[0003] In this way, thanks to the development of various technologies including the Internet, consumption patterns that were previously highly dependent on offline channels have gradually shifted to online channels, and currently, online-centered consumption is increasing exponentially.
[0004] Meanwhile, for modern people, company dinners and gatherings are crucial for building relationships with coworkers. Consequently, services providing information on company dinner and gathering locations have been actively emerging.
[0005] However, conventional services do not take into account the preferences of group members when providing information on dining or meeting venues, and do not reflect the needs of group members when reserving dining or meeting venues.
[0006] Accordingly, there is a need for a service that can recommend a dining venue that takes into account the tastes of group members and reflects their needs.
[0007] The present invention relates to a group-based restaurant reservation method and system capable of providing recommended restaurant information to a group.
[0008] More specifically, the present invention relates to a group-based restaurant reservation method and system that can provide recommended restaurant information by reflecting information of group members.
[0009] Furthermore, the present invention relates to a group-based restaurant reservation method and system capable of providing a reservation service for recommended restaurants.
[0010] In order to solve the problem discussed above, a restaurant reservation method according to the present invention may include the steps of: receiving a restaurant reservation request for a specific group including a plurality of members; extracting a plurality of restaurants to be recommended to the specific group based on member information related to the plurality of members; providing recommendation information including information on the plurality of recommended restaurants to a user terminal from which the reservation request has been received; receiving a reservation request for a specific recommended restaurant among the plurality of recommended restaurants from the user terminal; and generating reservation information for the specific group for the specific recommended restaurant in response to the reservation request.
[0011] Here, the member information may include at least one of the members' department information, position information, restaurant usage history information, and business partner information.
[0012] Furthermore, the present invention further includes a step of conducting a vote by the members on the plurality of recommended restaurants, and the specific recommended restaurant at which a reservation is made can be specified based on the voting results.
[0013] Furthermore, the voting results may reflect weights set differently according to the position information of each of the plurality of members.
[0014] Furthermore, a restaurant reservation method characterized in that, based on the determination of the specific recommended restaurant, points usable at the specific recommended restaurant are awarded to a user account logged into the user terminal.
[0015] Furthermore, in the step of receiving the restaurant reservation request, information on the number of meals to be held by the specific group is received, and in the step of extracting the plurality of restaurants, the plurality of recommended restaurants can be extracted for each number based on the number information.
[0016] Furthermore, based on the generation of the reservation information, the reservation information may be transmitted to the plurality of members included in the specific group, and the reservation information may include restaurant information and route information reserved for each of the plurality of times.
[0017] Furthermore, in the step of extracting the plurality of restaurants, different restaurants are extracted according to the group type of the specific group, and the group type may include at least one of a company, a church, and a family.
[0018] Meanwhile, a restaurant reservation system according to the present invention includes a communication unit that receives a restaurant reservation request for a specific group including a plurality of members, and a control unit that extracts a plurality of restaurants to be recommended to the specific group based on member information related to the plurality of members, wherein the control unit provides recommendation information including information on the plurality of recommended restaurants to a user terminal from which the reservation request has been received, receives a reservation request for a specific recommended restaurant among the plurality of recommended restaurants from the user terminal, and generates reservation information for the specific group for the specific recommended restaurant in response to the reservation request.
[0019] Meanwhile, a program according to the present invention is a program executed by one or more processes in an electronic device and stored in a computer-readable recording medium, wherein the program may include commands for performing the steps of: receiving a restaurant reservation request for a specific group including a plurality of members; extracting a plurality of restaurants to be recommended to the specific group based on member information related to the plurality of members; providing recommendation information including information on the plurality of recommended restaurants to a user terminal from which the reservation request has been received; receiving a reservation request for a specific recommended restaurant among the plurality of recommended restaurants from the user terminal; and generating reservation information for the specific group for the specific recommended restaurant in response to the reservation request.
[0020] As described above, the restaurant reservation method and system according to the present invention receives a restaurant reservation request for a specific group including multiple members, thereby providing a user with recommended restaurant information and a restaurant reservation service for a specific group without having to specify each member individually.
[0021] Furthermore, the restaurant reservation method and system according to the present invention can extract multiple restaurants to recommend to a specific group based on member information associated with multiple members, and provide recommendation information containing information about the multiple recommended restaurants to the user terminal receiving the reservation request. Therefore, the user can select the most suitable restaurant considering all members without the hassle of searching for restaurants. Consequently, the user can reduce the effort required to find a suitable restaurant.
[0022] Furthermore, the restaurant reservation method and system according to the present invention can receive a reservation request for a specific recommended restaurant among multiple recommended restaurants from a user terminal and, in response to the reservation request, generate reservation information for the specific group for the specific recommended restaurant. Users can make reservations for their desired restaurant without having to call the restaurant or use a separate reservation electronic device or application. Therefore, users can receive services provided by the present invention, from restaurant recommendation to restaurant reservation, and can conveniently and successfully host a dinner party for a specific group.

[0033] The present invention relates to a group-based restaurant reservation method and system, which can recommend restaurants for reservations by reflecting information about members of a specific group. In particular, the present invention can provide a user environment that can link restaurant recommendations with reservation services.
[0034] In this specification, for the convenience of explanation, the person receiving the service (“customer” or “consumer”) is referred to as the “user” and the person providing the service is referred to as the “business operator.”
[0035] The "restaurant" described in the present invention may refer to a service provided by a business operator. Here, "service" may refer to the labor provided by the business operator to users for the production of material goods, and may exist in various types depending on the business operated by the business operator. That is, "restaurant" in the present invention may be understood as one type of labor provided in the service industry operated by the business operator. For example, the type of service provided by a business operator operating a restaurant (or food service) may be related to "food service." Therefore, in the present invention, "restaurant" may be used interchangeably with "service."
[0036] The group described in the present invention may refer to an "organization," "group," or "group" of individuals gathered to achieve a common purpose or interest. These groups may be categorized into various types based on their respective purposes, structures, or functions. For example, group types may be categorized as "company," "family," "church," "club (or club)," etc., and the present invention does not limit the types of groups categorized in various ways.
[0037] The present invention can provide a restaurant recommendation service, a restaurant reservation service, and a payment process for gatherings of a specific group. The company dinner described in the present invention can be understood as a gathering where several people gather to eat together.
[0038] Below, a group-based restaurant reservation method and system will be described in more detail with the attached drawings.
[0039] FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a group-based restaurant reservation system according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a group-based restaurant reservation method according to the present invention. FIGS. 3a and 3b are conceptual diagrams illustrating a user DB used to provide the reservation service of the present invention. FIGS. 4a, 4b, 4c, 5, and 6 are conceptual diagrams illustrating a restaurant recommendation and restaurant reservation service provided by the present invention. FIG. 7 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a company dinner budget approval process according to the present invention.
[0040] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the reservation system (100) according to the present invention may also be referred to as a “service reservation system (100)”, and this reservation system (100) serves as an intermediary between a user (or consumer) receiving a service and a business operator providing a service, to enable a reservation for a service provided by the business operator.
[0041] A user can use a reservation service based on the reservation system (100) according to the present invention through an account previously registered in the reservation system (100) according to the present invention.
[0042] The reservation system (100) according to the present invention enables a user to use the reservation service according to the present invention through a page accessible via the Internet (e.g., a web page or an application execution screen, etc.).
[0043] The above service page (1000) is a page linked to the reservation system (100) according to the present invention, and is configured to be controlled by the reservation system (100) according to the present invention.
[0044] Meanwhile, the user can perform or receive a series of processes related to the reservation service through a service page (1000) linked to the reservation system (100) based on an account previously registered in the reservation system (100) discussed above.
