[0051] Figure 11 shows a single-stage compression principle diagram. After the compressor inhales the low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant from the evaporator, it compresses it to obtain high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant. The high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant enters the condenser for heat exchange, then passes through the throttling device for pressure reduction, and enters the evaporator again for heat exchange to obtain low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant to complete the cycle.
[0052] Figure 12 shows the principle diagram of two-stage compression. Compared with single-stage compression, the system adds a flash evaporator and a throttling device. The low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant from the evaporator is first sucked into the low-pressure stage compression part of the compressor. The low-pressure stage is compressed to obtain medium-pressure refrigerant. This medium-pressure refrigerant is mixed with the medium-pressure refrigerant from the flash evaporator and then sucked into the high-pressure stage cylinder. It is compressed again to obtain high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant. This high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant enters the condenser for heat exchange, then enters the primary throttling device for pressure reduction, and then enters the flash evaporator. The saturated gas in the flash evaporator enters the medium-pressure chamber of the compressor. The saturated liquid continues to pass through the secondary throttling device for pressure reduction. Finally, after heat exchange in the evaporator, the low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant is obtained, completing the two-stage cycle.
[0053] The only moving parts of a rolling rotor compressor are the crankshaft, rollers, and vanes. Gas is discharged directly into the outer casing to cool the motor before being discharged outside. A cylindrical roller is installed in a cylindrical cylinder. Driven by the crankshaft, the roller rotates within the cylinder cavity. The roller's center of rotation coincides with the center of the cylinder, but the roller's outer surface is asymmetrical with respect to the roller's centerline. A vane is mounted in the center of the upper cylinder, allowing it to slide back and forth. This movement is driven by a spring. The arc-shaped end of the vane is in constant contact with the outer surface of the roller. Therefore, the vane, the inner surface of the cylinder, the outer surface of the roller, and the upper and lower flanges on the upper and lower sides of the cylinder form a closed volume that varies with the rotational position of the roller.
[0054] For a two-cylinder compressor, when it is a single-stage compression, the first cylinder 1 and the second cylinder 2 are connected in parallel. After the first cylinder 1 and the second cylinder 2 complete compression, they are directly discharged from the pump body. In relatively severe operating conditions, when the high and low pressure ratios are large, the exhaust temperature will be high, affecting the reliability of the compressor.
[0055] To ensure reliable operation under these harsh operating conditions, the compressor utilizes a two-stage compression system. The first cylinder (1) and the second cylinder (2) are connected in series. After completing the first stage of compression, the first cylinder (1) discharges the resulting medium-pressure refrigerant into the pump's intermediate-pressure chamber. Medium-pressure make-up air from the system's flash evaporator then enters the intermediate-pressure chamber, mixing with the intermediate-pressure refrigerant from the first stage exhaust, thereby cooling the compressor. The second cylinder (2) then draws air from the intermediate-pressure chamber, completing the second stage of compression to produce high-pressure refrigerant. However, in low-load conditions with a small compression ratio, unnecessary decomposition of the compression ratio can lead to overcompression and reduced compressor efficiency.
[0056] In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the above single-stage compression and two-stage compression, the present invention designs a new compressor pump body structure.
[0057] As shown in Figures 1-10, the present disclosure provides a rotor compressor pump body, which includes:
[0058] A first cylinder 1 and a second cylinder 2, the first cylinder 1 having a first intake port 3, a first outlet port 4 and a second outlet port 5, the second cylinder 2 having a second intake port 6 and a third outlet port 7, the first cylinder 1 can inhale gas from the first intake port 3 and compress it in the first cylinder 1, the first outlet port 4 and the second outlet port 5 are arranged at different positions on the first cylinder 1, the first outlet port 4 can be connected with the second intake port 6 of the second cylinder 2, so that the gas discharged from the first outlet port 4 enters the second cylinder 2 through the second intake port 6 for compression, forming a two-stage compression, the compressed gas in the first cylinder 1 can also be discharged through the second outlet port 5 and mixed with the gas compressed in the second cylinder 2 and discharged through the third outlet port 7.
