Technical Field
[0002] The present application relates to the field of headphones, and in particular to a headphone box and a headphone box assembly. Background Art
[0003] With the continuous development of electronic technology and users' increasing demand for portability, wireless headphones are becoming increasingly popular. Typically, wireless headphones are used in conjunction with a headphone case that can store and charge the wireless headphones. The headphone case is equipped with a first charging pin group and a second charging pin group. The first charging pin group is matched to charge the left earphone, and the second charging pin group is matched to charge the right earphone. If either the first charging pin group or the second charging pin group malfunctions, either the left or right earphone will not be able to charge.
[0004] Summary of the Invention
[0005] The present application provides an earphone box and an earphone box assembly.
[0006] In the first aspect, the present application provides an earphone box. The earphone box includes a box body, a first charging pin group, and a second charging pin group. The first charging pin group and the second charging pin group are arranged on the box body, and the first charging pin group and the second charging pin group are arranged at intervals along the first direction. The first charging pin group is used to charge the first earphone, and the second charging pin group is used to charge the second earphone. The first charging pin group includes a first positive charging pin and a first negative charging pin, and the first positive charging pin and the first negative charging pin are arranged at intervals along the second direction, and the second direction is different from the first direction. The second charging pin group includes a second positive charging pin and a second negative charging pin, and the second positive charging pin and the second negative charging pin are arranged at intervals along a third direction, and the third direction is different from the first direction. The line connecting the first positive charging pin and the second positive charging pin is a first line, and the line connecting the first negative charging pin and the second negative charging pin is a second line, and the first line and the second line are arranged crosswise.
[0007] It's understood that the first positive and first negative charging pins in the first charging slot are arranged in opposite directions to the second positive and second negative charging pins in the second charging slot. This allows the earphone case to charge both the first and second earphones, allowing them to be charged in either the first or second slot. In other words, there's no need to distinguish between left and right earphones when charging the first and second earphones. For example, the first positive and first negative charging pins can charge the first earphone. When the first earphone is flipped over and connected to the second charging pin group, the second positive and second negative charging pins can be oriented in the same direction relative to the first earphone, allowing the second charging pin group to charge the first earphone. The same applies to charging the second earphone. This way, if one of the first and second charging pin groups malfunctions while the earphone case is charging the first and second earphones, the first and second earphones can be charged using the remaining intact charging pin group.
[0008] In one possible implementation, the distance between the second positive charging pin and the first negative charging pin is smaller than the distance between the second negative charging pin and the first positive charging pin.
[0009] It is understood that when the first and second earphones are charging, the first earphone can be rotated a certain angle away from the second charging pin group. The second earphone body can also be rotated a certain angle away from the first charging pin group. In this way, while the distance between the first positive charging pin and the second negative charging pin remains unchanged, the distance between the earphone box in the first direction can be reduced.
[0010] In one possible implementation, the distance between the first positive charging pin and the first negative charging pin is equal to the distance between the second positive charging pin and the second negative charging pin.
[0011] In one possible implementation, the first positive charging pin and the second negative charging pin are symmetrical about a symmetry plane, and the first negative charging pin and the second positive charging pin are symmetrical about the symmetry plane, and the symmetry plane is perpendicular to the first direction.
[0012] It is understandable that when the first earphone and the second earphone are charging in the earphone box, the first earphone and the second earphone can be arranged symmetrically about the symmetrical plane, which is convenient for the user to take and put.
[0013] In one possible implementation, the box body includes an earphone holder and a shell, the earphone holder is connected to the inner side of the shell, and the earphone holder and the shell enclose a storage space. The earphone box also includes a battery, and the battery is arranged in the storage space. The earphone holder is provided with a first charging slot and a second charging slot, and the first charging slot, the second charging slot and the storage space are spaced apart from each other. The first positive charging pin and the first negative charging pin are provided on the earphone holder, one end of the first positive charging pin and one end of the first negative charging pin are exposed relative to the first charging slot, and the other end of the first positive charging pin and the other end of the first negative charging pin are located in the storage space and are electrically connected to the battery. The second positive charging pin and the second negative charging pin are provided on the earphone holder, one end of the second positive charging pin and one end of the second negative charging pin are exposed relative to the second charging slot, and the other end of the second positive charging pin and the other end of the second negative charging pin are located in the storage space and are electrically connected to the battery.
[0014] In one possible implementation, the housing is provided with a charging channel that communicates with the accommodating space. The earphone case includes a USB male connector, which is spaced apart from the battery. A portion of the USB male connector is disposed within the accommodating space, and a portion is disposed within the charging channel. The USB male connector is electrically connected to a first positive charging pin, a first negative charging pin, a second positive charging pin, and a second negative charging pin. This allows the earphone case to be charged using USB wired charging.
[0015] In one possible implementation, the earphone box includes a speaker disposed within the housing, the speaker being spaced apart from the USB male connector and the battery. A gap is defined between the USB male connector and the wall of the charging channel, and sound emitted by the speaker is transmitted through the gap and the charging channel to the outside of the box.
[0016] It is understandable that the speaker sound and the earphone box charging can share the charging channel, which can avoid the need to open additional holes in the shell for the speaker sound, reduce a process, and save the preparation cost of the earphone box.
[0017] In one possible implementation, the earphone case includes a wireless charging coil located within the housing, with the wireless charging coil and the battery spaced apart. The wireless charging coil is electrically connected to a first positive charging pin, a first negative charging pin, a second positive charging pin, and a second negative charging pin. In this manner, the earphone case can be charged wirelessly.
[0018] In one possible implementation, the earphone case further includes a protective cover and a first rotating shaft, wherein the protective cover is rotatably connected to one end of the housing. A middle portion of the first rotating shaft is fixed to the housing, a first end portion of the first rotating shaft and a second end portion of the first rotating shaft are rotatably connected to the protective cover, and a middle portion of the first rotating shaft is connected between the first end portion and the second end portion of the first rotating shaft.
[0019] It can be understood that using the housing to fix the first rotating shaft can eliminate the need for an additional fixing structure to fix the first rotating shaft, and the connection strength between the first rotating shaft and the housing is better, and the assembly process is simpler.
[0020] In one possible implementation, the housing includes a main body and a convex portion, the convex portion is protruding from a surface of the main body facing the protective cover, the earphone holder is connected to an inner side of the main body, and a middle portion of the first rotating shaft is fixed to the convex portion.
[0021] It can be understood that the protrusion is provided on the surface of the main body facing the protective cover, and the middle portion of the first rotating shaft is fixed to the protrusion. In other words, the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the side of the main body near the protective cover. Compared to the technical solution of fixing the first rotating shaft to the side of the main body away from the protective cover, this solution can save internal space of the housing, avoiding the first rotating shaft and the corresponding fixing structure from occupying the internal space of the housing.
