[0067] At this time, the user terminal (200) may include a desktop computer, laptop computer, notebook, smart phone, tablet PC, mobile phone, smart watch, smart glass, e-book reader, portable multimedia player (PMP), portable game console, navigation device, digital camera, digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB) player, digital audio recorder, digital audio player, digital video recorder, digital video player, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), etc. capable of communication.

[0068]

[0069] FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a device for providing a drug prescription support service according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0070] A device for providing a prescription support service according to one embodiment includes a processor and memory. The processor can perform at least one of the methods described above. The memory can store information related to the method described above or a program implementing the method described above. The memory can be volatile or non-volatile memory. The memory can be referred to as a "database," a "storage unit," or the like.

[0071] At this time, the processor can receive clinical information and first prescription information corresponding to the clinical information from a user terminal used by the user.

[0072] Here, clinical information may be data including patient medical records, symptoms, disease diagnosis, treatment history, surgical records, procedure records, diagnostic test results, blood test results, imaging test results, etc.

[0073] In addition, the processor can generate additional recommended drug information indicating a recommendation to add a new drug to the first prescription information and removal recommended drug information indicating a recommendation to remove a first drug included in the first prescription information based on a database of past prescription histories of other users for the first prescription information and the clinical information. This will be described in more detail below.

[0074] Additionally, the processor can transmit the additional recommended drug information and the removal recommended drug information to the user terminal.

[0075] Through this, the pharmacist who created the first prescription information can review his / her own prescription and modify his / her own prescription in a more desirable direction by referring to the prescriptions of other pharmacists with more experience.

[0076]

[0077] FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a process for deriving additional recommended drug information according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0078] Referring to FIG. 3, the processor may extract second prescription information regarding prescriptions of other users for the clinical information from the prescription history DB, extract all drugs included in the second prescription information as second drugs, extract drugs that do not overlap with the first drugs among the second drugs as third drugs, derive a first prescription suitability for each third drug, and extract a third drug whose first prescription suitability exceeds a preset threshold suitability to generate the additional recommended drug information.

[0079] At this time, the critical suitability can be arbitrarily set by the operator of the present invention, and can be set to 0, for example.

[0080] At this time, the first prescription suitability can be derived by the following mathematical formula 1.

[0081] [Mathematical Formula 1]

[0082]

[0083] At this time, means the first prescription suitability for drug d randomly selected from the third drugs, means the first self-suitability for the first prescription information of the above drug d, means the first single-drug suitability for the first prescription information of the above drug d, means the first dual drug compatibility for the first prescription information of the above drug d, means the first weight applied to the first self-fitting coefficient, refers to the second weight applied to the first single-drug suitability, may refer to the third weight applied to the first double-drug suitability.

[0084] The above first self-suitability and the second self-suitability described below may mean indicators of whether the drug is suitable for the disease on its own, the above first single-drug suitability and the second single-drug suitability described below may mean indicators of whether the drug is suitable for prescribing simultaneously with one other drug that has already been prescribed, and the above first dual-drug suitability and the second dual-drug suitability described below may mean indicators of whether the drug is suitable for prescribing simultaneously with two other drugs that have already been prescribed.

[0085] Looking at it in more detail, the first self-fit can be derived by the mathematical formula 2 below.

[0086] [Equation 2]

[0087]

[0088] At this time, means the number of times the above drug d is prescribed in the second prescription information, may mean the average number of times the above second drugs are prescribed in the above second prescription information.

[0089] In addition, the first single-drug suitability can be derived by the following mathematical formula 3.

[0090] [Equation 3]

[0091]

[0092] At this time, means the number of times the i-th above-mentioned first drug is prescribed in the above-mentioned second prescription information, means the number of times the i-th above-mentioned first drug and the above-mentioned drug d are prescribed simultaneously in the above-mentioned second prescription information, The i-th first drug may refer to the number of times the drug d was not prescribed in the second prescription information, and N may refer to the number of first drugs included in the first prescription information.

[0093] In addition, the first double-drug compatibility can be derived by the following mathematical formula 4.