[0059] The present invention is provided with more than two cylinders, and in particular, two air outlets are provided on the first cylinder, so that the gas discharged from the first air outlet in the first cylinder can enter the second cylinder for compression, thereby forming a two-stage compression. At the same time, through the second air outlet opened on the first cylinder, part of the gas can form a single-stage compression in the first cylinder and be discharged from the second air outlet, so that the pump body can simultaneously operate both single-stage compression and two-stage compression. Among them, the work of the single-stage part can make up for the problem of over-compression, and the work of the two-stage part can play a role in decomposing the pressure ratio and reducing the exhaust temperature, thereby obtaining a new structure that can fully respond to different working conditions and maintain high efficiency and high reliability, and can simultaneously solve the problems of excessively high exhaust temperature and low energy efficiency of the compressor, improve the energy efficiency of the compressor and reduce the exhaust temperature. The present invention combines the advantages of single-stage compression and two-stage compression, can fully respond to different working conditions, and improve the overall energy efficiency.
[0060] Figure 1 shows the assembly diagram of the pump body structure of this patent. The first flange 13 (upper flange) is located above the first cylinder 1, and the partition 15 is located below the first cylinder 1. The partition includes a first partition and a second partition. The first partition is a hollow structure and forms an intermediate cavity with the second partition. The second partition is located above the second cylinder 2, and the second flange 17 (lower flange) is located below the second cylinder 2. A muffler 18 is provided below the second flange. The muffler 18 can have a certain noise reduction effect and can isolate the exhaust of the second cylinder 2 from communicating with the oil pool. In this patent, the first cylinder 1 is a low-pressure cylinder, and the second cylinder 2 is a high-pressure cylinder. The displacement of the first cylinder 1 is greater than that of the second cylinder 2 (the second cylinder 2 is a secondary cylinder, that is, after the first cylinder 1 completes compression, the second cylinder 2 further compresses. Based on the change in pressure, the displacement of the second cylinder 2 needs to be smaller than that of the first cylinder 1).
[0061] Among them, the first cylinder 1 is shown in Figure 2. The cylinder has two crescent grooves in the circumferential direction, and the two crescent grooves are located on the upper and lower sides of the cylinder. Compared with conventional double-exhaust cylinders, the angles of the two crescent grooves on the circumference of the upper and lower crescent grooves of the patent structure are different. Among them, the first crescent groove (i.e., the first air outlet 4) corresponds to the first exhaust port 14 set on the upper flange, and the second crescent groove (i.e., the second air outlet 5) corresponds to the second exhaust port 27 set on the partition 15. As shown in Figure 3, when starting work, the first cylinder 1 inhales low-pressure refrigerant through the air intake port. Based on the characteristics of the two-stage compression method, the pressure of the medium-pressure chamber can be controlled by the air supply port on the partition 15. After the intermediate pressure is given, during the compression process of the first cylinder 1, when the compression chamber pressure reaches the intermediate chamber pressure, it will first be exhausted through the first crescent groove (first air outlet 4) until the roller 10 position exceeds the first air outlet 4, and this section of compression is completed. At this time, the discharged refrigerant is medium pressure. The roller then continues to rotate and compress the refrigerant. As shown in Figure 4, after the remaining refrigerant reaches the high pressure given by the working condition, it will be exhausted through the second crescent groove (second air outlet 5). At this time, the refrigerant discharged from the compression part is high-pressure refrigerant. By adjusting the relative positions of the first air outlet 4 and the second air outlet 5, the displacement ratio of the single-stage compression part and the two-stage compression part in the first cylinder 1 can be changed. Among them, the ratio of the displacement of the two-stage compression part to the displacement of the high-pressure cylinder is manifested as a difference in volume ratio, and the energy efficiency performance under different application conditions will be different.
