[0001] Cross-references
[0002] This application refers to Chinese Patent Application No. 202311174699.9, filed on September 12, 2023, entitled “Repair Welding Tools, Repair Welding Methods and Repair Welding Devices,” which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. Technical Field
[0003] The present application relates to the field of battery technology, and in particular to a repair welding tool, a repair welding method, and a repair welding device. Background Art
[0004] In related technologies, the manufacturing process of battery cells typically involves welding a sealant to the liquid injection hole to seal it. During this welding process, defects such as a dented weld may sometimes appear on the sealant. Repair welding is typically used to address this defect, but this traditional repair welding method has low rework efficiency.
[0005] Summary of the Invention
[0006] Based on this, it is necessary to provide a repair welding tool, a repair welding method and a repair welding device to address the problem of low rework efficiency of traditional repair welding methods.
[0007] According to a first aspect of the present application, a repair welding tool is provided for use with a battery cell. The battery cell includes a top cover and a first sealing member. The top cover is provided with a liquid injection hole, and the first sealing member is sealingly connected to the top of the liquid injection hole. The repair welding tool includes a tool body and a tool head. The tool head is connected to the tool body, and the end of the tool head remote from the tool body is provided with a cutting edge portion adapted to fit the liquid injection hole.
[0008] In the technical solution of the present application, since the blade head of the repair welding tool is provided with a cutting edge portion that is adapted to the liquid injection hole, during the process of using the repair welding tool to repair the battery cell, an incision that is adapted to the cutting edge portion can be formed at the liquid injection hole of the battery cell to remove the defective first seal. At the same time, the incision can be made to roughly correspond to the original structure of the liquid injection hole, and then the welding process of the first seal can be used to repair the second seal with the same structure as the first seal at the incision. In this process, since the cutting edge portion is adapted to the liquid injection hole, the volume of the part cut and removed is smaller, and the welding process of the first seal is used, which can effectively improve the rework efficiency and yield of the repair welding operation.
[0009] In one embodiment, the injection hole includes a first hole section configured as a stepped hole, the first sealing member is sealingly connected to the first hole section, and the cutting edge includes a stepped portion that matches the first hole section. During repair welding of a battery cell using this repair welding tool, the feed stroke of the repair welding tool along the axis of the injection hole can be adjusted based on the stroke required for the repair welding tool to advance into the stepped hole and engage the stepped portion, thereby better controlling the feed stroke of the repair welding tool along the axis of the injection hole. This improves the cutting accuracy of the repair welding tool and facilitates reducing the volume of the removed portion, thereby improving the rework efficiency of the repair welding operation.
[0010] In one embodiment, the step portion includes a first cutting surface and a second cutting surface disposed around the first cutting surface. The first hole segment has a step surface, the first cutting surface being configured to abut against the step surface of the first hole segment along the axis of the injection hole. The second cutting surface is configured to extend outwardly and obliquely from one end thereof proximal to the first cutting surface toward the other end. The second cutting surface of the step portion can form a conical surface with the cutout, preserving the original structure of the first injection hole to the greatest extent possible. Compared to conventional tools with uniform radial dimensions, this repair welding tool can significantly reduce the volume of the removed portion, thereby improving the rework efficiency of the repair welding operation.
[0011] In one embodiment, the cutter head has a circular cross-section perpendicular to its axis. When performing repair welding on a battery cell using a cutter head with a circular structure, the repair welding tool can be driven to rotate a small angle, such as approximately 10 degrees, around the central axis of the injection hole to remove the first sealant on the battery cell, further improving the efficiency of the repair welding operation.
[0012] In one embodiment, the repair welding tool includes at least two cutting heads connected to the outer peripheral wall of the tool body, and the at least two cutting heads are spaced apart along the circumference of the tool body. The at least two cutting heads can improve the removal efficiency of the first seal, thereby improving the rework efficiency of the repair welding operation.
[0013] In one embodiment, the tool head is provided with a high-temperature resistant coating. The high-temperature resistant coating can reduce burrs and tool sticking caused by the cutting process during dry machining (without coolant), thereby extending the service life of the repair welding tool.
[0014] In one embodiment, the high temperature resistant coating includes at least one of a titanium nitride coating, a titanium carbonitride coating, a titanium aluminum nitride coating, a chromium aluminum nitride coating, and a diamond coating.