[0045] Here, the "account" can be created through a service page (1000) linked to the reservation system (100) according to the present invention. Alternatively, the "account" can also be created in at least one other system linked to the reservation system (100) according to the present invention.
[0046] Accordingly, in this specification, all accounts that can use the reservation service based on the reservation system (100) according to the present invention, without distinguishing the system in which the account was issued, are referred to as “accounts already registered in the reservation system (100) according to the present invention.”
[0047] Meanwhile, the service page (1000) linked to the reservation system (100) discussed above can perform a series of processes for providing a reservation service based on information provided by the reservation system (100). This information can be transmitted under control of the control unit (130) of the reservation system (100).
[0048] Furthermore, the reservation system (100) according to the present invention and the restaurant reservation method using the same require organic information, i.e., data transmission and reception, between the user and the reservation system (100).
[0049] For this purpose, i) information transmitted from a user to the reservation system (100), or ii) information transmitted from the reservation system (100) to the user side is substantially transmitted from i) a “user terminal (10) logged in with a user account” to the reservation system (100), or iii) from the reservation system (100) to a “user terminal (10) logged in with a user account.”
[0050] However, in this specification, for the convenience of explanation, it is also possible to describe the “user account” as the subject, such as i) “information is transmitted from a “user terminal (10) logged in with a user account” or ii) “information is received at a “user terminal (10) logged in with a user account”, without making a clear distinction between them.
[0051] Accordingly, in the following, the drawing symbol “10” assigned to a user terminal logged in with a user account will also be assigned to the user account. That is, in the specification, the user account (10) may also be understood as a user terminal (10) or electronic device (10) logged in with a user account.
[0052] Below, the configuration of the reservation system (100) according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0053] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the reservation system (100) according to the present invention may include at least one of a communication unit (110), a reservation unit (120), a storage unit (130), a payment unit (140), and a control unit (150).
[0054] The communication unit (110) may be configured to communicate with a user terminal (10) carried by a user. As described above, communication with a user terminal (10) in this specification may also be interpreted to mean communication with a user account logged in (or registered) to the user terminal (10).
[0055] Here, the user terminal (10) may include at least one of a mobile phone, a smart phone, a notebook computer, a laptop computer, a slate PC, a tablet PC, an ultrabook, a desktop computer, a digital broadcasting terminal, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a portable multimedia player (PMP), a navigation device, and a wearable device (e.g., a smartwatch, a smart glass, a head mounted display (HMD)).
[0056] Furthermore, the communication unit (110) can support various communication methods according to the communication standards of the communicating device.
[0057] For example, the communication unit (110) may be configured to perform communication using at least one of WLAN (Wireless LAN), Wi-Fi (Wireless-Fidelity), Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) Direct, DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance), WiBro (Wireless Broadband), WiMAX (World Interoperability for Microwave Access), HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access), HSUPA (High Speed Uplink Packet Access), LTE (Long Term Evolution), LTE-A (Long Term Evolution-Advanced), 5G (5th Generation Mobile Telecommunication), Bluetooth™, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), Infrared Data Association (IrDA), UWB (Ultra-Wideband), ZigBee, NFC (Near Field Communication), Wi-Fi Direct, and Wireless USB (Wireless Universal Serial Bus) technologies.
[0058] The reservation department (120) can generate reservation information for at least one specific service among the services (ex: “restaurant”) already registered in the reservation system (100) based on a request from the user terminal (10).
[0059] This reservation information can be transmitted to members of a specific group via the communication unit (110). In this way, the reservation system (100) according to the present invention can act as an intermediary between the business operator and the user for reservations for services provided by the business operator.
[0060] Meanwhile, the services that users can reserve through the reservation section (120) may be diverse. For example, the reservation section (120) may include at least one of: i) services registered in the reservation system (100) based on the service registration request of the business operator; ii) services registered in an external server (e.g., a server providing a reservation process) linked to the reservation system (100); and iii) services that can be reserved through various contact channels (e.g., telephone, messenger, etc.).
[0061] Meanwhile, services registered in the reservation system (100) according to the present invention can have at least one service item registered based on a service registration request from a business operator. This specification omits a detailed description of the process for registering service items at a business operator's request, and assumes that service items are registered through various methods.
[0062] The reservation unit (120) is configured to confirm (or specify) reservation information (e.g., at least one of service content, reservation date, reservation time, route information, and reservation holder) for a specific service when making a reservation for a specific service based on a request (or selection) of a user terminal (10).
[0063] When a reservation request for a specific service is received from a user terminal (10), the reservation unit (120) can specify and generate reservation information for the specific service. As previously discussed, this reservation information may include at least one of the following: service details, reservation date, reservation time, and route information for the specific service. However, the information contained in the reservation information is not limited to this, and may include other information in addition to the aforementioned information.
[0064] Meanwhile, the storage unit (130) may be configured to store various information related to the present invention. In the present invention, the storage unit (130) may be provided in the reservation system (100) itself. Alternatively, at least a portion of the storage unit (130) may refer to a database (DB). That is, the storage unit (130) may be sufficient as long as it stores the information necessary to provide the reservation service according to the present invention, and it may be understood that there are no physical space restrictions. Accordingly, hereinafter, the storage unit (130) and the database will not be separately distinguished, and will be referred to together as the storage unit (130).
[0065] In the storage unit (130), reservation information for a specific service and information about a user account (10) can be matched and stored. More specifically, when a reservation for a specific service is made based on a request from a user terminal (10), the reservation information for the specific service and information about a user account logged into the user terminal (10) can be matched and stored in the storage unit (130).
[0066] Here, reservation information may include information related to at least one of the service details, reservation date, reservation time, and route information related to the specific service. The reservation date and reservation time may be combined and referred to as "reservation date and time."
[0067] "Service content" refers to information about a specific service and may include various information, such as detailed service information or user requests related to the specific service. For example, based on the type of service provided in the present invention being "restaurant," the service content may include information such as "food service."
[0068] “Reservation Date” refers to information about the date on which a specific service is provided, and may refer to the date on which a user wishes to receive a specific service from a business operator.
[0069] “Reservation time” refers to information about the time at which a specific service is provided, and may refer to the time at which a user wishes to receive a specific service from a business operator.
[0070] "Route information" refers to information describing the route that members of a specific group must take when a reservation for a specific service is completed. This information may include information guiding the method and direction of travel from the departure point to the destination. It may also include information guiding members from a specific service location to their respective residences (homes or addresses).
[0071] Meanwhile, the storage unit (130) may store user information registered in the reservation service. The user information registered in the reservation service may be user information entered by a user who has subscribed to the reservation service or user information received from a linked external server (e.g., a company server). This user information may also be referred to as a “user DB,” and the user DB may include information regarding a user account (e.g., ID (identification)). A user may log in to the reservation system (100) according to the present invention using a user account to use the reservation service.
[0072] In the user DB of the storage unit (130), information related to at least one specific group and a plurality of members included in the specific group can be matched and stored.
[0073] As previously explained, specific groups can be categorized in various ways based on their group type. In this case, information related to multiple members within each group may be matched differently and stored in the user database based on the group type of the specific group. For example, information related to multiple members within a first specific group (e.g., "Company") and information related to multiple members within a second specific group (e.g., "Family") may be matched differently and stored in the user database.
[0074] This user DB can be understood as information used to provide reservation services. To this end, the user DB discussed above may store information related to at least one specific group classified according to different group types and multiple members included in the specific group. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3A, the user DB (300) may store information related to multiple members included in a specific group (e.g., "Company"). Here, the information related to multiple members may include at least one of user information, department information, position information, business partner information, history information, and points held information. However, the information contained in the user DB is not limited to this, and may include other information in addition to the aforementioned information.