[0022] In one possible implementation, the earphone support is arranged obliquely relative to the side wall of the housing.
[0023] It is understood that when the first and second earphones are located within the earphone case, the first and second earphones are mounted on the earphone holder. When the earphone holder is tilted relative to the sidewall of the housing, the first and second earphones can also be tilted relative to the sidewall of the housing. This allows the earphones to be lowered within the housing, facilitating a reduction in the height of the housing.
[0024] In a second aspect, the present application provides an earphone box assembly. The earphone box assembly includes earphones and an earphone box, wherein the earphones are disposed within the earphone box. It is understood that the earphone box can be used to protect the earphones. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0062] The embodiments of the present application are described below in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
[0063] In the description of the embodiments of the present application, it should be noted that, unless otherwise clearly specified and limited, the terms "installation" and "connection" should be understood in a broad sense. For example, "connection" can be a detachable connection or a non-detachable connection; it can be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium. Among them, "fixed connection" means that they are connected to each other and the relative position relationship after connection remains unchanged. It should be understood that when component A is fixedly connected to component C through component B, changes in the relative position relationship due to the deformation of component A, component B and component C itself are allowed. Among them, the two components are integrated into an integrated structure through an one-piece molding process, which means that in the process of forming one of the two components, the component is connected to the other component, and there is no need to connect the two components together through reprocessing (such as bonding, welding, snap connection, screw connection).
[0064] The directional terms mentioned in the embodiments of the present application, such as "upper", "lower", "side", etc., are only references to the directions of the drawings. Therefore, the directional terms used are for better and clearer explanation and understanding of the embodiments of the present application, rather than indicating or implying that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be understood as a limitation on the embodiments of the present application.
[0065] The term "plurality" means at least two. The term "above" includes the number itself. The term "and / or" is a description of an association relationship between associated objects, indicating that three relationships may exist. For example, A and / or B can mean: A exists alone, A and B exist at the same time, and B exists alone. Terms such as "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and cannot be understood as implying or suggesting relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Therefore, the features defined as "first" and "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features.
[0066] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of an embodiment of an earphone box assembly 1000 provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 2a is a schematic diagram of the structure of an embodiment of the earphone box 100 shown in Figure 1 in a closed state. Figure 2b is a schematic diagram of the structure of an embodiment of the earphone box 100 shown in Figure 1 in an open state.
[0067] As shown in Figures 1, 2a, and 2b, the earphone case assembly 1000 may include an earphone case 100 and earphones 200. The earphone case 100 may be used to store and charge wireless earphones. The earphones may be in-ear, semi-open, or open-ear styles. This application uses clip-on wireless earphones as an example.
[0068] For example, the earphone box 100 can simultaneously accommodate two earphones 200 and charge the two earphones 200. For the convenience of description, the two earphones 200 are respectively referred to as the first earphone and the second earphone (the first earphone is the earphone on the left in Figure 1, and the second earphone is the earphone on the right in Figure 1).
[0069] In some embodiments, the first earphone and the second earphone may be the same, that is, the first earphone and the second earphone may have the same appearance and internal component arrangement.
[0070] The earphone case 100 may have a storage space 40, which may be used to accommodate the earphones 200. The earphone case 100 may include a closed state (as shown in FIG2a ) and an open state (as shown in FIG2b ). When the earphone case 100 is in the open state, the storage space 40 is exposed. When the earphones 200 are in the earphone case 100, the earphones 200 in the earphone case 100 can be exposed, and the user can remove the earphones 200, or the user can place the earphones 200 in the storage space 40.
[0071] The earphone box 100 may be a vertical opening and closing earphone box or a push-pull opening and closing earphone box, etc. This application takes the vertical opening and closing earphone box 100 as an example for introduction.
[0072] For the convenience of description, the width direction of the earphone box 100 is defined as the X-axis, the thickness direction of the earphone box 100 is defined as the Y-axis, and the height direction of the earphone box 100 is defined as the Z-axis.
[0073] In some embodiments, the width of the earphone box 100 is W, the thickness of the earphone box 100 is D, and the height of the earphone box 100 is H, and the relationship among the three satisfies W>H>D.
[0074] FIG3 is an exploded schematic diagram of an embodiment of the earphone box 100 shown in FIG2a.
[0075] As shown in Figure 3, the earphone box 100 may include a charging box 10, a protective cover 20, and a rotating assembly 30. The rotating assembly 30 is rotatably connected to the charging box 10. The rotating assembly 30 is rotatably connected to the protective cover 20. The charging box 10 and the protective cover 20 can be rotated relative to each other via the rotating assembly 30, thereby enabling the earphone box 100 to switch between a closed state and an open state.
[0076] Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the charging box 10 shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 5 is an exploded schematic diagram of an embodiment of the charging box 10 shown in Fig. 4.
[0077] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the charging case 10 may include a case body 1, a first charging pin group 2, a second charging pin group 3, a battery module 4, a mainboard 5, a charging coil module 6, a first bracket 7, an antenna 8, a speaker 9, a magnet module 19 (structure within the dashed box), and a first flexible circuit board 18. [0078] Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the earphone holder 11 shown in Fig. 5. Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the earphone holder 11 shown in Fig. 6 at another angle.
[0079] As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the earphone holder 11 has a top surface 111 and a bottom surface 112. The top surface 111 and the bottom surface 112 are arranged back to back. The earphone holder 11 may have a first charging slot 13 and a second charging slot 14. The opening of the first charging slot 13 and the opening of the second charging slot 14 may be located on the top surface 111 of the earphone holder 11. The first charging slot 13 and the second charging slot 14 may be arranged at intervals along the first direction. It is understandable that the first charging slot 13 and the second charging slot 14 can be used to accommodate the earphone 200. Figure 6 illustrates the example of the first direction being parallel to the X-axis direction. In other embodiments, the first direction may also be any direction in the XY plane. The third charging port 117 and the fourth charging port 118 are located within the second charging slot 14 and are spaced apart.
[0081] In some embodiments, the first charging slot 13 and the second charging slot 14 may be symmetrical about a symmetry plane S. The first direction is perpendicular to the symmetry plane S. FIG6 illustrates an example in which the symmetry plane S is parallel to the YZ plane.
[0082] In some embodiments, the opening of the first charging slot 13 may have a first major axis L1 (the first major axis L1 is a virtual line segment, schematically represented by a dotted line in FIG6 ). The first major axis L1 is the line connecting the two points on the opening of the first charging slot 13 that are farthest apart. The projection of the first major axis L1 on the XY plane is set at an angle to the Y-axis. For example, the angle can be 2°, 5°, or 8°.