[0015] In one embodiment, the cutter head includes a milling cutter head, a reamer head, or a boring cutter head. Utilizing the milling cutter head, the reamer head, or the boring cutter head facilitates the removal of the first seal, thereby improving the removal efficiency of the first seal and further improving the rework efficiency of the repair welding operation.
[0016] According to a second aspect of the present application, a repair welding method is provided, wherein a battery cell is processed using the repair welding tool described in any of the above embodiments. The repair welding method comprises: using the repair welding tool to cut the connection between a first seal and a liquid injection hole on the battery cell to remove the first seal; and welding a second seal to the liquid injection hole; wherein the first seal and the second seal have the same structure. The repair welding operation can be performed using a second seal with the same structure as the first seal, and the second seal is welded to the cut. In this way, the welding process used for the first seal can be used, thereby improving the rework efficiency and yield of the repair welding operation.
[0017] In one embodiment, before welding the second sealing member to the injection hole, the repair welding method further includes: cleaning the injection hole. This cleaning can be done to remove cutting waste from the injection hole resulting from the removal of the first sealing member, thereby facilitating subsequent welding of the second sealing member to the injection hole, i.e., to the aforementioned incision.
[0018] In one embodiment, cleaning the injection hole specifically includes: using air to blow toward the injection hole and then cleaning the injection hole by suction. The air blowing can cool the incision formed by cutting at the injection hole; the air blowing can also conveniently move the cutting waste formed at the incision to a single location for unified suction treatment, thereby reducing damage to the battery cells caused by cleaning methods such as brushes or alcohol. This effectively cleans the injection hole while also effectively protecting the battery cells.
[0019] In one embodiment, cleaning the injection hole further includes: using a laser to clean the injection hole. The laser cleaning method can be used to remove trace amounts of cutting waste remaining at the incision, thereby improving the cleanliness of the incision and further improving the repair welding yield of the second sealing component.
[0020] According to a third aspect of the present application, a repair welding device is provided, comprising the repair welding tool and a welding mechanism as described in any one of the above embodiments. The welding mechanism is used to weld the second sealing member to the liquid injection hole.
[0021] In one embodiment, the repair welding device further includes an air blowing mechanism, which is used to blow air toward the liquid injection hole when the first sealing member is removed.
[0022] In one embodiment, the repair welding device further includes a laser cleaning mechanism, which is used to clean the injection hole.

[0042] As described in the background art, repair welding is usually used to solve defects such as weld depressions on sealing components.
[0043] In the traditional repair welding method, in the process of removing the defective seal, a part of the side wall of the injection hole is usually also removed, resulting in a large amount of metal removal, which in turn causes the rework efficiency of the traditional repair welding method to be low; at the same time, it will also cause the radial size of the injection hole to increase, which will require the customization of a larger seal to be welded to the injection hole, which will result in additional cost for the customized seal, and the repair welding process of the larger seal will still use the original seal welding process, which makes the repair welding of the larger seal prone to poor welding.
[0044] In order to solve at least one of the above technical problems, the present application designs a repair welding tool, a repair welding method and a repair welding device, which can use the repair welding tool to remove defective seals while also helping to maintain the original structure of the injection hole, making it convenient to use seals of the same size for repair welding, improving the repair welding efficiency, and also helping to ensure the consistency of the welding process, thereby improving the yield of the repair welding.
[0045] The repair welding tool, repair welding method and / or repair welding device disclosed in the embodiments of the present application can be used, but is not limited to, in the production process of batteries.
[0046] FIG1 is a schematic diagram showing a partial structure of a battery cell 200 according to an embodiment of the present application, and FIG2 is an enlarged schematic diagram of point B in FIG1 .
[0047] A repair welding tool 100 provided in one embodiment of the present application is used for a battery cell 200 .
[0048] 1 and 2 , the battery cell 200 includes a top cover 210 and a first sealing member 220 a . A liquid injection hole A is formed through the top cover 210 , and the first sealing member 220 a is sealed and connected to the top of the liquid injection hole A.
[0049] The first sealing member 220 a is substantially in the shape of a cap, and can be used to seal the liquid injection hole A, thereby improving the sealing reliability of the battery cell 200 .