[0075] Furthermore, the storage unit (130) may store and exist at least one service item registered based on a service registration request from a business operator. For example, the service item stored in the storage unit (130) may be a service item for a "restaurant (or food service)" that provides services related to "food service."
[0076] Meanwhile, the payment unit (140) is configured to perform electronic payment for a specific service reserved in the user account (10).
[0077] Here, electronic payment may mean payment for goods made through the Internet, and payment for services made through a payment process provided by the reservation system (100) on the user page.
[0078] In the present invention, "payment for goods is made via the Internet" can be understood as making an electronic payment through a payment process provided by the reservation system (100) after the user has received all of the specific services from the business operator, rather than directly paying the corresponding price for the specific service (e.g., on-site payment). In this case, the reservation system (100) may have points (or digital currency or electronic currency) usable within the reservation system (100) to enable electronic payment for the specific service.
[0079] Accordingly, in this specification, all points that can be used to make payment for a specific service in the reservation system (100) are referred to as “points registered in the reservation system (100) according to the present invention.”
[0080] That is, the payment unit (140) can enable payment for the payment amount to be made through points previously registered in the reservation system (100) in the user account (10) based on the provision of a specific service from the business to the user. The payment process will be described in detail later.
[0081] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) may be configured to control the overall operation of the reservation system (100) related to the present invention. The control unit (130) may process signals, data, information, etc. input or output through the components discussed above, or provide or process appropriate information and functions to the user.
[0082] In the reservation system (100) according to the present invention, it is also possible for at least one of the reservation unit (120) and the payment unit (140) to perform its role in the control unit (150). That is, in this specification, at least one of the reservation unit (120) and the payment unit (140) can be understood as conceptually distinct components. Therefore, for convenience of explanation, the configurations of the reservation unit (120) and the payment unit (140) will not be distinguished, but will be described as integrated into the control unit (150).
[0083] As previously described, the storage unit (130) may store user information registered for the reservation service. This user information may also be referred to as a "user database," and the user database may be understood as information used to provide the reservation service. In this case, the user database of the storage unit (130) may store information related to at least one specific group classified according to different group types and multiple members included in the specific group.
[0084] As illustrated in FIG. 3A, in the user DB (300), information related to a plurality of members included in a specific group (e.g., “company”) may be matched and stored. Here, the information related to the plurality of members may include at least one of user information, department information (group information or team information), position information, business partner information, history information, and held point information. In this case, the group type of the specific group stored and existing in the user DB (300) may be understood as “company.” In addition, the department information may include information about the department (group or team) to which the users belong. In other words, the matching information existing in the user DB (300) may be information in which various pieces of information of a plurality of members included in the “company” are matched.
[0085] In the present invention, a "user" may be understood as a member included in at least one group classified according to group type. For example, a user may be understood as at least one of an "employee" included in a company group, a "department member (or team member)" included in a specific department within the company group, a "church member (or church member)" included in a church group, and a "family member" included in a family group. However, the above examples of users (or members) are not limited to this and may include other entities in addition to those mentioned. Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, the terms "member" and "user" will be used interchangeably. The terms "member" and "user" used herein may be interpreted as having the same meaning.
[0086] Meanwhile, when the control unit (150) receives a restaurant reservation request from a user terminal (10), it can specify a group including a user possessing the user terminal (10). In this case, the control unit (150) can specify a group including the user by analyzing a user account logged into the user terminal (10). Here, “specifying a group” can be understood as analyzing which group the user is included in and specifying the group including the user.
[0087] For example, let's assume that a restaurant reservation request has been received from a first user (U1). As illustrated in FIG. 3a, the control unit (150) can analyze the first user account logged into the first user terminal and identify a specific group including the first user (U1) as "Group 1 (e.g., Company)."
[0088] When the control unit (150) completes specifying a group in which a user is included, it can check the user DB stored in association with the specific group. For example, the control unit (150) can check the user DB (300) stored in association with the first group based on the fact that the specific group including the first user (U1) has been specified as the “first group.” Here, the user DB (300) stored in association with the first group can store information related to a plurality of members (U1, U2, U3, U4) included in the first group.
[0089] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) can extract at least one restaurant to recommend to a specific group by referencing a user database stored in association with that group. In this case, the control unit (150) can extract at least one restaurant to recommend to a specific group including the user, depending on the type of reservation request received from the user.
[0090] Here, the reservation request types may include: i) a first type of reservation request for the department (or team) to which the user belongs within a specific group; ii) a second type of reservation request for the entire specific group to which the user belongs; and iii) a third type of reservation request for a group to which the user does not belong. In the present invention, information specifying any one of a plurality of reservation types (or reservation request types) may be received through a page where a reservation request is received.
[0091] When the control unit (150) receives a first type reservation request from a user included in a specific group, the control unit (150) can check the “department information” to which the user belongs from the user DB. Then, the control unit (150) can extract at least one restaurant to be recommended to the department to which the user belongs by referencing information about some members belonging to the same department as the user. For example, the control unit (150) can check the department information (e.g., “Smart Team 1”) to which the first user belongs from the user DB based on receiving a first type reservation request from the first user (U1) included in the first group. Then, the control unit (150) can extract at least one restaurant to be recommended to the first department to which the first user (U1) belongs by referencing information about some members (U1, U2, U3) belonging to the same first department (e.g., “Smart Team 1”) as the first user (U1).
[0092] In contrast, when the control unit (150) receives a second type of reservation request from a user included in a specific group, the control unit (150) may extract at least one restaurant to be recommended to the specific group by referring to information about all members of the user DB (300) stored in association with the specific group. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3A, when the control unit (150) receives a reservation request for the entire first group from a first user (U1) included in the first group, the control unit (150) may extract at least one restaurant to be recommended to the first group by referring to information about all members (U1, U2, U3, U4) of the user DB (300) stored in association with the first group.
[0093] In this way, “receiving a restaurant reservation request for a specific group” may be understood as receiving at least one reservation request among a first type of reservation request for a department (or team) of a user within the specific group and a second type of reservation request for the entire specific group including the user.
[0094] In the following, for the convenience of explanation, the types of reservation requests are not distinguished separately, and it is assumed that a reservation request has been received for the department (or team) of a user within a specific group.
[0095] Meanwhile, at least one restaurant selected for recommendation to a specific group may be a restaurant that reflects business partner information and history information existing in the user database. More specifically, the control unit (150) may extract at least one restaurant to recommend to a specific group by reflecting at least one of the business partner information and history information in the user database.
[0096] The business partner described in the present invention can be understood as a counterparty with whom transactions, work (or project) collaborations are conducted at the company, group, or member level, and the business partner information can include at least one of the transaction counterparty company, group (or department), employee, and service usage history information for the service used by the employee (EX: restaurant).
[0097] In this case, the business partner information may be information that matches the department information to which the user belongs. For example, as illustrated in Figure 3a, the business partner information of the first user (U1) and the business partner information of some members (U2, U3) belonging to the same department (e.g., "Smart Team 1") as the first user can be understood as corresponding to each other.
[0098] When the control unit (150) extracts recommended restaurants by reflecting the business partner information of the user DB, a restaurant preferred or frequently visited by at least one business partner included in the business partner information may not be extracted as a recommended restaurant. For example, when extracting a restaurant to recommend to Department 1 (e.g., “Smart Team 1”) included in Group 1, the control unit (150) may control not to extract restaurants used or preferred by the business partners included in the business partner information by referencing the business partner information of some members (U1, U2, U3) belonging to Department 1.