[0083] In some embodiments, the opening of the second charging slot 14 may have a second major axis L2 (the second major axis L2 is a virtual line segment, schematically represented by a dotted line in FIG6 ). The second major axis L2 is the line connecting the two points on the opening of the second charging slot 14 that are farthest apart. The projection of the second major axis L2 on the XY plane is arranged at an angle to the Y-axis. For example, the angle may be 2°, 5°, or 8°.
[0084] In some embodiments, the first charging hole 115 and the fourth charging hole 118 may be symmetrical about a symmetry plane S.
[0085] In some embodiments, the second charging hole 116 and the third charging hole 117 may be symmetrical about a symmetry plane S.
[0086] The headphone holder 11 may further include a first receiving slot 23 and a second receiving slot 24. The first receiving slot 23 and the second receiving slot 24 may be spaced apart along the first direction. The first receiving slot 23 and the second receiving slot 24 may also be used to accommodate the headphones 200. For example, when the first and second headphones are clip-on headphones 200, the first receiving slot 23 may cooperate with the first charging slot 13 to accommodate the first headphone. The second receiving slot 24 may cooperate with the second charging slot 14 to accommodate the second headphone.
[0087] For example, the first receiving slot 23, the second receiving slot 24, the first charging slot 13, and the second charging slot 14 are spaced apart. The first receiving slot 23 can be located on a side of the first charging slot 13 that is away from the second charging slot 14. The second receiving slot 24 can be located on a side of the second charging slot 14 that is away from the first charging slot 13. That is, the first charging slot 13 and the second charging slot 14 can be located between the first receiving slot 23 and the second receiving slot 24.
[0088] In other embodiments, the first receiving slot 23 may be located on a side of the first charging slot 13 that is close to the second charging slot 14. The second receiving slot 24 may be located on a side of the second charging slot 14 that is close to the first charging slot 13. The first receiving slot 23 and the second receiving slot 24 may be located between the first charging slot 13 and the second charging slot 14.
[0089] In some embodiments, the first receiving groove 23 and the second receiving groove 24 may be symmetrical about a symmetry plane S.
[0090] The headphone holder 11 may further have a first groove 1121, a second groove 1122, a third groove 1123, and a fourth groove 1124. The openings of the first groove 1121, the second groove 1122, the third groove 1123, and the fourth groove 1124 may be located on the bottom surface 112 of the headphone holder 11.
[0091] In some embodiments, the headphone holder 11 may further include a first positioning post 113. The first positioning post 113 may be adjacent to and spaced apart from the first charging hole 115. The first positioning post 113 is located on one side of the bottom surface 112 of the headphone holder 11.
[0092] For example, there may be two first positioning posts 113 , and the two first positioning posts 113 may be arranged along the first direction and located on both sides of the first charging hole 115 .
[0093] In some embodiments, the headphone holder 11 may further include a second positioning post 114. The second positioning post 114 may be adjacent to and spaced apart from the second charging port 116. The headphone holder 11 may further include a third positioning post 25. The third positioning post 25 may be adjacent to and spaced apart from the third charging port 117. The headphone holder 11 may further include a fourth positioning post 26. The fourth positioning post 26 may be adjacent to and spaced apart from the fourth charging port 118. The arrangement of the second positioning post 114, the third positioning post 25, and the fourth positioning post 26 may refer to the arrangement of the first positioning post 113 and will not be further described here.
[0094] FIG8 is a schematic assembly diagram of a portion of the structure of the charging box 10 shown in FIG5 .
[0095] As shown in Figure 8, the first and second charging pin groups 2 and 3 are mounted on the headphone holder 11. The first and second charging pin groups 2 and 3 can be spaced apart along the first direction. For example, one end of the first positive charging pin 21 and one end of the first negative charging pin 22 are exposed within the first charging slot 13. One end of the second positive charging pin 31 and one end of the second negative charging pin 32 are exposed within the second charging slot 14.
[0096] For example, the first positive charging pin 21 can be located in the first charging hole 115. The first negative charging pin 22 can be located in the second charging hole 116. The second positive charging pin 31 can be located in the third charging hole 117. The second positive charging pin 31 can be located in the third charging hole 117. The second negative charging pin 32 can be located in the fourth charging hole 118.
[0097] In some embodiments, the first positive charging pins 21 and the first negative charging pins 22 may be arranged at intervals along a second direction that is different from the first direction.
[0098] In some embodiments, the second positive charging pins 31 and the second negative charging pins 32 may be spaced apart along a third direction. The third direction is different from the first direction. It is understood that the third direction and the second direction may be the same or different. [0100] FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the structure shown in FIG. 8 taken along section line AA.
[0101] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, the first positive charging pin 21 may include a first end 211 and a second end 212 spaced apart along its length. The first charging pin is disposed within the first charging port 115, with the first end 211 of the first positive charging pin 21 exposed within the first charging slot 13 and the second end 212 exposed from the bottom surface 112 of the headphone holder 11. The arrangement of the first negative charging pin 22 and the second charging port 116, the arrangement of the second positive charging pin 31 and the third charging port 117, and the arrangement of the second negative charging pin 32 and the fourth charging port 118 can be referenced to the arrangement of the first positive charging pin 21 and the first charging port 115, and will not be further described here.
[0102] The line connecting the first positive charging pin 21 and the second positive charging pin 31 is a first line. The line connecting the first negative charging pin 22 and the second negative charging pin 32 is a second line. The first line and the second line are arranged to intersect. It should be noted that the intersecting arrangement here means that the projection of the first line on the XY plane and the projection of the second line on the XY plane intersect. In space, the first line and the second line may or may not intersect.
[0103] It is understandable that the arrangement direction of the first positive charging needle 21 and the first negative charging needle 22 in the first charging slot 13 and the arrangement direction of the second positive charging needle 31 and the second negative charging needle 32 in the second charging slot 14 are set opposite. In this way, when the earphone box 100 is used to charge the first earphone and the second earphone, the first earphone can be charged in the first charging slot 13, or it can be charged in the second charging slot 14 after rotating the angle (for example, the first earphone is charged in the first charging slot, or it can be rotated 180° in the XY plane and charged in the second charging slot). The same is true for the second earphone. In other words, when charging the first earphone and the second earphone, there is no need to distinguish between the left and right ears. The first positive charging needle 21 and the first negative charging needle 22 can charge the first earphone or the second earphone. The second positive charging needle 31 and the second negative charging needle 32 can charge the first earphone or the second earphone. In this way, the user experience is better.
[0104] For example, a line connecting the center of the first positive charging pin 21 and the center of the second positive charging pin 31 is a first line, and a line connecting the center of the first negative charging pin 22 and the center of the second negative charging pin 32 is a second line.