[0050] 3 , and in combination with FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , the repair welding tool 100 includes a tool body 110 and a tool head 120 . The tool head 120 is connected to the tool body 110 , and a cutting edge portion 121 adapted to the injection hole A is provided at one end of the tool head 120 away from the tool body 110 .
[0051] When the repair welding tool 100 is in use, the driving mechanism usually drives the repair welding tool 100 to rotate around the central axis of the liquid injection hole A, and drives the repair welding tool 100 to move along the axial direction of the liquid injection hole A toward the side close to the liquid injection hole A, so that the repair welding tool 100 can be used to cut the liquid injection hole A.
[0052] The tool body 110 refers to the part of the repair welding tool 100 used to connect to the driving mechanism. The tool body 110 can be a cylindrical structure, which is convenient for connection to the driving mechanism, so that the repair welding tool 100 can be driven by the driving mechanism to rotate around the central axis of the injection hole A, and to drive the repair welding tool 100 to move along the axial direction of the injection hole A toward the side close to the injection hole A.
[0053] In some embodiments, the tool body 110 has a cylindrical structure.
[0054] The cutter head 120 is a portion of the repair welding tool 100 used to cut the connection between the first sealing member 220 a and the injection hole A.
[0055] The cutting edge portion 121 refers to a relatively sharp portion of the cutter head 120 , and is used to form an incision corresponding to the cutting edge portion 121 at the connection between the first sealing member 220 a and the injection hole A.
[0056] Since the blade head 120 of the repair welding tool 100 is provided with a cutting edge portion 121 adapted to the liquid injection hole A, when the repair welding tool 100 is used to perform repair welding on the battery cell 200, an incision adapted to the cutting edge portion 121 can be formed at the liquid injection hole A of the battery cell 200 to remove the defective first sealing member 220a. At the same time, the incision can also be made to roughly correspond to the original structure of the liquid injection hole A, and then the second sealing member with the same structure as the first sealing member 220a can be welded using the same welding process as the first sealing member 220a. The seal 220b is repaired by welding at the incision. During this process, since the cutting edge 121 is adapted to the injection hole A, the volume of the portion that is cut and removed is smaller, and the welding process of the first seal 220a is used, which can effectively improve the rework efficiency and yield of the repair welding operation. In addition, the repair welding tool 100 of the present application is used to perform the repair welding operation of the second seal 220b. Since the second seal 220b has the same structure as the first seal 220a, the customization cost of a larger sealing pin can be saved, and the cost of the repair welding operation can be reduced to a certain extent.
[0057] It should be added that the second seal 220b has the same structure as the first seal 220a and can be manufactured using the same manufacturing process. For example, the second seal 220b and the first seal 220a can be seals from the same batch.
[0058] In some embodiments, the injection hole A includes a first hole segment A1 configured as a stepped hole, the first sealing member 220 a is sealingly connected to the first hole segment A1 , and the cutting edge portion 121 includes a stepped portion adapted to the first hole segment A1 .
[0059] Because the first hole segment A1 of the injection hole A is constructed as a stepped hole, and the cutting edge portion 121 includes a stepped portion that matches the first hole segment A1, during the repair welding operation on the battery cell 200 using the repair welding tool 100, the feed stroke of the repair welding tool 100 along the axis of the injection hole A can be adjusted according to the stroke required for the repair welding tool 100 to enter the stepped hole and abut the stepped portion. This allows for better control of the feed stroke of the repair welding tool 100 along the axis of the injection hole A, thereby improving the cutting accuracy of the repair welding tool 100 and reducing the volume of the removed portion, thereby improving the rework efficiency of the repair welding operation. In this embodiment, the injection hole A also includes a second hole segment A2 connected to the bottom end of the first hole segment A1, and the battery cell 200 includes a sealing post (not shown) that is sealed to the second hole segment A2.
[0060] The sealing column seals the second hole segment A2 of the injection hole A, and the first sealing member 220a seals the first hole segment A1 of the injection hole A, thereby achieving double sealing of the injection hole A. At the same time, during the repair welding operation of the second sealing member 220b, the cutting waste generated in the process of removing the first sealing member 220a (the defective first sealing member 220a) by the repair welding tool 100 will not enter the battery cell 200 through the injection hole A, thereby facilitating the repair welding operation.