[0094] [Equation 4]

[0095]

[0096] At this time, means the number of times the i-th above-mentioned first drug and the j-th above-mentioned first drug are prescribed simultaneously in the above-mentioned second prescription information, means the number of times the i-th above-mentioned first drug and the j-th above-mentioned first drug and the above-mentioned drug d are prescribed simultaneously in the above-mentioned second prescription information, In the second prescription information in which the i-th first drug and the j-th first drug are prescribed at the same time, the drug d may mean the number of times that it is not prescribed, and N may mean the number of first drugs included in the first prescription information.

[0097] Through this, it can be confirmed whether it is desirable to add the drug to the first prescription.

[0098]

[0099] FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a process for deriving removal recommendation drug information according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0100] The aforementioned additional recommended medication information can recommend to pharmacists medications that may be more effective when added to the primary prescription information. However, there may be cases where the medications included in the primary prescription information prescribed by the pharmacist are themselves inappropriate. Therefore, the prescription eligibility of the medications included in the primary prescription information needs to be separately verified.

[0101] To this end, referring to FIG. 4, the processor can derive a second prescription suitability for the first drug included in the first prescription information, and extract a first drug whose second prescription suitability is lower than or equal to the threshold suitability to generate the removal recommendation drug information.

[0102] At this time, the second prescription suitability can be derived by the following mathematical formula 5.

[0103] [Equation 5]

[0104]

[0105] At this time, means the second prescription suitability for a drug k randomly selected from the first drugs, means the second self-fit for the first prescription information of the above drug k, refers to the second single-drug suitability for the first prescription information of the above drug k, means the second dual drug compatibility for the first prescription information of the above drug k, means the first weight applied to the second self-fitting, refers to the second weight applied to the second single-drug suitability, may refer to a third weight applied to the above-mentioned second dual-drug suitability.

[0106] At this time, the second self-fit can be derived by the mathematical expression 6 below.

[0107] [Equation 6]

[0108]

[0109] At this time, means the number of times the above drug k is prescribed in the second prescription information, may mean the average number of times the above second drugs are prescribed in the above second prescription information.

[0110] At this time, the second single-drug suitability can be derived by the following mathematical formula 7.

[0111] [Equation 7]

[0112]

[0113] At this time, means the number of times the i-th above-mentioned first drug is prescribed in the above-mentioned second prescription information, means the number of times the i-th above-mentioned first drug and the above-mentioned drug k are prescribed simultaneously in the above-mentioned second prescription information, In the second prescription information for which the first drug is prescribed, the number of times the drug k is not prescribed may be represented, and N may represent the number of first drugs included in the first prescription information.

[0114] At this time, the second double-drug compatibility can be derived by the following mathematical formula 8.

[0115] [Equation 8]

[0116]

[0117] At this time, means the number of times the i-th above-mentioned first drug and the j-th above-mentioned first drug are prescribed simultaneously in the above-mentioned second prescription information, means the number of times the i-th above-mentioned first drug and the j-th above-mentioned first drug and the above-mentioned drug k are prescribed simultaneously in the above-mentioned second prescription information, In the second prescription information in which the i-th first drug and the j-th first drug are prescribed at the same time, the drug k may mean the number of times that the drug was not prescribed, and N may mean the number of first drugs included in the first prescription information.

[0118] Through this, it is possible to confirm whether the first drug included in the first prescription information is suitable for prescription in clinical information, and to recommend to the pharmacist that the unsuitable drug be removed.

[0119] At this time, the first weight described above is defined by the following mathematical expression 9,

[0120] [Equation 9]

[0121]

[0122] The above second weight is derived from the mathematical expression 10 below,

[0123] [Equation 10]

[0124]

[0125] The above third weight is derived from the following mathematical formula 11:

[0126]

[0127] M may represent a preset weighting factor.

[0128] At this time, the weighting factor may be a number arbitrarily selected by the operator of the present invention. For example, it may be selected as an integer greater than or equal to 1.

[0129] In summary, we extracted drug information from prescription information and were able to derive additional recommended drug information and removed recommended drug information using statistical methods.

[0130] In addition, in the process of extracting drug information, drug information can be classified according to drug name, ingredient name, dosage information, number of doses, duration of administration, etc., and by applying this to the statistical methodology described above, more detailed drug recommendations can be made.

[0131]