[0105] In some embodiments, the distance between the first positive charging pin 21 and the first negative charging pin 22 may be equal to the distance between the second positive charging pin 31 and the second negative charging pin 32 .
[0106] In some embodiments, the first positive charging pin 21 and the second negative charging pin 32 may be symmetrical about a symmetry plane S. The first negative charging pin 22 and the second positive charging pin 31 may be symmetrical about the symmetry plane S.
[0107] In some embodiments, the distance between the second positive charging pin 31 and the first negative charging pin 22 can be smaller than the distance between the second negative charging pin 32 and the first positive charging pin 21. The first positive charging pin 21, the first negative charging pin 22, the second positive charging pin 31, and the second negative charging pin 32 can be arranged in an "eight" shape. That is, the first connecting line and the second connecting line can form an "eight" shape.
[0108] In some embodiments, the projection of the first line on the XY plane is the first projection. The first projection can be set at an angle to the Y axis. For example, the angle can be 2°, 5°, or 8°.
[0109] In some embodiments, the projection of the first line on the YZ plane is the second projection. The second projection can be set at an angle to the Y axis. For example, the angle can be 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, etc. When the first earphone is charging, it can be placed at an angle relative to the XY plane to reduce the height of the charging box 10.
[0110] FIG10 is a schematic assembly diagram of a portion of the structure of the charging box 10 shown in FIG5 .
[0111] As shown in Figures 5 and 10, magnet 19 may include a first magnet 191, a second magnet 192, a third magnet 193, and a fourth magnet 194. First magnet 191 is correspondingly disposed in first groove 1121. Second magnet 192 is correspondingly disposed in second groove 1122. Third magnet 193 is correspondingly disposed in third groove 1123. Fourth magnet 194 is correspondingly disposed in fourth groove 1124. For example, first magnet 191, second magnet 192, third magnet 193, and fourth magnet 194 may be arranged in a spaced-apart arrangement along the first direction.
[0112] The magnet 19 may further include a first attraction magnet 19. When the earphone box 100 is switched from the open state to the closed state, the first attraction magnet 19 may be used to help the protective cover 20 return to its original position.
[0113] FIG11 is a schematic assembly diagram of a portion of the structure of the charging box 10 shown in FIG5 .
[0114] As shown in Figure 11, the first flexible circuit board 18 can be fixedly connected to the bottom surface 112 of the headphone holder 11. The first positive charging pin 21, the first negative charging pin 22, the second positive charging pin 31, and the second negative charging pin 32 are all connected to the first flexible circuit board 18 and electrically connected to the first flexible circuit board 18. The first flexible circuit board 18 can be used to transmit electrical signals to the first positive charging pin 21, the first negative charging pin 22, the second positive charging pin 31, and the second negative charging pin 32. For example, when the first charging pin is positioned within the first charging hole 115, the second end 212 of the first positive charging pin 21 is exposed at the bottom surface 112 of the headphone holder 11. The first flexible circuit board 18 has a first electrical connection portion 182. The first electrical connection portion 182 is used to transmit electrical signals to the first positive charging pin 21. The second end 212 of the first positive charging pin 21 can be connected to the first electrical connection portion 182 of the first flexible circuit board 18 and electrically connected to the first electrical connection portion 182.
[0115] In some embodiments, the first flexible circuit board 18 is provided with a clearance hole 181. When the flexible circuit board is fixedly connected to the bottom surface 112 of the headphone holder 11, the positioning post is located within the clearance hole 181. Thus, the first positioning post 113 can assist in positioning the first flexible circuit board 18 during installation, helping to quickly position the first positive charging pin 21 to connect with the first flexible circuit board 18. This also reduces the risk of displacement of the first flexible circuit board 18, which could lead to a disconnection between the first positive charging pin 21 and the first flexible circuit board 18.
[0116] Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the housing 12 shown in Fig. 5. Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of the housing 12 shown in Fig. 12 at another angle.
[0117] As shown in Figures 12 and 13, the housing 12 may include a body portion 121 and a protrusion 122. The protrusion 122 may be connected to a top surface 1219 of the body portion 121. The top surfaces of the first side wall 1211, the second side wall 1212, the third side wall 1213, and the fourth side wall 1214 constitute the top surface 1219 of the main body 121.
[0119] The housing 12 may be provided with a first through-hole 123, a second through-hole 124, and a charging channel 125. The first through-hole 123, the second through-hole 124, and the charging channel 125 are all connected to the first groove 1121. The first through-hole 123, the second through-hole 124, and the charging channel 125 are spaced apart from each other. For example, the first through-hole 123 may be provided on the first side wall 1211 and connected to the first groove 1121. The second through-hole 124 may be provided on the third side wall 1213 and connected to the first groove 1121. The charging channel 125 may be provided on the bottom wall 1215 and connected to the first groove 1121.
[0120] The convex portion 122 may be provided with a first rotation hole 1221 and a second rotation hole 1222. Along the Z-axis, the first rotation hole 1221 and the second rotation hole 1222 are spaced apart. For example, the length direction of the first rotation hole 1221 may be the first direction. The length direction of the second rotation hole 1222 may also be the first direction.
[0121] In some embodiments, the third sidewall 1213 , the fourth sidewall 1214 , and the bottom wall 1215 may be curved.
[0122] In some embodiments, the first side wall 1211 , the second side wall 1212 , the third side wall 1213 , the fourth side wall 1214 and the bottom wall 1215 may be an integrally formed structural member.
[0123] FIG14 is an exploded schematic diagram of an embodiment of the battery module 4 shown in FIG5 .
[0124] As shown in Figure 14, the battery module 4 may include a battery box 41 and batteries 42. The batteries 42 are disposed within the battery box 41. The battery box 41 is used to store and protect the batteries 42. For example, the battery box 41 may include a frame 411 and a cover 412. The cover 412 is connected to the frame 411. The frame 411 and the cover 412 enclose a first space 43. The batteries 42 are located within the first space 43.
[0125] In some embodiments, the frame 411 of the battery box 41 may be made of plastic, so that the battery box 41 is lightweight.
[0126] In some embodiments, the cover 412 of the battery box 41 can be made of stainless steel. When the battery 42 catches fire, the stainless steel cover 412 can block the fire.
[0127] In other embodiments, the battery box 41 may not include the cover 412 .
[0128] FIG15 is a partial cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the charging box 10 shown in FIG4 at section line BB.