[0062] As shown in Figure 9, as the operating pressure ratio continues to increase, the energy efficiency of both single-stage compression and two-stage compression will decrease. There is a certain pressure ratio value, so that when the operating pressure ratio is less than the limit value, single-stage compression is optimal; when it is greater than the limit value, two-stage compression is optimal. The compression method disclosed in the present invention combines single-stage compression and two-stage compression, and its energy efficiency is also between the two, which makes the present invention have advantages in comprehensive energy efficiency. As shown in Figure 10, two-stage compression is significantly better than single-stage compression in terms of exhaust temperature. Based on the fact that there is a process of mixing single-stage compression exhaust and two-stage compression exhaust during the compression process, the exhaust temperature of the present invention is between single-stage compression and two-stage compression, and the application range is wider than that of single-stage compressors.
[0063] Compared with the existing method of setting two slides in the same cylinder to form a two-stage compression, the present invention does not add a slide in the same cylinder, and the exhaust chambers corresponding to the two crescents are different. It can increase the displacement and volumetric efficiency, and will not have three pressures in one cylinder at the same time, which will not cause gas leakage or reduce the leakage rate.
[0064] In some embodiments,
[0065] The gas pressure at the first gas outlet 4 is lower than the gas pressure at the second gas outlet 5; and / or, the first gas outlet 4 is a groove structure opened on the end face of one axial side of the first cylinder 1, and the second gas outlet 5 is a groove structure opened on the end face of the other axial side of the first cylinder 1.
[0066] This is the preferred structural form of the first air outlet and the second air outlet of the first cylinder disclosed in the present invention. The position of the first air outlet is set at a position with a lower pressure than that of the second air outlet, so that the gas in the first cylinder can be discharged through the first air outlet to the second cylinder for further compression when it is compressed to the medium pressure, thereby forming a two-stage compression. Since the pressure of the second air outlet is greater than the pressure of the first outlet, the high-pressure pressure of the second air outlet compressed by the first cylinder is directly discharged into the shell and mixed with the gas discharged from the second cylinder after completing the two-stage compression, so that the gas pressure values after single-stage compression and two-stage compression are close to each other, or the difference is not large, or they are equal, which can effectively avoid In order to avoid the situation where the two gases suffer pressure loss due to the large pressure difference when mixing, the combined structure of single-stage compression + two-stage compression disclosed in the present invention can reduce the exhaust temperature, improve energy efficiency, and reduce the mixing pressure loss while further improving energy efficiency; and the present invention further sets the first air outlet as a groove structure on the end face on one axial side, and sets the second air outlet as a groove structure facing the end face on the other axial side, so that the gas discharged from the first air outlet can enter the second cylinder for compression, while the second air outlet is discharged to the other side into the shell, forming different medium-pressure exhaust and high-pressure exhaust on both sides, ensuring that the combination of single-stage compression and two-stage compression can be achieved.
[0067] In some embodiments,
[0068] It also includes a first slide 8 and a roller 10. A first slide groove 9 is provided on the first cylinder 1. The first slide 8 is at least partially inserted in the first slide groove 9. The roller 10 is provided in the hollow inner cavity of the first cylinder 1. The first slide 8 and the roller 10 can divide the hollow inner cavity of the first cylinder 1 into an intake chamber and a compression chamber. The first intake port 3 is connected to the intake chamber, and the first air outlet 4 and the second air outlet 5 are both connected to the compression chamber, and the second air outlet 5 is provided at a position close to the first slide groove 9 relative to the first air outlet 4. As the roller 10 moves, part of the gas in the compression chamber is first discharged from the first air outlet 4, and part or all of the remaining gas is further compressed in the compression chamber and discharged from the second air outlet 5.
