[0045] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0046] Figure 1 illustrates a system according to one embodiment.
[0047] Referring to FIG. 1, the system may include at least one of an electronic device (100), one or more terminals (120, 140, 160), and a network (180). Meanwhile, the system illustrated in FIG. 1 only illustrates components related to the present embodiment. Therefore, those skilled in the art will appreciate that, in addition to the components illustrated in FIG. 1, other general-purpose components may be included.
[0048] An electronic device (100) is a device that configures and provides various information. The electronic device (100) may provide the configured information as a web page or application screen, or may provide the information in a form that can be displayed as a web page or application screen on a receiving terminal.
[0049] According to one embodiment, the electronic device (100) may generate order data in a state set by a user and provide a user interface corresponding to the generated order data. For example, the electronic device (100) may obtain setting information regarding order data, including information regarding a first state of the order data set by a user, through an order data generation platform, and perform a series of API call operations corresponding to the first state based on the setting information, thereby generating first order data in the first state and providing a user interface corresponding to the first order data in the first state to the user.
[0050] One or more terminals (120, 140, 160) are terminals used by users, and users can create order data in a desired state using their respective terminals (120, 140, 160). For example, when a user inputs setting information regarding order data he or she wishes to create into one or more terminals (120, 140, 160), one or more terminals (120, 140, 160) can display a user interface corresponding to the created data on a display.
[0051] One or more terminals (120, 140, 160) and electronic devices (100) can communicate with each other within a network (180). The network (180) includes a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), a Value Added Network (VAN), a mobile radio communication network, a satellite communication network, and a combination thereof, and is a comprehensive data communication network that enables each network component illustrated in FIG. 1 to communicate smoothly with each other, and may include wired Internet, wireless Internet, and mobile radio communication networks. Wireless communication may include, but is not limited to, wireless LAN (Wi-Fi), Bluetooth, Bluetooth low energy, Zigbee, Wi-Fi Direct (WFD), ultra wideband (UWB), infrared communication (IrDA, infrared Data Association), NFC (Near Field Communication), etc., for example.
[0052] FIGS. 2A and 2B are drawings for explaining a process in which an electronic device (100) generates order data according to one embodiment.
[0053] According to one embodiment, the status of the order data may include a plurality of statuses representing a series of processes in which a seller provides an item ordered by a customer and a delivery person delivers the provided item to the customer when the customer orders an item. More specifically, the status of the order data may include an order completed status (240), an order rejected status (245), an order accepted status (250), an item ready status (255), an order cancelled status (260), a shipment assigned status (265), a shipment rejected status (270), a shipment accepted status (275), a store arrived status (280), an item picked up status (285), and an item delivered status (290).
[0054] For example, the order completion status (240) may indicate a state in which a customer has selected one or more items from the first store and completed payment.
[0055] For another example, the order rejection status (245) may indicate a state in which a seller of the first store has rejected an order for one or more items, and the order acceptance status (250) may indicate a state in which a seller of the first store has accepted an order for one or more items. In addition, the item preparation status (255) may indicate a state in which a seller of the first store has completed preparation of one or more items, and the order cancellation status (260) may indicate a state in which a seller of the first store has accepted and then canceled an order for one or more items.
[0056] For another example, a delivery assignment status (265) may indicate a state in which delivery of one or more items ordered by a customer has been assigned to a delivery person, and a delivery rejection status (270) may indicate a state in which a delivery person has refused delivery of one or more assigned items. In addition, a delivery acceptance status (275) may indicate a state in which a delivery person has accepted delivery of one or more assigned items, and a store arrival status (280) may indicate a state in which a delivery person has arrived at a store. An item pickup completion status (285) may indicate a state in which a delivery person has picked up one or more items from a first store, and an item delivery completion status (290) may indicate a state in which a delivery person has delivered one or more items ordered by a customer to a customer.
[0057] Meanwhile, the specific examples of the number of states of the order data and the names of each state of the order data described above are merely examples, and it is obvious to a person having ordinary skill in the technical field to which the present disclosure pertains that the present disclosure can be implemented with a number of states of the order data and names of the states of the order data different from those described above.
[0058] Figure 2a illustrates a conventional process for generating order data in various states.
[0059] According to the existing process for generating order data of various states, the user must directly input inputs corresponding to the series of processes in which the seller provides the items ordered by the customer and the delivery person delivers the provided items to the customer, into at least one of the customer application, the seller application, and the delivery person application when the customer orders an item.
[0060] More specifically, the user can obtain data in a desired state by directly controlling at least one of the first application (210) (customer application) used by the customer, the second application (220) (seller application or store application) used by the seller, and the third application (230) (delivery agent application) used by the delivery agent.