[0129] As shown in Figure 15, the earphone holder 11 can be connected to the inner side of the housing 12, and the earphone holder 11 and the housing 12 can enclose a storage space 130. For example, the earphone holder 11 can be connected to the inner side of the main body 121. The earphone holder 11 and the main body 121 can enclose a storage space 130. The first magnet 191, the second magnet 192, the third magnet 193, the fourth magnet 194, the first flexible circuit board 18, the main board 5, and the battery module 4 can all be located within the storage space 130. The first flexible circuit board 18 is connected to and electrically connected to the main board 5. The battery module 4 is connected to and electrically connected to the main board 5. In this way, the current from the battery module 4 can be conducted through the main board 5 and the first flexible circuit board 18 to the charging pins, thereby charging the earphones 200.
[0130] Exemplarily, the first charging slot 13 and the second charging slot 14 are spaced apart from the accommodating space 130 .
[0131] As shown in Figures 8, 9, and 15, one end of the first positive charging pin 21 and one end of the first negative charging pin 22 are exposed within the first charging slot 13. The other ends of the first positive charging pin 21 and the other ends of the first negative charging pin 22 are located within the accommodating space 130 and are electrically connected to the battery 42. One end of the second positive charging pin 31 and one end of the second negative charging pin 32 are exposed within the second charging slot 14. The other ends of the second positive charging pin 31 and the other ends of the second negative charging pin 32 are located within the accommodating space 130 and are electrically connected to the battery 42.
[0132] In some embodiments, the first positive charging pin 21, the first negative charging pin 22, the second positive charging pin 31, and the second negative charging pin 32 can be connected to the first flexible circuit board 18 and electrically connected to the first flexible circuit board 18. The first positive charging pin 21, the first negative charging pin 22, the second positive charging pin 31, and the second negative charging pin 32 can be electrically connected to the battery 42 through the first flexible circuit board 18.
[0133] Illustratively, along the Z-axis direction, the first magnet 191 and the first charging slot 13 are arranged opposite to each other. The second magnet 192 and the second charging slot 14 are arranged opposite to each other. The third magnet 193 is located between the first charging slot 13 and the first receiving slot 23. The fourth magnet 194 can be located between the second charging slot 14 and the second receiving slot 24. It can be understood that the first magnet 191 and the third magnet 193 can be used to cooperate with the magnet inside the first earphone, and when the first earphone is placed into the earphone box, it can help the first earphone to be quickly positioned in the first charging slot 13 and the first receiving slot 23. The second magnet 192 and the fourth magnet 194 can be used to cooperate with the magnet inside the second earphone, and when the second earphone is placed into the earphone box, it can help the second earphone to be quickly positioned in the second charging slot 14 and the second receiving slot 24.
[0134] For example, along the Z-axis, the mainboard 5, the battery module 4, and the earphone holder 11 are stacked. The battery module 4 is located between the earphone holder 11 and the mainboard 5. The mainboard 5 can be fixedly connected to the side of the battery box 41 away from the earphone holder 11.
[0135] In some embodiments, the charging case 10 may further include a button module 17. The button module 17 may be fixed to the main body 121. The button module 17 may be connected to the second electrical connection portion 183 of the first flexible circuit board 18 and electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion 183 of the first flexible circuit board 18.
[0136] In some embodiments, the button module 17 can be connected to the pairing switch of the earphone box, and the user can put the earphone box into Bluetooth pairing state by pressing the button module 17.
[0137] FIG16 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the first bracket 7 shown in FIG5 .
[0138] As shown in Figure 16, the first bracket 7 includes a top surface 71 and a bottom surface 72. The first bracket 7 is provided with a first through-hole 73, which connects the top surface 71 of the first bracket 7 with the bottom surface 72 of the first bracket 7. The first bracket 7 may also be provided with a fifth groove 74, the opening of which is located on the top surface 71 of the first bracket 7. The fifth groove 74 is spaced apart from the first through-hole 73.
[0139] Fig. 17 is a partial cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the charging box 10 shown in Fig. 4 at section line BB. Fig. 18 is a partial cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the charging box 10 shown in Fig. 4 at section line CC.
[0140] As shown in Figures 17 and 18, the first bracket 7 is located within the accommodating space 130. For example, the first bracket 7 is fixed to the side of the mainboard 5 away from the battery module 4. Along the Z-axis, the first through hole 73 of the first bracket 7 and the charging channel 125 are oppositely disposed and connected.
[0141] The mainboard 5 may include a circuit board 51 and electronic components 52 disposed on the circuit board 51. The circuit board 51 may be fixed to the battery compartment 41. The circuit board 51 may serve as a carrier for electronic components. For example, the electronic components may be active components such as chips, or passive components such as capacitors, inductors, and resistors. It is understood that the electronic components 52 may be selected and combined in different types and quantities to enable the mainboard 5 to have specific functions. Those skilled in the art can select the type and quantity of electronic components according to actual needs, and this application does not limit this.
[0142] The electronic device 52 may include a USB male connector 531. The USB male connector 531 is located in the accommodating space 130. The USB male connector 531 and the battery 42 are spaced apart. Exemplarily, the USB male connector 531 is fixedly connected to a side of the circuit board 51 away from the battery module 4 and is electrically connected to the circuit board 51. The USB male connector 531 may be partially located in the accommodating space 130, and another portion may be located in the first through hole 73 and the charging channel 125. The USB male connector 531 may be exposed to the housing 12 of the charging box 10 through the charging channel 125. The USB male connector 531 can be used to connect an external USB charging cable.
[0143] The USB male connector 531 is electrically connected to the first positive charging pin 21, the first negative charging pin 22, the second positive charging pin 31 and the second negative charging pin 32. In this way, the battery module 4 can be charged via USB.
[0144] Speaker 9 can be located within accommodation space 130. Speaker 9 is spaced apart from the USB male connector and battery module 4. For example, speaker 9 is located within fifth recess 74 of first bracket 7. Motherboard 5 is located between first bracket 7 and battery module 4. Top surface 71 of first bracket 7 faces motherboard 5.
[0145] In some embodiments, a gap S1 is defined between the USB male connector 531 and the wall of the charging channel 125. The gap S1 connects the accommodating space 130 to the exterior of the housing 12. Sound from the speaker 9 can be transmitted to the exterior of the housing 12 through the gap S1 and the charging channel 125.
[0146] For example, the bottom surface of the fifth groove 74 is provided with a second through-hole 75, which connects the fifth groove 74 with the charging channel 125. Sound emitted by the speaker 9 can be transmitted to the exterior of the housing 12 through the second through-hole 75, the gap S1, and the charging channel 125. In other embodiments, the first bracket 7 may not have the fifth groove 74. The speaker 9 can be fixedly connected to the side of the first bracket 7 facing the charging channel 125.