[0099] In addition, the control unit (150) may not extract a restaurant reserved by at least one business partner included in the business partner information as a recommended restaurant. In this case, it may be understood that the reservation information, such as the reservation date and time and the reservation time, entered by the user to receive a restaurant recommendation, matches the reservation information of the restaurant reserved by at least one business partner included in the business partner information. For example, if the reservation information of “Restaurant A” reserved by “A Corporation” among the business partner information of Department 1 matches the reservation date and time, the reservation time, and the like entered by the first user (U1) to receive a restaurant recommendation, the control unit (150) may control “Restaurant A” reserved by “A Corporation” not to be extracted as a recommended restaurant.
[0100] Furthermore, if a user transmits a request to reserve a restaurant with at least one specific business partner included in the business partner information, the control unit (150) may not extract as recommended restaurants any restaurants reserved by business partners other than the specific business partner among the user's business partner information. For example, let's assume that a reservation request for a restaurant to be reserved with "A Corporation" is received from a first user (U1). As illustrated in FIG. 3a, the control unit (150) may control such that restaurants reserved by business partners other than "A Corporation" (e.g., "B Construction", "C Electronics") among the business partner information of the first user (U1) are not extracted as recommended restaurants.
[0101] In this way, the control unit (150) can extract at least one restaurant to recommend to a specific group by reflecting the business partner information among the information about multiple members included in the specific group. To this end, the storage unit (130) can store information related to restaurants used by or reserved by at least one business partner included in the business partner information.
[0102] Furthermore, the history information of the user database may include information related to the user's restaurant usage history. In this case, the history information may also be referred to as "restaurant usage history information." More specifically, the restaurant usage history information may include various information related to the restaurants the user has visited. For example, the information related to restaurant usage may include at least one of the following: i) restaurants frequently visited by the user, ii) restaurants for which the user has recently made reservations, iii) restaurants for which the user has written reviews, and iv) restaurants with high user preference.
[0103] When the control unit (150) extracts recommended restaurants by reflecting the history information of the user DB, it is possible to extract at least one recommended restaurant to be recommended to a specific group by analyzing the preferred restaurants, food tastes, food types, frequently eaten menus, etc. of multiple members included in a specific group.
[0104] Additionally, the control unit (150) can reference the history information of the user database to retrieve the restaurant reservation details previously made by a specific group. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3a, the history information (or restaurant usage history information) of the user database may also include restaurant reservation details made by members of a specific group for a specific gathering.
[0105] Additionally, restaurant reservation details may include satisfaction scores for members who attended a specific gathering at the restaurant. These satisfaction scores can be understood as an assessment of the overall satisfaction of members who attended a specific gathering with the restaurant after visiting the restaurant.
[0106] In this case, the method for receiving the satisfaction score evaluation may include providing a questionnaire or evaluation form for the satisfaction score to multiple member terminals that participated in a specific meeting, or providing the questionnaire or evaluation form to multiple member terminals that participated in a specific meeting at the end of the meeting. However, various methods other than the ones mentioned may exist, and the present invention is not limited to the method for receiving the satisfaction score evaluation.
[0107] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) can extract recommended restaurants based on the dining characteristics (or purpose) of a specific group. In this case, the control unit (150) can extract recommended restaurants based on the dining characteristics, taking into account the menu, restaurant atmosphere, restaurant size, table layout, whether it is a meeting room or a group room, etc.
[0108] Here, the dining characteristics may have different items to choose from when requesting a reservation depending on the group type of a specific group.
[0109] For example, let's assume that the group type of a specific group is "Company." As illustrated in (a) of Fig. 4a, the types of items related to the characteristics of company dinners may include at least one of "Team Dinner," "Full Dinner," "Meeting," "Farewell Party," "Business Partner Dinner," and "Other." In this case, if the characteristics of the dinner are "Full Dinner," the control unit (150) can extract recommended restaurants by considering the size of the restaurant that can accommodate all members of the company and whether or not there is a group room, and if the characteristics of the dinner are "Meeting," a restaurant equipped with a meeting room can be extracted as a recommended restaurant.
[0110] For another example, let's assume that the group type of a specific group is "family." As illustrated in FIG. 6, there may be at least one of "birthday," "first birthday party," "admission / graduation," "joining / retirement," and "other" in the types of items related to the characteristics of family dinners. In this case, if the dinner characteristic is "birthday," the control unit (150) may extract as a recommended restaurant a restaurant that has a group room where one can enjoy a birthday atmosphere with the family, and if the dinner characteristic is "admission / graduation," the control unit (150) may extract as a recommended restaurant a restaurant that sells menus that many people eat upon admission and graduation.
[0111] Meanwhile, multiple members (or multiple member accounts) within a specific group may possess "digital currency" usable in the reservation service according to the present invention. In the present invention, "digital currency" may be replaced with terms such as "electronic currency," "points," "Olive points," or "Olive currency." For convenience of explanation, "points" will be used herein.
[0112] As illustrated in Figure 3a, the user database may store "points held" information for multiple members within a specific group. Here, "points" may be understood as points previously registered in the reservation system (100) according to the present invention, and these points are used to make payments for specific services.
[0113] In this case, "specific service" may refer to at least one service item registered in the reservation system (100) based on a service registration request from a business operator. For example, the service item stored in the storage unit (130) may be a service item for a "restaurant (or food service)" that provides services related to "food service."
[0114] As previously explained, electronic payment is a payment for goods made using the Internet, and may mean payment for services made through a payment process provided by the reservation system (100) on the user page.
[0115] In the present invention, “payment for goods is made using the Internet” can be understood as performing electronic payment through a payment process provided in the reservation system (100) rather than directly paying the corresponding price for the provision of a specific service to the business operator (e.g., on-site payment) after the user has received all of the specific services from the business operator.
[0116] The control unit (150) can grant (or allocate) points to a user account. The points allocated to a user account can be stored in accordance with the user account. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3b, the control unit (150) can allocate "100,000P" points to the user account of a second user (U2) and store the "100,000P" points allocated to the user account of the second user (U2) in the storage unit (120).
[0117] The control unit (150) can perform payment for a specific service reserved in a user account (10) through the control of the payment unit (140). That is, the control unit (140) can enable payment for the payment target amount to be made through points previously registered in the reservation system (100) in the user account (10) based on the provision of a specific service to the user from the business operator.
[0118] In this case, the control unit (150) may deduct points corresponding to the payment amount from the points held in the user account based on the completion of payment for a specific service. For example, based on the payment of “KRW 30,000” for a specific service, the control unit (150) may deduct points corresponding to “KRW 30,000” (ex: “30,000P”) from the “100,000P” held in the user account of the second user (U2). In addition, the control unit (150) may update the points matched to the user account of the second user as the remaining points (points remaining after the points corresponding to the payment amount are deducted from the held points). In this way, the user may make payment for a specific service using the points held.
[0119] In this way, the “points held information” stored in the user DB may mean points held by each of the multiple members included in a specific group to make payment for at least one restaurant reserved through the reservation system (100), and such points may be restricted to be used only in the reservation system (100, or reservation service) according to the present invention.
[0120] Meanwhile, the points in the present invention may correspond to either the first type of points or the second type of points based on the point use approval location.
[0121] The first type of points can be understood as points without restrictions on where points can be used. The first type of points can be used in services linked to the reservation system (100) according to the present invention, and can be referred to as "personal points" in the present invention. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3b, the first user (U1) can use the "100,000 (321)" personal points allocated to his / her user account to pay for services linked to the reservation system (100), and there are no restrictions on where personal points can be used. The control unit (150) can initiate a payment process for a specific service based on receiving a request to use personal points allocated to the user account from the user account. Furthermore, the control unit (150) can deduct personal points held in the user account based on the completion of the payment process.
