broadcast destination ID4.

[0090] Furthermore, each UE reports its own source ID and destination ID to the base station, and the base station can match the source ID and destination ID with the UE accessing the cell. For example, when the base station sees the broadcast destination ID2 reported by a UE, it can determine that the UEs corresponding to the broadcast ID2 as the receiving end include UE1, UE3 and UE4.

[0091] In one example, when the transmitting UE requests resources from the scheduling node (e.g., the head node or base station), it also reports the device identifier (also referred to as the destination ID) of the first communication device serving as the receiving end; wherein the destination ID may include one of the following: the source ID of another UE, the broadcast destination ID, the multicast destination ID, the default link establishment destination ID, and the unicast destination ID.

[0092] In one example, the resource indication information is group DCI. This means the base station dynamically indicates to the UE that the DCI is group common DCI, which is recognizable only by a group of UEs. This group of UEs has a group RNTI for scrambling. After a UE accesses the network, the base station allocates at least one group RNTI to each UE, with each group RNTI corresponding to a group of UEs.

[0093] The transmitting end identifier (referred to as the transmitting UE ID) and the receiving end identifier (referred to as the receiving UE ID) are indicated in the group common DCI, where the transmitting UE ID is a UE-specific ID, such as the UE source ID, UE C-RNTI, and the UE-specific device ID assigned to the UE by the base station;

[0094] The receiving UE ID may be a UE-specific ID, such as a UE source ID, in which case it may be considered unicast communication;

[0095] Alternatively, the receiving UE ID is a broadcast destination ID, which means that this ID is not specific to a certain UE and can be received by all other UEs in the cell, or all UEs in the cell with services associated with the broadcast ID can receive it. In this case, it can be considered as broadcast communication;

[0096] Alternatively, the receiving UE ID is a multicast ID, and the multicast ID corresponds to a part of UEs in the cell. In this case, it can be considered as multicast communication.

[0097] The UEs in the group that receive the group common DCI can determine the communication resources on the SL, and the transmitting UE transmits data on the communication resources, and the receiving UE receives data on the communication resources.

[0098] In one example, the resource indication information is a group DCI, that is, the dynamic indication DCI of the base station is a group common DCI, which can only be recognized by a group of UEs, and the group of UEs has a group RNTI.

[0099] The transmitting end identifier (abbreviated as transmitting UE ID) is indicated in the DCI, where the transmitting UE ID is a unique ID of a UE, and other UEs in the group that are not indicated with an ID can be considered as receiving UEs.

[0100] The UEs in the group that receive the group common DCI can determine the communication resources on the SL, the transmitting UE transmits data on the communication resources, and the receiving UE receives data on the communication resources.

[0101] In one example, the resource indication information is a broadcast DCI, that is, the base station's dynamic indication DCI is a broadcast DCI, which can be recognized by all UEs in the cell and is scrambled using a broadcast RNTI (the base station will configure at least one broadcast RNTI for each UE);

[0102] The broadcast DCI indicates the transmitter ID (referred to as the transmitting UE ID) and the receiver ID (referred to as the receiving UE ID). The transmitting UE ID is a UE-specific ID, and the receiving UE ID can be a UE-specific ID. In this case, it can be considered as unicast communication;

[0103] Alternatively, the receiving UE ID is a broadcast destination ID, which means that this ID is not specific to a certain UE and can be received by all other UEs in the cell. In this case, it can be considered as broadcast communication;

[0104] Alternatively, the receiving UE ID is a multicast destination ID, and the multicast ID corresponds to a part of UEs in the cell. In this case, it can be considered as multicast communication.

[0105] In one example, the base station semi-statically configures the time-frequency resources (configured grant resource) of the SL UE through RRC unicast signaling. For a specific time-frequency resource, the RRC unicast signaling simultaneously configures the time-frequency resource to the transmitting UE and the associated receiving UE. The RRC configuration signaling includes the transmitting end identifier, the receiving end identifier, and the time-frequency resource information, etc.

[0106] In one example, the base station notifies the UE on the SL of the time-frequency resources by broadcasting a signaling SIB message. The SIB signaling includes a transmitter identifier, a receiver identifier, and time-frequency resource information.

[0107] In one example, since the communication resources indicated by the base station are notified to the transmitting UE and the receiving UE at the same time, when the MAC of the transmitting UE performs logical channel multiplexing on the indicated communication resources, it needs to be based on the purpose ID associated with the communication resources. Logical channels with unassociated purpose IDs cannot be multiplexed on the time-frequency resources.

[0108] Figure 5 is a schematic diagram of a logical channel multiplexing implementation provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in (a) of Figure 5, the purpose identifier associated with resource 1 is UE2, and the purpose identifier associated with resource 2 is UE3. When UE1 as the transmitter performs logical channel multiplexing on the indicated resource 1, the logical channel of UE2 can be multiplexed on resource 1. When UE1 as the transmitter performs logical channel multiplexing on the indicated resource 2, the logical channel of UE3 can be multiplexed on resource 2. That is, Figure (a) in Figure 5 is allowed; as shown in (b) of Figure 5, the purpose identifier associated with resource 1 is UE3, and the purpose identifier associated with resource 2 is UE2. When UE1 as the transmitter performs logical channel multiplexing on the indicated resource 1, the logical channel of UE2 cannot be multiplexed on resource 1. When UE1 as the transmitter performs logical channel multiplexing on the indicated resource 2, the logical channel of UE3 cannot be multiplexed on resource 2. That is, Figure (b) will be wrong and is not allowed. That is to say, after UE1 as the transmitting end obtains the grant resources, it needs to consider the destination ID when performing channel multiplexing; it is not like the legacy SL communication method, where the base station indicates the resources to the transmitting UE, and UE1 as the transmitting end can send data to UE2 or UE3 on resource 1.

[0109] In one example, when indicating scheduling information, the base station may indicate the feedback device identifier or feedback device identifier indication information of the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback information of the SL data. For example, the device of the feedback information may be directly indicated to the base station through the feedback device identifier, for example, instructing the transmitting UE to feedback HARQ to the base station, or instructing the receiving UE to feedback HARQ to the base station; the receiving UE feedbacks HARQ to the base station including: feedback to the base station through the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), or the receiving UE feedbacks HARQ to the base station through the physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH).