[0147] In some embodiments, the charging box 10 may further include a sealing foam 161. The sealing foam 161 is connected between the bottom surface 72 of the first bracket 7 and the outer shell 12. The sealing foam 161, the bottom surface 72 of the first bracket 7, and the outer shell 12 enclose a second space 15. The first through-hole 73 is connected to the second space 15. The second through-hole 75 is connected to the second space 15. The charging channel 125 is also connected to the second space 15. The sealing foam 161 can help fix the relative position of the first bracket 7 and the outer shell 12, and can also be used to concentrate the sound of the speaker 9 so that the sound of the speaker 9 is emitted through the charging channel 125 as much as possible. The sound emitted by the speaker 9 can be transmitted to the outside of the outer shell 12 through the second through-hole 75, the second space 15, the gap S1, and the charging channel 125. The sound propagation path emitted by the speaker 9 is shown as the dotted arrow in the figure.
[0148] In some embodiments, the charging case 10 may further include a waterproof, breathable membrane (not shown). The waterproof, breathable membrane may be connected to the USB male connector 531 and the housing 12, covering the gap S1 between the USB male connector 531 and the charging channel 125. The waterproof, breathable membrane can be used to prevent external moisture and dust from entering the second space 15 through the charging channel 125 and interfering with the operation of components within the housing 12.
[0149] The charging coil module 6 can be located within the accommodation space 130. For example, the charging coil module 6 can include a wireless charging coil 61 and a magnetic shielding plate 62. The wireless charging coil 61 is connected to the magnetic shielding plate 62. The charging coil is electrically connected to the motherboard 5. The battery module 4 is electrically connected to the motherboard 5. The wireless charging coil 61 can be used to wirelessly charge the battery module 4. The magnetic shielding plate 62 can be used to isolate electromagnetic signals to prevent other devices from interfering with the wireless charging effect.
[0150] In some embodiments, the wireless charging coil 61 may be disposed between the magnetic isolation plate 62 and the second side wall 1212. For example, the magnetic isolation plate 62 may be located on a side of the battery module 4 close to the second side wall 1212.
[0151] In other embodiments, the charging coil module 6 may not include a magnetic isolation plate.
[0152] In some embodiments, the earphone support 11 is tilted relative to the side wall of the housing 12. When the first earphone and the second earphone are placed in the earphone box 100, they can be placed tilted relative to the XY plane, which can reduce the height of the charging box 10.
[0153] Exemplarily, the top surface 111 forms an acute angle with the second side wall 1212. For example, the angle between the top surface 111 and the second side wall 1212 may be 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, etc.
[0154] In some embodiments, the charging case 10 may further include a dust screen 170. The dust screen 170 may be fixedly connected to the first bracket 7 and cover the second through-hole 75. The dust screen 170 prevents dust from entering the fifth groove 74 through the charging channel 125 and the second through-hole 75, thereby interfering with the operation of the speaker 9, while not affecting the connection between the fifth groove 74 and the charging channel 125.
[0155] In some embodiments, the charging case 10 may further include an indicator light module 162. The indicator light module 162 may be fixedly connected to the earphone holder 11. The indicator light module 162 may be partially located within the first through hole 123, exposed from the housing 12. The indicator light module 162 may be connected to the first flexible circuit board 18 and electrically connected to the first flexible circuit board 18. The first flexible circuit board 18 may be used to transmit electrical signals to the indicator light module 162.
[0156] In some embodiments, the indicator light module 162 can be configured to emit light of different colors to indicate the battery level of the earphone box. For example, it may be green when the earphone box is fully charged, red when the battery is low, and yellow when the battery is normal.
[0157] FIG19 is a schematic assembly diagram of a partial structure of the charging box 10 shown in FIG5 .
[0158] As shown in Figures 18 and 19, the antenna 8 can be located in the accommodating space 130. The antenna 8 is electrically connected to the mainboard 5. The antenna 8 can achieve communication connection with an external receiver. For example, the external receiver can be a user's electronic device (such as a mobile phone). The charging box 10 can also include a controller (not shown), which can be used to control the antenna 8 to send a signal, and the receiver can determine the distance between the antenna 8 and the mobile phone based on the signal sent by the antenna 8.
[0159] In some embodiments, when the distance between the antenna 8 and the user's mobile phone exceeds a preset distance, the controller can be used to cause the speaker 9 to emit a sound to alert the user, thereby reducing the risk of losing the earphone box 100. In some embodiments, the controller can be located on the main board 5.
[0160] For example, the antenna 8 can be fixedly connected to the bottom surface 72 of the first bracket 7. The charging box 10 can also include an electrical connector 163. The antenna 8 is connected to the electrical connector 163 and is electrically connected to the electrical connector 163. The electrical connector 163 is connected to the circuit board 51 and is electrically connected to the circuit board 51. The antenna 8 can be electrically connected to the mainboard 5 through the electrical connector 163.
[0161] In some embodiments, the electrical connector 163 may be a flexible circuit board. In other embodiments, the electrical connector 163 may be a metal trace or cable.
[0162] The battery box 41 can be fixedly connected to the bottom surface 112 of the earphone support 11. Exemplarily, the battery box 41 can be fixedly connected to the bottom surface 112 of the earphone support 11 by screws.
[0163] Fig. 20 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the protection cover 20 shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 21 is an exploded schematic diagram of an embodiment of the protection cover 20 shown in Fig. 20.
[0164] As shown in Figures 20 and 21, the protective cover 20 may include a housing 210, a second attracting magnet 220, and a Hall magnet 230. The protective cover 20 may be provided with a third receiving slot 231 and a fourth receiving slot 241. The third receiving slot 231 and the fourth receiving slot 241 may be spaced apart along the first direction.
[0165] Exemplarily, the housing 210 of the protective cover 20 may include an outer cover 2110 and an inner cover 2120. The inner cover 2120 is connected to the inner side of the outer cover 2110, and the inner cover 2120 and the outer cover 2110 enclose a third space 261. The second attraction magnet 220 and the Hall magnet 230 may be disposed within the third space 261. The third receiving slot 231 and the fourth receiving slot 241 may be located on the inner cover 2120, with the opening of the third receiving slot 231 facing away from the outer cover 2110, and the opening of the fourth receiving slot 241 facing away from the outer cover 2110.
[0166] FIG. 22 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the outer cover 2110 shown in FIG. 21 .
[0167] As shown in FIG22 , the outer cover 2110 may include an outer cover body 2111 and a partition 2112. The outer cover body 2111 includes an outer surface 2113 and an inner surface 2114. The partition 2112 is connected to the inner surface 2114 of the outer cover body 2111. The partition 2112 and the inner surface 2114 of the outer cover body 2111 define a sixth groove 2115.