[0122] Meanwhile, the second type of points can be used only for services reserved at a specific group's company dinner restaurant, and may be referred to as "shared points" in the present invention. As illustrated in FIG. 3b, the shared points "100,000 (322)" assigned to the user account of the first user (U1) may be matched with information on authorized establishments (e.g., Restaurant A, Restaurant B, Restaurant C, 322a) where the use of the shared points (322) is approved. The control unit (150) may, based on receiving a request for shared point use from the user account to the authorized establishment matching the shared points, initiate a payment process for services provided by the authorized establishment. In addition, the control unit (150) may deduct shared points held in the user account based on the completion of the payment process.
[0123] The control unit (150) can specify a restaurant reserved for a company dinner for a specific group as the place where the use of the common points is approved. For example, if a first user (U1) makes a reservation for a company dinner for a specific group (e.g., Smart Team 1) at a restaurant (e.g., Restaurant A), and the common points (322) are allocated to the user account of the first user (U1) based on the reservation being completed, the control unit (150) can specify the company dinner restaurant (e.g., Restaurant A) reserved by the first user (U1) as the place where the use of the common points (322) allocated to the user account is approved. Hereinafter, a restaurant recommendation and reservation process that provides recommended restaurant information for a company dinner for a specific group and makes a reservation at least at one of the recommended restaurants will be described in detail.
[0124] Meanwhile, in the present invention, a process of receiving a restaurant reservation request for a specific group including multiple members may be performed (S210, see FIG. 2).
[0125] The control unit (150) may receive a request for providing a reservation page for reserving at least one restaurant from a user terminal (10). In this case, a user possessing the user terminal (10) may request provision of a reservation page according to the group type of a specific group to which the user belongs. For example, the group type of the specific group to which the user belongs may be understood as "Company," and the user may be understood as any one of multiple members included in the specific group called "Company." In other words, the user may also be understood as a "host," "representative," or "organizer" of a company dinner who transmits at least one restaurant reservation request for a company dinner of a specific group (e.g., "Company").
[0126] As illustrated in (a) of FIG. 4A, the control unit (150) may, based on receiving a reservation page provision request, provide a reservation page (400) corresponding to the received request to the user terminal (10). The reservation page (400) provided to the user terminal (10) may include at least one of dinner schedule information (401), department information (402), dinner characteristic information (or dinner purpose information, 403), and dinner order information (404).
[0127] The dinner schedule information (401) may be configured to input information about the date (ex: “reservation date”) and time (ex: “reservation time) for making a reservation at a specific restaurant.
[0128] Additionally, the department information (402) may be configured to input information about the department (or team) to which a user belongs within a specific group. As described above, “receiving a restaurant reservation request for a specific group” may be understood as receiving at least one reservation request among a first type of reservation request for the department (or team) to which a user belongs within a specific group and a second type of reservation request for the entire specific group to which the user belongs. Selecting at least one item of the department information (402) may be understood as receiving a first type of reservation request.
[0129] When the control unit (150) receives a selection for at least one item of department information (402) from a user included in a specific group, the control unit (150) can confirm the "department information" to which the user belongs from the user DB. Furthermore, the control unit (150) can extract at least one restaurant to recommend to the department to which the user belongs by referencing information about some members belonging to the same department as the user. For example, the control unit (150) may, based on receiving a selection of an item corresponding to “the first department (ex: “Smart Team 1”) among the department information (402) from the first user (U1) included in the first group, confirm the department information (ex: “Smart Team 1”) to which the first user belongs from the user DB (300). In addition, the control unit (150) may, by referring to information about some members (U1, U2, U3) belonging to the same first department (ex: “Smart Team 1”) as the first user (U1), extract at least one restaurant to be recommended to the first department to which the first user (U1) belongs.
[0130] Furthermore, the dinner feature information (403) may have different items that can be selected when requesting a reservation depending on the group type of a specific group. For example, as illustrated in (a) of FIG. 4A, based on the fact that the reservation page (400) is a page provided for dinner reservations for a specific group whose group type is “Company,” the dinner feature information (403) selection items provided on the reservation page (400) may include “Team Dinner,” “Full Dinner,” “Meeting,” “Farewell Party,” “Business Partner Dinner,” and “Other.”
[0131] Meanwhile, the control unit (130) can receive information on the number of rounds of a dinner party to be held by a specific group through the dinner number information (404) provided on the reservation page (400). Here, the number information indicates the order of a specific dinner party, and may refer to the rounds in which the dinner party is to be held, such as “second dinner party,” “third dinner party,” “fourth dinner party,” etc. For example, “second dinner party” can be understood as first holding the first dinner party at the first dinner party location, and then moving to the second dinner party location to hold the second dinner party after the first dinner party is finished.
[0132] In this case, the restaurants reserved for each round of dinners may be different. More specifically, among the locations associated with the second round of dinners, the first round of dinners may be "Restaurant A," and the second round of dinners may be "Restaurant B."
[0133] The control unit (150) can extract multiple recommended restaurants for a specific group to make reservations based on the order information received through the dinner order information (404). For example, as illustrated in (a) of FIG. 4A, if the control unit (150) receives a user's selection for at least one order information (e.g., "2nd order") among the dinner order information (404), it can extract restaurants for a specific group to make reservations based on the received order information (e.g., "2nd order").
[0134] In addition, when the control unit (150) receives information on the number of company dinners, it can extract recommended restaurants for a specific group to make reservations by considering the distance between multiple restaurants for each company dinner order, the time required for each company dinner order, the budget, etc.
[0135] Furthermore, the control unit (150) may provide an input page configured to allow the user to input a reservation time for each selected order when an item for order information corresponding to “2nd” or higher among the dining order information (404) is selected. For example, as illustrated in (b) of FIG. 4a, the control unit (150) may provide an input page (410) configured to allow the user to input a reservation time for each selected order (e.g., “2nd”) based on the selection of an item for order information corresponding to “2nd” among the dining order information (404) from the user terminal (10).
[0136] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) can extract recommended restaurants based on a specific group's dinner budget. As previously explained, the dinner budget can be understood as a second type of point (e.g., "shared points") that can only be used for dinners for a specific group.
[0137] As illustrated in (b) of FIG. 4a, the control unit (150) may provide an input page (411) configured to receive budget information for a dinner party to be held by a specific group based on the selection of a graphic object (405) included in the reservation page (400) from the user terminal (10). That is, the input page (411) may be configured to allow a specific group to input budget information for a restaurant to be reserved.
[0138] At this time, the control unit (150) can control the input page (411) so that budget information can be input for each dining order when an item for order information corresponding to “2nd” or higher among the dining order information (404) is selected. For example, as illustrated in (b) of FIG. 4a, the control unit (150) can provide the input page (411) so that budget information can be input for each order (e.g., “2nd order”) based on the selection of an item for order information corresponding to “2nd” in the dining order information (404).
[0139] Furthermore, the control unit (150) can receive a restaurant reservation request for a specific group including a plurality of input information (401, 402, 403, 404) entered in the reservation page (400) based on the selection of a graphic object (412) corresponding to the “reservation request” of the input page (411).
[0140] However, the information entered to make a reservation request is not limited to the examples described above. For example, it may be configured to only input the number of people without regard to the department information of the attending members, or it may be configured to input various items such as the atmosphere characteristics of the attending members (e.g., sociability, extroversion, etc.), the average drinking capacity of the attending members (e.g., 0 bottles, 1 bottle, 2 bottles), whether each member will be walking or driving, the desired travel time (e.g., within 5 minutes, within 10 minutes), and the preferred menu (e.g., raw fish, Korean set meal, Western-style meal, etc.).
[0141] Meanwhile, in the present invention, a process of extracting multiple restaurants to be recommended to a specific group can be performed based on member information related to multiple members (S220, see FIG. 2).