[0061] In some embodiments, the step portion includes a first cutting surface 1211 and a second cutting surface 1212 arranged around the first cutting surface 1211. The first hole segment A1 has a step surface A11. The first cutting surface 1211 is used to abut against the step surface A11 of the first hole segment A1 along the axial direction of the injection hole A. The second cutting surface 1212 is constructed to extend outwardly at an angle from one end close to the first cutting surface 1211 toward the other end.
[0062] In this way, the feed stroke of the repair welding tool 100 along the axial direction of the injection hole A can be adjusted so that the repair welding tool 100 can stop feeding when the first cutting surface 1211 abuts against the step surface A11 of the first hole segment A1 along the axial direction of the injection hole A.
[0063] The second cutting surface 1212 is constructed to extend outwardly and obliquely from one end close to the first cutting surface 1211 toward the other end, and the cutting edge portion 121 includes a step portion adapted to the first hole segment A1. In this way, the cutting edge portion 121 can be well utilized to form an incision adapted to the cutting edge portion 121 at the first liquid injection hole A1 of the battery cell 200 to remove the defective first seal 220a while making the incision roughly correspond to the original structure of the first liquid injection hole A1, and the second cutting surface 1212 of the step portion can form a conical surface with the incision, which can retain the original structure of the first liquid injection hole A1 to the greatest extent. Compared with traditional tools with consistent radial dimensions, the use of the repair welding tool 100 can greatly reduce the volume of the cut and removed part, thereby improving the rework efficiency of the repair welding operation.
[0064] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 , in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the cutter head 120 , the cross section of the cutter head 120 is configured as a circular ring.
[0065] During the repair welding operation on the battery cell 200 using the cutter head 120 with a circular ring structure, the repair welding tool 100 can be driven to rotate a small angle around the central axis of the injection hole A, such as about 10 degrees, so as to remove the first seal 220a (the defective first seal 220a) on the battery cell 200, which is conducive to further improving the rework efficiency of the repair welding operation.
[0066] In other embodiments, referring to FIG. 6 , the repair welding tool 100 includes at least two tool heads 120 connected to the outer peripheral wall of the tool body 110 , and the at least two tool heads 120 are spaced apart along the circumference of the tool body 110 .
[0067] Taking the repair welding tool 100 including two cutter heads 120 evenly spaced along the circumference of the tool body 110 as an example, when using the repair welding tool 100 to repair the battery cell 200, the repair welding tool 100 can be driven to rotate 180 degrees around the central axis of the injection hole A, so as to remove the first seal 220a (the defective first seal 220a) on the battery cell 200, which is beneficial to further improve the rework efficiency of the repair welding operation.
[0068] It can be understood that at least two cutting heads 120 can improve the removal efficiency of the first sealing member 220a (the first sealing member 220a with defects), thereby improving the rework efficiency of the repair welding operation.
[0069] Of course, the present application is not limited thereto. Alternatively, during the repair welding operation on the battery cell 200 using the repair welding tool 100, the repair welding tool 100 may be driven to rotate 360 degrees around the central axis of the liquid injection hole A to remove the first sealing member 220a (the defective first sealing member 220a). For example, in the embodiment shown in FIG7 , the repair welding tool 100 may be driven to rotate 360 degrees around the central axis of the liquid injection hole A to remove the first sealing member 220a (the defective first sealing member 220a).
[0070] In some embodiments, the cutter head 120 is provided with a high temperature resistant coating.
[0071] High temperature resistant coating refers to a coating that can maintain good structure and strength at temperatures of 1000 degrees Celsius (℃)-1200 degrees Celsius (℃).
[0072] The tool head 120 is provided with a high temperature resistant coating, which can reduce burrs or tool sticking on the tool head 120 due to the cutting process during dry processing (without coolant), thereby increasing the service life of the repair welding tool 100.
[0073] In some embodiments, the high temperature resistant coating includes at least one of a titanium nitride coating, a titanium carbonitride coating, a titanium aluminum nitride coating, a chromium aluminum nitride coating, and a diamond coating.