[0069] This is the preferred structural form of the first cylinder of the compressor disclosed in the present invention, that is, the first vane and the roller divide the inner cavity of the first cylinder into an intake cavity and a compression cavity, the first intake port is connected to the intake cavity so that air can be introduced into the intake cavity through the first intake port, the first outlet port and the second outlet port are both connected to the compression cavity, so that the gas compressed in the compression cavity can be discharged through the first and second outlet ports respectively, ensuring that the gas discharged from the two outlet ports is compressed gas with a certain pressure, and the second outlet port is arranged close to the first vane groove relative to the first outlet port, so that the compression path of the roller during movement is longer, and finally the space of the compression cavity is smaller, so that the exhaust pressure of the second outlet is greater than the exhaust pressure of the first outlet, so that the pressure of the gas discharged from the second outlet by single-stage compression is the same as the discharge pressure after two-stage compression The gap will not be too large, thereby reducing the pressure loss when the gases are mixed after single-stage and two-stage compression, and can further improve energy efficiency; and due to the setting positions of the first and second air outlets disclosed in the present invention, part of the gas in the compression chamber can be compressed to medium pressure, that is, the roller discharges part of the gas with medium pressure in the compression chamber when it moves to the vicinity of the first air outlet, and the roller can discharge the gas with high pressure in the compression chamber only when it moves to the vicinity of the second air outlet, so that the operation process of the first cylinder (rotation of the roller) is the same as the operation mode of the conventional cylinder and roller, and the exhaust after the first stage compression of the two-stage compression and the exhaust process of the single-stage compression can be completed during the normal movement of the roller, effectively realizing the combination of single-stage + two-stage compression, and solving the problems of high exhaust temperature and low energy efficiency.
[0070] In some embodiments,
[0071] In the axial projection plane, the center line of the first vane groove 9 passes through the center of the first cylinder 1 and forms a first dividing line 11. The first air intake 3 is arranged on the first cylinder 1 and is located on one side of the first dividing line 11. The first air outlet 4 and the second air outlet 5 are both arranged on the first cylinder 1 and are located on the other side of the first dividing line 11. The second dividing line 12 passes through the center of the first cylinder 1 and is perpendicular to the first dividing line 11. The first air outlet 4 is located on the side of the second dividing line 12 away from the first vane groove 9, and the second air outlet 5 is located on the side of the second dividing line 12 close to the first vane groove 9.
[0072] This is a further preferred structural form of the first air outlet and the second air outlet disclosed in the present invention, that is, the first air outlet is located on the side of the second dividing line away from the first vane groove, and the second air outlet is located on the side of the second dividing line close to the first vane groove, so that the first air outlet is arranged in the medium-pressure area of the compression chamber, and the second air outlet is arranged in the high-pressure area of the compression chamber, which further creates a pressure difference between the two. The gas in the medium-pressure area is discharged to the second cylinder through the first air outlet for secondary compression, and the gas in the high-pressure area is discharged to the inside of the shell through the second air outlet to complete single-stage compression. When the roller moves to the medium-pressure area, it can automatically discharge part of the gas with medium pressure in the compression chamber, and when the roller moves to the high-pressure area, it can automatically discharge the gas with high pressure in the compression chamber, effectively realizing the combination of single-stage + two-stage compression, and at the same time solving the problems of high exhaust temperature and low energy efficiency.
[0073] In some embodiments,
[0074] In the axial projection plane, the first air outlet 4 and the second air outlet 5 are both in the form of a crescent groove, which is the preferred structural form of the first and second air outlets disclosed in the present invention. The crescent groove is convenient for processing and can discharge the gas in the inner cavity of the cylinder.
[0075] The working chamber of the first cylinder 1 of the present disclosure is divided into two parts, one for primary compression and the other for secondary compression. An intermediate chamber (i.e., a medium-pressure chamber) is provided inside the pump body and is composed of two partitions. The second cylinder 2 serves as the high-pressure cylinder and draws air from the medium-pressure chamber.
[0076] There are crescent grooves on both sides of the first cylinder 1, and the two crescent grooves are located at different positions on the circumference; among them, the first crescent groove (first air outlet 4) corresponds to the second exhaust port 27, the second crescent groove (second air outlet 5) corresponds to the first exhaust port 14, and the second exhaust port 27 is connected to the medium-pressure chamber of the pump body.