[0142] As described above, when the control unit (150) receives a restaurant reservation request from a user included in a specific group, it can recommend at least one restaurant to the specific group by referring to the user DB stored in connection with the specific group.
[0143] As illustrated in FIG. 3A, information related to multiple members included in a specific group (e.g., "Company") may be matched and stored in the user DB (300). Here, the information related to multiple members may include at least one of user information, department information, position information, business partner information, history information, and held points information. In this case, the group type of the specific group stored and existing in the user DB (300) may be understood as "Company." In other words, the matching information existing in the user DB (300) may be information in which various pieces of information of multiple members included in the "Company" are matched.
[0144] For example, let's assume that a restaurant reservation request is received from a first user (U1) included in a first group. As illustrated in Fig. 3a, when the control unit (150) receives a plurality of input information (401, 402, 403, 404) entered by the first user (U1) into the reservation page (400), the control unit (150) can check the user DB (300) stored in connection with the first group including the first user (U1). Based on the plurality of input information (401, 402, 403, 404) and information related to a plurality of members stored in the user DB (300), the control unit (150) can extract a plurality of restaurants to recommend to a specific group including the first user (U1).
[0145] The control unit (150) can extract recommended restaurants in various ways based on the member information of the members.
[0146] For example, the control unit (150) may, based on the members' history information, designate at least some of the restaurants previously visited by the members as recommended restaurants. More specifically, the control unit (150) may designate the restaurant with the highest number of past visits by the members as the recommended restaurant, or designate a restaurant used by a large number of members as the recommended restaurant.
[0147] For another example, the control unit (150) may exclude restaurants previously visited by members from the recommended restaurants. More specifically, the control unit (150) may exclude restaurants visited by members less than a certain number of times (e.g., once) from the recommended restaurants.
[0148] As another example, the control unit (150) can specify the members' preferred menu categories (e.g., “Chinese food,” “Korean food,” “snack food,” etc.) and preferred restaurant keywords (e.g., “spacious,” “fresh,” “special day,” “comfortable seats,” “newly opened,” “many reviews,” “having a discount event,” etc.) based on the members' history information, and can extract recommended restaurants based on at least one of the specified menu categories and keywords.
[0149] For another example, the control unit (150) may exclude from recommended restaurants at least one of restaurants near the business partner, restaurants frequented by the business partner's employees, and past meeting locations with the business partner's employees based on the business partner information of the members. As described above, the business partner in the present invention refers to a counterparty that conducts transactions, business collaborations, etc. with at least one of a company, department, and employee, and may be understood as another company and its employees that are work-related with members of a specific group. The business partner information may include recent restaurant usage history (visit history) and preferred restaurant information of the business partner's employees, and the control unit (150) may exclude from recommended restaurants locations where there is a possibility of encountering the business partner's employees based on the business partner information.
[0150] Meanwhile, in the present invention, extracting multiple restaurants to be recommended to a specific group can be done based on data on member attributes and restaurant attributes.
[0151] More specifically, the storage unit (130) may store information on at least one member's attributes and restaurant attributes. The control unit (150) may extract multiple restaurants to recommend to a specific group using at least one of the member attributes and restaurant attributes stored in the storage unit (130).
[0152] Here, member attributes may include at least one of the following: gender ratio, average age, preferred food, dietary information (e.g., vegetarian, meat-eating), and health information (e.g., diabetes, allergies, enteritis). Furthermore, restaurant attributes may include at least one of the following: food category, average price (e.g., per meal), parking availability, restaurant rating, location accessibility, restaurant atmosphere, and group room and hall configuration information. However, member and restaurant attributes may naturally include a wider range of information than those mentioned.
[0153] When the control unit (150) receives a restaurant reservation request for a specific group including multiple members, it can extract multiple restaurants to recommend to the specific group based on at least one of the member attributes and restaurant attributes stored in the storage unit (130).
[0154] That is, in the present invention, extracting multiple restaurants to be recommended to a specific group can be done by referencing a user DB stored in connection with a specific group as described above, but is not limited thereto, and can be done based on data on member and restaurant attributes stored in the storage unit (130).
[0155] In this way, the present invention can extract multiple restaurants to recommend to a specific group using at least one of a user database, member attributes, and restaurant attributes. Furthermore, it is also possible to extract multiple restaurants to recommend to a specific group based on information matching all of the user database, member attributes, and restaurant attributes.
[0156] Meanwhile, in the present invention, a process of providing recommendation information including information on the plurality of recommended restaurants to a user terminal that has received a reservation request may be performed (S230, see FIG. 2).
[0157] When the control unit (150) completes extracting a plurality of restaurants to be recommended to a specific group, the control unit (150) can provide the extracted plurality of restaurants to the user terminal (10). For example, as illustrated in FIG. 4b, the control unit (150) can provide recommendation information including information on a plurality of recommended restaurants (431, 432, 433) to be recommended to a specific group to the user terminal (10) through the service page (430).
[0158] The recommendation information for the multiple recommended restaurants (431, 432, 433) included in the service page (430) may include various information. For example, the recommendation information may include at least one of "restaurant name," "image (or photo), "location (or place)," "menu information," "signature menu," "recommended menu," "ratings and reviews," "price information," "discount information," "recommendation reason information," and "recommendation indicator." However, the recommendation information may include other information in addition to the aforementioned information.
[0159] Furthermore, when the control unit (150) receives a user input for information on a “second” or higher order, the control unit (150) can control the service page (430) so that recommendation information for a plurality of recommended restaurants is displayed in a different area for each received order, or so that recommendation information for a recommended restaurant is provided for each received order on each of the plurality of sub-pages.
[0160] Meanwhile, although not illustrated, a user interface that can recommend at least one restaurant can be provided in one area of the service page provided by the restaurant reservation service.
[0161] More specifically, the control unit (150) can provide a GUI (graphical user interface) linked to a function capable of recommending at least one restaurant provided on the service page.
[0162] GUI (graphical user interface) refers to the display of functions such as input / output in the form of graphics, such as icons, so that users can use them conveniently.
[0163] The control unit (150) may count a value so that the number of recommendations (or likes) for a specific restaurant increases when a GUI linked to a function for recommending a specific restaurant is selected from a user account. For example, the control unit (150) may count a value so that the number of recommendations (or likes) for the recommended first restaurant increases based on the selection of a GUI linked to a function for recommending a first restaurant from a user account.
[0164] In addition, when the counting of the number of recommendations is completed, the control unit (150) can store the recommendation number of the specific restaurant for which the counting of the number of recommendations was performed. For example, let's assume that the number of recommendations for the first restaurant has increased from "100" to "101." The control unit (150) can store the increased number of recommendations for the first restaurant (e.g., "101") in the storage unit (130) and control the service page so that the number of recommendations for the first restaurant is updated.
[0165] Furthermore, a user interface can be provided where users can select from various recommended options, along with recommendations for specific restaurants. Recommendations can include information related to the service provided. For example, at least one of the following may be present: cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, and food delivery speed. However, recommendations can naturally include more diverse information than just the ones mentioned.
[0166] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) can provide a user environment in which, when receiving a request from a user for a recommendation of a restaurant to visit within a specific area, a recommended restaurant can be provided based on the number of recommendations.
[0167] More specifically, when receiving a request for restaurant recommendations within a specific area, the control unit (150) may recommend restaurants for the user to visit based on the recommendation scores associated with each restaurant. In this case, the control unit (150) may provide a service page by sorting a list of recommended restaurants in descending order of recommendation scores, based on the recommendation scores.
[0168] Additionally, the control unit (150) may further receive input from the user regarding a recommended distance. Here, the displayed distance may be a distance extracted based on the location of the user terminal, but it may also be understood that the user directly inputs a recommended distance suitable for the restaurant he or she plans to visit.