[0074] The high-temperature resistant coating may include one of titanium nitride coating, titanium nitride carbide coating, titanium aluminum nitride coating, chromium aluminum nitride coating and diamond coating; it may also include two of titanium nitride coating, titanium nitride carbide coating, titanium aluminum nitride coating, chromium aluminum nitride coating and diamond coating; it may also include three of titanium nitride coating, titanium nitride carbide coating, titanium aluminum nitride coating, chromium aluminum nitride coating and diamond coating; it may also include four of titanium nitride coating, titanium nitride carbide coating, titanium aluminum nitride coating, chromium aluminum nitride coating and diamond coating; it may also include titanium nitride coating, titanium nitride carbide coating, titanium aluminum nitride coating, chromium aluminum nitride coating and diamond coating.
[0075] The titanium nitride coating (TiN coating) is beneficial to improving the hardness and oxidation temperature of the cutter head 120, preventing adhesion damage and other phenomena that may occur on the cutter head 120 during the cutting process, thereby improving the wear resistance and service life of the cutter head 120 and also helping to obtain good processing results.
[0076] The carbon added to the titanium carbide nitride coating (TiCN coating) can increase the hardness and surface lubricity of the cutter head 120 , reduce the friction coefficient of the cutter head 120 , and simultaneously reduce the internal stress of the titanium carbide nitride (TiCN) coating, which can significantly increase the service life of the cutter head 120 .
[0077] The aluminum oxide layer formed in the titanium aluminum nitride coating (AlTiN coating) can effectively improve the high-temperature processing life of the cutter head 120. During cutting, a stable oxide layer is formed on the interface between the cutter head 120 and the chip, which has good thermal insulation performance.
[0078] The aluminum chromium nitride coating (AlCrN coating) exhibits good hardness and high-temperature stability under high-temperature conditions, has good thermal corrosion resistance, and can effectively improve the processing performance of the tool head 120 .
[0079] The diamond coating may specifically be a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) diamond coating, which can effectively increase the service life of the cutter head 120 and improve the reliability and precision consistency of the cutting process.
[0080] The service life of the repair welding tool 100 can be greatly improved by using a high-temperature resistant coating including at least one of a titanium nitride coating, a titanium carbonitride coating, a titanium aluminum nitride coating, a chromium aluminum nitride coating, and a diamond coating.
[0081] In some embodiments, the tool head 120 comprises a milling cutter head, a reamer head, or a boring cutter head.
[0082] Of course, the type of cutter head 120 is not limited to milling cutter heads, reamer heads and boring cutter heads. Other types of cutter heads 120 can also be used, as long as the end of the cutter head 120 away from the tool body 110 is provided with a cutting edge portion 121 that is compatible with the injection hole A.
[0083] The first sealing member 220 a can be easily removed by using a milling cutter head, a reamer head or a boring cutter head, thereby improving the removal efficiency of the first sealing member 220 a and further improving the rework efficiency of the repair welding operation.
[0084] A repair welding method according to an embodiment of the present application uses the repair welding tool 100 described in any of the above embodiments to process a battery cell 200. The repair welding method includes:
[0085] S10 , using the repair welding cutter 100 , cutting the connection between the first sealing member 220 a and the injection hole A on the battery cell 200 to remove the first sealing member 220 a .
[0086] During the process of removing the first sealant 220a, an incision that matches the cutting edge 121 can be formed at the injection hole A of the battery cell 200, so as to remove the first sealant 220a (the first sealant 220a with defects) while making the incision roughly correspond to the original structure of the injection hole A.
[0087] In some embodiments, before welding the second sealing member 220 b to the liquid injection hole A, the repair welding method further includes: S20 , cleaning the liquid injection hole A.
[0088] The cutting waste generated by removing the first sealing member 220a (the defective first sealing member 220a) at the injection hole A can be cleaned so as to better weld the second sealing member 220b to the injection hole A, that is, to the above-mentioned incision.
[0089] In some embodiments, step S20 of cleaning the liquid injection hole A specifically includes: performing air blowing treatment toward the liquid injection hole A by blowing air, and cleaning the liquid injection hole A by adsorption.
[0090] In some embodiments, high-quality compressed air may be used to blow air onto the first liquid injection hole A1 of the liquid injection hole A, and the first liquid injection hole A1 of the liquid injection hole A may be cleaned by adsorption.