[0168] FIG23 is a cross-sectional view of the earphone box 100 shown in FIG2a at section line DD according to an embodiment.
[0169] As shown in Figure 23, when the earphone box 100 is in the closed state, the protective cover 20 is connected to the charging box 10. The protective cover 20 and the charging box 10 enclose a storage space 40. Exemplarily, along the Z-axis direction, the third receiving slot 231 can be arranged opposite to the first charging slot 13 and the first receiving slot 23. The fourth receiving slot 241 can be arranged opposite to the second charging slot 14 and the second receiving slot 24. The third receiving slot 231, the first charging slot 13 and the first receiving slot 23 constitute a first receiving space 401, and the first receiving space 401 can be used to store the first earphone. The fourth receiving slot 241, the second charging slot 14 and the second receiving slot 24 can constitute a second receiving space 402, and the second receiving space 402 can be used to store the second earphone. The first receiving space 401 and the second receiving space 402 can constitute a storage space 40.
[0170] In other embodiments, the third receiving slot 231 and the fourth receiving slot 241 may also be connected. Alternatively, the protective cover 20 only needs to be provided with a groove structure for cooperating with the first charging slot 13, the first receiving slot 23, the second charging slot 14, and the second receiving slot 24 to accommodate the first earphone and the second earphone.
[0171] FIG24 is a cross-sectional view of the earphone box 100 shown in FIG2a at section line EE according to an embodiment.
[0172] As shown in Figure 24, the Hall magnet 230 of the protective cover 20 can be fixed on the inner cover 2120. The charging box 10 may include a Hall sensor 164. The Hall sensor 164 can be located in the accommodating space 130. For example, the Hall sensor 164 can be fixed to the bottom surface 112 of the earphone holder 11. When the earphone box 100 is in a closed state, the Hall magnet 230 and the Hall sensor 164 of the charging box 10 are arranged opposite to each other along the Z-axis direction. The Hall sensor 164 is used to sense the magnetic field changes of the Hall magnet 230 and obtain the magnetic field strength. The Hall sensor 164 can be electrically connected to the main board 5 (not shown) through the first flexible circuit board 18 (not shown). The main board 5 can be provided with a controller, which can be used to determine whether the earphone box 100 is in a closed state or an open state based on the magnetic field strength of the Hall sensor 164.
[0173] FIG25 is a partial cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the earphone box 100 shown in FIG2a at section line FF.
[0174] As shown in Figure 25, the second attraction magnet 220 can be fixed on the inner cover 2120. When the earphone box 100 switches from an open state to a closed state, the second attraction magnet 220 can be used to help the protective cover 20 reset. For example. Along the Z-axis direction, the second attraction magnet 220 can be arranged opposite to the first attraction magnet 19. When the earphone box 100 switches from an open state to a closed state, the first attraction magnet 19 and the second attraction magnet 19 can help the earphone box 100 quickly switch states and accurately reset the protective cover 20 through the attraction between each other.
[0175] Several embodiments of the charging box 10 and the protective cover 20 are described above in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following describes an embodiment of a rotating assembly 30 and a rotational connection method of the charging box 10 and the protective cover 20 in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0176] FIG. 26 is an exploded schematic diagram of an embodiment of the rotating assembly 30 shown in FIG. 3 .
[0177] As shown in Figure 26, the rotating assembly 30 may include a rotor 310, a first rotating shaft 320, a second rotating shaft 330, and a torsion spring 340. The second rotating shaft 330 and the first rotating shaft 320 are both rotatably connected to the rotor 310. One end of the torsion spring 340 is connected to the first rotating shaft 320, and the other end is connected to the second rotating shaft 330.
[0178] FIG27 is a schematic assembly diagram of an embodiment of the first rotating shaft 320 and the charging box 10 shown in FIG26 .
[0179] As shown in Figure 27, the first rotating shaft 320 can be fixed to the housing 12. For example, the middle portion of the first rotating shaft 320 can be fixed in the first rotating hole 1221 of the protrusion 122 of the housing 12, and both ends are exposed from the first rotating hole 1221.
[0180] Fig. 28 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the rotor 310 shown in Fig. 26. Fig. 29 is a schematic structural diagram of the rotor 310 shown in Fig. 28 at another angle.
[0181] As shown in Figures 28 and 29, the rotor 310 includes a rotor body 311, a first extension portion 312, and a second extension portion 313. The first extension portion 312 and the second extension portion 313 are spaced apart. The first extension portion 312 and the second extension portion 313 are respectively connected to the two ends of the rotor body 311. The first extension portion 312 is provided with a first connection hole 3121, and the second extension portion 313 is provided with a second connection hole 3131. Exemplarily, the rotor body 311 includes a first side surface 3111 and a second side surface 3112 disposed opposite to each other. The first extension portion 312 and the second extension portion 313 are connected to the first side surface 3111 of the rotor body 311. The first extension portion 312 and the second extension portion 313 may be spaced apart along the first direction.
[0182] The rotor body 311 protrudes toward the second side surface 3112, forming a raised portion 3113. The rotor body 311 is provided with a seventh groove 3114, which is located in the raised portion 3113. The raised portion 3113 is spaced apart from the first extension portion 312 and the second extension portion 313. The opening of the seventh groove 3114 is located on the first side surface 3111 of the rotor body 311. The opening of the seventh groove 3114 is located between the first extension portion 312 and the second extension portion 313.
[0183] The rotor body 311 may be provided with a third connection hole 3115 and a fourth connection hole 3116. The third connection hole 3115 and the fourth connection hole 3116 are both connected to the seventh groove 3114. The third connection hole 3115 and the fourth connection hole 3116 are spaced apart from each other. For example, the third connection hole 3115 and the fourth connection hole 3116 may be spaced apart along the first direction and located on both sides of the seventh groove 3114.
[0184] FIG30 is a schematic assembly diagram of the second rotating shaft 330 and the housing 12 shown in FIG26 according to an embodiment.
[0185] As shown in Figure 30, the second shaft 330 is fixedly connected to the rotor body 311. For example, one end of the second shaft 330 is located in the third connection hole 3115, and the other end is located in the fourth connection hole 3116. The middle portion of the second shaft 330 is exposed in the seventh groove 3114.
[0186] Figure 31 is a partial cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the earphone box 100 shown in Figure 2a at the section line FF. Figure 32 is a partial structural schematic diagram of an embodiment of the rotating assembly 30 connected to the housing 12 of the charging box 10.
[0187] 31 and 32 , when the rotating assembly 30 is rotatably connected to the charging box 10 and the protective cover 20, the rotor body 311 can be fixedly connected to the protective cover 20. For example, the rotor body 311 can be fixedly connected to the inner surface 2114 of the outer cover body 2111 and located in the sixth groove 2115.