[0077] The intermediate-pressure refrigerant obtained by the partial compression of the first cylinder 1 through the first stage enters the intermediate-pressure chamber. The high-pressure refrigerant obtained by the partial compression of the first cylinder 1 through the single stage is discharged from the pump body through the first exhaust port 14. The second cylinder 2 draws the intermediate-pressure refrigerant from the intermediate-pressure chamber, performs a secondary compression, and then discharges the refrigerant from the pump body through the third exhaust port 19. Finally, the refrigerants from the first exhaust port 14 and the third exhaust port 19 mix outside the pump body to achieve temperature neutralization.
[0078] In some embodiments,
[0079] It also includes a first flange 13, which is arranged on the axial side of the first cylinder 1 away from the second cylinder 2, so that the first air outlet 4 is arranged toward the side of the second cylinder 2, and the second air outlet 5 is arranged toward the side of the first flange 13;
[0080] A first exhaust port 14 is axially provided on the first flange 13. The first exhaust port 14 is axially arranged opposite to and connected to the second air outlet 5 of the first cylinder 1, so that the gas discharged from the first cylinder 1 through the second air outlet 5 can be discharged through the first exhaust port 14 of the first flange 13.
[0081] The present invention preferably uses the first flange to make the second outlet of the first cylinder face the first flange, and through the first exhaust port on the first flange, part of the gas after single-stage compression of the first cylinder can be discharged to the interior of the shell through the first exhaust hole on the first flange, thereby completing the effect of single-stage compression and exhaust.
[0082] In some embodiments,
[0083] It also includes a partition 15, which is arranged between the first cylinder 1 and the second cylinder 2 in the axial direction. The partition 15 has a second exhaust port 27 and an intermediate cavity 16. The first air outlet 4 is connected to the intermediate cavity 16 through the second exhaust port 27. The intermediate cavity 16 is also connected to the second air intake port 6 of the second cylinder 2; an air supply channel 30 is also provided on the first cylinder 1, and an air supply port 31 is also provided on the partition 15. The air supply channel 30 can be connected to external air supply, and the air supply port 31 is connected between the air supply channel 30 and the intermediate cavity 16 to be able to supply air to the second cylinder 2.
[0084] The present disclosure further includes a partition, which is arranged between the first and second cylinders. The function of the partition is to isolate, seal and support the compression chambers of the two cylinders. A second exhaust port and an intermediate cavity are also provided on the partition of the present disclosure, which can guide the gas compressed to medium pressure in the first cylinder into the intermediate cavity through the second exhaust port relative to the first outlet for buffering. The intermediate cavity is then connected to the second intake port of the second cylinder, which can guide the medium-pressure gas into the second cylinder, effectively achieving the effect of two-stage compression; the present disclosure further preferably provides an air supply channel on the first cylinder, and an air supply port is provided on the partition, which can be connected with the intermediate cavity, so that when air supply is needed, the gas can be supplied to the intermediate cavity through the air supply channel and the air supply port for mixing and buffering, and then guided to the second cylinder to form medium-pressure air supply to the second cylinder, so as to meet the air supply and enthalpy increase requirements of the two-stage compression.
[0085] On the other hand, as shown in Figure 7, the medium-pressure refrigerant discharged from the first cylinder 1 first enters the intermediate chamber. Due to the characteristics of the two-stage compression method, this exhaust gas mixes with the medium-pressure refrigerant from the system flash evaporator, thus reducing its temperature. The intake port of the second cylinder 2 is connected to the intermediate-pressure chamber. Therefore, the second cylinder 2 draws in the intermediate-pressure refrigerant from the intermediate-pressure chamber through its intake port. After completing the second-stage compression, this compressed refrigerant is discharged through the third exhaust port 19 into the chamber formed by the lower flange and muffler. Here, the muffler serves to reduce aerodynamic noise and isolate the high-pressure refrigerant from the oil sump. The structure of this patent is equipped with an exhaust flow hole running from top to bottom. The high-pressure refrigerant in the chamber formed by the lower flange and muffler is discharged through this exhaust flow hole. Compared to the high-pressure exhaust refrigerant from the first cylinder 1, the high-pressure refrigerant generated by the second-stage compression of the second cylinder 2 has a cooling effect due to the mixing effect of the medium-pressure feed air from the system flash evaporator. The temperature of this high-pressure refrigerant is lower than that of the high-pressure compressed refrigerant discharged from the first cylinder 1. Finally, the two parts of high-pressure refrigerant are mixed in the shell cavity, achieving the effect of lowering the exhaust temperature.