[0091] On the one hand, the air blowing treatment can be used to cool the incision formed by cutting at the injection hole A; the air blowing treatment is convenient for blowing the cutting waste formed at the incision to one place, so as to uniformly adsorb the cutting waste blown to one place, thereby reducing the damage to the battery cell 200 caused by cleaning methods such as brushes or alcohol, and effectively cleaning the injection hole A while also protecting the battery cell 200 well.
[0092] In some embodiments, in order to better clean the liquid injection hole A, the step S20 of cleaning the liquid injection hole A further includes: cleaning the liquid injection hole A by laser.
[0093] Laser cleaning can be used to remove trace amounts of cutting waste remaining at the incision, thereby improving the cleanliness of the incision and further facilitating an increase in the repair welding yield of the second sealing member 220 b.
[0094] In some embodiments, the process of using a laser to clean the injection hole A includes: a power of 80 watts (W) to 160 watts (W), such as 80 watts (W), 120 watts (W), or 160 watts (W); a defocus of -0.5 mm (mm) to 0.5 mm (mm), such as -0.5 mm (mm), 0 mm (mm), or 0.5 mm (mm); a frequency of 100 kHz (kHz) to 200 kHz (kHz), such as 100 kHz (kHz), 150 kHz (kHz), or 200 kHz (kHz); and a cleaning number greater than or equal to 3 times, such as 3 times, 4 times, or more times. For example, the process of using a laser to clean the injection hole A includes: a power of 120 watts (W); a defocus of 0 mm (mm); a frequency of 150 kHz (kHz); and a cleaning number of 3 times.
[0095] It should be noted that, since the injection hole A also includes a second hole segment A2 connected to the bottom side of the first hole segment A1, the battery cell 200 includes a sealing column (not shown in the figure) that is sealed and connected to the second hole segment A2. In this way, the cutting waste generated during the removal of the first seal 220a will not enter the battery cell 200 through the injection hole A, which facilitates the cutting operation of removing the first seal 220a, the cleaning operation of cleaning the injection hole A, and the repair welding operation of the second seal 220b.
[0096] S30, welding the second sealing member 220b to the injection hole A.
[0097] As described above, in the process of repair welding the battery cell 200 using the repair welding tool 100, an incision that is compatible with the cutting edge 121 can be formed at the injection hole A of the battery cell 200. The incision roughly corresponds to the original structure of the injection hole A. It can be understood that a second sealing member 220b with the same structure as the first sealing member 220a can be used for the repair welding operation, and the second sealing member 220b can be welded to the incision. In this way, the welding process of the first sealing member 220a can be used, thereby improving the rework efficiency and yield of the repair welding operation.
[0098] In some embodiments, the second seal 220b is repaired by a laser welding process. The welding process of the second seal 220b is as follows: the power is 6.7 kilowatts (KW)-7.3 kilowatts (KW), for example, the power is 6.7 kilowatts (KW), 7 kilowatts (KW) or 7.3 kilowatts (KW); the defocus amount is 0 millimeter (mm)-1 millimeter (mm), for example, the defocus amount is 0 millimeter (mm), 0.5 millimeter (mm) or 1 millimeter (mm); the welding speed is 6 millimeters per second (mm / s)-8 millimeters per second (mm / s), for example, the welding speed is 6 millimeters per second (mm / s), 7 millimeters per second (mm / s) or 8 millimeters per second (mm / s); the welding frequency is 16 Hz (Hz)-26 Hz, for example, the welding frequency is 16 Hz, 21 Hz or 26 Hz. For example, the welding process of the second sealing member 220 b is as follows: power of 7 kilowatts (KW); defocus of 0.5 millimeters (mm); welding speed of 7 millimeters per second (mm / s); and welding frequency of 21 hertz (Hz).
[0099] An embodiment of the present application provides a repair welding device, please refer to Figure 8 and Figure 9 in combination, including the repair welding tool 100 described in any of the above embodiments, and a welding mechanism 300, which is used to weld the second sealing member 220b to the injection hole A.
[0100] After using the repair welding tool 100 to cut and remove the first seal 220a, an incision that matches the cutting edge 121 can be formed at the injection hole A of the battery cell 200. The welding process of the first seal 220a can be used, and the second seal 220b can be welded to the incision with the help of the welding mechanism 300, which can effectively improve the rework efficiency and yield of the repair welding operation.