[0061] For example, if an order data in the order completion status (240) is to be created according to the existing process, the user must use the first application (210) to select the first store among one or more stores, and select one or more items from the first store to make a payment.
[0062] For another example, if an order data in an order rejection state (245) is to be created according to the existing process, the user must use the first application (210) to order one or more items and use the second application (220) to reject the order for one or more items.
[0063] For another example, if an order data in an order acceptance state (250) is to be created according to an existing process, the user must use a first application (210) to order one or more items and use a second application (220) to accept the order for one or more items.
[0064] For another example, if a user wants to create order data for an item ready state (255) according to an existing process, the user must use a first application (210) to order one or more items, use a second application (220) to accept an order for one or more items, and then input the ready state of one or more items.
[0065] For another example, if an order data in the order cancellation status (260) is to be created according to the existing process, the user must order one or more items using the first application (210), accept the order for one or more items using the second application (220), and then cancel the order.
[0066] For another example, if order data of a delivery assignment status (265) is to be created according to an existing process, the user must order one or more items using the first application (210), accept the order for one or more items using the second application (220), and then the delivery of one or more items must be assigned to a delivery person.
[0067] For another example, if a user wishes to create order data in a delivery rejection status (270) according to the existing process, the user must use the first application (210) to order one or more items, and use the second application (220) to accept the order for one or more items. Thereafter, the user must use the third application (230) to reject the delivery of one or more assigned items.
[0068] For another example, if a user wishes to create order data in a delivery acceptance status (275) according to the existing process, the user must use the first application (210) to order one or more items and use the second application (220) to accept the order for one or more items. Thereafter, the user must use the third application (230) to accept the delivery of one or more assigned items.
[0069] For another example, if order data for a store arrival status (280) is to be generated according to the existing process, the user must use the first application (210) to order one or more items and use the second application (220) to accept the order for one or more items. Thereafter, the user must use the third application (230) to accept the delivery of one or more assigned items and enter the store arrival.
[0070] For another example, if a user wants to create order data for an item pickup completion status (285) according to an existing process, the user must use a first application (210) to order one or more items and use a second application (220) to accept the order for one or more items. Thereafter, the user must use a third application (230) to accept the delivery of one or more assigned items and input the arrival at the store and the completion of item pickup in that order.
[0071] For another example, if a user wants to create order data for an item delivery completion status (290) according to an existing process, the user must use a first application (210) to order one or more items and use a second application (220) to accept the order for one or more items. Thereafter, the user must use a third application (230) to accept the delivery of one or more assigned items and input arrival at the store, item pickup completion, and item delivery completion in that order.
[0072] In this way, when a user creates order data of various states according to an existing process, there is the inconvenience of having to directly input a series of inputs corresponding to the ordering and delivery process of the item into the first application (210), the second application (220), and the third application (230).
[0073] FIG. 2b illustrates a process in which an electronic device (100) generates order data in various states according to one embodiment.
[0074] According to one embodiment, the electronic device (100) may provide an order data generation platform (200) that allows a user to more conveniently generate order data in a desired state. More specifically, the electronic device (100) may provide a user with an order data generation platform (200) that allows the user to input various setting information regarding order data through a user terminal, and may generate order data based on the setting information entered by the user.
[0075] For example, the electronic device (100) can obtain setting information (295) including information regarding the first state of order data set by the user through the order data generation platform (200). Thereafter, the electronic device (100) can generate the order data of the first state by performing a series of API call operations corresponding to the ordering and delivery process of the item until the order data of the first state is generated based on the setting information (295).
[0076] Meanwhile, a series of API call operations performed by the electronic device (100) may be identical to the API call operations performed when the user controls the first application (210), the second application (220), and the third application (230) according to the existing process. That is, the user can check the order data generated through the same API call operations by using the order data generation platform (200) without the hassle of directly controlling the first application (210), the second application (220), and the third application (230).
[0077] In this way, by utilizing the order data generation platform (200), users can more conveniently and easily generate order data in a desired state. In particular, the problem of users unfamiliar with the ordering and delivery process for items leading to the generation of order data in a specific state having difficulty generating order data by directly controlling the first application (210), second application (220), and third application (230) according to the existing process can be resolved.
[0078] FIGS. 3A to 3E illustrate an example of an order data generation platform (300) provided by an electronic device (100) according to one embodiment.
[0079] According to one embodiment, the electronic device (100) may provide the user with an order data generation platform (300) for setting various parameters regarding order data through the user terminal. For example, referring to FIGS. 3A to 3E , the user terminal may receive information in a form that can be displayed as a web page or application screen from the electronic device (100), and display the order data generation platform (300) on the display, which includes an area for setting the status of order data, an area for setting a store, or an area for setting a delivery type based on the received information.