[0169] That is, the control unit (150) can provide a service page in which a list of recommended restaurants for the user to visit is sorted based on the recommended number or display distance.
[0170] Users can choose to visit a restaurant with a high recommendation score, or they can be provided with an environment where they can choose the restaurant with the highest recommendation score (or satisfaction score) within the display distance they have entered.
[0171] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) may provide a voting function for determining at least one of the recommended restaurants, along with recommendation information including information on a plurality of recommended restaurants.
[0172] This voting function can be provided for a specific group to which multiple recommended restaurants are recommended. That is, multiple members of a specific group can select at least one restaurant through the voting function provided in the reservation service according to the present invention.
[0173] The control unit (150) may provide a graphic object (e.g., “vote creation”, 434) corresponding to a “voting function” on the service page (430) provided to the user terminal (10). A user possessing the user terminal (10) may use the voting function by selecting at least one of a plurality of recommended restaurants (431, 432, 433) included in the service page (430).
[0174] The control unit (150) can control the graphic object (434) corresponding to the “voting function” to be activated when at least one recommended restaurant included in the service page (430) is selected from the user terminal (10). For example, as illustrated in FIG. 4b, the graphic object (434) can be controlled to be activated based on the selection of information corresponding to some of the recommended restaurants among the plurality of recommended restaurants (431, 432, 433) included in the service page (430).
[0175] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) can provide a voting screen to terminals of multiple members participating in a dinner hosted by a specific group when the voting function is activated by at least one user among multiple members included in a specific group.
[0176] When the control unit (150) receives, from the user terminal (10), information corresponding to some of the recommended restaurants (431, 432, 433) included in the service page (430) is selected, and a selection of a graphic object (434) activated as information about the some of the recommended restaurants is selected, the control unit (150) can generate a voting page (450) including the received information about the plurality of recommended restaurants (431, 432, 433) and provide the voting page (450) to a plurality of member terminals (see (a) of FIG. 4c).
[0177] In this case, it can also be understood that the multiple member terminals to which the voting page is provided are provided according to the user's reservation request type. For example, let's assume that a reservation request of type 1 is received from a first user (U1) included in a first group. Based on the activation of the voting function by the first user (U1), the control unit (150) can generate and provide the voting page only to some member terminals (U2, U3) belonging to the same first department (e.g., "Smart Team 1") as the first user (see FIG. 3a).
[0178] For another example, let's assume that a second type of reservation request is received from a first user (U1) included in a first group. Based on the activation of the voting function by the first user (U1), the control unit (150) can generate and provide a voting page to the terminals of all members (U1, U2, U3, U4) of the first group including the first user (see FIG. 3a).
[0179] Furthermore, if the control unit (150) receives user input regarding information on a "second" or higher order, it can generate voting pages for each order and provide them to multiple member terminals. For example, let's assume that information on a "second" or higher order has been received. As illustrated in (a) and (b) of FIG. 4c, the control unit (150) can generate multiple voting pages (450, 460) for each received order (e.g., "second") and provide them to multiple member terminals.
[0180] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) can set different voting weights according to the position (or rank, grade) information of multiple members included in a specific group.
[0181] More specifically, the position information may include the highest first rank (e.g., “Manager”), a second rank lower than the first rank (e.g., “Deputy Manager”), a third rank lower than both the first and second ranks (e.g., “Assistant Manager”), and a fourth rank lower than the first and third ranks (e.g., “Employee”). The above position information is merely an example, and may include other position information in addition to those mentioned.
[0182] The control unit (150) may perform data processing in which voting weights are set differently for each of a plurality of ranks (e.g., ranks 1 to 4) classified according to rank information. For example, a first weight may be assigned to a first rank (e.g., “manager”), a second weight lower than the first weight may be assigned to a second rank (e.g., “assistant manager”) lower than the first rank, a third weight lower than the second weight may be assigned to a third rank (e.g., “assistant manager”) lower than the first and second ranks, and a fourth weight lower than the third weight may be assigned to a fourth rank (e.g., “employee”) lower than the first and third ranks.
[0183] These weights may be reflected in the percentage of voter turnout, or the number of votes may be assigned differently based on the weights based on position information. For example, if the number of votes is assigned differently, the first weight may be assigned "4" votes, the second weight may be assigned "3" votes, the third weight may be assigned "2" votes, and the fourth weight may be assigned "1" vote. In this way, the control unit (150) may perform data processing so that the number of votes is assigned differently based on the number of votes.
[0184] Meanwhile, if voting pages are provided for multiple rounds, the control unit (150) may set different weights according to position information for each voting page provided for multiple rounds. More specifically, let's assume that the round information for a specific dinner is "2nd." As illustrated in (a) and (b) of FIG. 4c, multiple voting pages (450, 460) may be provided according to a specific dinner round (e.g., "2nd"). The control unit (150) may set different weights for the first voting page (450) corresponding to the first dinner round and the second voting page (460) corresponding to the second dinner round.
[0185] For example, the control unit (150) may assign a fourth weight to the first rank (e.g., “manager”), a third weight higher than the fourth weight to the second rank (e.g., “assistant manager”) lower than the first rank, a second weight lower than the third weight to the third rank (e.g., “assistant manager”) lower than the first and second ranks, and a first weight lower than the second weight to the fourth rank (e.g., “employee”) lower than the first and third ranks.
[0186] In contrast, the control unit (150) may assign a first weight to the first rank (e.g., “manager”), a second weight lower than the first weight to the second rank (e.g., “assistant manager”) lower than the first rank, a third weight lower than the second weight to the third rank (e.g., “assistant manager”) lower than the first and second ranks, and a fourth weight lower than the third weight to the fourth rank (e.g., “employee”) lower than the first and third ranks.
[0187] In this way, the control unit (150) can assign different weights to each voting page according to position information so that voting is conducted with different weights set on the voting pages provided for each of the multiple orders.
[0188] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) may provide the results of the vote to the multiple member terminals once all voting on the voting page provided to the multiple member terminals has been completed. For example, as illustrated in (a) of FIG. 5, the control unit (150) may provide the multiple member terminals with a voting results page (510) that includes a specific recommended restaurant (511) identified based on the voting results.
[0189] Here, a specific recommended restaurant (511) can be understood as the restaurant with the highest voter turnout or the highest number of votes. Furthermore, the voting results provided on the voting results page (510) can be understood as reflecting weights set differently based on the position information of each member, as previously described.
[0190] Meanwhile, in the present invention, a process of receiving a reservation request for a specific recommended restaurant among a plurality of recommended restaurants from a user terminal may be performed (S240, see FIG. 2).
[0191] The control unit (150) may provide a graphic object corresponding to a reservation function to perform a reservation for a specific recommended restaurant. For example, as illustrated in (a) of FIG. 5, the control unit (150) may provide a graphic object (511) corresponding to the reservation function on the voting results page (510). In this case, the graphic object (511) corresponding to the reservation function may be provided only to the user terminal that transmitted the reservation request. In other words, the control unit (150) may control the voting results page (510) provided to multiple member terminals so that the graphic object corresponding to the reservation function is not included.
[0192] Furthermore, as illustrated in (a) of FIG. 5, the control unit (150) may receive a reservation request for a specific recommended restaurant (511) included in the voting results page (510) based on the selection of a graphic object (511) of the voting results page (510) from the user terminal (10). In this case, the specific recommended restaurant (511) for which the reservation request is received may be understood as at least one restaurant among a plurality of recommended restaurants for which a reservation will be made.
[0193] In the present invention, in response to a reservation request, a process of generating reservation information for a specific group for a specific recommended restaurant may be performed (S250, see FIG. 2).