[0086] In some embodiments,
[0087] It also includes a second flange 17 and a muffler 18. The second flange 17 is arranged on the axial end face of the second cylinder 2 away from the partition 15. The second flange 17 is provided with a third exhaust port 19. The third exhaust port 19 is opposite to and connected with the third exhaust port 7 of the second cylinder 2. The muffler 18 is covered on the axial side of the second flange 17 away from the second cylinder 2, and an exhaust chamber 20 is formed between the muffler 18 and the second flange 17. The exhaust chamber 20 is connected with the third exhaust port 19.
[0088] The present disclosure also preferably includes a second flange and a muffler, and an exhaust chamber is formed between the muffler and the second flange, which can guide the gas after secondary compression in the second cylinder into the exhaust chamber for buffering and then discharge it into the shell.
[0089] In some embodiments,
[0090] A first flow hole 21 is provided on the first flange 13 axially through both axial ends thereof, a second flow hole 22 is provided on the first cylinder 1 axially through both axial ends thereof, a third flow hole 23 is provided on the partition plate 15 axially through both axial ends thereof, a fourth flow hole 24 is provided on the second cylinder 2 axially through both axial ends thereof, and a fifth flow hole 25 is provided on the second flange 17 axially through both axial ends thereof. The first flow hole 21, the second flow hole 22, the third flow hole 23, the fourth flow hole 24 and the fifth flow hole 25 are all axially opposite to each other and are connected in sequence. The fifth flow hole 25 is connected to the exhaust chamber 20, so that the gas compressed by the second cylinder 2 passes through the exhaust chamber 20, the fifth flow hole 25, the fourth flow hole 24, the third flow hole 23, the second flow hole 22 and the first flow hole 21 in sequence and is discharged.
[0091] The present disclosure further preferably discharges the gas in the exhaust chamber after secondary compression into the shell through multiple flow holes provided on the first flange, the first cylinder, the second cylinder, the partition and the second flange, thereby mixing with the gas after single-stage compression in the shell to form a structure combining single-stage compression + two-stage compression, and at the same time solves the problems of low energy efficiency and high exhaust temperature.
[0092] In some embodiments,
[0093] It also includes a shell 26, and the first cylinder 1 and the second cylinder 2 are both arranged inside the shell 26. The compressed gas in the first cylinder 1 is discharged into the shell 26 through the second gas outlet 5, and the compressed gas in the second cylinder 2 is discharged into the shell 26 through the third gas outlet 7. The gas compressed by the first cylinder 1 and the gas compressed by the second cylinder 2 are mixed in the shell 26.
[0094] The present invention preferably discharges the gas after single-stage compression in the first cylinder into the shell through the second air outlet, and mixes it with the gas after two-stage compression in the second cylinder discharged into the shell through the third air outlet. The gas mixing effect of single-stage compression and two-stage compression can be completed in the shell, forming a structure combining single-stage compression + two-stage compression, while solving the problems of low energy efficiency and high exhaust temperature.
[0095] The present disclosure also provides a compressor, which includes the aforementioned rotor-type compressor pump body.
[0096] The present disclosure can solve the following technical problems:
[0097] Single-stage compressors cannot be used in harsh working conditions due to compression ratio and exhaust temperature limitations; two-stage compressors have the characteristic of decomposing the compression ratio, enabling them to operate stably and reliably under harsh working conditions. However, when two-stage compressors are used in normal working conditions, there will be a problem of over-compression resulting in low energy efficiency.
[0098] Therefore, the present disclosure provides a new structure that can combine the advantages of two-stage compression and single-stage compression, taking into account different application conditions, while solving the problem of low energy efficiency caused by excessive compression and the problem of excessively high exhaust temperature.
[0099] The present disclosure also provides an air conditioner, which includes the aforementioned compressor.