[0080] Meanwhile, FIGS. 3a to 3e illustrate a pop-up window as an order data generation platform (300) for setting various parameters regarding order data, but the order data generation platform (300) of the present disclosure can be implemented in various forms such as a modal window, and is not limited to the above.
[0081] According to one embodiment, the order data generation platform (300) may include an area (310) for setting up a customer account. For example, referring to FIG. 3A, a user may enter "First Customer Account" in the area (310) as the account or name of the customer who ordered the item corresponding to the order data.
[0082] According to one embodiment, the order data generation platform (300) may include a field (320) for setting a customer's password. For example, referring to FIG. 3A, a user may enter "first password" in field (320) as the password of the customer who ordered the item corresponding to the order data.
[0083] According to one embodiment, the order data generation platform (300) may include an area (330) for setting a store identifier. For example, referring to FIG. 3A , a user may input a "first store identifier" into the area (330) as information for identifying a store corresponding to the order data.
[0084] According to one embodiment, the order data generation platform (300) may include an area (340) for setting whether an item is to be packaged or shipped. For example, referring to FIGS. 3A and 3B , when a user selects a downward icon within the area (340) or positions a cursor within the area (340), the electronic device (100) may provide a pull-down menu or drop-down list (345) containing TRUE and FALSE values. The user terminal may obtain a user input for selecting one value and display the selected value in the area (340).
[0085] At this time, a TRUE value may indicate a value set to package the item, and a FALSE value may indicate a value set to ship the item. Alternatively, if the user does not select a specific value, the FALSE value may be set as the default, but is not limited thereto.
[0086] According to one embodiment, the order data generation platform (300) may include an area (350) for setting the status of order data corresponding to the seller application. For example, referring to FIGS. 3A and 3C , when a user selects a downward icon within the area (350) or positions a cursor within the area (350), the electronic device (100) may provide a pull-down menu or drop-down list (355) containing a list of statuses of the order data. The user terminal may obtain a user input for selecting a value and display the selected value in the area (350).
[0087] At this time, the DECLINE value indicates an order rejection, the ACCEPTED value indicates an order acceptance, and the FOOD_READY value indicates an item preparation status. Additionally, the PICKUP_COMPLETE value indicates an item pickup completion status, and the CANCEL value indicates an order cancellation status.
[0088] According to one embodiment, the order data generation platform (300) may include an area (360) for setting the status of order data corresponding to the delivery agent application. For example, referring to FIGS. 3A and 3D , when a user selects a downward icon within the area (360) or positions a cursor within the area (360), the electronic device (100) may provide a pull-down menu or drop-down list (365) containing a list of statuses of the order data. The user terminal may obtain a user input for selecting a value and display the selected value in the area (360).
[0089] Here, the ASSIGNED value indicates the delivery assignment status, the DECLINE value indicates the delivery rejection status, and the ACCEPTED value indicates the delivery acceptance status. Additionally, the ARRIVED value indicates the store arrival status, the PICKED_UP value indicates the item pickup status, and the COMPLETED value indicates the item delivery status.
[0090] Meanwhile, if the user selects the TRUE value in the area (340), the user may be prevented from selecting a specific value in the area (360), or even if the user selects a specific value, order data may be generated based on the setting information excluding the selected value. In addition, if the user selects the DECLINE value or the CANCEL value in the area (350), the user may be prevented from selecting a specific value in the area (360), or even if the user selects a specific value, order data may be generated based on the setting information excluding the selected value.
[0091] According to one embodiment, the electronic device (100) can generate order data based on the setting information that the user inputs into the order data generation platform (300). For example, referring to FIG. 3A, when the user inputs and selects the first store identifier, the ACCEPTED value, the FALSE value, and the COMPLETED value in each of the areas (330), (340), (350), and (360), and the user inputs and selects the execution icon (370), the electronic device (100) can check whether the first store is open for business and whether one or more items in the first store are out of stock. When the first store is confirmed to be open for business and one or more items are available for order, the electronic device (100) can generate order data in the item delivery completion state having the first order data identifier based on the setting information.
[0092] At this time, order data can be generated based on the values of one or more items set as default.
[0093] According to one embodiment, the order data generation platform (300) may include an area (380) that displays the results of order data generated based on setting information entered by the user. For example, referring to FIG. 3E , the electronic device (100) may generate order data in an item delivery completion state having a first order data identifier and transmit information about the generated order data to the user terminal. Thereafter, the user terminal may display information about the generated order data in an item delivery completion state based on information received from the electronic device (100) in the area (380).
[0094] Meanwhile, the specific examples of the types of user interface components and various parameters regarding order data described above are merely examples, and it is obvious to a person skilled in the art to which the present disclosure pertains that the present disclosure can be implemented with examples different from the above.
[0095] FIG. 4 illustrates an example of an order data generation platform (400) provided by an electronic device (100) according to one embodiment.