[0194] The control unit (150) can make reservations for specific recommended restaurants using various channels. For example, the control unit (150) can make reservations for specific recommended restaurants using the reservation service provided by the reservation system (100) according to the present invention. For another example, the control unit (150) can make reservations for specific recommended restaurants through integration with an external reservation service. For yet another example, the control unit (150) can make reservations for specific recommended restaurants through chatting with the restaurant.
[0195] In this case, the control unit (150) can use information from a specific user account that has received a restaurant reservation request for a specific group to make a reservation for a specific recommended restaurant. For example, a reservation for a recommended restaurant can be made under the name of a specific user based on the user's name and contact information.
[0196] The control unit (150) may generate reservation information based on the completion of a reservation for a specific recommended restaurant. The reservation information may include at least one of the following: reservation restaurant information (restaurant name information, address information, contact information, etc.), reservation holder information, reservation date information, reservation time information, pre-order menu information, number of guests information, reservation code, and reservation number.
[0197] Meanwhile, as illustrated in (b) of FIG. 5, the control unit (150) may generate dinner notice information (or dinner notice information or dinner notice page, 520) using reservation information based on the completion of a restaurant reservation. The dinner notice information may include at least one of dinner schedule information by number of times, dinner location information, reservation holder information, reservation date information, and reservation holder contact information.
[0198] The control unit (150) can transmit the dinner notice information to the user accounts of each member belonging to a specific group. A page containing the dinner notice information can be provided to the user terminals (10) of the members.
[0199] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) can extract different restaurants based on the group type of a specific group. As previously described, the group type may include at least one of "company," "family," "church," and "club (or club)".
[0200] More specifically, the control unit (150) can extract different restaurants based on the group type and dining characteristics (or dining purpose) of a specific group. Here, the dining characteristics may include different options for reservation requests depending on the group type of the specific group. That is, the control unit (150) can extract recommended restaurants based on the dining characteristics, taking into account the menu, restaurant atmosphere, restaurant size, table layout, and whether the restaurant offers a meeting room or group room.
[0201] For example, let's assume that the group type of a specific group is "Company." As illustrated in (a) of Fig.
[0202] For another example, let's assume that the group type of a specific group is "family." As illustrated in FIG.
[0203] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) can perform payment for restaurant services using at least one of the first type of points (personal points) and the second type of points (shared points) assigned to a specific user account. In this case, the second type of points (shared points) may correspond to points transferred from the user accounts of other members participating in a specific group. In the case of a private dinner, the present invention can provide a process in which a specific user performs payment using his or her own personal points, a process in which payment is performed using the individual points of each of multiple users, and a process in which payment is performed using shared points collected by multiple users.
[0204] In this way, the control unit (150) can provide a service that recommends a restaurant suitable for the group to which the user belongs by extracting different restaurants according to the group type and dining characteristics of a specific group.
[0205] Meanwhile, the control unit (150) may allocate shared points corresponding to the budget to the user account hosting the dinner for a specific group based on the budget approval for the dinner for that group. The user account hosting the dinner for that group may be understood as the user who received the restaurant reservation request for that group.
[0206] Specifically, the control unit (150) of the reservation system (100) may receive a budget approval request for a specific group dinner from the user account of the host (A) (S710, see FIG. 7). The timing of the budget approval request may vary. For example, the budget approval request may be made before, simultaneously with, or after receiving a restaurant reservation request for the specific group. The budget approval request may include at least one of budget information, dinner information (information regarding at least one of the date, location, participating members, and dinner purpose), and payer information.
[0207] The control unit (150) of the reservation system (100) can generate payment information based on a budget payment request received from the organizer (A) (S720, see FIG. 7). The control unit (150) can generate payment information for paying the organizer (A) a budget (or amount or points) corresponding to the budget information to the organizer's (A) user account, with the organizer (A) as the payment requester. Furthermore, the control unit (150) can transmit the payment information to the user account of the payer (B). The payer (B) can be identified by at least one of the organizer (A) and the control unit (150).
[0208] The approver (B) can approve the budget corresponding to the budget approval request based on approving the approval information corresponding to the budget approval request of the organizer (A) (S730, see Fig. 7).
[0209] The control unit (150) of the reservation system (100) can pay the budget corresponding to the budget payment request of the organizer (A) to the user account of the organizer (A) based on the completion of payment from the payer (B). That is, the control unit (150) can pay points corresponding to the amount paid from the payer (B) to the account of the organizer (A) (S740, see FIG. 7).
[0210] In this case, the type of points awarded to the organizer's (A) account may correspond to a second type of point (common points). Furthermore, the location for which the second type of points are approved may be a restaurant reserved for a specific group, as designated by the organizer (A).
[0211] Meanwhile, the present invention can provide a process by which points held by a higher-ranking person can be delegated to a lower-ranking person.
[0212] In the following, for the convenience of explanation, the user account corresponding to a higher rank will be referred to as the “first user account” and the user account corresponding to a lower rank will be referred to as the “second user account.”
[0213] More specifically, a first user account can transfer (or delegate, transfer) its points to a second user account, depending on specific circumstances. The "points" referred to here can be understood as "shared points" used for specific gatherings (e.g., company dinners). In this case, the first user account may be a user with a higher position (or rank) than the second user account, and the second user account may be a user with a lower position (or rank) than the first user account.
[0214] While various scenarios may exist, a specific situation may refer to a case where a first user account that received public points for a specific meeting is unable to attend the meeting due to personal reasons. This situation may also include a case where a first user account that received public points is unable to attend at least one of multiple meetings.
[0215] The control unit (150) may provide a process for transferring shared points held by the first user account to a second user account when the first user account is unable to attend a specific meeting due to certain circumstances. For example, the control unit (150) may provide a graphical user interface (GUI) linked to a function for transferring shared points held by the first user account to a second user account when the first user account is unable to attend a specific meeting.
[0216] That is, the control unit (150) can perform data processing to transfer points held by the first user account to the second user account based on the selection of the GUI from the first user account.
[0217] Furthermore, the control unit (150) may provide a GUI (graphical user interface) linked with a function that allows the transfer of the common points held by the first user account to the second user account when the first user account that has been granted common points fails to attend at least one of the multiple meetings. For example, let's assume that there are multiple meetings up to the "3rd meeting" and the first user account fails to attend the "3rd meeting." The control unit (150) may provide a GUI so that the points held by the first user account can be transferred to the second user account in order to proceed with the "3rd meeting." That is, the control unit (150) may perform data processing so that the points held by the first user account are transferred to the second user account based on the selection of the GUI from the first user account.
[0218] As described above, the restaurant reservation method and system according to the present invention receives a restaurant reservation request for a specific group including multiple members, thereby providing a user with recommended restaurant information and a restaurant reservation service for a specific group without having to specify each member individually.
[0219] Furthermore, the restaurant reservation method and system according to the present invention can extract multiple restaurants to recommend to a specific group based on member information associated with multiple members, and provide recommendation information containing information about the multiple recommended restaurants to the user terminal receiving the reservation request. Therefore, the user can select the most suitable restaurant considering all members without the hassle of searching for restaurants. Consequently, the user can reduce the effort required to find a suitable restaurant.
[0220] Furthermore, the restaurant reservation method and system according to the present invention can receive a reservation request for a specific recommended restaurant among multiple recommended restaurants from a user terminal and, in response to the reservation request, generate reservation information for the specific group for the specific recommended restaurant. Users can make reservations for their desired restaurant without having to call the restaurant or use a separate reservation electronic device or application. Therefore, users can receive services provided by the present invention, from restaurant recommendation to restaurant reservation, and can conveniently and successfully host a dinner party for a specific group.