[0188] The middle part of the first rotating shaft 320 is fixed to the first rotating hole 1221 of the protrusion 122 (the protrusion 122 and the main body 121 are schematically distinguished by dotted lines in Figure 31). The first end of the first rotating shaft 320 is rotatably connected to the first extension portion 312, and the second end of the first rotating shaft 320 is rotatably connected to the second extension portion 313. The middle part of the first rotating shaft 320 is connected between the first end of the first rotating shaft 320 and the second end of the first rotating shaft 320. Exemplarily, one end of the first rotating shaft 320 is rotatably connected to the first connection hole 3121, and the other end can be rotatably connected to the second connection hole 3131. In this way, the middle part of the first rotating shaft 320 is fixed to the housing 12, and the first end of the first rotating shaft 320 and the second end of the first rotating shaft 320 are rotatably connected to the protective cover 20. The charging box 10 and the protective cover 20 are rotatably connected.
[0189] In some embodiments, the protrusion 122 and the main body 121 can be an integrated structural member. As will be appreciated, compared to methods where the protrusion 122 is attached to the main body 121 by gluing or welding, this prevents the protrusion 122 from falling off the main body 121, and provides a stronger connection between the rotating assembly 30 and the housing 12. Furthermore, this eliminates an assembly step, reducing costs.
[0190] In some embodiments, the protrusion 122 can be connected to the top surface 1219 of the main body 121. The top surface 1219 of the main body 121 faces the protective cover 20. It is understandable that, compared to arranging the protrusion 122 with the first rotation hole 1221 on the side of the top surface 1219 of the main body 121 away from the protective cover 20, arranging the protrusion 122 on the side of the top surface 1219 of the main body 121 close to the protective cover 20 can save the internal space of the charging box 10 and prevent the protrusion 122 from occupying the accommodating space 130 of the charging box 10.
[0191] The torsion spring 340 may include a first connecting portion 341, a second connecting portion 342 and a deforming portion 343. The deforming portion 343 is fixedly connected between the first connecting portion 341 and the second connecting portion 342. The deforming portion 343 has a deforming ability. When the deforming portion 343 is subjected to an external force, it will deform. When the external force is removed, the deforming portion 343 returns to its original shape. The first connecting portion 341 is rotatably connected to the first rotating shaft 320. The second connecting portion 342 can be rotatably connected to the second rotating shaft 330. Exemplarily, the first connecting portion 341 is located in the second rotating hole 1222 of the protrusion 122. The first connecting portion 341 can be rotatably connected to the protrusion 122. The second connecting portion 342 can be located in the seventh groove 3114 and rotatably connected to the second rotating shaft 330.
[0192] When the earphone box 100 switches from a closed state to an open state, the protective cover 20 is connected to the charging box 10 by rotating through the first rotating shaft 320, and the torsion spring 340 is deformed by force; when the earphone box 100 switches from an open state to a closed state, the protective cover 20 is restored to its original shape after being deformed by the torsion spring 340, thereby achieving reset.
[0193] FIG33 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the position-limiting member 350 shown in FIG26 .
[0194] As shown in FIG33 , the rotating assembly 30 may further include a stopper 350 . The stopper 350 may include a first stopper portion 351 and a second stopper portion 352 . The first stopper portion 351 may be provided with a first stopper hole 3511 . The second stopper portion 352 may be provided with a second stopper hole 3521 .
[0195] Figure 34 is a partial structural diagram of an embodiment of the rotating assembly 30 connected to the housing 12 of the charging box 10. Figure 35 is a partial cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the structure shown in Figure 34 at the section line GG.
[0196] 35 and 35 , when the limiting member 350 is connected to the first rotating shaft 320, one end of the first rotating shaft 320 can be located in the first limiting hole 3511, and the other end can be located in the second limiting hole 3521. The limiting member 350 can be used to limit the length of the two ends of the first rotating shaft 320 extending out of the first rotating hole 1221.
[0197] For example, the first stopper 351 may be located between the protrusion 122 of the housing 12 and the first extension 312 of the rotor 310. The second stopper 352 may be located between the protrusion 122 of the housing 12 and the second extension 313 of the rotor 310. The first stopper 351 and the second stopper 352 may be used to reduce the risk of displacement of the first rotating shaft 320 along the length direction.
[0198] In some embodiments, the rotating assembly 30 may further include a first elastic ring 36 and a second elastic ring 37. The first elastic ring 36 is mounted on the first rotating shaft 320 and is located between the first rotating shaft 320 and the wall of the first limiting hole 3511. The second elastic ring 37 may be mounted on the first rotating shaft 320. The second elastic ring may be located between the first rotating shaft 320 and the wall of the second limiting hole 3521. The first elastic ring 36 and the second elastic ring 37 are deformable. When a force is applied to the first elastic ring 36 and the second elastic ring 37, the first elastic ring 36 and the second elastic ring 37 may deform. The first elastic ring 36 abuts against the first rotating shaft 320 and the wall of the first limiting hole 3511. The second elastic ring 37 abuts against the wall of the first rotating shaft 320 and the wall of the second limiting hole 3521. In this way, by providing the first elastic ring 36 and the second elastic ring 37 , the connection strength between the first rotating shaft 320 and the limiting member 350 can be improved, further reducing the risk of displacement of the first rotating shaft 320 along the length direction.
[0199] In some embodiments, the first elastic ring 36 and the second elastic ring 37 may be made of silicone.
[0200] In the present application, an earphone box 100 is specifically introduced in conjunction with relevant drawings. The earphone box 100 includes a box body 1, a first charging needle group 2 and a second charging needle group 3. The first charging needle group 2 and the second charging needle group 3 are arranged at intervals on the box body 1, and the first charging needle group 2 and the second charging needle group 3 are arranged at intervals along the first direction. The first charging needle group 2 is used to charge the first earphone, and the second charging needle group 3 is used to charge the second earphone. The first charging needle group 2 includes a first positive charging needle 21 and a first negative charging needle 22. The second charging needle group 3 includes a second positive charging needle 31 and a second negative charging needle 32. The line connecting the first positive charging needle 21 and the second positive charging needle 31 is a first line. The line connecting the first negative charging needle 22 and the second negative charging needle 32 is a second line. The first line and the second line are arranged crosswise.
[0201] It is understandable that the arrangement direction of the first positive charging needle 21 and the first negative charging needle 22 in the first charging slot 13 and the arrangement direction of the second positive charging needle 31 and the second negative charging needle 32 in the second charging slot 14 are set oppositely. In this way, when the earphone box 100 is used to charge the first earphone and the second earphone, the first earphone can be charged in the first charging slot 13 or in the second charging slot 14.