[0101] In this embodiment, the repair welding device also includes a driving mechanism connected to the tool body 110 of the repair welding tool 100, and the driving mechanism is used to drive the repair welding tool 100 to rotate around the central axis of the injection hole A and / or drive the repair welding tool 100 to move along the axial direction of the injection hole A toward the side close to the injection hole A.
[0102] In some embodiments, the repair welding device also includes a controller electrically connected to the drive mechanism, and the controller is used to control the output of the drive mechanism when the step portion is adapted to abut against the step hole to stop the feed movement of the repair welding tool 100 along the axial direction of the injection hole A. The feed stroke of the repair welding tool 100 along the axial direction of the injection hole A can be intelligently controlled to improve the cutting accuracy of the repair welding tool 100, which is also beneficial to improving the rework efficiency and yield of the repair welding operation.
[0103] In some embodiments, the drive mechanism includes a first drive mechanism connected to the tool body 110 of the repair welding tool 100, and a second drive mechanism connected to the first drive mechanism. The first drive mechanism is configured to rotate the repair welding tool 100 about the central axis of the injection hole A, and the second drive mechanism is configured to move the repair welding tool 100 along the axis of the injection hole A toward the side closer to the injection hole A. A controller is electrically connected to the first drive mechanism and the second drive mechanism, respectively. The controller is configured to stop the output of the second drive mechanism when the step portion and the step hole are in contact. The controller is configured to control the first drive mechanism to stop operating within a preset time period after the second drive mechanism stops operating. This facilitates the rotation of the repair welding tool 100 about the central axis of the injection hole A within a preset time period after the second drive mechanism stops operating, thereby effectively removing the first sealing member 220a.
[0104] In some embodiments, the preset time period is 2 seconds (s) to 5 seconds (s). Of course, the preset time period is not limited thereto, and the preset time period can also be set according to the structure and number of the cutter head 120, as long as the first seal 220a can be removed.
[0105] It should be noted that, referring to Figures 8 and 9 , the battery cell 200 further includes an electrode assembly and a bottom shell 230 connected to the top cover 210 . The top cover 210 and the bottom shell 230 define a packaging space for accommodating the electrolyte and the electrode assembly, and the electrode assembly can be packaged in the packaging space.
[0106] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 8 , the repair welding device further includes an air blowing mechanism 400 , which is configured to perform air blowing toward the liquid injection hole A when the first sealing member 220 a is removed.
[0107] The blowing mechanism 400 can be used to cool the incision formed at the injection hole A due to cutting. In addition, the blowing mechanism 400 can also be used to blow the cutting waste formed at the incision to one place, so that the cutting waste blown to one place can be uniformly adsorbed and processed later, which can well protect the battery cell 200.
[0108] In some embodiments, the repair welding device further includes a slag suction mechanism, which can be used to uniformly absorb and treat the cutting waste blown to one place.
[0109] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 10 , the repair welding device further includes a laser cleaning mechanism 500 , which is used to clean the injection hole A.
[0110] In some embodiments, the laser cleaning mechanism 500 is used to clean the first injection hole A1 of the injection hole A.
[0111] The laser cleaning mechanism 500 can be used to remove trace amounts of cutting waste remaining on the processing surface, thereby improving the cleanliness of the incision and further facilitating an improvement in the repair welding yield of the second sealing member 220 b.
[0112] The working process of the repair welding device of this application is as follows:
[0113] First, the second driving mechanism is used to drive the repair welding tool 100 to move along the axial direction of the injection hole A toward the side close to the injection hole A. When the step portion is adapted to abut against the step hole, the controller controls the second driving mechanism to stop running to stop the feeding movement of the repair welding tool 100 along the axial direction of the injection hole A. Afterwards, the controller controls the first driving mechanism to drive the repair welding tool 100 to rotate around the central axis of the injection hole A within a preset time period to remove the first sealing member 220a; then, the first injection hole A1 of the injection hole A is blown, and the first injection hole A1 of the injection hole A is cleaned by adsorption; then, the first injection hole A1 of the injection hole A is cleaned by laser; finally, the second sealing member 220b is welded to the incision formed at the injection hole A by the welding mechanism 300. The repair welding process of the second sealing member 220b can follow the welding process of the first sealing member 220a, which can effectively improve the rework efficiency and yield of the repair welding operation.
